I am very impressed by Dr. Scott! I had a hammer toe that needed to be repaired surgically. I spoke with 3 different doctors about the surgery, and Dr. Scott was the only one who described to me, even drawing it out, the surgery that was required to make the repair. She was very up front about the surgery and recovery process, so no surprises. I think her skills as a surgeon are excellent, and her pre-and post surgery care was also excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Scott.

Extremely satisfied. Dr. Scott explained everything thoroughly. She discovered other problems and treated them. Since I've been here, in St. Louis, I've discovered that other doctors don't care about your condition unless you make an appointment and it takes at least 6 months to be seen by someone. Meanwhile, you're hoping you don't die while waiting to be seen. I was able to get in to see Dr. Scott quickly. I wish she could be my Primary Care Physician because she's simply amazing.

I agree with other reviews that Dr. Hoang makes the appointments very quick, but she really cares and I enjoyed working with both her and Brittany. 10.24.22: back at FootHealers with a different issue. Different doctor and assistant...same awesome experience. I like how I don't feel like I'm at a hospital but I'm taken care of like a professional who works in a hospital. My followup appt is Friday and I can't wait! Love FootHealers!!

I was early to my appointment, so I knew I'd have a nice waiting period. To my surprise I was warmly welcomed, given my initial paper work and taken to examing room immediately. Dr. Scott was AMAZING with my very frightened 8-year-old. My daughter gets extremely nervous at the unknown, and she was pretty hysterical about having a plantar's wart scraped and treated. Dr. Scott was incredibly patient - she did a little demonstration of the procedure and waited until my daughter was able to settle down. We could not have had a better experience with Dr. Scott - highest recommendation from us!

Edit: I have been charged for the same procedure 4 times now. Each time required waiting on hold or dealing with an unknowledgeable employee. Dr. Scott is great, but Foot Healers is not.

I was diagnosed and treated correctly which is ultimately the bottom line. I was also billed fairly and not up sold unneeded orthotics. The doctor was nice enough but didn't seem to be excited about her job. The office is shabby which was really surprising for being in Brentwood. The single staff member was marginally helpful and also was less than enthusiastic about the day in general.

I recently had a gout attack. I was in need of relief. I found Dr. Scott online. I went there and found the staff to be warm and friendly. Dr. Scott herself was warm and friendly. Dr. Scott seemed professional and knowledgeable in matters of feet. I was diagnosed with a gout attack, given a steroid shot and an anti-inflammatory. The next day my foot felt better. I appreciate Dr. Scott and her staff's help. I would recommend her to anyone with foot/feet issues.
