If you're frustrated by the current state of medicine, Dr. Y and Link may be a great alternative for you. I appreciated my prior Dr's work, but fighting through her front desk and billing was such a grind I felt compelled to seek other options. Everything with Link and Dr. Y has been caring, professional and responses are rapid. I believe my prior Dr cared about me, but was caught in a system where she couldn't demonstrate it. This is an outstanding alternative.

Hands down the best healthcare I have ever experienced. Knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and accessible after hours and on weekends through an app. Same day appointments are always accommodated when needed to prevent urgent care trips. Their goal is to keep you out of urgent care and ER and save you $, and they really try hard to accomplish that by being so easy to contact during times when you would never expect to be able to speak directly with your physician about a health concern. Many discounted meds available on-site for less than insurance co-pay. This is a necessity for those without insurance. A monthly payment of $100 covers all office visits and in-office procedures, including EKG (which costs an arm and a leg at urgent care and ER), and they negotiate with the labs and outpatient testing centers for way lower prices than typical self pay. Honestly, it's like having health insurance for $100/MO.

My husband and I decided to join Link Primary Care after tiring of years of 5 min visits with our primary care doctors. We wanted to have a different experience with our primary care doctor going into our retirement years. The cost is minimal for a concierge style program and we are able to use our insurance where needed for outside services. Our favorite part, is Link Primary offers a ‘one stop shop’ for a handful of previous appointments. Dr. Erica is attentive and listens to learn. She gives guidance and sound advice on how to improve overall health in a sustainable manner. Link Primary Care is the perfect balance of the modern concierge experience with the personal attention of the family physician from decades past.

Having my primary care doctor retire unexpectedly during Covid I had been looking for a new doctor. Knowing that I wanted a concierge practice I did my research and decided to go with Link Medical. By far the best decision I have made for my health. From the initial phone conversation with Annette to my first meeting with with Dr. Yalavarthi who took the time to get to know me and my medical issues I knew the right decision had been made. I am excited at the path we are heading down for a healthier, happier me.

After contemplating whether a direct primary care practice was necessary, I finally joined this practice. Since my first visit I have not been disappointed. Even for someone with minimal annual visits, I find the access to quality care and ability to reach out 24/7 to be invaluable. Being proactive with your health is something I realize should be a priority even for healthy individuals. In addition, Dr Yalavarthi is knowledgeable about every aspect and able to quickly connect you with specialist. Highly recommend this practice!

My family began using Link Primary Care in January of this year and it has been an incredible experience! In the very first visit with my three kids, Dr. Y drew my oldest's blood labs that i'd been struggling to get scheduled at the lab for months and also noticed that what we thought was just the result of nose-picking with my youngest was actually a staph infection and Link provided us the prescription cream on the spot. This first visit saved me hours in driving to/waiting at the pharmacy and getting my sons labs. Dr, Yalavarthi has also personally spent time with me and followed up with me for accountability in my attempts to lose weight for health reasons. THEN I was recently on a trip to Sonoma & Napa with friends and was getting car sick from the windy roads. I put a request into the app for an anti-nausea medicine on a Saturday morning and Dr. Y called me personally about ten minutes later to let me know that she had put the prescription in. The care we have all received at Link has been incredible, thoughtful, convenient, and personal.

I had my first physical with Dr. Erica. She was very thorough and helpful. She went over my history, my family history and any medical symptoms I was having. We discussed ways to help with some issues and took all blood work in the office. She followed up with me and wanted me to do further test, which was all arranged through their office. I do wish that they could do vaccines (flu and shingles) but they do not have the capability.

We've also been able to save ourselves 2 ER visits with our little ones when they needed to be seen after regular doctor's office hours. Would definitely recommend them!
