Beautiful new hospital but I don’t like the only one person a day policy when family members flying from other states :(
some nurse are nasty some are very kind.

I ended up at St Michael for an emergency surgery while in town visiting my son and his family. I feel like it was a blessing that I ended here. Everybody I encountered, from the ER to recovery, it was a treat. Six nights on the 8th floor, I’ve never met a staff like the staff they have up there. I’d like to mention Jordana as the most caring and most on point RN I’ve ever imagined, her bedside manners were a gift. Then There is Rowena my CRN for four nights. Rowena stays on task her entire shift (7pm-7am) and is on the minute with her vitals, meds and check-ins. Everybody was extremely pleasant and made me feel as if I was in a five star resort. The view wasn’t to bad either.
Thank you Dr Wixted and the entire staff at St. Michael Medical Center

Staff was incredibly friendly. They took such good care of my husband. A huge special thanks to his nurse Candy. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information and felt comfortable. Give that girl a raise. She made my husband forget how terrified he was about his procedure and he was able to relax, we laughed , and actually had a good time leading up to them wheeling him away. She really made it a breeze and made sure we where prepared and educated about what was going to happen and what to look for following the procedure. Thank you so much Candy!

Following all the challenging news reports lately about our only local hospital St. Michael’s Medical Center I felt somewhat apprehensive ahead of a radiology based biopsy.
But my three hours spent at St. Michael’s for the bone marrow aspiration I was attended and supported by the most professional, attentive and kind medical staff. While I sadly did not write down the names of the staff, one Registered Nurse nurse stood out - Andra Bordeaux. Aside from her high skill levels, her kindness and bedside manners were so very impressive and appreciated. While laying facedown on the scan unit tray, unable to see, I felt her reassuring touch on my hand, giving me step by step information about what to expect. Andra made this daunting medical test an actual positive experience and I highly appreciate her attendance and positive attitude. St. Michael’s is so very fortunate to have her on staff!

Hands down the best hospital. I’ve had to go to the ER several times during my pregnancy and they made me feel cared for. I felt like I was wasting their time with me worrying so much and they were always there to reassure me that it’s okay to come in when I feel something isn’t right. Sometimes I’m not seen super fast which is fine because when I do get seen it’s the best care I can ask for. The nurses and doctors there are amazing.

My husband had a heart attack 2/2022. This hospital was wonderful. The wonderful Doctors and the GREAT nurses were exceptional. BIG THANK YOU. Too bad they are experiencing a staffs shortage due to Gov. Covid guidelines. The Fire Dept., law enforcement etc. have all been affected and we are experiencing the results of these decisions.

Last week my elderly mother, who suffers from mild dementia, received emergency care for a kidney stone. She had a lot of pain and nausea. The entire staff treated her with kindness, compassion, and caring. They helped me with transferring when we arrived, and with dressing and transferring when it was time to leave. I was very pleased with my mom's care and highly recommend St. Michael's!

I had life saving quad-bypass surgery in March of 2021. I received an incredibly high level of service. The doctors and other staff members were highly skilled, caring, compassionate and comforting despite being understaffed and overworked.
Keep up the great work.

