Went in for a surgery but ended up in ER. Then got admitted to hospital for 2 1/2 days. The staff was so nice caring. They really did a great job of explaining the situation and medications. My nurses were compassionate and so very understanding. This facility made my experience tolerable and informational. Thank you all for your compassion and patience. I appreciate you from. Bottom of my fragile heart.

Even though it was very busy in the ER,my nurse Brittany and the PA on duty that night kept me comfortable and warm. Brittany was attentive and very kind. The PA was helping the doctor with the influx of patients. She listened to what I had to say and didn't dismiss anything. This place was exceptional, starting with the lady at the front check-in desk to the lady that helped us out to our car after surgery was over with. The Drs, CRNA’s, and nurses all had phenomenal communication and were sure to explain every detail and answer any questions we had, as we were nervous for our baby to be sedated/operated on. Everything went so smooth and right on time, I will recommend this facility every time!!

Everything we experienced at Integris Hospital in Edmond was excellent. Every employee was so helpful, friendly and professional, starting with the front desk, our escort to the waiting room, all nurses and doctors and especially Dr. Mark W. Wood. It was also so helpful to get our take home meds at the hospital. The Home Discharge Instructions were also so helpful. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful staff and Dr Shsdfar is amazing. He cares so much about each patient. I had an osteoma removed from my forehead. He washed my hair afterward to remove any blood and called me that night to check on me and just a tiny incision. I would recommend him highly. Never had any Dr. do that before.

My child had an MRI here. He was very anxious and is sensitive to noise. They were wonderful with helping him understand what to expect and getting both earplugs and headphones to dampen the sound. The faculty is so clean and everyone was efficient and friendly. We were in and out in under an hour. I work at another INTEGRIS facility (an no one knew that) and am proud to be a part of this organization.

Exceptionally clean. The effort and attention given to preventing infection and quality of care is unsurpassed in any hospital system in OKC. And, per personal experience, this level was maintained by every doctor, nurse or support person I encountered, from the reception desk to the surgical suite to the discharge from the hospital. I had to visit ER for stomach pain. I was taken back to a room before I had even finished checking in. I ended up have surgery and was amazed at well taken care of I was. I soon moved to 5th floor for a couple of day and the great care continued until I left.

I was visiting family here in Edmund when I all of sudden became very sick. My daughter and wife drove me to the hospital at around 3:00 am. I was in so much pain and distress that I was about to pass out. The staff all took great care of me despite my lack of emotional control caused by the pain. They actually took the time to go over my results including things that were on the list but they noticed and wanted to make sure that I was aware and could follow up with my primary care doctor back home. Wish I had hospital just like this one where I live. Thank you to all the staff for all your help today.

We were there Christmas morning 2022 and they got us in and out fast. They had patience with my 5 year old who had not slept all night because of ear pain. We had a bad experience there once with a male doctor because he was very rough and my son was scared to go back there but this makes up for that bad experience!

Everyone was very nice and understanding. I have a disability that causes me to be slow and they could not rushing me and even offered a wheelchair. The technicians were very nice I have a claustrophobic issues and they were very patient with me as I prepared myself for my MRI.

Girlfriend chose here to have her baby, everyone for the most part was friendly and helpful and taught us everything we might need to be new parents we really liked Rhet/Ret(t) and Caroline they were great 10/10. However there are people who brought this review from 5 stars to three, as we all know the bad experiences make the good ones nonexistent. One of them is a nurse named Mary who was unhelpful at best and useless at worst. She cared more about her shift ending than actually doing her job helping my girlfriend postpartum solidifying my belief that nurses are just there to get a paycheck. Another is Yolanda or whoever Rhet/Ret(t) was training the night of November 3rd, this woman had the audacity to insinuate, more so accuse us of intentionally harming our newborn while also being like Mary, simultaneously unhelpful and useless. I held my tongue to keep the peace but if anyone of some authority in this hospital reads these I'd suggest terminating Mary and Yolanda's employment with your hospital. As I'm positive their employment will cause more problems than fix if they remain.

