Typically I would not review for such a personal experience but I think in general only people who feel they had bad experiences review and I wanted a different perspective. I was referred here for a normal age based colonoscopy. It took about 7 months to hear from them but my PCP had warned me of the back log and I was fine with that. My appt was booked for about 4 months out from that contact. All in all it was 11 months from referral. I completely understand the wait due to continued back up of routine medical services from covid lockdowns. From that very first contact everyone I spoke to was so nice, so informative and apologetic for delays. As my procedure approached and I had questions I was always able to leave a message and receive a call within hours. I found everyone I spoke to be caring and willing to help. I had a very hard time with the prep. It’s never easy but I felt beyond sick. The office was clean and there was absolutely no wait or line for anything. As soon as I spoke to a nurse, my lack of sleep, nerves, dehydration and sickness took over and I started crying. All the nurses were just the sweetest most helpful people. Dr Kleeman was courteous and professional. I would dare say my experience at northern light gastro was down right pleasant. I was asleep before anything happened and woke up to ginger ale and crackers. As far as I know I took a nap and had a snack. Who could complain about that! This test is never going to be easy for anyone. But if I had to do it over (which thankfully won’t be for another 10 years) I would happily return to Northern Light Gastro.

Dr Mcrann and staff provided excellent service. The phone system/admin issues that people seem to be complaining about was challenging at times, but I always got through or a callback. My appointments and procedure were scheduled without an issue. I think people need to take into account we're in the middle of a pandemic and be a little more patient if possible.

Started seeing Jaime Hare in December 2016. She is awesome. Have also been seen by Dr. McCrann who is also wonderful. Had a colonoscopy at the office and all nurses and staff were terrific.

Nothing bad to say about this office at all. The staff is courteous, professional, and very proficient at what they do. Not that I'm looking forward to having the same procedure done again anytime soon, but I'll definitely be looking in this direction when the time comes.