UPDATE on St. Michaels Medical Center 8-11-22
I was at St. Michaels Medical Center a few weeks ago; unfortunately, I had to return due to my mother getting pneumonia and sepsis; at 94, she ended up in ER.
This hospital has many ups and downs; I feel it is most hospitals nowadays. Good, bad, or indifferent, it's the sign of the times, at least for now.
Most, but not all of the ER nurses, were extraordinary, hard-working, and seemed very caring, except for one of the late-night nurses that watched over my mom. I honestly cannot tell you how she was the evening she worked, and I don't recall her name. But one morning, I came in early to chat with her; as I started asking her simple questions, she told me she would be right back, she would retrieve my mother's information; well, next thing I know, I saw her walking out the door with her coat and backpack. So a little disappointing there.
Due to the lack of nurses and staff, they had a hard time placing many ER patients in regular rooms for recovery; It was sad to see how many people were piling up in the hallways of the ER because of no staff. A couple of days passed, and they finally placed my mother in the Orthopedic area; as odd as that sounds, and it did to me, it was an accessible room, and they reassured me that during Covid times sometimes they had to do this.
The Nurses/CNAs in the Orthopedic area were good, I felt they were overworked, but I thought they did pretty well. Few little mishaps here and there; I was there checking on her daily, so maybe it would have been not as great of a situation if I hadn't been there doing just that, checking on her, I don't know, and I can't assume, but generally, I think her stay was reasonably decent.
Almost all the rooms are single residents, which is fabulous; there is no sharing a room with a stranger; they are good size rooms, and her room even had a couch in it.
Most of the volunteers (at least I think they were volunteers) I encountered at the front doors seemed friendly; some were funny and chatty, some not so much.
I enjoyed looking at their relaxing water feature; it's one of those things; being at a hospital, intentional or not, is just stressful. Of course, working there every day, you would grow accustomed to it, but this water feature is very serene, very peaceful. I imagine a lot of people enjoy that for the simple calming effect it offers.
I'm not exactly fond of their parking lot area in front of the ER and Ridgetop entrance; the way it is laid out, you don't know if you are or should be driving in a particular lane; you cannot tell if it is one way only or if there are signs posted I certainly missed them!
So with St. Michaels Medical Center (Hospital), there are plenty of pros and cons to be had!
7-27-22 (5 Stars for Imaging)
I have been using St. Michaels Medical Center Imaging Department for years; like other women, it was that time of the year for my yearly mammogram yup, that isn't much fun at all!!
The area is clean and free of odors and stains.
The first waiting room area is ample in size and has a beautiful view overlooking trees, mountains, and the city of Silverdale.
The second smaller waiting room isn't much different; however, due to Covid, you can no longer sit in that waiting area; you have to stay within your dressing room until it's your turn.
The dressing rooms offered are private and decent in size for what they are, even with a place to sit, which is a good thing since you will be there waiting, hopefully for not very long. I was in there less than five minutes!
My technician was friendly, chatty, knowledgeable, and made me feel as comfortable as she could.
My overall time there was quick, thank goodness, did I mention the process isn't pain-free??? I'm just happy it went quickly, and hopefully, I won't see them again until this time next year ;)
*Thank you to all of our first responders, its a tough and stressful job, often dealing with tough and stressed out people, especially now-a-days!*

A family member was brought here, she has been visiting for two months to be with her son, and is from socal. I am reading the other reviews here about delayed services, I came into this hospital EXPECTING that they would be short staffed since there has been a national shortage. Our overall experience was wonderful, very nice Doctors, PT's, OT's, and nurses. I am a nurse myself so that is why I was expecting that there would be internal issues possibly leading to delayed services. From my experience alone, there is a staff shortage in the two healthcare facilities that I work at. I know how difficult it is trying to provide to all assigned patients (helping them use the restroom, helping get them cleaned up, bringing them their medications on time, doing wound treatment, delivering shots, doing discharges, preparing for procedures...). Despite it taking hours to receive treatment and medications, I wholly understand WHY services are delayed. My Aunt was not able to transfer out of the ED observation unit to another floor for three days! When the medical floor is full, that happens! And my family and I understand. The team is very caring, and kind, and we appreciate that.
Having stayed with my Aunt, I have some words to make things better for overall staff to patient relationship + patient and family experience at this hospital:
-Greet patients and their families/visitors when walking into patient room. Introduce self and hospital role.
-Ask patient or visitors if they have any questions, and somewhere within the day discuss results of laboratory tests and radiology procedures with patient so they are updated on their overall care.
Thank you to the hospital staff who have served my Aunt. Appreciate you all!!
Deborah Harder
Went to the ER yesterday after hitting my head on our cement steps ,slipped on ice. Dr. Jeremy Tesar was so kind, as was everyone else . It was busy but Dr. Tesar didn't seem rushed in the hectic pace of an ER doctor. The only complaint I could even stretch to form was the grumpiness of the person at the desk recording vitals. Again that would be trying to find something to complain about. What I noticed most is that if you are kind, you received kindness back.