The nurses were amazing! I felt like everyone really had my best interest in mind and it gave me lots of comfort during my stay. There was a computer issue during checkin but the lady seemed very efficient trying to get the problem fixed and apologized for the delay.

My experience was not ideal. It felt incredibly rushed whenever I first went back to the room. The nurses that were assisting me let me know that they had less than 5 minutes to perform an EKG on me. They basically told me to undress the top portion of my body so I could change into a gown while holding the gown out in front of me and it felt rather invasive. There was no concern for my personal comfort level whatsoever. They then proceeded to rush me through the EKG. I don't know the reason for this, perhaps that they had something more pressing to attend to, which is fine and understandable I suppose. One of the electrodes wouldn't stay positioned on my chest so the nurse held on to it while performing my EKG while the other nurse took my blood pressure at the same time. I am not a physician or a nurse so I don't know if this affects anything, I was simply a patient that was sent to the ER by Urgent Care due to the symptoms I was displaying and a abnormal EKG that was performed by Urgent Care prior to sending me to the ER. I was told that there was nothing abnormal in my EKG performed by the hospital. My concern was whether or not the nurse holding on to the electrode and the other taking my blood pressure while the EKG was running would have an accurate reading. I don't have an answer to that because everything was moving so quickly, and not for my benefit, I didn't get to ask any questions. I just know that it made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and I stayed uncomfortable until I left.

While visiting Oklahoma my husband had a mild stroke. Integris Health Edmond was the 3rd hospital we ended up at. The service and personal attention was outstanding. The doctor, nurse and intake person was compassionate, thorough and friendly. We had a horrible experience, nearly deadly at Mercy off memorial. I am grateful the doctors knew their stuff.

This is a beautiful facility with accomplished doctors, nurses and staff. Dr. Emily White is a fantastic communicator and surgeon. She made my husband (who waited in my room) feel reassured and at ease with the procedure. Nurse Tish was so helpful as she took vitals and made sure I was ready for the procedure. Even Bailey, who escorted us to my room, was a delight. Everything and everyone here is first class!

Just got into town and had an unexpected emergency. The staff at Integris was awesome. I was checked in and moved through the assessment process very quickly. I was admitted for overnight observation. Everyone was kind, thoughtful and very professional. Post-release follow up was also very quick and thorough. We are moving to this area and I intend to make this my primary hospital

Other than being rushed out of there by the nurse as I was still extremely dizzy and actively throwing up after having my surgery. She told us that it's cheaper to go home than to stay there sick and trying to sleep it off

I went to this Emergency Room and from the minute I got there, to the time I was released, the staff was so professional and friendly. I was in terrible pain, they got me in fairly quickly. My daughter was falsely diagnosed with double ear infection at an urgent care we went to. after her fever got up to 103.5 we decided to bring her to integris. we were seen by Dr Owens and we absolutely loved him! He quickly diagnosed my baby with RSV and was so reassuring when he saw me panic!

Went in as a walk-in for an X-ray, there were 4 other people in the waiting area and only one lady taking care of everyone, including checking everyone in, taking patients back, completing the imaging herself, and coming back out to check people in again. A stellar one-woman show! Even though she could have been bitterly overwhelmed, she was kind, graceful, and helpful to every patient. I just moved to okc and started going to Integris facilities, and so far every single encounter I’ve had with their staff has been an amazing experience. From their urgent cares to their ER to their imaging centers to their primary care physician offices. I’ll continue going to Integris and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for doctors of any kind.

When my 92-year old father suffering from COVID needed emergency treatment, I am so glad we chose Integris Edmond. Though it's a small hospital, we owe the medical and professional staff a huge thank you for the compassionate and attentive care they provided throughout his 4-day hospital stay. With some of the staffing challenges that all hospitals are currently experiencing, any issues we experienced were very minor and quickly rectified. We are especially grateful to the doctors, nurses and techs who treated my dad, who can be a difficult patient, with dignity, respect and much-needed humor. Each time I visited, the nurses and techs always asked if I needed anything. During such a stressful time, their kindness and compassion is something I will always remember. Thank you again!

