I only gave 3 stars because I am a new patient and have only talked to him on the phone twice with all these new rules with Dr visits now that's how most of them are. But so far he has been very helpful in trying to get my medication right and listens to what I have to say. So no bad reviews.

I began coming to sihf at a time in my life when I did not have health insurance and having problems so I was appreciative to find a place I could go with a sliding fee scale. That was eight years ago and in that time I've seen 3 providers with the agency. All three genuinely cared about me and my recovery. I am very thankful for that. I currently see Dr Johnson here. I appreciate that he listens and takes me seriously, but also gives me the help I need.

I first started going to Dr Johnson years ago when I was on Medicaid and lived in Illinois. I have since moved to Missouri and have regular insurance through my employer. I still choose to see Dr Johnson and the staff at sihf because of how friendly the hole staff is. Dr Johnson is excellent at what he does. Even with being located in East Saint Louis, I still feel safe and comfortable when on the property.

Went through the drive thru covid testing clinic. The set-up was very convenient since they'd repurposed the old emissions station. Phonecall hold took a little time but was far better than other places i called, got us in quick too. The provider doing the test was professional and very nice even despite it taking a few attempts for us to tolerate the throat swab. She was dressed in all the gear and i physically saw her sanitizing her hands and equipment inbetween each test.
