I have been seeing Brooke for several months for PT and she has been excellent for helping me regain strength after an injury. The PT space has a great set-up for strength and conditioning. I also saw Sam for acupuncture and she was great! I would definitely recommend Cape Integrative Health!

can i give 15 stars? this team of incredible humans has helped me heal countless times, often when no other practitioner could figure out what was wrong, and i don't know where i'd be without them...they don't just help you in the moment - they give you the tools to keep helping yourself, on a physical and mental level...it's the most holistic practice i've found...also, they're just fun people - the healers and the staff - i love starting my day there! 😊

Dr. Brendan is the best! He’s educated, he listens, makes you feel comfortable and is funny. Best chiropractor I’ve ever had! Josh in PT is fantastic too. Thorough, educated, and understanding. The front desk staff are all friendly. I also like that this facility is not pressing with money if you have an outstanding bill. They let you pay what you can afford at the time. I feel safe here as well given ongoing Covid numbers on the rise. There is a reason Cape Integrative pride themselves on being the feel better team. I highly recommend

Was struggling with some lower back pain while vacationing in Maine. Needed some immediate attention, Amy went out of her way to work me into their schedule, Dr. Brendan took us and treated us like a regular patient that had been going there for years. Listened and pinpointed exactly what was locking up my back. If we lived in Maine we would recommend to anyone!

If you are in need of quality Chiropractic Care, are in need of Physical Therapy or need the help of an Acupuncturist look no further. I have had treatments by Dr.Kyle one of the Chiropractors. It's apparent by his treatment Kyle stays up to date in his Chiropractic care . He is gentle but can surely make moving painfree again. Additionally I have worked with both Amber and Sam the acupuncturists who are both amazing. I have not yet worked personally with Josh the Physical Therapists but have heard great reviews of him by other patients in the waiting area. The facility is beautiful and peaceful. Please give them a call you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Brendan is a literal miracle worker. In just 3 visits over the past month he has helped rid me of serious neck/shoulder pain, gotten rid of knots that have been there for years, realigned my hips (which two other Chiropractors have done nothing for, at all), and MOST MIRACULOUSLY - he loosened a muscle in my jaw which in turn, brought feeling back to my mouth which had been "permanently damaged" for nearly 15 years. I haven't been able to feel/taste anything on the right side of my mouth since having my lingual nerve severed when my wisdom teeth were removed as a teenager. I had an extremely rare surgery in Boston afterwards where they stitched my nerve back together, though I never fully regained feeling. This has forced me to eat entirely on the left side for nearly half my life in fear of chewing my tongue (I literally could not feel it). On my last visit I mentioned the right side of my jaw was tight and asked if he worked with TMJ - of course he said yes. My jaw instantly loosened up and felt realigned. When I went to bed I noticed that my nerve seemed to be working again and I could feel my tongue against my teeth. This morning, I ate breakfast like a normal person, on both sides of my mouth, for the first time in almost 15 years. I am so overwhelmed with emotion and extremely grateful to have found this place. I never expected this would be possible and I absolutely never would have thought a Chiropractor would be the one to fix it. To say that I would recommend CIH is an absolute understatement. I will definitely be switching over for primary care as well.

I have been struggling with a nagging upper back injury suffered from jujitsu for some time. As a Sport Chiropractor myself, finding time to get in for treatment is difficult when you are in clinic with patients all the time. I found Dr. Neagle at Cape Integrated Health while on vacation near Cape Elizabeth and was impressed with his background. During my visit, he asked very insightful questions to determine the best course of action for treatment. I was impressed with his knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics as well as his functional approach to corrective exercises. When it comes to musculoskeletal injuries, doctors often need many tools in their toolbox, and Dr. Neagle has them. It takes time to master your craft. It was obvious that Dr. Neagle has done that he is the consummate professional. If you are in his area, I highly recommend you seek him out. And Cape Integrative Health has several subspecialties and a great staff working in a collaborative effort to optimize your human performance. Don’t live with pain and limitation. Get fixed.

There are no better chiropractors or acupuncturists in the state. My wife and I have received treatments here for years and have never felt better. Despite moving 50 miles away we still make time to see Amber and Zev, who continue to work their magic including helping my wife avoid two breech births. Just make an appointment and go see them. You won't regret it.

If I could give 10, 15, 20 stars I absolutely would. I have battled with intense back, hip, leg and foot pain due to moderate scoliosis. I have seen countless doctors who have provided very few answers and very little relief. Until I met Dr. Erik 3 years ago. He is absolutely amazing. I have been able to do things I wasn’t able to for 20 years. The front desk staff are great as well and always very helpful. I could go on and on! Very happy with CIH!
