Well,
Haven’t had my surgery yet. I seen Dr Link in Urology and I like him already! He listens and genuinely seems to care. I’ll update after my surgery which with Dr Link I’m sure will go fine.
Another person who I would like to thank is Deborah In Urology scheduling. She is the most kindest and compassionate lady!! I broke down a little and she was there to comfort me. Thank you kind Lady!!

My doctor who did my surgery was fantastic, he’s wonderful. But the nurses in each department were so so rude. Like they couldn’t be bothered to help you. The only nice nurse I had was Val, she took very very good care of me. I understand being under staffed but don’t take that out on your patients. I had rude nurses in pre-op, recovery and the main hospital after my surgery anytime I tried to call them to help me they would just talk to me through the remote and not actually come in and help me. I had surgery on my stomach and I needed help getting up to go to the bathroom and they told me to just take my IV bag to the bathroom myself.

I was admitted into mercy hospital on December 21st. The ER team that worked on me were so kind and fast as they got my pain under control, kept me warm and comfortable until I got a room. Once in my room I had the best medical staff taking care of me. I was in room 481. Whatever I needed, whenever I needed it, they were there. Kind, caring and courteous. My hospital doctors, doctor Pruitt and doctor Dietrich were so nice, so kind spending as much time as I wanted them to explaining everything in detail. I loved my GI specialist team. They were funny, positive, upbeat and very knowledgeable, explaining things clearly. I could not have had a better experience.
Thank you to the entire mercy hospital team.

Dr.s and staff was really great. But for a surgical patient that has to wait for a room is totally ridiculous. The room should have been ready When the patient came out of recovery. We have been waiting for a room now for over 2 hour's. Family need to see their loved one's after major surgery.

Went here for jaw surgery. All the nurses were very helpful and nice except one. I needed ice to help with the swelling and she denied me and told me she had a schedule. I was in alot of pain in the middle of the night. Other than that all the nurses were great and I felt really taken care of.

Dr Lewis's nurse, Nicole is amazing. She went above and beyond to schedule my surgery earlier than expected, and I am so thankful for her. Dr Lewis is great too. She answered all my questions. I know I am going to be in good hands when I have my hysterectomy.

My Mother-in-law was sent from Ardmore to Mercy OKC and she received amazing care. Hannah from the second floor step down unit was great. Not only did she provide absolutely great nursing, she showed so much compassion and care for my mother. On top of that she was a fabulous moment of calm in a very hectic time for me and my family. Hannah and the whole 2nd floor staff are the absolute best.

Everything about my surgery and stay at Mercy was top-notch. The nurses were outstanding and my surgeon, Dr Kimberly Smith, was a blessing. I have never felt like I was in better hands before.
Johnny Fortini
The staff was incredibly friendly, comforting and caring. Most people only leave a review when the have had a negative experience however I feel like the staff went out of their way here to calm me down before surgery and keep my mind at ease during the whole process. Healthcare workers are overworked and not always treated fairly so id like to thank them all for a wonderful experience at this Mercy location.

Was flown in by flight for life on the 3rd, for stroke like symptoms, have had a TIA, in the past. Was treated with utmost care & respect. If I could give 20 stars to everyone I would. Coming from Las Vegas to Oklahoma, you all could them a lesson or 20. Thankyou just doesn't seem like enough. Susan, especially; who helped to put my medical insurance in pace, what more can i say- except YOU ARE THE BOMB! Forever in your gratitude Mir

My wife and I had a healthy daughter here and were originally worried since we’re in Norman, but this Mercy OB staff quelled any worries we had. From the first night our nurse team was amazing. It seemed like each nurse was the perfect personality to fit that part of labor for my wife, from the most welcoming nurse at the beginning to a motherly nurse before water broke, a no-nonsense nurse during labor, and a comforting nurse that helped my wife with the tough decision to get a c-section after stagnating at 9.5cm!
After our daughter arrived the nurse team has remained stellar. Full of information for both mom and dad, comforting and supportive with anything mom needs to be comfortable and recovering well. It has been a dream working with this Labor & Delivery nursing staff and we would choose this hospital again in a heartbeat if we decide to go for baby #2!