Our mother was sick with Covid for over 2 weeks on the 4th floor ICU before she passed away on Sunday December 18th. The care and communication from all her nurses, staff and doctors was amazing and compassionate!! I can not thank Dr Holt and Dr Benzoni for their efforts in her care!! Her nurses Andrew, Chasa, Danielle were so caring and loved on her! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. She will be missed but we know she is in Heaven and rejoicing with our father!

Needing surgery on a broken elbow is not something I’d recommend but if, like me, you do need surgery, I highly recommend St Michael’s surgery center and their amazing team of doctors, nurses other staff! I was treated with dignity and respect, was well informed at every step of the process and felt confident that I was getting the best care possible. Dr. West found a way to do a less invasive surgery—a single screw instead of a plate with multiple screws—and he was very compassionate about my concerns re the costs of surgery and rehab. Thank you!!
Kathy Gero
I went into St. Michael’s to get my second knee replacement surgery. I had caring nursing during my entire time in the hospital and my surgery went great. My only complaint was that I hadn’t eaten anything since dinner the night before my surgery wasn’t until after after 1:15 and all I was given to eat when I woke up was prepackaged no name jello. I was ready and able to eat real food. After my first knee replacement surgery I had meatloaf. I really needed some protein especially since I had to dress myself walk around, and go up and down the stairs. The kitchen needs to have real food available other then meal time.

Thank you to the Dr. Who treated me last night when I came in with covid. I could barely breath thought I was gonna be a goner. Gave me a steroid and not even 12 hours later and my upper respiratory system is almost pain free and clear. His RN that helped him was also super nice she made me feel really comfortable. Can't forget Ty who did my intake. Thank you guys so much.

Came here for my wifes third c-section... and I must say, low budget aside, this place is phenomenal. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. It's truly been wonderful to be somewhere that still puts patients first. A hospital with staff that cares, watch out Tacoma General.
If you have any choice, have your kid here or at UW in Seattle because there the next best.
Leigh Bartlett
The entire staff were phenomenal. They were all so reassuring, knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming. I felt like I was staying at a hotel not a hospital. Give them all raises, especially the janitors because it looked amazing, soooo clean.
heather randall
I’ve been dealing with different departments of the hospital quite often lately. Every single experience has been amazing. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. They really care about their jobs and their patients. I feel like I’m in the company of friends while I’m there. I count myself lucky to be able to receive treatment and care there.
Dennis Treger
Excellent care from the entire team. Pre-op, Surgery, Recovery and 3 days in the hospital all professionally executed with care.

