Wow, the staff here were incredible! My mom stayed overnight recovering from a hip replacement. Every nurse we had was so kind, patient, and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. An all around great hospital and great experience! Carla, Cassie, and others that helped my mom, thank you!!

Had a great experience. My daughter had to stay over night after surgery but she loved it. They were very nice and helpful. My son had surgery here to but didn't stay overnight like she did. They were both seen by Dr.Brandon Pierson. He's great. Very much recommend Dr. Pierson and his staff. As well as the staff and nurses that cared for us during our stay. Big thank you to you all.

I had a procedure here in July 2022 and another procedure yesterday. ALL of the staff are amazing!!!! They are caring, compassionate and explained every little detail of the procedure and recovery. I recommend this facility for sure!!!!

I had to become a patient after hearing all the so called bad things about this EXTRAORDINARY ER..I see alot of people talk negative things about this place coming from the Love's gas station across the street...Well I'm here to tell you that this is a wonderful wonderful place to be seen quickly by my time frame that I choose..imma keep that a secret..Anyways I want to say I really appreciate the help they gave me. Thank you very much Community Hospital of OKC..For the people at the Love's who think they are a former med student school drop out...Please go back and get your degree in Forensic pathology and maybe you can learn how to treat the dead before they DIE..Anyways thanks again Community Hospital of OKC...Mrs G Baker your such a great lady..

They were exceptional with my daughter. From walking through to check in to discharging. They made sure she was comfortable and content I was informed through the entire process and the surgeon met with me before and after. First time in this situation which was scary enough and to watch them completely take care of my daughter like she was their own was amazing. Your jobs are not easy and I cannot say thank you enough.

I had surgery yesterday, May 5th. The nursing staff there blew my mind. I was expecting to be treated differently however they were all so caring and AMAZING! All of them were awesome! Recovery was great too. I didn't cry my eyes out this time due to how well they handled pain management. The hospital was extremely clean also. Keep it up ladies! ~LeeAnne León~

I had a rare gallbladder disease which the Mercy health care system didn’t want to diagnose so I spent 3 years in pain. I finally got to this hospital, apart of the Integris system. AMAZING! At the time I had just turned 17 and I needed surgery bad. My surgeon was SO nice, the person who put my IV in was very gentle and even gave me a catheter so I knew what was going in my hand so I felt better. Overall they made the experience amazing, even though I was so scared. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who wants doctors to treat them instead of load them up on pills. Good job!

I was there on the 8th of June for spine surgery. I woke up in my room in pain. I did not know I needed to ask for pain Med's. The nurse and tech I had that morning were not welcoming they made me feel like I was a bother to them. I hope race didn't play a part. Maybe just poor nursing. My wound vac was full and my catheter was so full I felt I'd wet the bed. Im giving a 3, because 2 shift until I D/C the nurses and techs were awesome. Thank you Nicole, Ann, Ericka, Tiffany, Julie and a male tech thanks for changing my attitude about this hospital.

My wife has had two surgeries here and both times there was one RN (Meredith) who stood out. She took the time to show me in depth how to take care of my wifes wound and was very professional. She definitely stood out above the rest. Anyone would be lucky to have her as there RN.

I had back surgery December 22nd. Everything went smoothly from the time I arrived to the time I left. I had never been there before and was impressed by the staff. Everyone was so sweet and attentive. I want to give a special shout out to Nurse Vickie, (I’m not sure what her last name is). She was the overnight nurse and took such good care of me. I haven’t had many hospital experiences, but she has to be my favorite by far. She was caring, easy to talk to, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Very professional and very caring. All the nurses (RN's & LPN's) kept us informed, gave medications on time, treated our family and our daughter, the patient very well. The nurse techs were very good at their jobs. The housekeepers kept the room clean and the nurses were always there when we needed them. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. We thank you to all the staff even at the admitting area and cafe staff. Everyone was great. Thank you for all that you do!

My cousin took me to this place because she had a good experience here before and i was in alot of pain from a surgery I just had. Upon arrival the receptionist was great. She was really nice and very helpful. As soon as she took me back, my "nurse" for the night came in. Never made eye contact with me and had a very bad attitude. He was rude and treated me like i didnt belong there and like he didn't want to help me at all. Granted this wasnt the hospital that i had my surgery at but it was the closet one, and since my cousin had a good experience here in the past she thought they would/could help me. Now the "doctor" that was there he was very helpful and and did everything he could to help me. Also gave me a much needed laugh after the nurse made me feel bad and made me cry more than what i already was from my pain. Overall the hospital was very clean and spacious and very speedy with getting me in and out. But that one so called nurse does not need to be in a health care field with the kind of attitude he had. I wish i could remember his name so I could put it on here. I'll be doing some research to find out though so i can let the hospital know how he treats patients.