We had our baby here, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. Our doctors were amazing, it was very clean, and the resources they gave us were extremely helpful. But hands down, the shining point was the nursing staff. I had six different nurses during our two day stay and each of them was phenomenal. They all clearly loved their jobs, and they all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. Didn’t matter the shift, night or day, the nurses were on it. They were constantly asking how I felt, if I needed anything, and they talked me through every single thing they did. And they always had a smile on their faces and seemed genuinely pleased to help. It’s impossible to say labor is “easy” but they made the whole thing as pleasant and smooth as it possibly could have been. If you are having a baby this is the place to do it!

I give it a four star because this hospital helps more then Integris Hospital my Opinion

This hospital was pretty good!
My wife and I delivered a baby in April.
She got there and everything was pretty simple .Our night nurse seemed like she was ready to get off the moment she started working with us. We also didn’t have any ac working. As the father I wish they explained to me that the couch pulls out.. I was stuck to use a broken chair , although to be fair, I think the chairs in all the delivery rooms are just old and broke.
Delivery was awesome !!! night and day. The nurse during the day was awesome so welcoming and informative. Helpful! Friendly . ( would actually warm up here hands to check my wife )
I think this hospital is good at the end of the day my baby made it no issues !
I think this hospital is dated and they need to do a better job somehow observing staffs behavior ( especially at night )
I think a lot of info we gave was lost in between the many people coming in and we found ourselves answering the same things a lot and even having staff tell us to opposite things.

The most amazing caring staff. After having a stroke I was sent to mercy's stroke unit. These people were amazing and had the best attitudes even though working long hours through this pandemic. The housekeeping, nutrition nursing staff, doctors and therapists were exceptional

Unless you HAVE to go here, don't. The hospital is just okay but the aftercare is terrible. It's difficult to get bills reconciled and they frankly don't care. Will not renew prescriptions quickly. My last one took over a month to renew. It shouldn't take that long, especially when you tell them you are out of medication. That's careless :(

I went in due to a fall where I hit my head. I had trouble remembering things, Britt was very helpful and patient while I tried to gather myself early that morning! She expressed sincere concern and an eagerness to help from the moment I checked in, to the moment I was seated in the back. Ms. Madison was very experienced and well educated in her field, and got me stitched up with little to no discomfort, that was a first time for me! I can’t remember all of the names, but every nurse I encountered were so kind and eager to help and fast acting. Thank you guys so much!

Brought my dad to the ER here. The staff was extremely nice and they had testing done quickly. They checked on him regularly and generally cared about his well being. They brought him multiple warm blankets when he was cold. The medical equipment looks new but I can tell the furniture needs some updating and the blankets seemed old. I would however bring my dad here again if he needed anything

Staff was friendly. The place was clean. The portal is amazing 👏. …

I was induced here to give birth to my son six months ago. I am still so very grateful for how wonderful all the nurses where to me during my time there. Especially the one helping through the actual birth. He is my first baby and I was scared and didn’t know what to do. The support and kindness they gave me has had a lasting impact.
Katrina Hill
Nice place. Pretty good food. Good people. Registration was a bit crabby, but everyone else made up for it. I had a MRI and have had other procedures and Dr appointments. Definitely need to use a map app. There are many buildings. Wish it weren't so far away from the middle of the city.

Samantha E from the emergency room was super helpful and very caring towards my sister who came in having difficulties after her surgery. She looked for the ice packs that my sister was not given after her surgery that she was suppose to receive. She gave her a blanket, brought her ice and water, and was very kind towards it all. You can tell she came into this profession because she’s a nurturer and a very great person. I am very thankful for it and I know my sister is very thankful for it as well.

