If I could give them 10 stars I would. This place was such a great experience. It was easy to find a time for my appointment. The front office staff is super friendly and helpful. The nurse who brought me back was easy to talk with and efficient. Very well organized operation. But most importantly…. I dropped my keys down a storm drain in their parking lot when I was walking in 🤦🏼‍♂️ They were so helpful! Dr Probst and his son helped retrieve them for me. I have no idea how they did it. I highly recommend this clinic for great, over the top service and super friendly people.

I absolutely love Dr. Watson. I have been seeing her for a few months now and I feel like she listens to all my rambling about the research I've done on my medications, etc., and she validates my concerns when it comes to adjusting my meds. She's a great doc. The only reason I gave 5 stars instead of 4 is because I think that $160 for a telemed visit is very steep (most places charge around $50). I will continue to see Dr. Watson, though, because I think she is great. The office staff at the clinic is also fantastic, and Brenda is always super helpful and friendly. I'm confused about the reviews I see that say how terrible the reception desk/office staff is -- that has never been my experience.

He has called just to make sure I am feeling better and that is a great Dr. In my opinion. The office is clean, staff professional and very nice. I have not had problems getting in when needed. My husband and I have been seeing Dr Kristen Romo for about 3 years now. I have to say, it's extremely hard to find a PCP who is half decent, but I've really been impressed with Dr Romo. She really seems to listen to each of my concerns, and writes down extensive notes each time I go in. She doesn't seem afraid to ask me about depression and anxiety which is important, that's a doctor's job I think. I've also never had a bad experience with the front desk

I first saw Dr. Hansen. I did not feel like I was valued as a patient. I called for 2 days with no response from anyone in his office. Office visits were not Put into my records for 2+weeks after my visits. I changed to Dana Shaw, and she has been AMAZING! I would recommend anyone to go see her.

Same-day appointment to see Dr. Gamble for a few medical reasons. Though I’ve seen many of the doctors on staff whom have all been great, I very much liked Dr. Gamble. It was a long appointment and I appreciate the time he spent going over all things I wanted to address. He was kind and compassionate. Dealing with chronic pain, I’ve seen quite a few physicians, even pain management doctors, who have a lack of compassion and quite judgmental. He was very knowledgeable and sincere. Dr. Romo is also another doctor at their office that makes you feel cared for and getting all that you need in terms of knowledge, medication and referrals. She is very thorough. Anyone in the area looking for a same-day, urgent appointment or even a primary care doctor, any of the physicians on staff are of high caliber and would recommend to anyone. Having a pharmacy in the same building is such a convenience as well! Thanks Olympus!

If you have the time to wait on hold for 10-15 minutes to finally schedule a appointment you might like this clinic. It is far too busy to give the personal care that famiy medicine should provide. The MA, receptionists that work the front desk look overwhelmed and the line to even check in is super long. It feels like a chaotic circus in the lobby. The provider was great during the appointment but no follow through with labs, meds etc. If you need a more personal approach I suggest finding somewhere else.

I love some of the physicians here, but some of them are in such a hurry when you come in they don't even chart the notes correctly. I self pay and feel that my time should be taken more seriously. I scheduled with a NP that I really like and she switched me back to the doctor who has not time for me. Not happy with them since the new clinic. I made a payment arrangement with your billing office. I called several times to make a payment and they NEVER returned my calls. Now I've been sent to collections. This is your billing offices fault, not mine. I want this taken out of collections and I want to be called at home on the third Wednesday of each month to pay my balance off in four payments.

The clinic is basically fine. We've been going there for many years and it's good. But I must say that we've continually, for many years, been frustrated and disappointed by their handling of vaccination records. They've changed their system and lost our vaccine records multiple times. And they are not connected to the state USIIS database, which makes it really archaic to track vaccines and provide proof of vaccinations for schools, missions, etc.

Taylor was great! She answered all of my questions in a professional and friendly manner. She gave me a couple of shots and did a great job, even though she’d only been doing it for one month. I was less impressed with the doctor I saw which is why I gave 3 stars and not 5 She was very friendly but seemed in a hurry. She neglected to tell me nor ask for consent for a particular procedure. I was quite shocked but luckily not traumatized.

