Great customer service. Had an issue with our first room and they moved us to a new room. Love that it's a stop for the Monorail which makes it easy to get around inexpensively. Could use more outlets, closer to the desk and closer to the bed for charging devices

I've stayed at many hotels in Vegas and I used to love westgate but this time felt very different. As soon as we checked In the person helping was very short with us not rude just short she didn't go over the fees just said the total was xxx.xx I asked what it all entailed and she advised we would get a receipt at the end of the stay. I want to know what I'm paying for upfront. I understand this is a timeshare hotel but we were hounded by sales people it made they stay super uncomfortable having to dodge sales people everyday. We got a cabana, it was nice but it was super far from the pool and it could have used a fan. It was dirty inside trash and we paid for it till 7pm and we went to the room and we were going to go back and someone was in our cabana. The hot tub was closed. It just isn't for us anymore.

Short showers in the room were hard. A few broken items here and there. I did a timeshare update to get free food and drinks... Told them the ice machines broken on our level no one did anything about it. Kept going to different levels to get ice. Fun history about Elvis there... I hope one day to go back and they've opened his dressing room up because I'd love to see it!

In my first room the AC was not working. Mysecond room the TV remote didn't work. There were 2 elevators down in the North Tower.
All employees I came interacted with were excellent.
This hotel needs some help.

Service was lack luster and staff in the lobby were annoyingly pushy to the point where we had to decline offers every time we were in the lobby, sometimes multiple times in one pass through. Rooms were beautiful and location was perfect for the festival grounds.
