Dr Singh is an amazing doctor. His bedside manor is second to none. He found the cause of a problem i was born with and fixed it. When 30 years of other heart doctors it went undiagnosed. He is intelligent and a very kind and compassionate man. Review only allows me to give five stars. The difference he has made in my life is worth at least 10 star's.

Dr. Singh took time with me to discuss all my questions and concerns. He shared information with me about my future health having had breast cancer with very aggressive chemotherapy which we suspect brought on my heart issues. My husband and I were impressed to see he was taking phone calls during my visit. We felt it made him very accessible to other patients or staff at a moments notice. Having a doctor like that is a gift to me and hard to find.

Dr Singh is also excellent as he was the physician who performed my surgery to insert my defibrillator/pacemaker. We live over 2 hours away from Phoenix Heart but are happy to make the drive to get the best care possible. The office staff are always efficient and friendly. I love the check-in link they send prior to your appointment to make the process so easy when you arrive for your appointment. Only had to scan my I.D. today. I was called for my appointment a few minutes after check-in. My heart issues are very serious but I know I am getting the best care and will be able to live a great long life because of the wonderful care of the physicians at Phoenix Heart. Thank you!

All is good. One thing I would recommend to Dr Sellberg is to become updated on all the adverse effects and deaths being reported from the Covid vaccines. She is still espousing the 2021 pro-vaccine narrative which is slowly being discredited now showing that the vaccines are not safe nor are they effective at preventing serious complications from the virus. Essentially that most Americans ar now realizing that this vaccination has been one giant sham and only made matters worse ( by also causing the virus to mutate to escape vaccine effects). She needs to update her info because she sounds trapped in the false 2021 pro-vaccine narratives. People are not stupid and most can see right thru that sham now.

Dr. Gomes is great. She gives you her attention and doesn't act like she's trying to rush out the door like a lot of doctors. I haven't had to stop at the desks on the way out often, but the couple of times I have, they have been efficient, polite and helpful. I haven't found the greeters to attempt to be friendly at all. You walk in the door and you're basically face to face with them without choice. Never have one of them said "hello" as they look at me, or even give a slight smile. They just sit there. I did hear one offer to help a patient once. They just simply don't give much of a greeting. Correction, they do not greet. It doesn't affect the service you are there for, but, if I were going to sit someone right in front of the door that people walk through, I might request them to smile and greet people. Just a thought.

After hearing a murmur, my primary physician ordered an echocardiogram and referred me to Phoenix Heart. The appt started going downhill when I got there. I checked in and was seated. After awhile, I approached the desk to inquire about paperwork as I was a new patient. The receptionist seemed very flustered and after searching around handed me a clipboard with some paperwork…..in Spanish. I went back up and asked for the appropriate paperwork 🙄. The rest of the appt and procedure went smoothly. The echocardiogram operator asked me if I wanted my cardiologist to receive a copy. I said I didn’t have a cardiologist, but would they please send the results to my primary dr. Over a month later I still hadn’t heard anything about the test. I was very anxious as heart disease is common in my family history. I called my primary dr’s office to find out they had no record of the results. Apparently the referral also was supposed to include a cardiologist appointment. My visit yesterday (2 1/2 months after my test) was for a cardiologist to explain the results. After reviewing my medical history, the nurse wanted to do an electrocardiogram. I was a bit resistant as I was under the impression that I was simply having a consultation. Also, I had pretty much lost faith in the auxiliary staff. Shortly after the test, Dr Patel entered. He was renewing my faith as he patiently discussed the findings. I was impressed by his cool, informative way of relaying the information. So, all in all, the office is busy, and I realize mistakes get made. But they’re not on the top of their game. I felt ignored and dismissed by every encounter with personnel, except Dr Patel.

My daughter reached out to Dr. Patel around 12:30 pm on the night of Friday, March 25th. Not only did he not respond right away, he advised her upon the steps she needed to take to address and stabilize my then extreme heart condition. He then arranged for one of his associates, Dr. Ram who was on weekend call to follow up at the hospital, where I was now admitted. The following morning on Saturday, Dr. Ram performed a cardiac catheterization procedure that indicated a 90% blockage of one of arteries that was immediately mitigated by his successful placement of a stent [my third]. I was cleared to return home and am back to a normal life, thanks to Dr. Patel, Dr. Ram and all their associates at Phoenix Heart. In fact, Dr. Patel made a special visit to see me at the hospital after the cardiac procedure. Words cannot describe my gratitude to them and their professionalism.

I called on a Monday and they made me an appointment the next day. I was just passing through Phoenix and was asked by my primary physician to get an echocardiogram. I arrived at the business 20 minutes early as I instructed. It was very easy to sign in on their kiosk and the paperwork was minimal. At my appointment time of 2:45 the nurse came and got me from the lobby. She took my weight my blood pressure and asked preliminary questions. Within one minute her leaving the room Doctor Patel entered and we spoke. I explained to him what was going on and what my doctor wanted. He spoke to me for about 7 minutes and checked my heart along with the ekg. Within a minute or two the lady running the echocardiogram got me. She was very polite and friendly. She was very good with her bedside manner and relaxing. Before the echocardiogram was over Dr Patel came into the room. He looked at the preliminary information and gave me the information I needed to get back to my doctor. I have never been to a physician's office where I was seen on time and everything ran like a well-oiled machine. if you read other reviews on other cardiologists in the area like we did, you will see their complaints are it took forever to get the appointment or they waited in the waiting room for hours. I can tell you this Phoenix heart this did not happen.