I was very impressed with this hospital, the staff, and the quality of service I received. From ER though my 8-day stay in the hospital, I felt that everyone who attended to me genuinely cared about my recovery and did the best they were able to do to ensure my recovery. I believed I was in good hands. Every doctor, nurse, and technician provided exemplary care. I was honored to receive visits from the charge nurse, floor nurse, and general manager who all came in to offer words of encouragement and see if I was being treated right. While I don’t want to ever have to be admitted into a hospital again, if I do, I will choose Integris Edmond.

I felt like I was in safe hands. The discharge papers were a plus as they detailed everything and had bonus recommendations. Great work team. I would choose you again and again for emergency visit.

I am more than comfortable at this hospital. The rooms are excellent as is the staff. I’m very disappointed in the room service however. On two separate occasions my tray was delivered and was wrong or missing items The hours are stated plainly, 7:00 am to 6:00pm. I tried calling room service with 10 to 15 minutes before 6:00 with no answer. One night my salad was missing. I had the salad dressing but no salad, gravy missing from the main entree, no wet wipes got your hands. Simple things to correct if you answer the phone. Very disappointed!

I'm really not a hospital person because usually I go for 1 thing & leave with other issues. Plus some staff are there for just the pay check, but not this hospital. Everyone was respectful & kind. Especially Joy Carpenter. She's truly there from her heart & goes beyond her job duties. We need more people everywhere like her. Heart of gold with the soul of an angel. My stay there was amazing. Most hospitals show you no love as soon as they find out that your not insured. But not only am I uninsured, I'm also homeless. That made no difference. I was treated & like a king. Even left with full coverage insurance & money to fix my jeep so I can make it to Tennessee to join my wife. Thank you so so much! Life is getting better by the day. I can't thank you enough.

I did not have to wait long after I checked in. The young man that did my MRI explained everything he was going to do before he started. Then told me what he was doing as he completed everything step of my test and made sure I was ok and answered any questions/concerns I had. I won’t hesitate to use this facility again.

My appointment was with MRI. The staff at the front desk very nice and tried to help out any way they could I was on crutches and they got me a wheelchair and wheeled me to MRI; which I greatly appreciate. Got checked out extensively and fortunately everything was fine, just dehydrated from a stomach bug. From the moment me and my husband walked in the door we were greeted by a very helpful nurse who assisted in directing us to the floor we needed to go to. Once we got to the labor and delivery section of the hospital we were once again warmly greeted and helped to our room. The nurses on staff throughout the entire process were stellar! From the front desk, check-in, insurance verification to my room I was made to feel welcome and in great caring hands. April escorted me to the waiting room. She was very calming about my procedure. My nurses were excellent! They took such wonderful care of me and comfort was their number one priority. The anesthesiologist visited and clearly explained his role in caring for me. Dr. Bailey always shows such care for his patients. It is easy to feel at ease and in great hands. Once done I didn’t feel rushed out the door. I was patiently care for and nicely escorted to my car. I had the best experience at Integris Edmond! I went to the emergency room with excruciating abdominal pain. They got me back and my pain under control so fast. A nurse named Mary helped me first and she was so sweet and caring. She genuinely cared about getting my pain under control. Then I had another nurse that I can’t remember her name who was just as sweet. Then Miranda helped during the morning and day before my surgery. She was so attentive and caring. I can’t say enough about these nurses. I was taken care of so well. I had surgery to remove my appendix and the surgery staff was awesome too. Susan was my nurse, and she too was so sweet and attentive! Dr. Carey was my surgeon. He was so informative and had a great bedside manner. I couldn’t have been in better care. He explained everything so well and made sure we didn’t have any questions. Everything about Integris was excellent! The biggest thing I saw was that they all did their job well and actually seemed genuinely happy to help and care for me. I will never go anywhere else!