Nurse
You Handled this situation with cruelty and zero tact. If you cared about your patient, you would have never upset him further by being rude and unkind to his wife. His B/P was already up, possible sepsis he was in a lot of pain and moved 3 times. By the way he was treated like a human and taken care of like real professionals would in the ER 1000 stars(Shannon ER RN, CT tech Er Doc… amazing people!! Best people), and then he met you. Hero to zero. Way to stress the patient. You are fired. NO-ONE lacking empathy, who finds joy in abusing their power to harm others, will be caring for my loved one. Find your heart or exit and find another occupation. You think flexing your power and beliefs was a good way to dispose of your long Saturday of being stressed? Your highest and best use of the education and training you fought to achieve? Do NOT take your occupational difficulties, frustration and exhaustion out on my loved ones who pay your very salary. You are a paid professional, a paid service provider, you even like to call yourself a caretaker. Remember that next time you abuse a patient and their nearest and dearest. A gurney for 3-4 days? You were willing to leave my whole world (husband)on that gurney the whole time instead of taking your arrogant self entitled@@@ to go get a real hospital bed only a few rooms down.(He’s 6’5, his feet hung off 2 feet) While our insurance helps pay your mortgage etc. (fyi my insurance pays you whether I am vaccinated or not, accept it!) I appreciate our nurses, I am thankful always. Hard work, dedication, love of others and education praised, my best friends are nurses. However you need another 20 yrs or so on top of education, in life skills. You my dear have chosen the wrong profession. Your patients DON’T OWE you anything. Check your personal nonsense in the parking lot. You chose to help others. Oaths are not sincere to you? You have shown to be a hindrance to care. You were more worried about tossing me out(Covid questions)and expressing your political views than taking care of my loved one. He wasn’t even hooked back up to his monitors or IV and you didn’t care. You wanted to be the tough guy and give his wife the riot act instead of making sure the patient was stable. Your first priority was being able to assert some demented form of authority before the concern for your patient. He is observation, he also stands a high risk for sepsis, which can be deadly, instead of checking his vitals and being current on his chart, u picked an unnecessary battle with an unaware opponent(his wife). I was in that hospital for 9 hrs, u choosing to throw me out as he sits in a closet receiving zero care was not a great moment for you. . I am a boss, if I were yours you would be sent packing. Take a communication course. Go donate some time to someone else and be reminded you are not the universe. You may be skilled, you may have excelled in class, during clinicals etc. Anyone can read a book and study. Your patient care skills are lacking and unacceptable. We have enough maniacal dictators to deal with without adding grumpy unhappy little nurses to the bunch. You,my husbands unfortunate gift, do not have the level of power you have sold yourself .You are a nurse, so you trump all those around you in your care. The very core of nursing is the love of caring for others (epic fail). Line it up and find your empathy/ sympathy… or go find your passion, bossing people in need and being a tyrant isn’t needed here. Tough guy
When I am able to acquire your full name I will add it. Hence being told “leave now”
EDIT
After the first night and speaking with Dawn my husbands charge nurse , everything was handled and my husband received the best care . I should not blame the whole group when you encounter one bad apple. Absolutely the best care ever after the original evening. Thank you Dawn, Kelly, Gretchen, and the rest of the staff everywhere I went. You have proven, one bad experience should not reflect on the whole. I can’t thank you enough. Excellent care!! Bad nurse is Jenny

From the moment i arrived until the moment we drove away, my treatment at St. Michael’s was everything I could have hoped for. Dr Watters and his entire team made sure I was comfortable and my questions were answered. Outpatient hip replacement was a bit of a frightening proposition in some respects, but I am so grateful I had the procedure in such a fine and well staffed facility. Thank you so much for starting me off on the road to reclaiming my life!
Cecelia Walker Washington
Shout out to Jamal I really appreciate your attentiveness to my care and your brief conversation and calming me down from being moved at 12:45 1:00 in the morning to station that you attended room 221 on the orthopedic department. But anyway thank you you were great and I hope all your ambitions come true.
I like to give a shout out to Casey who was attentive and very well supportive to me in the ER and Chrissy I appreciate you upstairs you were really a bedside patient centered and I appreciate that and Dr Kahl I really do appreciate your medical professionalism because you were great and I appreciate you thank you.
now there were some problems and I hope that I get the opportunity to express to you some things that I really think could benefit and brighten up your your you performance I was hesitant going to Sr Michael's because I haven't always been happy in the past but I want to share with you my concerns so that maybe there could be change and and everyone has a good service because we're spending a lot of money and I pray you help me with the PMT thank you so much

Recently I had partial knee joint replacement surgery at this facility. The hospital staff from admissions to discharge were very professional and seemed genuinely interested in my well being.
The surgeon i was blessed to have doing the procedure was Dr. West and I believe he did a great surgery. He told me everything went very well.
The only issue I had came after I left the hospital. I returned home and was not getting any relief from the pain block or mess prescribed. I spent several hours try to deal with the pain level but finally discovered that the pain block had come apart at the connection between the ball end and the catheter end and it was not feeding the pain block at all.
I returned to the hospital emergency room to see if they could help me. I spent over 2 hours waiting and never did see a doctor. My surgeon had been on call but did return my call at around 11pm and told me I could wait to see a doctor or just go home. They would not reuse the block or even able to install a new one sp I went home.
This is the reason for my less than seller rating.

I’ve had amazing nurses, doctors and staff here when I had my hysterectomy done. They were all gracious and so kind. Thank you all for taking care of me. God bless you all. 🙏🏻❤️ …
Phil Geveshausen
Drs and all staff are extremely professional. They listen to concerns and are very reassuring.

