Great experience I got more help from them then I did from previous spots I went 2 trying 2 get the same answers & info. It is very clean, neat, quiet, great 4 kids. The receptionists were very respectful nice & involving. They also have a spot where the kids can play & b active until they r seen. Taking my son there for his appointment I decided to start getting seen there myself. They were even able 2 pull up my son's medical records. When other places told me I had 2 have his medical record with me.

I had a great experience at Rambam. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. They already had my information in their system including my medical insurance validated. I was taken in to see the medical assistance at my appointment time with no wait. She did a thorough job and the doctor came in right away. He examined me very carefully and prescribed the needed medication. I would recommend this medical health facility.

The wait time (1,5 hours) was too long for a 2-year old patient. It could be better if receptionist would inform us that they have separate waiting area for kids. The pediatric doctor and nurse were nice and professional, addressed all my questions and concerns, treated us with courtesy. I would recommend this family care center, but prepare to wait

On Mon Feb 20, 2023, I came to Rambam for the first time. I was not feeling well and I was very weak (It was a 24 -36 hour virus). I was very pleased with Dr Eli Furer who took care of me. He showed genuine interest in my situation and he followed up with me twice to give me results and find out how I was feeling. I was also very pleased with all of the other staff that I had interaction with. I would certainly recommend Rambam to my friends.

Very friendly, personable office staff. They know what they're talking about and work efficiently. The waiting room is clean, modern and comfortable. The wait is short, I was seen right away. The medical assistants and PAs are very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend this office for your medical needs!

I love my pediatrician Dr Klotsman, she is very kind and caring. I trust my kids with her. Overall clinic is very organized, accommodating. Now that they accept walk-in patients, we can rely on them in case of an emergency. Stuff there are mostly friendly and professional.

I want to start off by saying Dr Lipschitz is a very good doctor. Gives you good exam and listens. I also want to say his assistant is also very good taking the detailed report and extracting blood. What I didn't like was the front desk staff, very unprofessional. I must have called them three times to correct my phone number and email address. Text that we're supposed to be sent to me went to my brother even after I called and told them there was an error. They assured me it was corrected (was not). I had trouble with the patient portal and I called the office and they advised me my email address was not in the system (which is weird because I received an email from them). I called about getting into the patient portal again and they still haven't corrected my problem. I filled out the forgot my password and was expecting an email, which I never got. The other thing about the front desk that I didn't like was they have you complete a computer the screen should appear autofill with the information they have on file I thought it was ridiculous I have to fill out everything all over again.I don't want to go on about this but the office staff needs to be worked on. I upgraded my review to four stars as I finally got a return call a few days later and my access to the patient portal was corrected.

Dr. Klotsman has been seeing my kids for the past 12 + years, every where she relocated so did we. My kids Love her and her staff are also nice. She is very patient, listens well and takes her time. My son loves to Visit the Manager Sam for a special treat. Dr. Klotsman is the BEST!!

We absolutely love Dr. Klotsman. She has been our pediatrician from day one for our 7 year old. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Just wish the staff at Rambam would stop pushing us to see their PAs. We can see a PA at any urgent care. We come solely for Dr.Klotsman.

Great and welcoming environment. The waiting area and examining rooms are very nice, well lit, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly, respectful, helpful and courteous. The medical staff are great, knowledgeable, Take time to answer question and address your concerns. They have a walk-in time between 8am and 12 o'clock and it beats the emergency room. They see you timely. I took advantage of it for some symptoms I was experiencing. Got there at 7:55am, was seen promptly and was out by 830am. Awesome Experience!

I’ve known Doctor Lifshitz for almost 40 years. He’s the absolute best internist in the tri-state area. Barbara, is like an angel she watches over the patience, better than anybody, and she reminds me so much of my mom. The whole entire staff, the young ladies, who answer the phones and check you in, are absolutely wonderful to talk to the nurses Janice is absolutely amazing as is the other nurse. I think her name is Isabel, but she knows who I’m talking about. I will not go anywhere else but Rambam. Family health ever.

We love Dr. Marina Klotsman and her staff, we've been coming to see her for more than 6 years and she is always wonderful. The children love her too, they've seen them since they were newborns and toddlers, and always she's been caring, patient and helpful. We came with her from Dynasty Pediatrics and now her new office in Rambam is wonderful, bright and spacious. The staff is also very kind and helpful and waits are minimal. A++++ :)

We have been taking our almost 6yo son to see Dr. Klotsman since he was two days old and couldn't recommend her more. She's always very clear and no nonsense when it comes to her diagnosis and treats our family with respect and kindness. Her husband Sam acts as her right hand, and my son asks for him every time. (He even stops whatever he's doing to say hello and entertain him.) Dr. Klotsman even made a point of returning my call the other night very late after she had what was likely a very long day with the way the flu is going around! Her support staff are lovely, and the front desk staff at Rambam are always so helpful. We're so thankful to have found such an amazing pediatrician.

Dr. Marina Klotsman has been my daughter's pediatrician for 10 years. She met my daughter on day one in the maternity ward. We started with her at Park Slope Pediatrics and followed her to where she is now at Rambam Medical Center. She is kind, thorough, and understanding. Dr. Klotsman was so patient with my daughter who was crying (and continues to cry) every time she gets vaccinations. Her office is very timely and the staff is like family. Though not relevant to medicine specifically, I love that her waiting room looks like the United Nations. She has a deep appreciation for all people and cultures. I don’t even know where to begin. Dr. Klotsman has been my children’s pediatrician for a long time. She makes me feel like she is caring for her own children. She is very attentive and detail oriented. The best thing about her is that her bedside manner is phenomenal. She really knows how to make kids feel at ease whether they are toddlers or teens. The new office building is immaculately clean. They have a space where the NYC covid vaccine program has set up shop. I just took my ten year old for his first covid vaccine and he said it was a breeze. I couldn’t leave this review without giving props to Mr. Sam who always makes sure the kids get a treat and is very welcoming and feels like a family friend. If you are looking for a pediatrician who is open minded and caring, you need to look no further.

We observe children at the Rambam Family Health Center and are satisfied with everything. Our pediatrician Marina Klotsman is a very good and kind doctor and communicates well with children. Everything is always on time, without queues and expectations. Clean, bright and there is a room specially equipped for children, where there is a table with tablets and games. Very nice and accommodating staff. We don't know English well yet and there are no problems with that here. Either there is Russian-speaking staff, or they turn on an assistant on the phone who translates everything. By the way, they accept there without insurance. And there is dental, the younger one was given two seals. And now I myself decided to take tests👍 in general, I recommend it to everyone. Found this place on my own 👍❤️

Initially it seems that the best place, the best doctors. But alas, ah. It upsets both the organization and the doctors themselves. We were recorded the day before for vaccination at 5:45, in the afternoon I received an SMS that the appointment time was postponed to 4:30. We arrived at the appointed time. They explained that it was a holiday day, so the time was changed. Time 5:15 we sit and wait. I guess we'll get in at 5:45 at best. Why did they change the time? I had to urgently change my plans and sit waiting at the reception. Even if you sign up in advance, they don’t take you at the appointed time. The child had a cough for 2.5 months. We went to different Rambam doctors, prescribed only ibuprofen, breathing over potatoes and smearing with apple cider vinegar. As a result, they went to another doctor, changed the treatment, and the child immediately stopped coughing. The vaccine will be given even if the child is sick, so that you do not have to come to the clinic again. Thanks for taking care of me. It's a pity. And so the place is cozy, so that it was not very nervous to have a long wait.