I had the best experience I have ever had with the doctor, anesthesiologist, and the nurses. I had a great couple of anesthesiologists who truly listened to my past history. I told them most Dr.’s give me too much anesthesia and didn’t believe me that I go under very easily. So, when they give me a full dose I have a very adverse reaction (like I don’t want to wake up and always need help beyond the normal…near death experience type thing🤦🏼‍♀️). Well, they listened after surgery, they made sure the nurse told me that I was right, I went down very easily! Mark the calendar! 🤣 👍🏼 So thrilled they paid attention to my concerns. I had the best experience EVER!!! Thank you Chase & Dr. Allen! I also had an amazing surgeon! Thank you Dr. Aimee Levy! Dr. Levy, made sure I felt comfortable with everything I was having done. She has a GREAT bedside manner. Highly recommend her! The nurses were kind, personable and very knowledgeable. I had three different ones (Savannah, Ashley and Lexy). They took incredible care of me.

I had major surgery a week ago at Edmond Integris Hospital. My two surgeons were absolutely rock stars. Dr. Dena O'Leary and Dr. Aimee Levy. They explained the whole procedure and were warm and reassuring. They performed skillful, flawless surgery to improve my health and life. The anesthesiologist was wonderful as well. He gave me confidence to relax right before surgery, when my anxiety was through the roof. The nurses were professional, compassionate, gentle and so skillful. One small nurse assured me she could help me out of bed post surgery, even though I dreaded that first excursion. She was fantastic. Thank you to my wonderful, life changing team.

I was greeted when I arrived and promptly checked in. I did not have a long wait, which disappointed me a bit, as I had brought a book I had hoped to read! Ha! The technician who completed my MRI was very friendly and professional. She was concerned about my comfort and was reassuring as she explained the procedure. I really enjoyed the light overhead in the room that looked as if I was looking up into a blue summer sky with while clouds dotting it. I was in and out in less than an hour, and the results were sent to my primary physician by the end of the day, so I did not have to endure a long wait. I felt so important, and was taken care of with 100% care by Dr Owens, RN Judy Lopez & Chairta, I'm not used to a E.D. Dr spending time with me, usually just in and out, but Dr Owens came to me three times asked detailed information about what happened to me, checked by contusions, had X-rays taken, did a couple other tests, he was so concerned about my well being, I was in so much pain RN Judy & Chairta gave me as much comfort as they could, RN Judy was very helpful, to me all the way out the door. I arrived by ambulance after falling on the ice on February 26th. I dislocated and broke my left ankle. Every single person I was in contact with was polite, kind, courteous, caring and very patient and willing to help. The only suggestion I have is maybe some wheelchairs and sitting chairs for tall people. I for one had a difficult time getting up from a standard chair with no weight bearing on my left foot. Otherwise keep up the awesome work!!

Review of Integris Health Edmond: check-in was easy, especially being there at 6:20 am. I was escorted up the the area where the procedure was to be performed, then guided to the preparation room, where pre-procedure tasks were to be performed: dress for the procedure, IV started, warm blankets provided, vitals taken, then a time for waiting. Next was a preliminary questioning of drugs, supplements, and medical history in relation to those. Then the doctor arrived, explained what was to be performed and the time frame. Then I was rolled into the operating room where anesthesia was administered, then I woke up back in the recovery room. The staff was great: support personnel, RNs, anesthesiologists, physician's assistant, the MD, and the recovery staff. Though I was somewhat anxious about the procedure, the staff was excellent at preparing me and making my visit as stress free as they could. Thanks to all the hospital members who made my visit as pleasant as it could be.

My blood pressure was extremely high and I was having chest pains, My friends convinced me to go to the ER to have it checked out. The employees who checked me in were very courteous and polite. There were about 6 people in the waiting room in addition to a couple of ambulances delivering patients. I waited about 40 minutes before they took me back to a private room. They immediately started checking me out. Everyone I came into contact with was so nice from the nurse Peyton who took my blood to Samir (?) who did my chest X-ray. Jennifer Parrott was wonderful calming my fears & made me feel that I wasn’t overreacting to the situation. There were a couple people who I don’t remember their names (young male nurse and older male doctor) that were equally great. I would definitely recommend this hospital and would go there again if I needed to!!