My first experience here was amazing. I went in for a procedure in the Labor and Delivery the nurses were amazing. My nurse Juli was great she explained how everything was going to go very detailed made me feel comfortable and welcomed from start to finish. Not to mention Dr. Goff is amazing as well. Soo looking forward to having my baby there and hoping i get the same nurse i loved her.
Susan Young
I had two very invasive procedures done at Mercy recently. Everything went smoothly from admissions to out patient treatment. Dr. Hardy was very professional, good bedside manner, explained everything clearly. The nursing staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I was very pleased with my care received at Mercy.
Ashlyn Olds
I can honestly say it is by far the best care I have had. I went in to be checked and they were super nice and went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable plus I found out my doctor who I already loved delivered for one of my nurses after she had had miscarriages. She has a lovely little boy. ❤️ Plus they made sure my husband was comfortable and walked us through everything.

I was discharged today from the labor & maternity floor and I couldn’t wait to write an official review of my experience. I find hospitals scary, but Mercy was so welcoming and exactly what I needed. My baby was breech and I was not excited about a c secrion. Dr. Vaughn took me on as a last minute client and he and the staff at Mercy gave me a wonderful birth experience. Every request I had outside of the standard protocol was accepted and not questioned once. They truly are a family focused hospital and I am so pleased with my experience there.
Brandi Coxey
I can not express my gratitude for the entire staff that was involved with my labor and delivery from arrival to departure. I loved my experience. I just wish the beds were a little more comfortable lol. Otherwise everything was great and the level of bed side manner is something to compete with.
Jan Harper
This was my second admit to Mercy in OKC. As far as care and concern it could not have been better. Dr's. and nursing care top notch. Food was great for healthy hospital food.
Linn Pierce
So far, I am not impressed. Received a solicitation in the mail to use a Mercy doctor, but when I call the number on it, I cannot reach anyone due to 'technical difficulties'.
Heather Scott
Shoutout to Mercy ER!! All of the staff was amazing. It was a bit of a wait and I know some patients were giving staff a hard time about it, but they were always so kind and respectful. I was treated very well and received amazing care from everyone. Shoutout to Nurse Scott and the x-ray tech (did not get his name) who were both awesome and took great care of me. Thank you so much!
Veronica Mastell
Very nice people. Genital with patience. Explaind everything.

I was in the ER for a very personal issue and it was causing me so much pain I was shaking. When I got back to the PA student (I don't recall her name, but she had a WONDERFUL bedside manner) working that night she made me feel so comfortable and safe. Then the PA (Jose Medina) was just as kind and welcoming. A couple other people came in to observe and they gave me so much motivation and peace. Two people even held my hands through the pain. I have been to other hospitals where I was talked down to, ignored, and disrespected so I always had a hard time with the whole hospital scene, but everyone's kindness (about 12:00am on July 24th) made me fall apart in tears when I got home. I just wanted to say thank you! My heart so so full!

In the Emergency Room, everything is very clean and looked comfortable for the patients. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was one of dozens in the waiting room for updates on friends/relatives. Staff were very busy but maintained a great attitude and called us to the desk whenever there were any updates. There was even a cell phone charging station provided for visitors. If visiting friends/family and you get hungry, I would recommend avoiding hamburgers in their cafeteria as they are a bit on the greasy side (at least when I was there), but there are plenty of healthy, pre-packaged sandwiches which I would heartily recommend. The coffee was good... and much needed in my case!

Our family doctor and nurse we have been seeing for more than 15years are spectacular. We couldn't have asked for better service from them. However I'm giving them 5 stars and some other staff 1 star. Went to urgent care and ended up seeing another doctor and nurse. This nurse was so rude she let the door almost hit my daughter she didn't even acknowledge us. She made us feel like we were wasting her time. Even her facial expressions...I'm trying to be very open minded maybe she had a bad day. I'm glad the doctor was nice though.

My daughter came early and I lost a significant amount of blood resulting in an emergency C- Section. My daughter spent 6 days in the NICU surrounded by the most amazing nurses who made her healthy and our comfort their top priority. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better staff for both my daughter and me. They were amazingly generous and incredibly helpful.

