Ive been going for over 5 years now. I see Dr. Brown himself and I love him. He cares about his patients, he makes you laugh and feel comfortable. Ive saw the other doctors they are nice but I really felt Dr.Brown was the best and I will continue to see him especially with my eye problems

Vision Care at the Brown Center has a large and very clean space, especially during this time). When I arrived for my appointment last month, I was prompted to wash my hands immediately. I did sit down in the waiting room for about 5 minutes until I was called. Everything was sanitized before and after my use of particular machines. The staff are very polite and Dr. Santos is ownderful. Very easy to talk to and understanding. Vision Care is a great eye doctor!

My father had double vision after a stroke. I recommended that he go to Dr. Santos, and I'm glad he did. Dr. Santos is a gem of an optometrist. He's also Portuguese speaking, too!

I've seen three doctors here and they have all been great. Not 5 stars because reception here is always rude and condescending. I could do without them. When I ask basic questions like how long I can expect to be there for non yearly appointments, if I can get my prescription (safety glasses for work), if I can be billed as they can't get my insurance info up, they always respond snooty.

Extraordinary customer service and highly knowledgeable doctor. My exam for new eyeglasses and fitting for new contacts left me seeing the best I've seen in years and felt like the best prescription I ever received. I was having trouble seeing during night driving. Turns out it was just not the best prescription from my previous eye doctor. Dr. Brown solved the problem and I can now see the best I've seen in years. I can't recommend Dr. Brown and his kind staff highly enough.

I see Dr. David Santos and he is caring, professional, and very down to earth. I never feel like he's in a rush to move onto the next patient. Ana helped me with my eyeglasses & sunglasses. Dr. Brown is the best and most dedicated doctor I have ever had. I wish all of my dr’s could be half as good as him. He will tell you like it is! Won’t hide anything. Depending on the severity of the injury or issue, he will meet you there 24/7!!! The staff is amazing as well!

I had been getting headaches for over a year and I always thought it was associated with grinding my teeth, stress, etc. After some time I got used to it and it became my life unless it was a particularly bad one. I started grad school earlier in the year and that's when it got really bad... my mom pushed me to go the eye doctor and I found The Brown Center online. When I was seen, Adna administered the first round of tests on my eyes and she was just lovely! Dr. Brown came in to administer the rest and after just a few moments he asked me 2 or 3 questions that I wish I could remember, but they were just spot on. They were regarding how I read, and the flow of my reading. I felt instantly validated and was like.. yes! He then administered more tests and told me after that I had an anomaly in my eyes. He explained how my eyes were straining to see properly because the light doesn't come in properly and it causes my eyes to strain, hence the headaches. It was something that I've had my whole life and was never caught on previous eye exams. I was in shock.. I had always thought my vision was fine because that's what I was told but the moment he placed the lenses in front of my eyes, it was clear and didn't hurt. I couldn't help it, I just started crying... Dr. Brown is not only a phenomenal doctor but he explained everything so clearly so I could understand without the medical knowledge background. He did so in a rather comical way with a perfect analogy that I've used multiple times now that I have an answer and have told my family/friends. I would recommend the Brown Center to ANYONE because they are professional, kind and very knowledgable. Jesse in the optical department was also just wonderful, and explained what my script meant and was patient and helpful as I tried on multiple glasses. Can't recommend you all enough, thank you!

Dr. Hill & all staff were professional yet very welcoming. I can't give the highest rating because the Center had no frames in my size! I wear a 44 ish. My head is small, I guess, but I have been able to get glasses in Boston. You had so many frames, I was certain I could get everything done, Alas!

The office visit was great. Easy to schedule. The staff is very professional and courteous. The doctor quickly diagnosed the reason for the wellness visit. He gave me good clear instructions for treatment.

Dr Brown is awesome. Diagnosed my son correctly after 15 years. Just often too long of a wait to see him. Optical is a hit or miss. Ordered glasses once just to find out it was never placed.

Extremely pleasant visit - Dr Hill was great, very personable and efficient. Pamela helped me pick up my first pair of frames. Only downside is you don't get your glasses the same day in my case.

Wonderful staff from the front to the back !! My daughter loves her new glasses. I do wish they had more current styles. I only found one pair for myself I would be willing to wear.