I wanted to give a shout out to Nurse Nancy in the ICU. With a close family friend receiving end of life care I would not have wanted anyone else on his case. She is absolutely and unbelievably amazing. With such a tough job I have no idea how she maintains her kind, positive, and supportive attitude. Thank your for making such a horrible time in my life, a bit sunnier. St, Michael’s is lucky to have you!
Alex Schroeder
Living on Bainbridge when I thought I broke my arm (turned out to be a bad sprain) I considered going to a hospital in Seattle but decided to go to St Michael instead. Even though it was during a heatwave and from what I was told by staff to be one of the busiest days of the year in their ER my experience was very positive. The ER screeners understood and efficiently walked me through their Covid protocols. The staff was friendly, professional and very capable. We are very blessed to have them as part of our community.
Lawrence Telles
Every step of the way to my surgery and afterward was smooth with very little waiting. I felt that the whole care team was very concerned for me and my comfort. They went out of their way to make me comfortable (despite my pain) and allay my anxiety.
Mickey Carpenter
Excellent care from all involved. Amy in anesthesia was truly my hero along with the best knee/hip surgeon ever who is Bradley Watters. The after care was calming and steady with 2 wonderful nurses. I don’t recall their names but they were both wonderful. Occupational therapy and physical therapy were spot on. My only complaint is the length of time it took to discharge My husband had to be there at 3:30 for the class and we didn’t leave until after 6. That was hard on him and me also.
Rhonda Baird
Pamela was the best tech, she knew all spec's of the procedure and got it over so quickly. I was very much so amazed.🙏😁👍 …
Patricia Skellie
I was there for my yearly mammogram. The receptionist was not overly friendly but not unpleasant. I had asked for a specific technologist when I made my appointment. She has done my mammograms for several years. I was called back by a different tech. This has happened in the past and I’ve said, “ I’m supposed to see Kristy K”. And at those times Kristy comes and says yes you are on my schedule. For whatever reason I did not say it at this time. I think the tech’s name was Monica and she took excellent care of me. When back in the dressing room I heard Kristy’s voice. I opened the door and she said, “ there you are! I have you on my schedule and wondered where you were!”
If a patient is on a tech’s schedule by request that tech should see that patient. That doesn’t seem like an unreasonable expectation.

I have never been treated better, my ED nurses BRYN and ALLIE, the absolute best. My nurse who I had the time I spent here, KELLY, nothing less than amazing. I have struggled with my health for along time and these woman really helped me get a grip. AXEL, babes you are the most amazing night nurse and that’s on PERIODT! Not to mention MORGAN, BAILIEY, NECCI, CHARLEN, AND OF COURSE my favorite transporters ALEX AND ANABEL. Thank you so much for your kind words and all the support you showed me with my stay. You all deserve the best !!

Silverdale late night ER staff are over worked. They were very impersonal to my husband . He waited 4 hours in triage with very little contact from the nurse.. Another person came in to do a cat scan then left to let meds take effect. She said it would be 1o minutes
40 minutes later with no contact,. I had to find his nurse who was busily running around refilling items, when the cat scan would be. She was walking away quickly saying that is not my department. I can't tell you when. Needless to say I was very stressed. I think the triage nurses need more empathy training. My husband was left in the triage room very stressed out.
Susan Crossland
Husband’s knee replacement surgery & post op care have been exceptional! Anesthesia folks have called daily to assess pain level & with the pain pump going for about 4 days, it’s been very little pain.
I will highly recommend Dr Watters, his team, & St Michaels for any Orthopedic procedure! My husband’s quality of life has been extended! Thank you!