I am so pleased with this clinic. My Doctor is almost always on time. And if she is running late there is a board in the waiting room that tells you how long the wait may be for each Doctor. There is a pharmacy on site. So you can have your prescription filled before you leave. I rarely wait very long for any lab work. They are pleasant and friendly. All the staff is friendly I would recommend this clinic.

I like my doctor. However don't think their customer service is great at all. Forgot my new insurance card. Was told I could reschedule or pay out of pocket (insurance would cover it all). They wouldnt let me call after I got back home with the insurance information. I wasted my morning for this. Not sure why they could not just bill the insurance an hour after my visit or worst case bill me if insurance denied it. They clearly care more about money than someone's health. Been a patient for over 20 years. Seems like change might be good for me. What a waste of time for everyone involved. Update 4/2019 - have been back since several times. Front desk service seems to be better and no issues since. Raised from 1 star to 3 due to improvement. Dr. Jackson is fantastic and has saved me time and money on multiple occasions.

I absolutely adore Dr. Gamble. He has been my physician, as well as my dad’s, and both of my brother’s physician, for well over 15 years. The new building is very nice, and the parking is much better than it used to be. My only complaint (was) the front desk staff. Only until recently (the clinic completely changed their entire front desk staff, FINALLY), was that the front desk staff was HORRIBLE. They were rude, unprofessional, visibly annoyed by any questions, etc. I even got into a verbal altercation with one girl (at the old building) because she was being so rude, and blatantly disrespectful. I always would complain to Dr. Gamble’s nurses, who would agree with me on their horrible attitudes. I don’t understand how a group of people who run a family practice facility, could be so unprofessional and disrespectful, not only over the phone, but to my face. The new girls are extremely nice and polite, but I just hope it continues that way. Because I’ve considered switching doctors SEVERAL times due to the front desk staff. I live in Riverton now, and make the drive to Holladay, BECAUSE of Dr. Gamble and his sincere and empathetic approach to medicine. My husband has wanted me to switch physician offices for years, due to all of my conversations and problems with the old front desk staff. But Dr. Gamble was definitely worth more than the conflicts over the front desk. I think things have gotten better in the past 4 months. And I truly hope they continue to run this way.

I have been with my doctor, Matt Hansen, for 20+ years. I have referred my closest friends to him and they are glad they made the switch. Dr. Hansen is one of the best, he truly cares about my health and how I feel. I trust him completely, very important in today’s world. Additionally, his nurse is fabulous. She does so much and takes the time to get to know the patients. I cannot say enough great things about my “medical team”.

I adore my doctor and the staff here. Recently, I was sent to the ER because of some symptoms I had. They told me I was okay, however I went to my physician at OFM later that day because of the severity, and he did some additional tests and called a surgeon into the office to take a look at me and get the help I needed. Throughout the whole process, my doctor has checked in (almost daily!) and has offered me advice and assistance as necessary. The phlebotomists at this location are very adept at their job. Easiest blood draws I have ever experienced. Excellent care, and an excellent facility! As long as I live in the area, I won't go to another medical center!

I've been going to Olympus for a few years now after changing doctors almost annually trying to find the right fit. I no longer live near Olympus clinic but still drive all the way across town because I have yet to find a doctor I like more than Catherine Coates (NP). She listens to my medical concerns but also asks about life and spends the time to figure out solutions together rather than being dismissive or rushing me out the door as I've experienced with many other doctors. The front desk staff has been less than warm and friendly before but overall, I've had a good experience with them.

The Dr's and Nurses at this clinic are great! This is a safe non-judgmental space. They are the true form of serving your fellow human. I always feel comfortable telling Dr. Gamble everything that may effect my general health, sexual health, mental health, etc... Would and have recommended this to others.