The building is absolutely beautiful! I was rather nervous going in for a MRI, but the nice staff settled those nerves quick! Everyone is kind. I like that there are staff at the front desk to help take you where you need to go. You don’t have to wander. I really like it here! They are very aware of your needs, even asking what religion I am so that they can be aware of those needs as well. I feel safe and at peace in this hospital. (Which is amazing because hospitals can be scary!) it’s truly a place of healing.

My wife and I recently had our first child and we used Mercy. The service, nurses, secretaries were all amazing, extremely caring and compassionate and good at their jobs, they get 5 stars from me. As for the billing, if there was a option for zero stars I would choose it. They had me pay part of the bill in the hospital which I thought "great I'm ready to pay and get it out of the way", they ran my son through my wife's insurance without us telling them, when he is being added to my insurance instead, which triggered a long line of billing issues that I'm being told could take up to a year to get sorted out due to legally thats how long the insurance company has to. take certain actions. Also the several thousand dollars I payed while still in the hospital went to the wrong bills and it is a massive mess. So my point, don't pay them anything till you get itemized bills in the mail, and make sure any and all insurance details are worked out before paying a dime.

I had a baby at Mercy Hospital on Monday, November 17th of 2014. The doctors and nurses at Mercy were absolutely AMAZING! They never once hesitated to provide what I needed. They came in and checked on me every hour. They answered all my questions with a smile on their face. I would recommend that every woman gives birth at Mercy. Their food is awesome too. Every time I had an ache or a pain, they were quick to figure out why and made sure I was comfortable. The night-shift nurses were incredibly sweet, also. When you accidentally press the Emergency button your bed, they don't get irritated or annoyed, they make sure you're happy and your experience at Mercy is awesome.

Had a biopsy performed in the Interventional Radiology Department. From start to finish everything was superior and professional. Best of all, with minimal pain! I’d like to give a special thanks to nurse Angie, whose kindness and compassion ‘went the second mile.’ God, bless them all.

I delivered my son at Mercy in November of 2017. The only reason I’m giving Mercy 3 stars is because of my OBGYN, Wesley Vaughan. He ended up saving my life. After almost 24 hours of labor, I delivered my son via vbac with an on-call Doctor. I received a 3rd degree tear and subsequently contracted Necrotizing Fasciitis. I wasn’t impressed with the Labor and Delivery team. I wasn’t allowed or encouraged to move around the room to use a birthing ball, take a bath or any other type of labor assistance to help with my attempted natural labor. I finally gave in and got an epidural after 8 hours of excruciating pain. I was forced onto all fours by an L&D nurse, knowing very well that an epidural was in place and very much working, in an attempt to help my cervix efface. I ended up vomiting all over myself because it made me so nauseous trying to get myself onto all fours with no help and couldn’t hold myself up due to not being able to feel my legs. Then, after delivery, no one checked my wound or listened to the fact that I was in so much pain for such a small area. The on-call never checked on me. I never saw her again after delivery. They just pumped me full of narcotics and gave me a cream (which made no sense). Once I returned for the Necrotizing Fasciitis (2 days after my release), my doctors were amazing and saved my life. Dr. Vaughan diagnosed the NF quickly and even though he wasn’t on-call for my delivery, he still treated me as if he had delivered my son. He truly cared and acted fast after diagnosing my infection. I was in debridement surgery within a couple of hours of being admitted.
After much confusion of how I was supposed to get readmitted, I was shoved into 5th floor triage on a Thursday afternoon. Nobody knew what to do with me. I was finally put in a room and had very little assistance from nurses until after my surgery early Friday morning. I was then moved on a Saturday afternoon because the part of the wing I was in “closes” and there wasn’t going to be anyone to care for me. I spent a lot of time alone with no one checking on me. If I called the nurses station, they seemed annoyed and rude that I was calling for help. I didn’t have an assigned nurse, it was just whoever would take the time to check on me or answer my call. I was finally moved to the oncology floor, where there was constant banging, electricity flickered, rooms weren’t very clean and my sheets were not changed in the duration of my stay for the flesh eating bacteria. The only positives were that my husband and newborn were allowed to stay with me, and my nurses on the oncology floor were wonderful (they loved my newborn being in the room), they were much more patient and friendly than the L&D nurses were.
After the nightmare stays, came the bills. The billing department is absolutely ridiculous. They have created multiple accounts for my son and I and I am still receiving bills (like I said, I delivered my son in November) that make no sense. They’re calling me constantly to make a payment, which I am, but then they keep sending me new bills and changing amounts due. I had to pay $230 for them to establish my son could hear, because the test was deemed “out of network.” Although I realize that’s an insurance thing, I don’t understand why a required, routine test would be given by an outside entity that wouldn’t be covered under a major insurance (Aetna) company. And of course you aren’t told this ahead of time. Overall, I just cannot recommend this hospital. I will NEVER go back for anything. I am traumatized from what should have been a joyous occasion. I’m fully convinced that I contracted the flesh eating bacteria while I was staying at the hospital!!!
Beautiful Eatz
Nuncia was my RN Nurse at the emergency room night shift. Nuncia was super patient with me throughout the process. When it came time to set me up, with the IV to draw my blood Nuncia asked critical questions to help her determine which arm will be better in the long run and cause less pain on my body by only sticking me once with the baby needle #20. Nuncia poked me once, which made me excited cause most nurses will take four times before they get the IV done correctly. Even tho I was screaming from the top of my lungs, Nuncia was able to keep her calm and made sure I understood what medicine I was receiving and the dosage. Upon Tyler, the RN entering the room, he walks Nuncia through an add-on step by hooking up another PC Care Fusion to the machine. They both did a fantastic job.