Honestly it did take 4 hours for 5 stitches. I go to Integris because they are usually very fast and good with my girlies. It was a much longer wait than any other time I’ve gone but they were so kind and helpful, when my daughters wound started to bleed in the waiting room the nurse would come out and re-bandage it and they would randomly come check on everyone and apologize for the long wait. I understand the ER can be busy so I will still definitely be going there in the future. I’d like to give a thank you to the staff at Integris for giving my daughter stitches (twice now), my husband stitches once, fixing the kiddos earaches and helping with my asthma when it hits me outta nowhere! The staff has kept my clearly clumsy family healthy for a very long time now and I am so appreciative of that.

My only complaint would be that my wife was unable to join me in the ER. I know that there are a lot of precautions in place right not to protect staff and patients, but having at least one person in the ER with you can alleviate a lot of stress and anxiety of the patient.

My nurse was great, the CT fellas were nice, but my doctor is what gave this facility a lower rating. I had my 2nd COVID vaccine (Moderna) and within 10minutes I started having reactions that progressed to neurological reactions. I had to be sent to this ER that could figure them out. The doctor ordered blanket things to figure out the issues (which is what she should do). However, when my situation did not fall into a normal scenario because, let's be honest covid nor the vaccines fall into normal scenarios, she dismissed me as if all my symptoms were gone and I was cured. The bed side manner was not up to snuff, nor how she handled my case. She was to concerned with hushing my case and pretending my reaction wasn't from the vaccine. Accusing (not asking) but accusing me of faking me reaction, which I had no control over. I do not care what your personal opinions are, but your job is to listen to the patient and do your best to help them. Medical mysteries happen, especially with covid, your job is not to judge. I would never and have never faked an injury, and I'm even in the medical field which makes the situation beyond upsetting to know this is how others might be treated for having an adverse reaction.

I went in with 104.6 fever from Covid and struggling to breathe. It was found days earlier (by the same ER) that I have Covid pneumonia. I'm leaving three star's because of the amazing registration staff and Nurse's. They were beyond kind and tried their very best to make me comfortable... However the ER Doctor Harris was not concerned that my temp was so high and told be to go home and rest, drink lots of fluids the way you tell someone who has the flu or a cold. I was not impressed with her as I felt she wasn't treating ME the patient she was treating the illness... She was cold and unfeeling towards me like I was just another number in line. When we left the ER my husband took me to Oklahoma ER & Hospital where Dr. Lee and the staff there took amazing care of me!!

It took ringing the alarm button 3 times over a 56 minute period to get someone into my room to bring me my walker so I could use the bathroom. There were 2 nurse assistants that were just unfriendly. I had to ask for my drink to be refilled with ice and water each time. When I was being wheeled out to leave one of the nurse assistants just turned her head and ignored me. The nurse was very friendly, smiled and said I hope you get along well. I could go on and on but overall the experience on the 5th floor was just terrible.

I visited Dr. Dena O'Leary much sooner than I ever thought possible, actually the very next day after seeing my gynecologist. She moved her chair next to me and explained every part of the procedure I needed. No doctor had ever done that before. The surgery process was amazing--the pain I had experienced for ten years was gone when I woke up. Even though I was quite nervous about the proceedings, both pre- and post-surgery, all went well. I was cared for by every person I met in the building, even the young lady who met me at the front door. I would be pleased to recommend this hospital and every person I met with great enthusiasm. Registration was a complete mess. I never received pre-op paperwork. I was never called with instructions to get my Covid test and had to figure that out on my own. Was told I didn't have to show up with a full bladder, then get there and have to give a urine sample prior to surgery after being told to fast for 12 hours. The nursing staff was fantastic at the hospital!! Little to no post-op care. No pain medication prescribed after 4 biopsies during one surgery, even though it was asked for. Basically made me feel like I was an addict for asking. No follow up call from the doctor or staff to check on me post surgery.

