How fortunate I was after my auto accident to be transported to Sentara Va. Beach General. The Staff is very professional and well trained. The team of Doctors: Drs. Bryan Scott and Dr Yun Pan performed a very difficult reconstruction for my right ankle. This was a trauma suffered in an auto accident. I am 74 and have never had surgery like this. From the Emergency Room visit by Dr. Pan to the Operating Room with Dr. Scott and Dr. Pan my peace of mind and confidence for my surgeons grew. The next day’s follow up was prompt and extremely informative regarding the details of my surgery and what to expect over the next weeks. Today, 1 week out of surgery, my appointment was very informative and extremely thorough.. The care the Doctors have shown is above and beyond what is routine. This I know from being a caregiver of elderly relatives and their Doctor’s appointments. My Surgeons were a “cut-above” ordinary; they were absolutely EXTRAORDINARY! Both Dr. Pan & Dr. Scott are wonderful! They are professional & personable, listen carefully, answer questions in easy to understand terms & display caring & patience often not seen today’s medical offices. The staff make you feel welcome & genuinely cared for, also. I’ve had to have several foot surgeries over the years, and this is the first time I felt the Dr.s cared for me as a person, not just a payment. I would highly recommend them both for any foot or ankle issues.

Some of the best foot doctors around. After I dropped a 900lb train axle on my foot. They were able to do foot surgery and fix everything. They were very professional and friendly. It is a great atmosphere and the really make feel comfortable. I would re omend them to every one they did an amazing job.

I'm getting straight to the point. This team of doctors are absolutely fabulous. From the moment I called for an appointment, up until I walked out of the office doors. Their level of professionalism was amazing. I walked into their office I was in excruciating foot and heel pain. After an examination and x-rays. I was treated right then. I was seen by Dr Pan and she knows her stuff. I was also impressed that I got an appointment the next day. If you're having feet and/or ankle problems look no more. I walked in hoping and walked out straight. Dr Scott and Dr Pan I thank you.

This is a brand new podiatrist practice near Chesapeake Gen. They are a married couple who moved here from Miami. They work together to solve whatever foot and ankle problems you have. They take most insurance including Medicaid. They are eager to help and heal anyone who walks in their door. Right now, they take walkins. They make appointments within days. They are both highly educated, personable, kind, and patient. The providers and receptionist have a wonderful sense of humor to ease any anxiety you may have. I had a simple splinter in my great toe I couldn't remove on my own and it was starting to become infected. They numbed me up, removed the whole splinter intact and showed it to me. They prescribed an antibiotic and took X-rays to make sure there wasn't anything else left inside. They provide detailed home care instructions for any level of medical literacy. If you have any foot or ankle issues, reach out to this dynamic duo to heal, have a nice conversation, and, most importantly, support a growing practice.
