Dr. Randolph-Jackson and her team of nurses and radiation technicians provided me exceptional medical care, instruction and follow up. The staff was always pleasant and attentive to patient needs. They make you feel like family. Dr. Randolph-Jackson listened to my concerns and questions. She quickly provided resources to address those concerns. I felt valued as a part of the team in my radiation treatment. I did well in treatment because Dr. Randolph-Jackson and her team of professional staff provided superior care and support. I highly recommend Dr. Randolph-Jackson and her staff for outstanding patient care service.

My experience has been awesome. I have nurses and frin desk staff who are friendly and always greet you with a smile. My wait time is never long after check in. This goes for the radiation and hematology and oncology dept. Dr Veytsman and Dr Randolph have made dealing with my illness a lot less stressful.

Dr. Henshaw and the entire staff at Medstar have been very helpful, courteous, and caring. They dealt with my situation very professionally, and seemed extremely knowledgeable. The only minor complaint was having to wait a little while past my appointment time to see the doctor, but once he was there he allowed me all the time I needed to ask questions and express my concerns.

I have been a patient at MedStar before it became MedStar (Washington Hospital Center aka WHC). My affiliation began in the late 1970s. I immediately recognized they not only had tenured professional staff but tenured career staff as well. This is a plus when choosing your medical doctors and their hospital affiliations. It translates to a network that will work to benefit your overall healthcare. This proved to be beneficial to me personally. I am alive and well due to the care I received.

Some of the finest clinicians and nurses in the country. Works with in house and remote specialists from around the country to tailor care for the individual patient. Inpatient facility shows it’s age but the chemotherapy ward has attracted and maintains a staff second to none. When your oncologist calls you on the weekend to discuss your latest test results, you know it’s not just a job and you aren’t just a number. Complaints? Slow WiFi and inpatient food is not the best. Billing never seems to sort out secondary insurance until the second try.

I've had the best care given by Medstar Hospital dealing with radiation treatment for my cancer their. They really care so much about the care given at Medstar. I do believe I got one of the best treatments from the cancer department at Medstar that one could aspect to feel like they are in the fight with you to get you better over the long haul here. Its heart warming when your treated with so much caring people within the hole department at Medstar their. Between, Chemo and Radiation staff, doctors, nurses within all the departments their witch are so many different departments involved within the hole network around cancer treatment their has so much better treatment care than other hospitals around I think witch is why I travel from Maryland to Washington, DC. to Medstar Hospital.

Dr. Boikos is kind and clear about my case and options. He was very late, but apologized and gave me as much time as I needed. That's fair. Moving to his Georgetown office allowed me to skip the slow check out process and not have to do blood work before our next appointment. The presence of a nurse is great for physical exams.

At this time he check my medical Back ground and safest way what he has to do next. So I am enterested the way his sagetion for the next treatment. I am Confortable to see him for my follow up. BUT WHAT I DON'T LIKE IS THE BILLING DEPRTMENT. They send bill to me while I did pay in front . And even I send the copy of the receipt and They send Non stop. This is the worst thing that I don't like Washington Hospital. Rather than this the Dr Naderna Kumyar is a good and helpful docter.
