Fairly solid spa, the steam shower was busted during my visit, as well as paper towels/sprays being out? Tea options were great and snack options well portioned. The services were good but at nearly 430 dollars a person...I was left kind of mixed feeling.

The steam room was not working, my partner had no hot water in the shower. We paid for a couples massage and the relaxation room had nothing but water. Were told there would be snacks & tea. The masseuse was very unsure and asked too many questions. I paid for an extra treatment for feet she said she wanted to make sure i liked the scent, it was strong lemon scent i didn’t like it, but she used it anyway. She did heat on my back which felt good and it was relaxing, but overall not the best spa experience. The sauna was good and staff were kind, way overpriced for what you get.

Huge and enchanting hotel. Our room was spacious. Loved the bathroom layout-a sink in the bathroom and then a vanity with a sink outside the bathroom. The restaurants were understaffed so there were sections where they wouldn't seat diners. As a result, the wait for tables and room service. Check in line was long. Only half of the check-in stations were staffed. We found the customer service phone line frustrating. It was automated and only had FAQ type function. Bottom line-the facility is enchanting. Customer service was lacking due to being understaffed.

My sister and I got facials here and it was by far the best experience we’ve had! We’ve never been to a spa or had facials, it was lovely. I highly recommend it.

I really loved David. Ask for David. He is excellent and used his arm across my back. I despise prople who use their fingers. Nice facilities with the pool near by. Price was far.

Visited the spa yesterday with a friend and we absolutely loved it and enjoyed our time there. The spa was beautiful, clean, and smelled so amazing. All of the staff was super nice and very helpful during our visit. The pool was really nice and relaxing as well.

Small spa in a big resort. The pool was an oasis from the chaos of the convention center. Chanel is an amazing esthetician who made me feel comfortable and pampered.

I had an EXCELLENT experience here with an 80 minute massage and then a Classic pedicure. The staff are great! The odd thing is you walk into the area and are taken to the actual room. They haven’t opened the locker area nor the spa area so it’s weird going into the treatment room in your street clothing. I can’t wait to return!