I and my family have been using Olympus Clinic for 32 years. Dr. Gamble is our doctor. We love him. I have had bronchial asthma for 3 months (no Covid-19). I was suffering and saw Dr. Probst Tuesday and he said okay let's take care of this. After his Rxs I now feel fantastic. Please thank him for me. I exercised this morning and going hiking Sunday. I'm comfortable with all the doctors, nurses and medical assistants there.

I would love to give 1 star, but because I've been here multiple times (and everyone else was fantastic to deal with) I'm giving it 3. I recently brought someone in to their appointment at Olympus Clinic. This is routine, nothing out of the ordinary. Typically when I come in, I'm greeted promptly with a smiling face (pretty blonde gal is always incredibly friendly and helpful, as is everyone else I've spoken with here.) Today, however, I was treated as though I had 0 importance whatsoever at Olympus clinic. Annie was incredibly rude, would not answer even the most basic simple questions, and continuously brushed me off. She was incredibly disrespectful and would not listen to my concerns at all. Honestly, I felt as though I would have been better off talking to a wall than talking to her. Because she was so unhelpful, I tried talking to other people at the front desk but she would not even let me! She continued to cut into the conversation, bringing up irrelevant information, and not letting me talk to anyone about any of the issues I was experiencing or questions I had. Not only that, it was incredibly uncomfortable watching her not only disrespect me (in front of a room full of other patients) but also the other receptionists working! Incredibly unprofessional and uncalled for. I've contemplated moving my family members to a different clinic, and if I have another encounter like this I most certainly will not be coming back.

You know you have an issue when patients know more about claims and billing than their own internal department does. I went in for my yearly, free visit and was told my "copay" was $40. Now, I'm on an HSA and haven't hit my deductible yet, therefore my benefits haven't kicked in. Furthermore, under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), all yearly preventative visits are FREE. Nevertheless, I paid what the girl at the counter told me to, expecting I could fix the issue on the back end once the claim for my visit was processed through my insurance. Fast forward to a whole 30 days later and FINALLY my claims are submitted to my insurance carrier. Low and behold, my responsibility is stated as $0 per my insurance company. I've been trying to get ahold of the billing department at Olympus but keep getting their voicemail, even though I'm calling during their stated business hours and outside of their stated lunch break time. First call, I was disconnected before I could leave a message but I finally manged to leave one after multiple tries. Now I sit and wait for a call back.. Basically, you better have knowledge of claims and billing, the ACA, and how your particular plan works or you'll be out money simply for not knowing any better. Aside from their billing staff lacking the knowledge necessary to accurately bill their clients, I do love the medical attention I receive from my doctor. I will continue to suffer through their inattention to detail in regards to billing practices simply because I love my doctor.

I trust her knowledge And skills and equally important is her empathy and willingness to listen to me the patient .. Olympus Clinic has truly been family medicine for us. Not only covering 3 generations of excellent care for our family, but 2 generations of doctors have cared for my partner and me for a over 100 years combined. I have been a patient for 40 years. The new facility has an expanded lab and more physicians with a variety of specialties and backgrounds. Help is available 24/7 with a phone call. I have had sutures on a Sunday rather than an ER visit. Doctors at the clinic also manage a home healthcare and hospice service which allowed me to do excellent end of life care in our bedroom surrounded by familiar spaces for 2-1/2 years for which I will be forever grateful.

It’s good! I love Doctor Romo. But, I tried to get a hold for an appointment that was on zoom. And it took 45 minutes after calling, being on hold, being forgotten and hung up on. Finally I got a hold of them, and they switched my appointment to that evening. So at least I could still get an appointment. But sometimes getting my scheduled appointment through zoom is difficult.

I was so happy to find that my doctor of 15 years, Matthew C. Hansen, and his wonderful assistant Katie are working at Olympus Family Medicine. Dr. Hansen is a great doctor and it appears he's with a practice that fits his views of truly caring for patients and not treating them as faceless sources of revenue. Olympus Family Medicine is a newer facility with many related services in the same building (lab, pharmacy, etc.). The location is easy to get to and parking is very accessible. Looking forward to future visits with my trusted physician and this fine facility.