This hospital is amazing. Really. When my son was small they have the Drs he needed. And now that treat us like family when we come. They are helping my sister fight her stage 4 cancer. Giving her a better life while she is here. They treat her like I do. They care an love us. I will always drive the distance to go here. And I love how people learn you an call you by first name you dont just feel like a number

The nurses who took care of my mom listened!!!
They went out of their way to help with communication with the family. The rooms looked cleaner than last few times and new paint helped. Thank you to the nurses from ER to ICU to 4th floor. Please do not cut back resources as they are spread thinly. They did not say anything but you can see.

Had a Great Experience outside of the long wait. I had Nurse Chuy & She was very nice & Sweet. Dr Payne was very nice as well. Also the guy in the ER lobby who is Foreign (Maybe Asian or Hispanic) he was Very nice! I asked him to stay in the room & Speak to me while Nurse Chuy did what she had needed. I loved everyone I interacted with & I had a Great experience!
James Circle (Acorn)
Very friendly nurses and staff! My oral surgery was done flawlessly. The mymercy website is a huge plus as well, can see a lot of details on the surgery, as well as prepay before it. Whenever I need another surgery done, I hope it's done here.
Megan Pope Whitehead
Eveytime I have ever been to mercy the staff have always been kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. From my birth there to stays in the ICU, outpatient surgery, visiting family on oncology floors, medsurg, urology, neurology, obgyn, and general surgery.
Nancy Titus
I had an emergency C-section here in 2016, and the staff and NICU nurses were alot of help to us! I really appreciated the nurse who prayed over me❤️ if I lived in OKC, that is where I'd choose to have my babies!
**Update**
Friday, Feb 1st 2019... I gave birth to my son Roman♡ He did not make it, but the staff did everything they could to help keep my babies heartbeat going as long as possible. I really appriciate all the staff who helped and was with us for this difficult time. They let our little boy stay with us as long as we stayed. My most favorite nurses are Christina, Heather, and Angelina. They were all so sweet, and made me feel really loved just by the hugs and care they had for me and my family. These ladies are absolutely the best nurses I've ever had!!! They have done a good job in taking care of me. This is my favorite Hospital. You really see and feel Gods amazing love here♥ Dr Stanley and Dr Bishop were also amazing. I really recommend this hospital to everyoneeveryone!!! Id love to thank all the staff for being here for my husband and I as we go through this difficult time

Staff is very professional. Worked with several nurses and staff during the two separate week long stays. Most staff understand that patients do not prefer to be there and treat everyone respectfully: I don’t want to ever be hospitalized again, but if I am, there couldn’t be a better place.

