I cannot say enough AMAZING things about our experience. My daughter had a pretty bad case of lice. I filled out the online information to request an appointment after 10pm on a week night and Savannah was so awesome that she actually called me right away. I don't know of any business that would take the the time to call you at 10:30pm on a Tuesday night to see if you were ok and what was going on. She talked to me for over 20 minutes and eased me and my daughter's mind. When we arrived for our appointment we walked in and instantly felt at ease. The center was so clean and inviting. Savannah was the most amazing person ever. She made us feel so comfortable. She talked to us and explained everything so thoroughly. Her personality and kindness was more than I could have ever expected or asked for. My daughter's hair is very thick and long and Savannah took her time to thoroughly do the full treatment making sure she did not miss a single strand. To see the relief and happiness in my daughter's face was priceless. I would HIGHLY recommend this business and further more this actual location to anyone and everyone I know. Savannah is the owner of this life saving business! She was amazing! I was able to get in by appointment very quickly and she took care of myself and my two daughters ages 5 & 7. Her place is very kid friendly and it doesn’t make this menacing problem seem so bad. She did the hot air treatment on my oldest who had an active infection and combed myself and younger daughter out to make sure we were not affected. And she has a 30 day guarantee! Such a pleasurable experience! I reached out to the clinic when I suspected my daughter may have lice. We were seen the very next day and confirmed that in fact my daughter had lice, as did I! Amazing! My daughter got lice from daycare and she’s only two; well you know how that goes. I tried to do an in home treatment, I couldn’t get her to sit still so I could try to go through her hair and it just wasn’t happening. We had an experience that was nothing short of amazing! I was lucky enough to find the lice in my son’s hair very early, so I called Savannah and got an appointment that very same day. She also checked my head for me. She gave us our first treatments and we were done in less than an hour and a half! We were so pleased with the services, and the education that we received! Of course, I had my moments of freaking out when I thought I found more eggs, so I texted her and she was very comforting and helpful. She put up with my crazy, and made me feel so much better! The BEST place!!! After a horrible experience at another lice place, Lice Clinic of America was phenomenal. Don’t waste your time and money elsewhere. Go to Lice Clinic of America. I called in the morning in a panic and was seen that afternoon. Savanna was professional, caring, and compassionate. She comforted me that my daughter will be okay. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and educated me on Lice and how to get rid of them. The place is clean, beautifully decorated, and welcoming. Savanna put a tv show on for my daughter to watch while she worked on her hair. After Savanna combed her hair out and was finished, she offered a hair bomb. I think there was 4 different scents to choose from. My daughter loved it!! She chose watermelon!! Finally, Savanna called the next day to check up on my daughter. I can’t thank her enough!!!! My lice episode started two weeks when my scalp started to itch, when I would scratch my scalp I noticed black stuff under my finger nails. The itching did not stop so I went to a hair salon, the hair stylist said she could not see anything and the she proceeded to condition my saying my hair was dry. My scalp still continued itch then I saw bugs under my nails and in my bathroom sink. I immediately when to another hair salon and that is where I was told I had lice. The stylist told me I should treat the lice with some stuff that was in the pharmacy section of the store. I treated my hair this past Monday, my hair smelled so bad of chemicals, I sprayed my bed, my furniture, I threw out stuff that came into contact with my hair. On Tuesday I noticed the lice was still in my hair, I washed my hair again. I called left a message for Savanna on Wednesday morning, later in the morning she called me back we talked for at 45 minutes. Today at 9:00 am I had my appointment. The process I had was the One And Done. Savanna explained every step she was doing. She reassured me that I would be fine and that the lice would be gone. The process took about an hour. It was painless and the best thing odorless. Savanna and I talked about the lice. Savanna is very knowledgeable about what she does, you would think she had her PhD in liceology. I went to Lice Centers of America in Wilmington, DE after trying to treat my lice using OTC products for months. The treatment was easy, comfortable and effective. No one likes to talk about lice...it’s embarrassing and looked at like you’re dirty. Truth is, it doesn’t matter who you are, these little bugs like any scalp, clean or dirty. Savannah, the owner, was AMAZING!! She came out on a Sunday afternoon and rescued me. My 3 girls