I have had a few frustrating experiences here, but none with my doctor. On rare occasions when I have to make a quick appointment with someone else, it can be a little bit of a struggle, but nothing severe. Dr. Probst is an amazing doctor--he knows his stuff, is patient and understanding, and works quickly. I have NEVER had a problem with Probst. It's hard to visit anyone else. The on-site pharmacy is great, too; it saves me a lot of time.

I always feel like they take care of my needs before moving on to the next patient - which is hard to come by in a busy doctor's office. My spouse and I both followed Dr Hansen here from Granger Medical. I have found this clinic staff from scheduling to the lab to the front desk and MA’s to be a big improvement over Granger Medical Wasatch clinic. Kati Medel MA, in particular, is very attentive, has great follow through and is eager to make sure patients get what they need in a timely manner. We have always loved the great comprehensive care and continuity of care we have gotten from Dr Hansen and we are really happy he is now in a clinic that has better support staff. We had an appointment with Dayna We had 3 people all needed to see her for a virus affliction! We were there for only 5 minutes and they called our name. We went in and weighed and got our blood pressure checked! Then we went into rm 5 and Dayna and her nurse was right behind us. All went well and we were all 3 out of there 25 minutes later! Dayna explained everything she saw and went over all meds. She was not in a hurry even though the place was packed with patients! On the way out the receptionist told me I had a $10.00 credit! Been going to this clinic for 22 years. The wait times really are not bad if you think about the service being provided, hospital wait times are incredibly long. Customer service is what you would expect at a clinic. The nurses are awesome and all of the doctors at knowledgeable and they really care.

I’ve been going to Olympus Family Medicine for over ten years and love all the doctors here! I see Dana Shaw and I feel like she is thorough, honest, personable, and willing to help meet my needs or concerns. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new family doc. A lot of the bad reviews come from when the office completely uprooted and had to move into their brand new (much much better) nice building. For the record it stayed in the same parking lot; however, the staff went through a lot— changing their computer system, training new employees, moving all of the files and archives. It seems that patients weren’t very patient or sympathetic to that considering the gorgeous and up to date office with the pharmacy added on that they built for us!! I felt like I was in a trailer with the old building- people need to chill! Haha.

In regards to many of the bad reviews about this place, I don't personally go to the doctor to be greeted warmly by the receptionists (who were just fine, by the way), but I do go for quality care and that's what I got. I saw Sally Epperson and she was great. She was kind and a great listener and took care of all my concerns. Don't let any of the bad things said about Olympus Family Medicine scare you away.

I love my Doctor (Dr. Dana Shaw) and would highly recommend her and this clinic to anyone in need of a primary care physician.

I trust his medical judgement, options and evaluations at 100% I like to think of him as a friend; he is my friend and he and Katie know me and ALL my family and takes care of them to. As a patient of Dr Steven Heath, I can say without reservation that he Is most meticulous and caring of any of the many Doctors I have had in my 73 years of life. His communication style is excellent which is often a problem for many doctors. He is articulate, engaging yet has a focus on solving the problem. An incredible experience occurred on a recent Saturday; I was having serious effects of flu and I asked through his patient email portal if he could suggest something. Since we had met recently he knew exactly what my situation was and immediately contacted a pharmacy with just the right medication. This done on a Saturday mind you. Such personal care is so rare. Get ready to yield and slow down quickly!

Checking with doctors, nurses and different pharmacies, calling me multiple times to make sure things were correct. I think she went above and beyond!! We have had a great experience there. They have quite a few different doctors! We've seen two different ones, and really liked them both. You can get in quickly if you have an urgent issue, and they also have an after hours emergency as well.

I don't know about the other Doctors but I've been going to Dr. Wall (who works at this clinic) for about 33 years. He's saved my bacon more than once - really can't say anything negative about him personally. Haven't had any problem with the billing dept. either.

Dr. Romo take the time needed and makes you feel like your health is important. She takes the time to give you the correct diagnosis and comes up with a health plan the is the best fit for you. The staff is friendly and helpful.