My husband had the best doctors & nurses EVER!!! He would have never survived his GI bleed without the awesome staff at Mercy that God had provided us!! The Lord has blessed Mercy Hospital with a very professional & caring staff!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Five ⭐️’s

I honestly don't understand why anyone would put a bad review for this hospital. I had to go in for my gestational diabetes test and everyone there were absolutely amazing. We didn't know where to go when we first got there and a lady that helped us find the correct building walked us out and walked us to the correct door. That's not where it stops either. After meeting with the very nice ladys in the lab I decided to take a walk to see what the hospital was like since that's where I will be having our son. I didn't know where the maternity area was and another really nice walked me to the elevators and told me which floor to go to. The facility was very clean and everyone that I walked by greeted me with a smile and hello. I'm so excited and feel very comfortable with us having our son there.
Crystal Martin
Doctors and nurse staff very polite and considerate. Good bedside manner‘s. Only thing I think they need to improve is that when you are paying upfront they need to let you know that is not the total bill. I thought I was paying it off right then and then I get another bill saying it was more that was just a down payment.

I've been to Mercy several times for minor things like tests or specialist consults and never had a bad experience. This review is specifically for their day surgery center in the Northwest corner of the building.
My surgery was scheduled for 8:00 am and I was told to arrive at 6:00 am. We received a courtesy call at 5:30 am, reminding us to be there at 6:00 am.
When we arrived at the center, check-in took about five minutes and we were asked to have a seat and wait to be called back.
We waited less than five minutes and someone came and took us back to a prep room and provided me with a gown, socks and warm blanket and instructed me to undress and put on the gown.
Just a few minutes later, another person came in and inserted an IV in my hand and gave me some medication.
For the next 30 or so minutes I had a steady stream of people coming in to check on me or to do some kind of prep work for my surgery. The anesthesiologist and the surgeon also came by during this time.
At 7:00 am, one of the ladies came back and said they were ready to take me to surgery (one hour early!). I said goodbye to my wife and then they wheeled me a short way down the hall to an OR, which was like something out of Star Trek! The entire team of about five people introduced themselves and I was helped onto the surgical table. The anesthesiologist immediately began talking to me, telling me what he was doing and then he placed a mask on my face for oxygen. He then said he was injecting the anesthetic through my IV. The next thing I was aware of was waking up in the recovery area.
All through my recovery there were people constantly coming in to talk to me or to ask if we needed anything. Once I was ready, they wheeled me out to our car.
Every single person I encountered introduced themselves and told me what they would be doing as part of my team. Every person who was substantially involved (doctors and nurses) asked me what procedure I was having done. Everyone was extremely professional and did a great job.
I have never in my 47 years experienced a medical clinic or office that functioned at this level of timeliness, friendliness and competence. I highly recommend Mercy's Day Surgery Center to anyone who has the option of using them. I'll never leave the Mercy system as long as it's available to me.

During an extremely terrifying time, the Mercy ER Team has been so involved and constantly in touch with us. Between the virtual team and the ER and our Doctor we have no concerns about our wellness. I've never felt so important. Thank GOD for the Mercy Organization.