and I had itchy scalps and she was able to work her magic for us. I feel like my daughter has had issues with lice for yearsssss!!!!!! I have tried every treatment, every over the counter brand under the sun. When I went on the internet to try to find other alternatives I came across “lice clinics of america”. I found the closet one near me which happened to be the one in Wilmington, Delaware. I was petrified to even call at first but the woman who answered the phone by the name of Savannah was very kind, understanding and professional. She set me up with an immediate appointment of my choosing and meeting her was just as much of a pleasant experience as talking to her on the phone. The whole entire experience of the whole ordeal was great!! I felt very comfortable being there within seconds of my arrival. Savannah did thorough head checks to determine what the best treatment was for each one of us. My daughter who was chronic with lice had the full treatment done and Savannah took her time and showed actual compassion for what we have been going through with this complete nightmare. The room where our treatments were done had a tv on the wall which had a roku and my daughters got to sit all day watching “The office” on Netflix while Savannah did her thing. Depending on the severity of the lice will depend on how long it takes her to complete the treatment. And by the way she is looking for people who may be interested in becoming a lice removal technician if anyone is interested and lives no more then 30 minutes away from the clinic. I would love to work with her and for her if I could. My daughter was begging her for a job lol. Anyway, Savannah is also very educated on various issues concerning lice, lice removal, life expectancy of louse, how they spread and how to prevent reinvestation. Nits, louse, and lice... oh my! For a mother and nurse who has little time to deal with lice, I highly recommend this 1 day (instead of the traditional 10!) service to remove these pesky bugs. The owner Savanna is sweet, professional and knowledgeable! Her clinic is clean and inviting. The heated treatment is patented and no need for chemicals (that often don't work anyway). Savannah Mitchell of Lice Clinics of America was AMAZING!!! my son had gotten lice and I treated him myself TWICE to no avail, those little buggers kept coming back. My sister and I had gone because we were battling lice on her head for a couple months. We tried the shock comb, two different at home treatments, and even a prescription. Savanna was very patient with me scheduling and canceling multiple times and still just as friendly when I finally got there with my sister. We had such a good time with her and her daughter, Eva, that we forgot we were at a clinic! My little sister and Eva would play together and watch tv while it was my turn to be checked. When it was my little sisters turn, Savanna talked to her the whole time and she even has a tv for her customers to set up something they like to watch. I didn't even know a place like this existed. Our family managed to make it till my oldest was in high school before we had to deal with the nightmare of lice. I truly thought I would lose my mind. After hours of trying to find the most effective treatment, I stumbled on the company's website. I sent a message to the facility through email at midnight the day after we discovered it. She happened to be awake at that time of night and responded to my message and offered to call me. She talked me off the ledge of despair and we had an appointment the next day. She was very accommodating as far as scheduling, seeing us on a Saturday, and was amazing with my nephews, one of whom is autistic. Unfortunately, with schools/camps/sports, lice seems to be unavoidable. Our family has been hit a couple times over the years, and Lice Clinics of America has been there for us. They have the best detection and remediation programs; we've never had a re-occurrence after visiting them. In a short amount of time, we can be confident that the whole family is lice-free and no longer a threat to friends/family. On a more personal level, Savannah has extended store hours for us when things get a little frantic and offered quick checks when we're concerned. Helped a crazy mama in need!! I have never dealt with lice in my life, Savannah and her asst were amazing at explaining and making me feel less icky about my DD having lice! They squeezed me in same day so my DD did not have to miss school the following day!! Well worth the time and money! Savanna, the technician was very professional and gave information about lice removal and prevention that dispelled a lot of myths. The environment was clean and welcoming. The actual treatment took less than an hour. I held on to my receipt in case I would need re-treatment (as is the case with in home over the counter treatments). This was the easiest process that we’ve went through dealing with an unpleasant situation. Savanna was beyond professional from the first phone call throughout the whole process. My daughter had gotten lice a few weeks ago. I did the typical thing, went to the store bought lice treatment then spent the next 5 hours