Dr. Cullen is amazing! He has the absolute best bedside manner of any physician I've ever been to or worked with (I'm a nurse). He put me at ease with the surgery I needed. Explained everything in detail, took extra time to answer my questions and calm me. His staff was wonderful! Go here if you have any difficulty with your feet!!

Starting with scheduling appointment, office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Arriving at appointment check in was simple and staff very nice. The lady that took us to exam room was very upbeat and positive. The X-ray tech was polite and accommodating to get the best images. Finally Dr Cullen has the best bedside manner of any physician I have seen or worked with. He was able to explain my injury very well. Using his technology he showed us exactly what he needed to do to repair my injury and keep it from happening again. Dr Cullen has the personality to comfort patients and get his patients to truly buy in to the care plan.

We can not say enough wonderful things about this facility, the staff, nurses and Dr.Penney. Everyone has been so welcoming, so considerate, and has gone above and beyond to provide the best care! We accidently showed up to our appointment at the wrong time and though we inconvenienced them, they were so willing to accommodate us and did not once scruff about the inconvenience. Dr.Penney has been so thorough in all our conversations through consultation, surgery and post op. The nurses that cared for us were amazing. We really enjoyed getting to know them & seeing them every couple weeks. Overall 12/10! Dr. Michael Cullen has treated me twice for an infected toe/ingrown toenail, whatever it's called. In both cases he trimmed a relevant section of the toe nail and surrounding skin. In this recent case, I had really been suffering from pain even at night. He fixed my toe and made that go away. So far, a good experience with the doc. Had my first visit today and Dr. Penny is knowledgeable and helpful. I’m looking forward working with him. The billing is a bit of a mystery. They basically asked me to pay my visit in full and they’d refund me if they get paid from my insurance company. I had already gotten the cost info from UHC, so clearly the billing department process isn’t to do the same. The patients are floating the business money until they get paid essentially :/ I was also denied an itemized receipt and was told “I don’t have that yet”. I was able to have her read me my charges so I could write them down myself. I will update my experience as I have to go back for a follow up.

Dr. Cullen was able to diagnosis a small deformity in my foot that was the culprit to the ongoing wounds that I was experiencing. After, years (7) of visiting wound specialist, orthopedic specialist and other podiatrist with no success; the above specialist's just attributed my ongoing issue to being diabetic and treating the wound. Dr. Cullen is the one to look past the diabetes to understand the root cause of the reoccurring injury. He then proposed a simply surgery and an aggressive healing plan to eliminate the cause. Unbelievable!!!! After years of constant injury, wearing walking boots, being non-weight bearing for months on end, I have been wound free for over a year. I have taken numerous vacations, walked a million steps and not one wound in this past year. I feel like I have my life back!!! I am not scared to plan a trip that involves a lot of walking, anymore. Thank you Dr. Cullen and your amazing staff!!!!

Dr. Cullen is a marvel. I've suffered from type 1 diabetes (T1D) for nearly 30 years, and it can be problematic for your feet as you get older. I went in for a run-of-the-mill, small issue. His breadth of knowledge and level of concern about my specific issue, as well as my overall health, was impressive. He listens to you. He cares about you. He gives you a plan. I see a LOT of doctors in a given month, and I can't recommend Dr. Cullen (and his wonderful staff) enough.

I'm so glad I waited until I went to Dr. Cullen to proceed. I didn't even know a joint replacement was an option. The tip of my fourth toe had an acute fracture and nerve damage from being stepped on by a horse. Dr. Cullen closely examined my injury first, recommended standing X-rays, then after reviewing the X-rays with me, he wrapped my toe to control swelling and recommended wearing the boot. I came here to get my big toenails removed permanently, (I have chronic toenail fungus and have had several ingrown toenail problems over the years) and they convinced me to use a topical treatment on the toenails instead of removing them. The topical treatment did not work. My toenail fungus continued to grow and it is actually worse now. I am giving them 3 stars because they have a nice office and they are pretty friendly.
