This Facility and the Staff are the absolute Best! They immediately addressed my health issues, ran the necessary tests, explained everything to me in detail and treated my condition. From the kind receptionist, to the friendly and compassionate nursing staff to the very knowledgeable and professional physician on staff . The rooms were clean , accommodating , I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. I literally just relocated from Dallas and was given a warm experience. I thank the entire staff and recommend this facility.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I could not be more pleased! I was greeted right away and went to the back within minutes. Both of my nurses and doctors were attentive and friendly (I was there over shift change). There was a warm blanket waiting on my bed when I got in the room! I was offered some ginger ale since I was nauseated and they checked on me and communicated next steps while letting me rest with the lights off. Everything was clearly explained along with the scripts that were given to me at discharge. Having worked in an ER, I have to say that this place takes care to the next level! It must be a great place to work as well because every one of the employees was so friendly! I won’t hesitate to go again if needed! Thank you!

My son needed stitches at top of nose between his brows. We went in and to my surprise it was a short wait, like 10 minutes. The receptionist, nurse and staff were very nice and helped my son feel comfortable and taken care of. The doctor did a great job with the stitches. It was quick but well done. He has a very small scar that’s still healing. It’s also very sanitary organized and clean at this hospital. I would definitely recommend my family and friends here.

This hospital was a dream. I went in scared and anxious and not feeling well and they were the most accommodating wonderful people I have ever come across in the medical profession. They were compassionate and nice and made me feel comfortable and heard. This is the new standard of care that I will hold all other practitioners to from here on out. Highly recommend.

I am exceedingly impressed with this ER. I have a tornado of a daughter and we have had two visits here. We have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen! All the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I was a distraught mom and they were so kind and reassuring for me when my child was hurt.

The staff was exceptional from checking in to visiting with the nurses and the Dr not just marking it up as one thing, coming back to explore other possibilities due to medicine my daughter is on. My son needed stitches and before I could even get the wheelchair in the door, he was already checked in and on his way back to a room. Dr. Came in, checked him out, and within 30 mins he was all sewn up, and out the door. Doc was great at explaining what all was going to happen, and helped my kiddo feel as safe and informed as he could given the circumstances. Thank you Oklahoma ER & Hospital for our amazing care!!

First time visiting Oklahoma, ER and hospital. Check in was quick and easy. The receptionist on duty was professional, courteous, and friendly. The doctor explained what my options were. And provided me with information and medication that took care of my issue. No doubt I will return in the future if needed.

This place is amazing. You get in quickly and you are attended to immediately. There is always multiple staff checking on you and the doctor comes in to see you in 5-10 min. I appreciate the attentiveness, how the rooms don’t feel like a hospital but more like a hotel and I’m cared for and treated

They also had lots of snacks to choose from, which helped calm my nerves after getting in such a horrible accident, it was nice to have a nice snack to comfort me. I was in terrible pain when I walked in, the front receptionist was amazing and it was just as good when I went back. The nurse Hillary was compassionate and very nice. Dr. Lee was great and fixed me right up. I will definitely chose that place over any other ER in OKC.

I went in on a Friday night at 10:00pm and I was called back, was tested for Covid and flu, had my urine tested, had a chest X-ray done, was seen by the doctor, and had my labs reviewed… ALL BEFORE I COULD FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK! That’s how fast they are! They mean it when they say no wait. I am immunosuppressed and was pleased to have been seen by an ER doc that took take into account. He took time to speak to me about why he was doing what he was doing and what the dangers are for me in regards to my suppressed immune system going forward. And also very pleased with the care and treatment I received for the symptoms I was experiencing right then. Awesome doctor, nurses, and radiology team. Definitely recommend!

Thank you for the care Dr. H,nurses Lori, Liz and Chris! Very prompt and polite. The care was GREAT but few things I'd do differently is not allow me to ambulate alone to/fro the bathroom and don't pull the IV on nausea/vomiting until you've confirmed they can stand up without puking some more. I feel I would have benefited from another bad of fluids... but I'm doing better and yall helped me so much, thank you!!!

Great experience- having to go to the ER is never a good thing but they made it as stress free as possible. Kids room was even full of murals and a hide and seek game. Staff was incredibly trained and kind.