Micaela Lock, RN, Labor & delivery, went above & beyond for myself & my newborn! I’m a RN myself & seeing how much she cared for me just warmed my heart & soul! Deep down I know she did everything she could to help me avoid csection, which Worked!. It’s a long story but trust me, God assigned her as my nurse because he knew she could handle me & the situation!
I was stuck at 1cm for hours after my water broke on Friday and I was terrified to have c-section, I wasn’t dilating. I had cytotec & later pitocin going, still without success all Friday night, Saturday day, night...until Micaela Lock came in on 7p-7a shift on Saturday and this super woman repositioned me on the clock every 45mins to 1hour. (I had given up and was very dissapointed and had began to prep myself for c-section on Sunday morning.)I had epidural going at his point so you can imagine repositioning someone who can’t move from waist down so often. Let me tell you people, I’m a nurse and I know Micaela didn’t have to do what she did. I had no idea repositioning could do wonders in such a situation. Anyways, I went from a 1cm to 3cm, and eventually to a full 10 and I’ll tell you, were it not for my super nurse, this wouldn’t have happened!
Also Dr Judy Fong delivered my baby and I remember telling my hubby if we decide to have another baby, we need to first make sure she’ll be our ob before anything else, lol. She was patient with me& did the best to give me a chance at natural labor, which happened eventually.
So thankful to God!
Jocelyn Brockway
My husband was taken in as soon as we arrived at the regular emergency, even though we didn't know we should have gone to the heart emergency. The heart doctor is excellent. The ICU and stepdown nurses are sweet. He was released the following day.

Mask are required to enter and you must be a patient or driver for patient if there for out patient surgery. Staff was friendly and professional and on time. The cafeteria had a variety of food theams. Grilled sandwiches, pre-made salids and sandwiches, pizza.
Katrina Hill
I went to the Cancer Center. Nice place. Too many people needing to park to close all but one entrance for COVID. Especially handicap spaces. There is a place to drop passengers, but if the driver is handicapped, accept the possibility that you may have to walk a while. Also be aware they are using a different door than the circle drive, so don't drop anyone there. I suggest getting someone else to go with you so you can be dropped off and picked up right at the door closest to the hospital.

I came to mercy hospital on March 13, 2018 to have my son here. I had an amazing birth experience here at this hospital. I had Dr. Brunnabend as my obgyn. I could not have asked for a better birth than what I experienced here at Mercy. Thank you ladies on the labor and delivery floor, y’all did great.
Sarah Clinton
Visited the ER via ambulance from 3am to about 8am. The nurses were very nice, but we were discharged with no instructions. I tried calling the "if you were a patient in the last 72 hours" phone line and left four messages in three days with no return call.
Sheila Davis
My father is going through an extended recovery stay and I as well as my family have been beyond blessed. The staff, doctors, and nurses have been nothing but friendly, kind, and professional. I am beyond impressed with them.
Kimberly Ellison
I had a decent experience here. I went in for hives/allergic reaction after being diagnosed with a recent thyroid issue. The staff were great. Im not sure if i saw the pa or physician they ran a battery of test. They shot me up with benadryl and steroids and watched me from there. Which is basically all an ER can really do for anything chronic in my experience. They did at least try to find the source which is more than i can say for OU. Those tests have helped with further diagnosis and i am grateful for that. My primary Dr and Endocronologist are both Mercy so i try to stick with the same overall hospital. My father had knee surgery here and i was truly not impressed with that. They didnt evaluate properly prior. They should of realized his hemoglobin was too low to operate. He shouldnt of lost so much blood and had to of been transfused. He had a blood clot which blew a stent and caused a heart attack. I think it couldve been handled differently. Luckily everything turned out ok. People in hospital settings are human too. I just hope that overall they used that as a learning experience in theie future endeavors

I am terrified of hospitals and this hospital was fantastic. I got right in and had the best care I could ask for. Very friendly people. Clean place, and they don’t make you feel small. Highly recommend !

Mercy is one of the best hospitals in the OKC region. The doctors, nurses, aides, and all the staff are caring, polite, respectful and very helpful. Thwy are all very knowledgeable and truly care about their patients and the families of their patients.

