Love coming here, the staff is so friendly. I see Jennifer Lembas and she's wonderful. She's smart and understands me. She doesn't brush anything off as no big deal or it's all in your head. She's friendly and understanding. Referrals are fast (when necessary), they have a lab so you don't have to drive around town and there's an imaging center right next door (not part of their office/services, just convenient). Highly recommended.

Staff is always friendly, and Dr Smith is a thorough and attentive physician. My only problem was that when I called to make the appointment I wason hold at least 15 minutes waiting to talk to a person. I know they want patients to schedule online, but it isn't convenient to do so and it feels very anonymous when I do. I like a personal touch.

So I can give you an overall breakdown of my whole experience! When I set up my appointment I spoke with someone named Jasmine. She copped a little bit of an attitude with me but it eventually settled down into a very regular and quick customer service experience. Then the woman (cant remember her name sorry) that called in the morning 1 hour before my appointment was also nice and very quick! Explained everything succinctly and I felt prepared for my video appointment. Then came my video call with Dr. Winter and I gotta say that hands down this was almost a show stopping experience. First of all he was not just on time he was early! I was told to log on 15 minutes earlier than my appointment and wait for the doctor, I did and he was there in no more than 3 minutes! How many times do u go to the doctor and sit in the waiting room 25 minutes after your appointment time before they take u back to wait in a room for 15 minutes before the doctor comes to see you? My experience with Dr.winter was not that and it blew me away to be honest because you kinda come to expect poor service from the industry in that capacity. During the appointment he made me feel listened to! He did not rush me through explaining my symptoms. He did not cut me off at any point and he explained everything I should be looking out for in the future. It was such a smooth experience that I am looking at moving all of my primary Healthcare to Dr.Winter from my current provider. Just a nice man over all and incredibly professional! 5 stars and applause all around for this man, Honor Health should consider themselves lucky to have him.

I have the pleasure of having Dr Robert Winter in Mesa AZ as my physician. I know that I am just one individual in his army of followers that have the privilege of not only benefiting from his medical skills and knowledge but also his genuine care. I've never had a primary care provider as an adult since I spent years moving from place to place and I never had any issues pressing enough to seek one out. My moderate asthma had been worsening for a few years and I found this office on google not realizing how close it was to me. The process to schedule an appointment was so smooth and seamless, the ladies up front were knowledgeable and set me up with the sweetest, most professional lady (Jacqueline Stockton, NP). Due to covid-19, the appointment was held via video, and the system in place for the visit was so easy, I'm confident my own technologically challenged momma could manage it with ease. The appointment started right on time and she was so thorough with her questions, I was confident that she had a good picture of not only my asthma needs, but my health and lifestyle overall. She did her best to get me medications that I could afford and even made plans for a backup medication in case the first one did not have me in tip top shape. Jacqueline was so kind and she obviously cares a great deal about her patients' wellbeing. I was also behind on some vaccinations I was needing, so she had her assistant call me to schedule those soon after my appointment, and the assistant was able to get me in for shots and labs the very same morning. Everyone at this office was kind and accommodating, I am proud to call it my new health home.

I would recommend this facility, it was immaculate, and all employees polite and cheerful. One very strong suggestion would be to mandate all employees be fully vaccinated. Honor Health uses the app My Chart to make contacting and receiving a response so much easier than just calling in to the office in our experience. Unless I ask a non-urgent medical question shortly before closing time, I have always received a same day answer. All of the staff at the McKellips and Stapley location have been fantastic to deal with both for my elderly parents and my own personal needs. As a plus, they have an affiliated urgent care in the same building. Knowledge, accessibility, friendliness, and courtesy will keep us coming back for our medical requirements.

We have been members of Honor Healthy for many years, 2012 & 2014. We were patients of Dr. Robert Winter when he was here at the Bell Road office in Glendale. He moved to Mesa awhile back. The HH McKellips location certainly got a wonderful doctor! He wasn't just our doctor, he is our friend. We might eventually go to see another doctor he highly recommends, but will have Dr Wintercall us sometimes, too. He recommended a surgeon that my husband will meet tomorrow morning. Dr. Winter took one look at my fingernail and called in a prescription. I know it will work - everything he treats works! He's really a special doctor. Of course, we already know he is special. But, so will anyone if you go to see him once. He has a great personality!

When I asked them to add my vaccine card to my chart, the front desk told me to give it to the MA to scan. The MA told me I should give it to the front desk. I wasn’t imbued with confidence to say the least.

Dr Marrhews is a awesome doctor with all ages. I took my son in for a physical. He was extremely nervous that his pulse rate was 106. Dr Matthews calmed him down and after said i like him he was a good doctor It wasn’t as bad as what I have been thinking. we drive an hour and a half to see dr Matthews And it is worth every minute because he is such a great doctor.

One is the phone system is the worst I've ever had to deal with in my life (I'm 44 yrs old so that's saying a lot) and now both the main website AND the "my chart" site both say they don't exist. I'm going that when I go to my appointment on Monday that the front office people can help me. If not I will have to seriously have to think about changing facilities. I really love Dr. Sutton and would hate to have to go somewhere else.

I went to banner ER the day before for the same issue which was the Flu and Banner just pushed me through like I was cattle and did not test for flu or anything and gave me some bullcrap meds for a cough I had and the same with my 2 yr old who went to another ER that night after banner and was diagnosed with flew a strept anyhow honor urgent care was a very quick and informal experience got me on tammaflu and some other meds and I feeling 100% better now thanks to doc. Video appointment from home was rather frustrating, I was disconnected very quickly before I had a chance to ask any questions. Later when I had appointment in the office doctor listened, explained all my concerns and tried his best to help me, gave me referrals, tests, etc so it was good experience after all. Waiting time was very short, nurse was very nice too.
