My experience with Honor Health has been personally very satisfying. My Primary Care Clinic is very thorough about introducing me to a Woman Wellness team that continues to guide me to better health options. The 'My Chart' portal also allows me to receive reports about my health and be communicable about concerns I may have whilst maintaining my health outside of my regular visits. I thank the team for their exemplary service.

Heidi Symons is easily the most caring and easy to talk to medical professional I’ve ever known! Not only does she provide a level of comfortability that helps someone like me who has a lot of anxiety associated with going to medical facilities feel comfortable for the first time ever in a doctors office but she’s extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t shy away from ordering tests and labs when you have symptoms that need to be checked out. For whatever reason most of my experience with medical professionals involved them making an educated guess without running any tests when I’m having problems and being able to let science tell me what’s going on with my body has been a huge relief. Heidi has helped me conquer issues that I’ve been dealing with for many years by tackling them one step at a time. Her medical tech is also the sweetest and most understanding guy you’ll ever encounter! I highly recommend going to see Heidi to anyone, especially if you’re like me and have had terrible experiences in the past and just want to feel safe, cared for and in good hands.

I have posted other reviews for Honor Health and have always given them a great rating. I now make sure my PCP, Dr. William L. Redenius, is a network doctor in whatever health plan I select. I have not had very many primary care physicians, but in my opinion, Dr. Redenius is the best. I had back issues and the testing Dr. Redenius did matched what the specialist at Barrow, Brain, and Spine did when it was determined I needed to see a specialist. The neurosurgeon I saw was one highly rated by his peers in AZ. I had issues with both wrists after wiping out on my mountain bike. I was sent to an orthopedic surgeon who was also rated by his peers as one of the finest in AZ. Dr. Redenius listens and acts immediately on any/all ailments I have had; scheduling x-rays, referrals to specialists when needed, ensuring all my vaccinations are up to date, ensuring my scripts are updated for medications, making sure I have a wellness exam every year (if I've been to preoccupied to schedule), etc. If you read this review you might says that is exactly what a PCP should do. Should do and does are the difference I've noted with Dr. Redenius. Grateful he was suggested to me by a friend many years ago.

Dr. Redenius, my PCP, at Honor Health is the best physician I have ever had in my 6+ decades on earth. Very attentive to my ailments over the years and when I have needed a referral to a specialist the requests are placed before I leave the office. The referrals are usually to a specialist, who's been rated by his peers, as one of the best in his/her respective field in AZ. Lab work can be taken in the office and I see the results on My Chart within 48 hours. My next appointment is also set up by Dr. Redenius, for wellness check up, while I am in the examination room. Staff, at the Arcadia location, are all very kind and thorough. I am usually, if I arrive early, taken back to an exam room before my scheduled appointment time so vitals can be taken. Extremely pleased with Honor Health and Dr. Redenius😁

This place is PHENOMENAL all the entire STAFF goes above and beyond the call of duty. I had a sudden urgent matter that was extremely time sensitive, I explained my situation and was told I needed to make an appointment, I thought oh no, how far out, will this be?? The staff, to my surprise said, could you come back at 2 p.m.??? I looked at the time and it was about to approach Noon. I asked, is that today?? She replied, yes is that ok??? I replied, yes thank you 😊 so much I wasn't expecting that, thank you for helping me in this time of need. Of course, when I arrived 2 hours later, the appointment went smoothly. After showing up early and filling out paperwork, I was told the doctor called out for the day and they could not offer me a reschedule anytime sooner than four weeks. Apparently service isn't a priority. Edit: The clinic staff reached out and apologized for the inconvenience. They were able to get me in within a few days of the call and the visit went well.

The appointment itself went great as well...from start to finish. Staff at the front desk, triage staff, lab staff and Dr Isbell were all very professional, yet warm and friendly...they actually seem to care about their patients. Dr. Caitlin Allen is very nice and patiently listened to my questions. She was very thorough with her follow up and referrals she made. The staff is very quick to answer questions in the online chart. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the office was closed when I went to get labs and I had to be redirected to a different office. I had called the day before to make sure they would be available and was given incorrect information. The office staff member was apologetic for the inconvenience. Overall though I would recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I had my wellness check up with Dr Barbara Backer today. From the moment I arrived and contacted the front reception to the inner office personnel including the lab personnel I was treated with respect and professionalism. I have been a patient of Dr Backers for a number of years and I appreciate feeling comfortable enough to discuss my medical care with her. I have tried for the past year to receive a Shingles Shot and was put on three different Pharmacy waiting lists to no avail. Dr. Backer assisted me in finding a pharmacy so that I could receive a Shingles injection immediately following my wellness check. Thanks to everyone for the great customer service!

This is a great location. Plenty of parking, easy to locate. The environment is extremely clean, organized and friendly. The staff goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service and face to face that can be very difficult. When I come I usually have my toddler with me, they go out of their way to give him something to entertain himself and even some goodies when we leave for being a good boy. I have been going to my doctor ever since I was his age and even if he couldnt take me I know his peers are just as intelligent, kind and professional as he is. Overall a great doctors office.

Staff seems to be nice, no issues there. Only thing is that if you're a patient you need to enter the parking lot on Osborne not 44th St. The GPS directions bring you to the employee entrance off of 44th St.

I needed a quick pre-op physical because I had not realized that the 1 I had 9 months ago would not work. So, I called my primary office at 44th and Osborn and they were able to get me in Thursday afternoon. It was a 10 plus experience from the first person who I spoke with before arriving. She was so kind and helpful, very professional and excellent phone skills. I remember she had a east coast accent, and her name was unique. I want to give her a big shout out because without her help I would have had to reschedule my surgery.However, positive experience continued from the moment I checked in, the front desk woman I spoke with was very kind and helpful too. Once I was placed in examine room the nursing assistant and the nurse practitioner were both extremely helpful, kind and thorough. Even though I moved farther from this practice, I won’t leave because of the outstanding treatment and care I received. My provider, Dr. Ungar, is amazingly kind, patient, thorough and he truly listens to Ana’s well as values my feedback. He answers all my questions fully and honestly. His MAs are equally wonderful- very responsive and attentive. The entire start from front office to the lab team to the back office support team are all kind and very efficient with their work. My experience with Dr. Bigler was fantastic. He listen intently when I explained my history, symptoms, and concerns. He politely asked for a minute to research the topic, which I always respect, as I don’t think doctors can memorize every condition that comes their way. He treated me with respect, was friendly in his demeanor, and was overall pleasant to converse with. Then he went above and beyond. Later that day he called me and let me know that he had done some additional research and thought my condition may be something different than what we had settled on while I was in his office. I believe the diagnosis was on point. Taking that extra time to research potentially made a huge difference in my life. Unfortunately, in this day and age doctors have a lot of pressure to move quickly through their patients for financial reasons. I get it, as I am a business owner and respect the fact that this is a business at the end of the day. However, if there isn’t a quality service provided, clients will start to seek other options for health care, and the current model will fail. I highly appreciate Dr. Bigler taking the time to provide the kind of service I would think all patients are seeking. I have rarely written reviews in my life but felt very compelled to do so in this circumstance because of the way Dr. Bigler treated me.

Dr Cibulka is exceptional — he's extremely knowledgeable, very experienced, listens well, and addresses my concerns — he takes the time to explain the whys and wherefores — he's always friendly and enthusistic which is quite the feat considering his patient load — his medical assistant, Mari, is so on top of things and very efficient — visiting the doctor is something that most people want to avoid — but it's quite the opposite for me whenever I visit Dr Cibulka — I could see a primary care physican closer by, but I make the drive from east Mesa because of how good he is as a doctor