I came in worried what will happen next I was called in within 5 minutes meet the doctor and nurse they took test and x-rays and and the doctor came back said I got good news I don't have to transfer you we can go ahead and take care of this here and the staff is very nice and makes you feel comfortable they have a tablet where you get to choose whatever foods you want to be delivered and if any supplies you need personal they also supply very nice hospital I would recommend this hospital emergency room to anyone who's looking for a nice establishment to come seek medical help

This is the cleanest hospital I have ever been in! This is, by FAR, the best choice for emergency needs, especially if you have Commercial Insurances (BCBS, Healthchoice, Etc) or are in a car wreck! They also have awesome (probably the best) cash-pay rates!

Had the best care at Oklahoma ER on Penn & 150th. From checking in to leaving everything went so smooth and seamless. The receptionist, nurses, radiologist, and doctor were all amazing as well as kind and efficient! Got the best care from a nasty case of gastroenteritis caused from a bug. They checked all things and made sure I was feeling much better before I was released. Dealing with this for going on 6 days, I was thankful for fluids and nausea meds to calm down my system! I would highly recommend Oklahoma ER to anyone in need of a doctor with a great staff and facility! They went above and beyond in my care and I greatly appreciate it!

We have had to use Oklahoma ER & Hospital a few times and I’m not sure why most people would go to the standard ER. We have been seen within 10-15 minutes, if not immediately, compared to having to wait a long time at a normal ER. We have received the same level of care and compassion that you expect from an ER and the facilities are top notch. The staff are extremely friendly as well. I highly recommend Oklahoma ER & Hospital.

I came in to get seen and I was really anxious. As it was my first time in a hospital/doctors setting since my aunt passed away just 6 weeks ago after being in the ICU for several weeks, I was feeling overwhelmed and coupled with pain, nervous. I mentioned this to the nurse, as I tend to ramble when I’m very anxious, he said that he had been to Afghanistan and “people die all the time” while also minimizing my experience and triggers. The doctor talked over me a bit but he did mention they were busy, so that was okay I guess. It took me longer to fill out the paperwork, which was not a lot of paperwork, than it did for me to be seen. Over all, I felt pretty dismissed, rushed, and a lack of concern by the nurse mostly and the doctor. I left feeling like I was the butt of a joke. The x-ray tech and receptionist were very kind and understanding though. I don’t think I’d go back and only went because it was later in the night and I figured it would be faster than going anywhere else.

I visited clinic in the morning for a small procedure. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. The facility is super clean and I did not have to wait. The facility is larger than I thought and equipped to handle many different ailments. I would absolutely recommend if you need urgent care.

Super nice staff and we even saw a real Dr. I also felt comfortable with the ability of this establishment to provide any testing that my child needed as our local urgent care turned us away bc my child said he had chest pains. Turns out he had throat pain from an ear infection. Such friendly staff!!!

The Oklahoma ER has helped both my family members and myself. Most recently, I had a medical emergency which required an overnight stay. The front desk staff was kind and courteous, the nurses and doctors were knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very helpful. They quickly ran the tests I needed and made a plan to monitor me to keep me safe. It was a scary situation for me, but I felt safe there. I would highly recommend!

This is the absolute best place to go for all your emergency services. I had to go today and everyone from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out was 5 star amazing. Also within 30 minutes of walking in I had a CT scan done, blood drawn and a urine sample done and results. 2/28/23 5 ⭐️ experience. Had abrupt onset of severe flank pain, I thought might be kidney stone. They got me back quickly, IV, pain meds, CT scan and labs and I had a diagnosis and out the door in under 3 hours. This place is amazing. Hate to have the need but they are amazing when indicated. Tech got my IV 1st stick and Dr. Little took care of my pain and gave quick diagnosis. The X-ray tech was very friendly and considerate as well. 7/6/22. My PCP sent me here for an MRI. April was my tech. Being claustrophobic and in severe pain when laying down I was not looking forward to this 40 minute long scan. She was very calming and walked me through the scan. She positioned me for my comfort and updated me during the procedure. Very appreciative of the extra care and compassion! She also sent me with a disc for my orthopedist to review. Came in for X-rays with order from my doctor. They got me in/out and on my way with Xray CD in less than 20 minutes. Not just an ER. Very happy. Friendly staff. Update: Woke up with incredible lower leg pain at 2:30am. Had a “minor injury” earlier the preceding day. They got me back immediately and I had blood work (to rule out blood clot), X-rays, IV and non narcotic pain meds as requested and was heading back home with a leg boot in less than 1.25 hours! Amazingly fast service. Dr Lee did a good exam and history and was, friendly and reassuring. Was able to get some sleep with the pain meds and boot. My nurse Chris was helpful and friendly and X-ray tech also was considerate of my pain. Hope not to need to return but confident in care provided and would not hesitate to return Thank you!

