such a great experience again at this clinic. The Scheduler was so cheerful and welcoming. The nurse was kind and personal. And Carmen, the NP, was also so personal - she made me feel like I my symptoms were important to her and that she had a real desire to specifically help ME. And all this even though these were not my usual providers. Cannot say enough about how they all made me feel so cared for.

I have handed in three handwritten reviews on Amber, she has never been acknowledged on any of them. Amber is a FANTASTIC nurse. She always has a smile and is cheerful. Makes time to make sure that patient is comfortable knowledgeable about what medicines they're taking. Amber makes the visit more than just a doctor's visit, it is an experience that is very positive. As you can tell I can't give enough words to tell you how good she is. Dr beckstrand is also an excellent example of patience and concern about what is going on with you they take time to listen and explain. Also I would like to let the girls at the front desk have a positive note Rachel is always a smile and please and thank you, the rest of them are that way too. I know it is hard for them on the phones and helping patients but they still bring a positive attitude.

Doctor Beckstrand is very thorough and kept me well informed. I had lab work, a CT scan, and was then scheduled to see another doctor. Everything was taken care of without any trouble. He called me with my test results and explained what would take place tomorrow. Doctor Beckstrand does a great job.
