The staff here is wonderful. Checked in with CiCi and I felt great walking to my room from her positive vibes. During my stay every request I made was handle promptly and with care. The staff alone was enough to make me come back every time I need to get away. Great job guys!

The check in staff Cici was very friendly. The room was clean and well maintained which far exceeded my expectation. The location is close to the airport which offer cheaper pricing than those airport hotels. The only downside is that the room must be occupied by smokers before.

The hotel desk staff are nice and friendly and made check-in a breeze. The room met my needs for a quick night’s stay, but the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. I do recommend this location for a quick stay and easy access to shopping!

The room was nice but it could be cleaned better. The wifi has not been working but the front desk clerk Cici did a excellent job when I had a problem . I would stay here again.

I really recommend this hotel, I was there from Sep 6 - 8. The room that I got was incredible clean. I'm sure next staying in Seatle area I'll make sure to book again. Thanks for everything crew.

For arriving late and having an early morning appointment the price was great for a place to sleep only. Glad there was no carpet. That's a bonus for cleanliness. You can tell the place is showing its age and in need of some repair and paint. The room looked clean except for cleaning in corners of the floor and behind the bathroom door. Also washing the doors (both bathroom and front) would help. Guess I'm a clean freak though. Always bring my own sanitizers to deal with any thing I think is necessary. Lol

The employees are always courteous and kind, the rooms are spacious and decently appointed, and the wifi isn’t too bad, either!

Latoya was awesome. She helped me tremendously with an annoying issue that was totally my fault during my stay. The room was also very clean and ac was great. I highly recommend this place very fair price.

The woke with my back hurting from the hard bed. Fell back to sleep and housekeeping woke me up by opening the door the chain was on but scared me to death out of my sleep. The didn't announce housekeeping at all because my daughter and my boyfriend were awake and didn't hear anything except him barging in. The front desk was nice and the rooms were pretty clean.

the owner is onsite and he's completely insane and rude etc. He charged me a $300 cash deposit because he knows I can't leave at that time threatens to call the police for absolutely no reason. He goes around pretending to be an employee threatening guest