A friend told me about this place and I am so glad that she did. I was having a severe allergic reaction; I had gone to urgent care, and they took one look at me and told me to go to an ER. I went to a smaller community ER as every large hospital was overwhelmed - that other ER told me that I would have at least a 3 hour wait. It was then that I was told about Oklahoma ER & Hospital. I called (a real human actually answered!) and asked what their wait was like and decided to go. They were able to see me after about 20 minutes for which I am incredibly grateful. I was able to get treatment, observation, and approval to go home by the time I would have just been admitted at the other place. The staff was very kind and answered all of my questions. Both the lobby and patient room were clean. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone. They supposedly also have a program that benefits teachers - I believe that they will waive the copay, but I can’t be for sure as I haven’t yet received my bill.

I came here last night and had the best experience I have ever had at an ER in my life. I did not have to wait at all! And the nurses and doctor (Dr Sang Lee) were so incredibly kind. They ran bloodwork immediately and treated the issue so quickly. I am very happy to know I live so close to such an amazing hospital should I ever need to come again. From checking in to discharging the next day, these Drs, nurses, MAs, and the rest of the office and hospital staff were nothing but helpful, timely, and caring. I went in on one of their busiest nights and still had a minimal wait time and got treated like royalty, and as much as I’d like to think I am royalty, I actually am not. Haha. I had Flu like symptoms along with other respiratory issues. after negative covid/flu/ strep tests, Dr. Sang Lee actually went the extra mile to order a CT to check my throat where pain and discomfort was coming from. There was, in fact, an issue causing all the symptoms. He advised me to stay overnight after a quick procedure instead of rushing me home with ibuprofen and antibiotics. Thank you all for being so great to me and my family while I was in your care. Thank you for caring and listening. Your hard work and dedication is so appreciated.

I can’t give a glowing enough review for this facility! The facility itself is beautiful, clean, private, roomy, and comfortable. Everyone in this facility was beyond kind, professional, and comforting. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Sang Lee and his staff! I wish I’d had the foresight to ask all of the names of this who helped me so I could mentioned their names specifically. The person who did my CT scan was so kind and explained everything ahead of time so there were no surprises. Everyone was really wonderful about communicating what was going to happen, answering all questions satisfactorily, and getting consent before moving forward with anything. I was really worried about the cost of everything and they were beyond generous in helping us out with that! I would 100% recommend this place!

This ER is run like nothing else I have ever seen. They apologized for the “long” wait because they were very busy which amounted to only 30 minutes for an ER visit! They have snacks in the waiting room and TVs you can control in the exam rooms where you normally sit staring at the walls for 30 minutes waiting to be seen. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and great with my toddler, they even brought him a teddy bear and coloring book at the end! This is how healthcare should be, I highly recommend this place!!!

I loved this place! They were super nice in the beginning and got me right in. Tested me for COVID, confirmed my positive results and told me where to go from there. They set me up with this drip, brought me a warm blanket and let me sleep until I was ready to go home. The only complaint I have is one of the receptionist was rude to me when I asked if I could see my husband who had just shown up. I understood why I couldn't, but I think her delivery could have been a little less sharp. I left because I know how overwhelmed the medical field is right now and I was feeling pretty bad and just wanted to go home. This place is amazing and I recommend it to anyone who needs medical attention. This is a stellar facility!

