Finder216I've seen James Hesse for a few decades now and have always liked his friendly staff and their business. They honestly seem to care.
Joyce ZimmermanDoctor Wilhelm was amazing! He actually listened to my concerns. I felt comfortable talking to him about anything. With all my issues last year, he never once made comments to me (unlike the OB there) that I'm there too much. His nurse on the other hand, not a huge fan of. I'd say she got a little too comfortable when she started making little smart remarks about my health to me before the doctor would come in. If it wasn't for having a solid doctor (which is why this is 5 star), I would've gone elsewhere.
Carrie SwitzerI have seen several physicians in the practice and they are always kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. My primary care physician is Dr. Jacobsen. She is extremely caring and always up on the latest medical information. She takes a lot of time during my appointment to talk to me and figure out what is going on. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
ToddGood experience overall, I've been going there for around 10 years. I did read the one other review on this site listed for this practice and am not sure if the reviewer is reviewing the right place, there is no Dr. Wilhelm listed there and I don't recall ever seeing the name on the list of doctors posted. My wife is thinking of changing doctors and I recommended Lakepoint to her. I guess that's about the best testimonial I could give.