I went to mercy after being told at St Anthony’s I was faking everything that was causing me pain was told to stop lying when I stated that I couldn’t feel my feet! When I got to mercy they treated me exactly how I needed and took care of me turns out after doing an ekg on my heart an xray on my chest and cat scan on my lower back that I had a herniated disc in my lower back and that I had scoliosis also I found out more about what was happened to me then I ever have at St Anthony’s. I’d recommend mercy more than any other hospital! They always take serious care of their patients! They gave me the proper attention I needed!

Had to spend some time at the hospital and everyone was great. Nurse, Sharon and Val were kind and compassionate. The aids and dietary were exceptional, thank you Mercy, May God continue to shine on you.

They labor and delivery team here were AMAZING. The bar for service I have received from the nurses and doctors here will forever be set to their standards! Dr. John Stanley, the anesthesiologist Dr. Hickey and the nurse Hope were my favorite "team"!
Donna M
Friendly staff but doctors do not have a set time to make rounds. Patients and their families should know when they can expect to see their doctors come to check in on them. People have lives (especially family visiting their loved ones) ots inconsiderate to make they have to sit in a hospital room waiting for their loved ones doctor to come see them and provide updates!

The nurses I got were kinda of rude I didn't like the attitude but it was okay. The worst part was my brother choked and I pressed the red button for someone to come help and he could've choked to death or something and so I had to go get someone and they finally came and then the girl FINALLY came like after idk 8 mins smh I'm kinda disappointed and the rooms are very small or at least the one they gave us.
Nathan Troester
Was put in an ER room right away for an injury, with no wait for evaluation. Probably caught them at a good time. I have no complaints about the service and professionalism of their staff, who were great. Their standard of care is excellent too.
Rick Russick
I've been in Mercy on and off for 3 months. It all depends on your insurance and your doctor how good of an experience you have. Most of the nurses are great. The food is good too.

My son was transport here from Watonga hospital yesterday. The driver and passenger were so nice. We didn't get the right direction from ER till 20 minutes late waiting for someone to take us back or to room my husband again told them and made persons behind window understand our son already had a room. Then was told where elevator was and sented on our way. They need to listen to people who come in instead of telling them it will be 5-10 minutes. The cafeteria was terrible. The guy taking the order didn't listen got order all wrong. Chilly cheese hot dog was plain no cheese or chilly! The hamburger was a grilled cheese sandwich instead. I corrected him nicely and he argued then made a mess out of hotdog and made another worker fix hamburger. He threw cheese sandwich away while saying it was people who orders fault for mess up. Hot dog weinner was spoiled tasted rotten! Very disappointed in the cafeteria part we stopped at Walmart and got food to eat nexted day. Doctor and nurses were very nice and worked beautifully together on 4th floor.

On August 26, 2014, I had to go to the emergency room late at night. I had broken my wrist. wait times were reasonable (to get into a room). Everyone was nice and fun. Maybe it's just the late night group, but they were cutting up and keeping a very difficult job fun. It helped my morale greatly. my only complaint is that there wasn't an orthopedist on duty, and I had to wait too long to see one.
Laura Lewis
The nurses take really good care of their patients. During our stay we had a weather emergency they continued to provide excellent patient care and remained calm and professional.

When trusting doctors in Oklahoma, it can be difficult these days. With the government evading patient care thru controlling good physician's hand in how they should operate, limits the good ones. These days a person must trust God's holy word in living a healthy spiritual n physical life. From being victimised by chronic to acute illnesses, as well by careless doctors, my faith made me whole! Trust in the Lord...for Jesus cares!!! He has already healed our pain.

Mercy hospital in Oklahoma City is in my opinion the best hospital in Oklahoma City. The doctors, and nurses are very competent and kind. I know it’s very dependent on who you get as your doctor in the ER, but my ER doctor, (Dr. Crane), was fantastic! He knew exactly what was going on, and what needed to be done, and he fixed me. Thank you!!
Harlene Leger
My sister was there. SHE WAS happy with their service.

Emergency care is often spot on. Other than a PA that was a little over zealous about us not knowing when our 6 year old has bms and making a big stink about it (pun intended), our experiences have been positive.