I have never had (or witnessed) care like we received at the emergency room @ Community hospital on Sw 89th. Truly phenomenal. They were thorough and did several tests for what we thought was water retention. So much was done- in a matter of maybe two hours! Two CTs, X-ray sets, two Uktrasounds, bloodwork, urine, etc. Everyone was so amazing! I wish I remembered their names. They took the time needed for a dementia patient, they were very good with their masks and hand Han hand hygiene. The facilities were spotless! We had zero wait, they made her comfortable, explained what they were doing. The docs busted out several tests, then repeated them to be sure of the cancer diagnosis. I can nit pick any facility, but I don’t have a single complaint or suggestion. These folks know their stuff, are kind & compassionate and just... real. Bless them all & give them a raise! Thank you Community ER staff. You managed to make this ER visit the best one ever- even with the cancer diagnosis. I will never use another ER again!

I've had 2 shoulder surgeries at community on 89th,,by Dr Conway!! He is excellent, staff is excellent, my room was clean. Everyone i came in contact with was very professional and happy and nice! Not only was i taken great care of,,,but the staff made sure my husband was accommodated as well! surgeries were 11/2016 &1/2018 Would highly recommend 👍

Excellent bed side manors. Introduced himself as Brady, which threw me, but impressed me. Humble, friendly, very professional. Shannon his nurse is great. Returned my calls promptly and helped me get the codes for insurance. Today was my surgery at the Southside location. Receptionist was very nice and experienced. Darcy who helped me get prepped was super friendly and very helpful. Made sure I was warm and comfortable. Full of smiles! Jennifer the nurse was great, and she put me at ease. Every member of the surgical team came in and introduced themselves. That was unexpected and very reassuring. I knew I was in good hands. Dr Hagood, Dr Shetty,(anesthesiologist) Matthew the nurse anesthisist, the surgical nurse (forgot his name, he was a super cool Asian dude) all came in to say hello. I don't usually write such long reviews, but felt compelled to do so after receiving such world class attention. Kudos!

Every staff person I encountered in this facility was superb, they were all very respectful an complimentary to each other, In my work, I have been in many hospitals and healthcare facilities and this facility and staff, outshines them all, This hospital is surgeon owned so they have a vested interest in how it is run, the food is excellent in my opinion. I could not be more pleased with this facility. I have read some of the other reviews and saw that some were negative, I personally found nothing to complain about and I tend to be very critical in how a facility is run. Went for a visit to the ER recently and was admitted much quicker than expected. Staff was extremely kind and respectful, and very knowledgeable. I left with a comfort of peace of mind that I was treated with some of that best care I have experienced in a long time, and I absolutely dread and hate the ER. Not this last time, thanks to all the staff at Community Hospital, you guys rock!

I was recently in this hospital for a total knee replacement. The care I received was amazing! The food was great, and the staff was top notch. Sudheera was my nurse on night shift, and I can truly say that he was the finest nurse I’ve ever had care for me!

The staff was amazing. Thank you to the nurses that dealt with me early in the morning. I am not a morning person and I am quitting smoking so my surgery was rough for me. I had an early morning attitude and they were still wonderful. Thank you ALL!

I went in for a simple pain reducing procedure and had some complications. I had to return to the Er the following night and they were awesome! They got me right in and didn't hesitate to do what was needed. I was admitted and well cared for. I have several food allergies which can make it difficult to provide food but they went above and beyond to make sure I could have food. The nurses were very attentive and the staff was very good about keeping things clean. If I was out of my bed for more than 10 mins I would come back to find my sheets had been changed and my room cleaned up. The staff was always cheerful and never complained about their jobs. Whatever they are doing they need to keep in place because it works!

We've needed to use this hospital twice now for surgeries and it has been great both times. The staff have always been courteous, attentive, and helpful. There's a good amount of parking but they could use a little more right around the ER area. We would definitely use this hospital again.

My son came in with a cut on his head after hitting a pole on the playground. The doctors and nurses were very caring and quick, and the doctor there also gave my son $5.00 because he was so brave and good during the whole stitches situation. What a great man! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve had to have 18 surgeries since the age of 7 years old. Back then the hospital was South Community Hospital which is now Integris South. I’ve been to OU Medical, St. Anthony’s and several other hospitals around the Dallas area and I have to say that my 19th surgery at Community Hospital South on SW 89th was one of the best experiences I have had considering I was having my 19th surgery and I have anxiety and panic attacks when I’m in a stressful situation. Since I feel like I am playing against the odds of not waking back up after surgery I was very stressed out but I went through about 15 different people at Community Hospital and everyone of them were fantastic! Great bedside matter! One of the best surgical experiences I’ve ever had!

Had several surgeries here and I must say the all the staff is wonderful. Starting with the staff in labs, X-rays and so forth. Pre-op is fast and easy to check in. Everyone makes you feel relax and safe. Highly recommend having any procedures preformed here

I had to have a hip replacement for the 3rd time. The doctor who did my first 2 really messed me up. In the 3rd we went to see a specialist Dr. Matino. Everyone from admitting all the way to the recovery room has been wonderful. Great people who love what they do here. This has been an awesome experienc. Thank you to all that had helped me .

This hospital is very kind there docters there nurse all of them were doing a good job they were very nice and friendly. when my dad had surgery they were always helping and checking him. very good hospital the only downside of it is that you have to wait alil more due to how busy they are