The food has something to be desired. My first meal was a sandwich, which I took two bites since I was having a hard time eating, and baked chip and was acceptable. The next evening I ordered some cod, my mistake, it was hard and dry totally inedible. My last day I was awake at 7:30 and ordered breakfast 2 hours later I called again and the person said I could not have that and that she had tried to call me, haha. So I ordered something else. At 11:30 I ordered lunch since I had yet to receive any breakfast. Finally about noon I received my lunch of baked chicken by that time I was starving so anything would have been ok. When I was leaving the cafeteria supervisor came to my room and apologized for the mishap. Some of her crew need to know how to call and tell a patient when they would be getting their order.

I have had numerous surgeries in my life time and I am proud to say that my very first experience with Integris Surgical Center Edmond was the BEST experience I have ever had. The Registration team went above and beyond to fix an issue with the doctor that was new to Integris, not completely in the system, while keeping the surgical department aware of the process. The pre-procedure area was very clean and the pre-procedure nurse was AWESOME she did the best IV I've ever had. The surgical suite was very sterile and clean and the surgical team ROCKED, they were very professional but at the same time they felt like people I had known for a long time. Post-op was just as wonderful as the areas that proceeded them. The next day a employee from the surgical center called to check up on me. It was a WONDERFUL experience all around!

The thing that bothered me the most was that they made me sit outside on a metal bench while I waited. I was so sick and weak that I could barely walk. Plus when your body hurts all over, a metal bench is like torture. Not to mention how sensitive to light that my eyes are. Finally a nurse came to get me and expected me to walk around the building to a different entrance. I had to request a wheelchair when it was obvious that I was too weak to walk. I just can’t help wondering what their plan is for when the weather gets colder?

Dr Khan has excellent reviews as posted by previous patients, but I was disappointed that he added 3 new medications all at once on my very first visit. These prescriptions were given without complete instructions to discontinue certain past medications, and in addition there were NO written instructions whatsoever provided-a serious offense when a doctor is is treating a senior citizen. One of the 3 new medications posts a warning (which was written on the information sheet provided by Walgreens) that persons with a family history of mental illness should use precautions when taking this medication. Dr Khan prescribed this for me without a thorough review of my family’s medical history which I find totally unacceptable.

Entered the ER with severe abdominal and back pain. Person checking folks in was on what appeared to be a personal call. Was given a COVID-19 test even though I had no symptom or temperature and did not request one. Why? Discharge materials included a discussion of pancreatic cancer and a procedure to remove portions of the pancreas and other related body parts as part of a treatment for cancer of the pancreas. No mention of cancer was ever discussed with the ER staff. A little scary to say the least.

I love this hospital! The staff are always so pleasant and attentive. My mother had surgery here and she was treated with the utmost respect and asked multiple time if there was anything that they could get for her. The doctor was kind and more than willing to answer any question that she or I may have had. I also see my PCP at this facility and love how little wait time I have in the waiting room. My only dislike is the gift shop, the woman in charge is rude and has ZERO customer service skills. I understand that the people working the register are volunteers but that is no excuse for the way I was treated while there. Also , the hours are very inconsistent. While my mother was in recovery I went to buy flowers and at 14:00 the shop was closed. I asked why and was told that the woman in charge "just kinda makes up her own hours" I was quite perturbed. To summarize, excellent hospital but if you need or want to buy gift there use the pharmacy in the building attached to the hospital! Staff there was much more friendly and they are reliably open every day.

I want to thank the paramedics, nurses and doctor who helped me during my lowest point in life. I am now recovering from a traumatic accident and grateful that I'm alive.