Everything about my visit was outstanding. Prompt, straightforward, and professional. Excellent service, the most positive and efficient ER I’ve ever experienced. I was seen immediately, tests and treatment started within the first 20 minutes. They went over the cost with us at the start. Absolutely first-rate medical care. My ONLY complaint is their countless COUNTLESS intake forms asking for redundant information. This is a total lack of consideration for the patient. I mean, seriously, once you have my name, address, dob, and cell number the FIRST time, why in the world would you demand I write it out a half-dozen MORE times? They need to fire the administrator who required all these redundant forms (staff are just doing as they’re told). Again, medical care is amazing and efficient. It’s only a shame their intake paperwork isn’t equally efficient. Heck, even old-world CARBON PAPER would be an improvement!

The service was quick, the staff friendly and mostly accommodating. My nurses were generally very helpful, compassionate and efficient. I saw 2 doctors that were efficient with my condition in which I had to stay overnight. The food choices were amazing being able to order from local restaurants if your condition allowed. Overall I was treated well while there and was comfortable and at ease. I would say improvements are needed with follow up by hospital. I was referred to an outside specialist to follow up with my condition and was told by doctor my medical records would be transferred to the location, however the specialist said he never received my records so he had nothing to look at and just spoke to doctor. When I called hospital to ask about the records being transferred a few excuses were made instead of just saying “they dropped the ball on their part” But the issue was promptly resolved after that and I’m thankful I’m on the road to a healthy recovery. I would also recommend to not let visitors use patient bathrooms because I had a bathroom emergency and was disappointed that other patient guests were in there for a lengthy time. So checking to see who is in the bathroom should be monitored better. When I did get into bathroom I was in there for 15 min and the nurse staff did not check on me, I thought that was odd because of the condition I had required supervision. But other than that, I would return there if needed because the staff was so friendly.

Everyone followed strict COVID safety standards and although I don't have insurance, the pricing for my treatment was fair. They gave me a few shots, 2 prescriptions, and sent me on my way to better health very efficiently. My only complaint was that even though I was the only patient there, I was left waiting for my paperwork at the end for longer than expected. Otherwise, great service.

I came in at the end of the day needing emergency attention. I had just come from a Large hospital that was insanely overcrowded. The staff was so overloaded. The nurse trying to take my blood blew two veins, blood everywhere. I called my doctor and told the nurse “get me outta here.” She called back and told me to leave and go to the Oklahoma ER Hospital. When I arrived there wasn’t any chaos. Everyone was friendly and they were busy. They took my blood pain free and didn’t blow a vein. The entire time I was there the attention was endless but not annoying just the right amount. The doctor was friendly and came in twice to explain and then follow up before I left. I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing emergency attention. 5 stars!

I can’t sing enough praises for this place! I was in extreme pain at 11pm on a Sunday night and almost didn’t go to the ER because I was sure I would sit in a waiting room for 4 hours. In last December my son had a small wound cut at night so we brought him to OK ER & Hospital. My son got three sutures on the wound cut and it took the medical team no more than 10 minutes to do that. The service was quick and the medical team was great. There was nothing we can complain about that. Because the treating doctor is out of network, they even negotiated with us so that we only need to be responsible for very reasonable amount. I was impressed by that. I definitely will recommend this facility without reservation.

I was seen relatively quickly. I went in with extreme nausea and vomiting. The nurses and doctor were very friendly, as was the woman who checked me in, and were all about making me feel better. I tested negative for flu and Covid, and they did blood work to be sure nothing else was going on. It was determined I had a stomach virus. They gave me fluids and anti nausea meds as well as Benadryl. I fell asleep, and when they checked on me at the end of the IV bag, they got me ready to discharge, but told me there was no rush, as I was still extremely groggy. I had a positive experience there last September when my son and I went in for a Covid test; it is the reason I returned.

Check in was a breeze, no waiting, they have THE BEST snacks and drinks in the waiting room. Receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all extremely friendly, caring, and prompt. The entire hospital was so clean and cozy. My children had warm blankets right away. The rooms were decorated classy yet with a warm feel to make children and adults feel comfortable and less scared. Had a great experience at this location today. I recently lost my job due to covid-19 and did not have insurance. I was reluctant to go to the emergency room in fear of the charges or bill that that I would accumulate. After some convincing my family talked me into going in. This place is absolutely awesome!!! I just moved into the Rose Creek area a few months ago. I wanted a facility that had radiographic capabilities. The minute, I walked thru the door, the entire team was very friendly and terrific. I did not even wait 5 minutes to be escorted to a treatment room. The nursing team was quite knowledgeable and very caring. The doctor, was so nice and just awesome and he also addressed my health issue within 5 minutes; they took x-rays and I received my total diagnosis, within 25 minutes, of being at this wonderful upscale facility. I love that the reception area had beverages to enjoy. I have managed dental practices all of my life and being in the health field myself; I can honestly say, this was the best, most efficient doctors visit, I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have been in previous Urgent Care facilities and have waited up to 4 hours; to receive care. I am totally sold on this place for the rest of my life. It is in a great location and it is 5 stars plus in my book.

