To say Dr. Chan is the absolute BEST is being modest! She, and her entire staff, are incredible. I have a lot of unique health issues, many of which are not simple to treat... so I'm NOT the easiest patient. But Dr. Chan and her staff are always patient with me! They answer my messages quickly and show care and compassion, which is huge since I'm often frustrated with my health. Dr. Chan is so knowledgeable and never rushes through an appointment. She always takes time to visit with me and address my questions and concerns...which are many! I feel so fortunate to have found her and Lotus Health. They are the best healthcare team I have ever found.

Dr Chan is brilliant, caring, and affordable. I've been seeing her for the past 2 years and I haven't had any complaints. She helped me get an ADHD diagnosis and was there to support me when I was SA'd. If you're a female patient looking for a very compassionate provider I absolutely love her! I also love that she incorporates both western and Eastern Chinese medicine into her practice.

Dr. Chan is incredible. Every bit of my experience with her and the office staff over this last couple of years has been smooth and efficient. Dr. Chan is a caring, mindful person with a highly intellectual approach and a research-based wealth of knowledge. She has helped me with general health, menstrual and hormone wellness, sleep challenges, ADHD, and mental health; all with treatment options ranging from natural remedies to prescription drugs. I have felt seen, supported, and validated through each visit (virtual or in person) and message communication. And I love that I can get acupuncture and multi-vitamin injections in the same visit! THIS is the way all healthcare should be. I tell everyone I know to connect with Dr. Chan for all their health and wellness needs.

Doctor Chan is an incredible woman! Any ounce of nervousness I had making an appointment dissipated the second I walked into her office. I feel more comfortable with her than any doctor I’ve met with. It’s never a rushed feeling like I have to hurry with my concerns so she can move onto the next patient. She takes the time to actually listen, expand, advise, and provide treatment. I felt so genuinely listened to and any questions I had were clearly expanded on in ways I could understand. I would recommend her to any friend or family member I possibly could, she’s that amazing!

After a severe accident where i had less than a 10% chance of living(i broke both legs at once and was in a coma for nearly three weeks), I've seen my fair share of doctors. Doctor Chan and attending staff at Lotus Health: I can't express enough my gratitude for Dr. Chan seeing things as they really are, and that honestly take place for real human beings(and not numbers). Detailed communication, to get to the root of issues and seek out the best resolution toward vitamins, medication, and more are just several reasons why Dr. Chan stands high above others that I've seen. Although a simple "Thank You" is not enough to say for the unmatchable care that I and Others have received at Lotus Care, it is what I will say here. To anyone and everyone, i endorse strongly the No-Nonsense approach to medicine and life(living) health, that Doctor Chan provides.

I was super nervous about going to my first appointment addressing my ADHD. Dr. Chan took the time to actually listen to me and go over my symptoms. We came up with a treatment plan that has worked successfully for me. She genuinely was excited when I shared my results, and you can tell she cares about her patients. Mental health can be intimidating to talk about, but Dr. Chan helps you feel comfortable and heard. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well :)

Life as a Skid

Dr. Chan has been able to help me with issues I’ve been dealing with for over ten years. I have struggled with depression, pmdd, and anxiety with no answers or only temporary fixes. On our first appointment she found the root cause to these things and I am finally feeling like a normal human again. She is amazing! So smart, caring, and such a great listener.

I was going to big name hospital/doctor as my primary doctor for awhile. They were ok but it was more of a process to get things done & going. I came across Lotus Health as somewhere I could go to help with an issue that I've struggled with since my youth. From the first appt with Dr. Chan she listened to what I had to say completely & took action immediately to help me gain control of the issue. Since then it's the only place I go. Dr. Chan is awesome & has helped me with multiple things. 5 stars is not enough! Highly recommend!

I recommend Dr. Chan to everyone I know. I wish I would have found her 10 years ago. She has done an amazing job managing my medications to help depression and anxiety. I feel like a human being again. I’ve found that not only does she manage my meds, she’s been available to help with any medical questions and simple procedures. If her clinic cannot do it, she will get you set up and recommend someone who can. Recently, I was unfortunate enough to get Covid and a 6mm kidney stone showed up immediately after. She helped me all the way through including a FaceTime call where I was pretty much just pathetically crying the whole time. Her receptionist is doing a wonderful job too. She is professional and polite. I have nothing but nice things to say about them. ❤️