I just want to say that I'm so very thankful to my doctor in the emergency room last night. Once again Mercy Logan County was just going to send me home. After doing blood work and a CT scan, and walking up to me and just saying "your gallbladder is bad and it needs to be taken out" and then walks away and sends the nurse to tell me I'm leaving with no pain meds and just nausea meds and a med thats supposed to make your gallbladder stop spazzing out. Which didn't work so I was in so much pain I literally questioned them about pain pills! Which I never do because I'm always afraid they'll think I'm a fiend, so I'll just go without. But I felt like I was going to die! So they gave me literally a dab of freaking morphine. I go home and sleep for maybe 2 hours and ALL the horrific pain came back again so I said screw this and that I'm going to a different hospital. So I came here to Integris and they did the urine test and blood test as well but then ordered an ultrasound which showed that I had a ton of stones in my gallbladder and that it was largely inflamed due to infection. They said that Mercy should have shipped me out to get the surgery done immediately. But of course it's not them or their family members so they don't take it as serious. I ended up having to stay overnight instead of being outpatient like they normally do because mine apparently had been bad for a long long time. I'm talking like 10 or more years which is why the doctor said is why I've had horrible heartburn for such a long time. It wasn't really heartburn! I highly appreciate and would refer anyone to come to this hospital because they take you serious! And I have NOT ran into ANYONE that works here who did not have amazing bedside manners, a smile on their face, and a genuine interest in making my health better and my stay as comfortable as possible! Thank you so much to the ER doctor, I'm sorry I can't remember your name, Dr. Carey and the other nice man who were my surgeons, My nurses, Kim, Tari, and I'm sorry lovely lady that I can't remember your name either but you are my nurse this morning, and the techs, Sandy, Joe, and Ben I believe his name was!!! You were all so wonderful and down to earth that I hate having to leave this afternoon honestly! You guys are all great for the work you did and the kindness you showed before my surgery and after! I wish you all the best! I love all of you!

My husband and I have had to use this emergency room 4 times in last 2 years. In all cases we were taken back to treatment area almost immediately after arrival. I found them to be quick and quite competent in their dealings with us. My only complain was their inability to get an !V setup on me the last time I was in there, but I do have fairly fragile veins Must admit that I too am somewhat shocked at the high cost of care, but then I have not been to another hospital recently so have no basis for comparison.

I've been here 3 times now and it is much smoother and quieter than the other metro locations. Once you figure out where you need to be which can be accomplished by a quick call to the office you're scheduled to visit or walk in to the main entrance for directions. No I'm considering moving all of my care needs to this facility!

This place is really a joke!!! I waited last night n right now for meds still waiting n its been almost 1 hour!!! Sitting on the 5th floor n when u go to the desk n u see a nurse they go the other way!!!! Now she brings meds but not n a cup but puts them n her hands with no gloves.... Smh

I have only WONDERFUL things to say about this hospital and staff. The hospital itself is very well kept, clean and updated. The OB staff were amazing and very professional, kind, and did a great job taking care of us. You won't find a better physician and team to take care of you during your pregnancy/labor/delivery than Dr. Courtney Seacat and supporting health providers. I only can give my highest recommendation!

Had my hernia surgery there and couldn’t have been more pleased. Their care was top of the line and always kept me informed about what was happening. The best part is everyone was so personal and I think I laughed the whole time before my surgery. I felt like they were treating me as a friend and not just another thing to deal with during their day. Their aftercare follow up is second to none. I was very impressed with Integris Health Edmond this morning. It was my first visit to this hospital. I had a CT Myelogram which can be a very painful procedure. The radiologist did the procedure with minimal pain and discomfort. I was extremely impressed with both the radiologist and the staff in radiology. I highly recommend this facility and will definitely use this facility in the future.

My daughter gave birth there and was treated with great care by the nurses on 2nd floor. A week later, I went to the ER due to my horse kicking my leg and doing deep tissue damage. Everyone we came in contact with, from the receptionist to the female doctor, was very kind and professional. I was concerned about a blood clot as a result of my injury, and they listened and ordered an MRI along with xrays. My experience was wonderful!