The facility is very clean and attention to detail was observed right down to the small details (no right angles where the floor meets the walls for better cleaning and sanitation, white and green color scheme in the rooms presented an atmosphere of cleanliness and healing). Upon being discharged, the staff members that were overseeing my treatment wished me well and saw me off. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience despite my reasons for having to go to the ER. Small location but highly equipped, clean facility, kind staff, very low wait time (ten minutes on a Saturday evening), and the medical care treatment was exactly what we needed. I received an antibody infusion along with steroids then have a prescription for cough syrup and an inhaler. These things helped tremendously!

This was my second visit. I brought my elderly mother in last year and had such a good experience, and I am glad I chose to go when I got sick. They gave me a Covid test that didn’t hurt and gave me the results in 15 minutes. The staff is extremely friendly and the wait was short. I highly recommend this place!!

These guys are great. It is a smaller (and therefore quieter and faster) ER. I was checked in and back in a room within 10 minutes. I was seen by the physician (after routine work up of vitals etc) within 15 after that. My labs are what took the longest, and despite my anxiety manifesting as an attitude problem, they were ridiculously patient with me. I wound up needing to leave before my labs came back, but they assured they’d call me when they did. I was able to run home and change, and by that point I had a call with my results. I needed to come back in for further testing, and they had the order in and in-progress by the time I got back to the ER. It felt very VIP, considering it was an emergency room. The staff is great and the hospital is nice. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to be in and out of the ER part quickly.

The front desk staff was amazing! Dr was very nice and took care of my girl quickly. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because then entire staff (back of house) was staring us down while we were walking out of the room and back out to the waiting room, and made me feel very uncomfortable. Uncomfortable enough that I snapped back a little and said HIII!! Implying that I noticed them staring at us.

Very clean and pleasant! The staff, nurses and doctor were very friendly and professional. We didn’t have to wait very long, got an X-ray on the spot, results super fast and everything was taken care of. With my insurance there was no cost so it was definitely my best ER experience ever! Will go again if I ever need to.

All personal kind and professional from the moment I walked in. Rated paying attention to me and getting me seen by a dr. over my completing the paperwork (which got done later, once I was made comfortable). Kept me informed throughout my stay, after each test. Consulted me. Realized that I know my body after 60 years of living in it. Did not treat me like "everyone." Treated me like and individual who knows how my body tolerated medicines and so forth.

The doctor performed tests to deliver his diagnosis. Better communication while waiting for results would have given them 5 stars. Best of all they took my insurance for a seamless visit.

The check in was fast and wonderful, but the doctor on at the time was rude and frustrated with me for even being there. After speaking to my surgeon, his tone did change which was desirable, but still left me feeling like I didn’t matter and he was just trying to back pedal his mistake. All in all, I hope this was an isolated event because the facility was clean and new and all others who helped me were very kind and knowledgeable.

Upon entering the hospital everything was impeccable. From the first interaction to the last everyone was friendly and courteous. Took less then 2 minutes to be called to the back and put in a room. It took the doctor less then 5 minutes to come see us and checked back on us often to give us updates. I cant say enough about this hospital. It was a great experience.

I felt like a Princess. A Princess with a really ugly and hurting finger. That finger is healed and pointing again! I highly recommend. I was having a chest and stomach ache for couple of days, I thought I just had some gastrointestinal problem and just taking the medicine. Tuesday morning I felt very uncomfortable on my left side of heart, then my son took to Oklahoma ER. I was instantly admitted to the room and doctor and nurses came for the check up. They had done all the ct scan and check up in no time. I came to know I was having an aortic dissection. Doctor and nurses were so helpful that they did everything to find me an ICU bed at integris baptist hospital. I am very very thankful for all the service and help I received from this hospital.