treating and trying to remove all the lice and the nits. I THOUGHT I got them all but I must have missed a few bits because 2 weeks later BAM!! Lice! I found Lice Clinic Of American and had my daughter treated and she checked my head (no lice thankfully)and I purchased extra silicone to put on me just in case. I opted for the works on my daughter (Beyond worth the $185!). She killed all the lice & nits using heat NOT chemicals (Because why put chemicals on my 12 yr old) then she combed out all of the lice & nits in very small thin sections at a time to make sure she got everything. She then applied silicone to her hair to solidify the process and to make sure there were no survivors. She walked us both through every step that she did. She even had tv that my daughter watched to help the time go by. She was AWESOME!!!! We were done in about an hour (my daughter has shoulder length hair) I would paid triple the amount! I am a 20 year old busy busy girl that panicked when I got lice. I never would have thought this would have happened to me, let alone happen twice in one month. The first time I self treated and thought it was gone, I was wrong! When I found out they were gone, I panicked!! But really, with little bugs in my hair I figured nothing else could go wrong!!! At about 10pm, I reached out to Lice Clinics of America, and within minutes I received a text from Savanna. She asked if I had a minute to talk and she called me minutes later. While trying to get my hysterically crying self together, she told me to relax and she would help! She was so caring, listened to my whole story, told me she does this for a living and she will fix me right up! To not inconvenience me and my job, she even said she would do the treatment to me during the evening so I didn’t have to miss work! I was so excited to meet her and get this awful mess taken care of... When I went to her office, I was so amazed that someone actually picked this to do for a living. She was the nicest stranger I have ever met, and reassured me everything would be fine. It took about two hours to do the whole treatment. I was comfortable, relaxed, and even enjoyed it a little! (She even had a TV so her clients can be entertained during treatment!) The machine they use, is like a massaging blow dryer! It felt amazzzzing!!! She showed me the hatched eggs in my hair, and the unhatched. She even reassured me that I was NOT the worst case she has seen. All in all, two days post treatment - I am LICE free! She gave me information on everything I needed to do to make sure they were gone from my house and possibly anyone they could have gotten to in my house! I left her shop feeling happy and relieved! The salon owner is so sweet and they did an AMAZING job on treating our hair! The lice were GONE after one treatment, I HIGHLY recommend this place! So we recently went through the experience of having lice in our family. I have never dealt with this and didn’t really know where to begin. A couple weeks prior I heard Preston Elliott of the WMMR Preston and Steve Show talk about how his family went through this as well. He spoke about how he visited Lice Clinics of America in Doylestown (I’m pretty sure that is the location), how it was a great experience and how they took such great care of him and his family. When we learned we had lice in the house I looked LCA up for a location near us. I requested an appointment online at ten o’clock that night thinking I would hear back the next day. Well, I was wrong. About 15 minutes later I heard from Savanna! I was shocked. She asked me what was going on and a few other questions and was able to get me an appointment the next day! I went to Lice Clinics of America - Wilmington and it was a smooth easy process. Savanna welcomed me and made me comfortable. The office was clean, fresh, and quaint. And I had no wait!! Savanna screened me and let me know I was lice free! She then answered all my questions and provided me with educational material to take with me about how to clean our home. That evening I had more questions which she answered through text! She even asked for pictures to help me determine what I was looking at, LOL. The next day 2 more of our family members went in and she took great care of them as well. I would highly recommend Lice Clinics of America - Wilmington DE to solve your lice problems!!

I'm a little late posting this unfortunately at the end of the school year my daughters and myself ended up having lice I had tried everything from chemical lice treatment to mayonnaise to coconut oil and nothing worked.I looked online and found lice clinics of America in Wilmington Savanna was extremely compassionate and worked us in ASAP she was extremely informative and went above and beyond to make our experience a wonderful one because of her and lice clinics of America we have been lice free since June 14th. I am blown away by how amazing this place was. When calling I was given all the answers I needed. They except FSA which made it perfect for us. The building was easy to find and let's not forget they are open 7DAYS A WEEK!!!!!! She got us right in and out within hour a piece. The office was so clean and cozy.
