I have so many good things to say about Fountain of You MD and Doc that this would end up being a paragraph long. So let’s get straight to it. I came to Doc weighing 189 pounds. Feeling hopeless, tired, wasteful, and completely defeated about my weight. After sitting down with Doctor Arbuckle he suggested we try this weight loss medicine. After being on it for almost 3 months now I’ve lost 30 pounds and counting! This medicine changed my life and now I feel like a younger, happier, and more energized young woman again! Doctor Arbuckle has changed my life in so many ways that he helped me see that not all hope is lost when struggling with your weight. He has a great personality and cares about each one of his patients. His staff is incredible and they are always willing to help and share a heartwarming smile your way. Hi! Mom of three and one on the way. I desperately needed something for my skin and I had no idea what that was. Just a mom winging this skincare thing over here and hoping for the best. So I booked a facial with Kaity and what I received was two hours of pure heaven. She greeted me (as did everyone else in the office who all also offered me water which seriously. Amazing. Hydration y’all.) and started by assessing my skin type and anything I had going on with it so she could cater the facial to my needs. Then she brought me into this extremely esthetically pleasing room with the comfiest bed to lie down on, dim lighting, and amazing jams in the background (which she gave me the option if I didn’t like to change). She allowed me to get comfortable and worked her magic. All I know is I went in feeling dull and tired and not knowing what I was doing with my skin care routine, and when she was finished, I felt fresh and rejuvenated and feeling more confident not only about myself but about the products I’m using at home!! She walked me through everything she was doing with me which was nice since I like knowing what to expect. At the end, she went through what I’m currently using at home and wrote down for me what order to use everything and what she thinks I should add to my routine, if anything at all. She made my day, week, month, year and I can’t wait to go back for another one next month and after my pregnancy to see what new fun stuff we can play with on my skin! Doc was knowledgeable and explained why I was experiencing such low energy and trouble with other issues. Based off my initial consolation and what I have experienced this past year, Doc was 100% on point. My energy levels have increased to the point where I'm not exhausted after work like I used to be. I have the drive to work out without any excuses, and have managed to lose some of that body fat I gained after my injury(I lost 45lbs). No issues with paying someone for their time but had no idea that a simple 15-min consultation for a non surgical procedure costs almost $100....they didn’t mention it on the phone when I booked the consultation or even when I arrived to the appointment. They only mentioned the charge at the END of the consultation when I had no choice but to pay. Please inform your customers better of this consultation charge, it definitely felt odd that they didn’t mention this until the very end. UPDATE: the business called me the day after my consultation to ask how it went and I mentioned not being told about the consultation charge. They apologized and offered to refund it. So overall really good customer service even if I don’t choose to go with them for my treatment.