I had an employee, Dasha Rogers, answer some questions for me regarding my sister's bills from last year. I had went ahead and paid the bills since I could not get any problem solvers help from the billing area. I talked with numerous employees for months. Finally gave up and just paid the balances so I wouldn't get any collection notices. So, thank you Dasha for letting me know what needed doing.. I hv written a letter to the billing dept. Let's see what happens next. Lee Buxton

Huge shout out to all of those who work at St Michael Medical Center. Fate had me pay a visit to the ER. I walked in knowing it might take awhile to see a doctor but I appreciated how they were good about prioritizing those coming in appropriately. I didn't mind waiting a little longer if that meant someone in more pain could go ahead of me. In the end though I was seen, the intake staff, nurses, PA's, medical assistance, technicians were all 1st class. We don't say thank you enough for these amazing 1st responders who are there for us when most needed. Thank you for the amazing care. The greater Kitsap area is blessed you all are there serving us when we're in need. Keep up the good fight.
Bart Kent
Dr Watters and the entire team at the Orthopedic Center have been exceptional during my total knee replacement . Much appreciated!!

It was an ER visit and a Cardiologist appointment. Place was clean.
William Asman
The staff were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. I think they need large and more obvious signage in some areas. Very clean and orderly. I didn't notice any of the usual hospital smells which was nice. They did not have any nice and clear pricing signs but no hospital I've been to in the states does, this oversight significantly reduces customer confidence in the business.
Shell Lea
The ER was horrid. The staff was unprofessional and standard practices were not followed. It took 9 hours for a medication to be dispensed after seven requests. I was told they were just too busy. I am an MA, I have 30 years experience. At no time did it appear to be overly busy. Staff complained that the were understaffed and seemed to be having a “sit out”. The Dr never gave his name, never preformed an exam, never actually entered the ER room. He stood in the entryway and gave curt remarks that anyone could hear. I heard the details of multiple patients due to this inappropriate behavior. Dr Lane, tried to send me home without treatment, during a heart related event. I refused to leave as my pulse had fallen to the 30’s multiple times and my BP was as high as 183/78, and as low as 96/52, I have low BP. I could not walk or stand and Dr Lane was unconcerned. When I was admitted my care was superior. You have a serious problem with your ER and I will be following up with the proper oversight authority. I suggest you investigate the level of care provided by your ER and the consequences to the community.
Marvin Cumming
Very competent, very skilled, professionally confident with excellent and descriptive communications. They care about what they are doing. My perspective was they do it because they can and out of principle not career
Kathy McAfee
I was very impressed with the hospital and staff. Everyone was caring and so kind. My surgeon, Dr. Hadi and his nurses were the very best!! Thank you St. Michaels for great care.
Dan Culver
I have always had caring professional treatment at this hospital and though I have had to wait sometimes for attention I always have been treated with respect. I trust the Doctors in the Emergency room. There are substandard hospitals but this is not one of them. I live on Bainbridge Island and I am grateful for the staff and workers here at St. Michael Medical Center.
Terri McCarty
My husband and I got our 1st covid vaccination on Friday Feb 5. The experience was really good. I was very impressed with the organization of the process. The staff were friendly, fantastic people. Thank you. Having worked in hospitals for over 40 years I was pleasantly surprised by how organized they were!
Mary Louise Burkett
I visited the Urgent Care Clinic on 2/9/21
After being checked in I was treated promptly and with compassion and professionalism. The staff there was outstanding and kind.
They referred me to Dr.Misra who recommended surgery. My experience at the hospital was very pleasant with nurses and staff being very kind and understanding.Thank you all for your
dedication and hard work.

I was worried about going here after hearing negative reviews after St. Michael was moved from their location in Bremerton to Silverdale recently but I genuinely had a good experience here. I think your wait time in the ED truly depends on when you get there and the level of your need based on other patients that are waiting. All of the staff from the front desk to the MD were incredible and all had great bedside manner. I felt my needs and concerns were addressed and I really don’t have any complaints.
William Main
I just had a total knee replacement done there by Dr Hadi and his staff. From the moment I got there until I was wheeled out to my waiting car, everyone treated me like a prince! I would highly recommend them for any treatment you might need.
J D W
Not a bad experience. I had a scheduled MRI for 8pm and the only way in or out was through the emergency department. I get that with Covid and after hour security..Here is the gripe which cost a star..I was going in for an MRI for my knee and had a cane with a full leg brace..Not a single wheelchair in sight..nor one offered. Also was told that the place I was going was down this hallway, to the bank of elevators, and down another really long hallway..
Rj Gibbs
Came in to the hospital because my wife has covid symptoms. And the nurse at the front desk name Brett. He fast and friendly and funny. I would recommend seeing him. Thank you for looking at my review. And gives this a thumbs up
John Koval
In ER, in terrible pain, everyone was so caring and professional. I can’t remember everyone’s name but they called me Love, Sweetie, Boss, Honey — they were so nice. Dr Armstrong should be canonized. Samantha’s name I remember. In radiology, I will always be big fans of Ingrid and Wendy (great senses of humor) who got the shot even though I was curled up in a foetal position and could t move without yelling in pain. They were all five star!
Kenneth Shattuck
Went to the ER the Tuesday before Christmas with sever abdominal pain. They found I had diverticulitis and feces was leaking into my body. I had surgery on Christmas day. I want to thank the docrors and nurses that took care of me. I wouldn't be here if it wasnt for you, and your dedication to your patients.
Pamela Keller
I went to St. Michael's on Jan 22 for my first Covid vaccine. The experience could not have been better. The staff were pleasant, competent and helpful from beginning to end. The process was well organized and went quickly. It felt safe because there were not any clusters of people and everyone was following Covid protocols. Very pleasant experience.
Kathleen George
Was taken here by ambulance from the one in Port Angeles and in both Hospitals I was very well cared for.
Everyone was respectful, pleasant and compassionate. They were prompt for all tests I needed and very kind.
Carol Spencer
I enjoyed my overnight stay. The one thing I didn't like was being awakened every 2-3 hours . I hot more rest at home.
Terri Rinard
The hospital staff and volunteers providing support were very cordial, organized and knowledgeable about the clinic service of providing COVID-19 shots. No waiting for our appointment and the area we needed to wait in after our shots was comfortable as well
Kimani's World
Staff are beyond nice and prompt. Alisia who did my exam was exceptionally sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Breast exams can be very vulnerable but they make you feel at home.
Terysa Vigil
Excellent staff just your greeter needs not have an adittude with loved ones whome are in a stressful situation and be more understanding... other than that excellent staff
John/Edy Thornton
My husband and l have been fully vaccinated at the Harlow bldg in Jan and Feb. We were impressed with the efficient vaccine process and all the friendly volunteers. Thankyou for all your hard work and dedication.
Willow Eaton
Went in for my COVID vaccines. The staff were very friendly and helpful both times. The first time the process was a bit confusing, but by the time I went in for my second shot, it was much more organized and easy to understand.
Donna B
Great care, very professional. Recovery nurse Rebecca was great. All cheered my ability to get up and move.
Grant Eastland
I was in and out of the ER in 3 hours. I didn't like that I had to be by myself waiting with a broken finger. But when I was seen, I was taken care of. Would have liked to have more guidance on what to expect.

I want to express my appreciation to the entire staff of people I encountered this morning in receiving my first Covd shot. You all were very gracious, efficient, and caring in the way you went about treating me and the others that I was in with for my time slot.

Both times getting my vaccine they were great! Minus some minor technology hiccups (which let's face it, technology never works when you need it to) they were efficient and very friendly.

My wife's Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Joshua Shatsky, MD called personally after her six hour Cervical Spinal arthrodesis surgery. Her care was exceptional and the CHI Franciscan team did fantastic! Dr. Joshua Shatsky listened to my wife like no other doctor has, he gave her back the ability to use her right hand and arm, strength and ability to enjoy life again! Dr. Shatsky is an incredible asset to CHI Franciscan and Puget Sound! Thank you for bringing Christmas early! The Allen Family

I went in semi- ambulatory, suffering complications of COVID. I was taken immediately back for evaluation, which happened pretty quickly, and was held for treatment. Put into a hallway treatment area on a gurney for treatment with IV, I was monitored regularly by very competent RNs, and the doctor came several times with updates from tests and checking my progress. I've never seen such great response and care from any other ER, and I've lived in 4 states! St Michael's is the best!
Dennis Smith
