This is a terrific service that you offer, very convenient, esp in Manhattan, where there are covid testing tents at almost every street corner. I have had several tests done this year, and the young nurses administering them have always been efficient and pleasant. Results are sent promptly, too. My most recent test was at the NW corner of 8th & 57th, and the only criticism I have is that the nurse there was reluctant to wear a mask while giving the test, and did so only after I insisted. Other than that, no complaints. Excellent service, and I will continue to use it as necessary.

Just had a Covid test with Kimberly who was just fantastic. The system did not transfer information from my insurance card and Kimberly quickly entered the information for me. She was professional, friendly, and efficient. I appreciated her strict adherence to safety standards too.

Out of all the tents this one seems the least sketchy and now they test for several different things at once which is Handy! I've never had a problem testing at the tent on the corner of 60th & Lexington. Also props to the company for providing a little personal tent for the person working so that they don't freeze on the sidewalk! I will always support a company that supports its workers.

I have to get tested regularly to visit a family member in a nursing home. At Mob 122, on Third Avenue & 86, Zack and Ananti always greet me warmly and test me efficiently. Excellent service! Because of a Covid exposure at a wedding, I took two combination rapid antigen/PCR tests at OvaLab stands in NYC this week. Both were conducted by extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant staff, and I had my rapid test results in 15 minutes. My first PCR results were back the same evening, and the second time, they arrived nine hours later. Both times were free and much faster than any of the competition. Extremely happy with this service!

Stopped by on NE corner of lex and 85th, just to check, no particular known exposure. The two assistants were fantastic. It was very quick, they were unbelievably efficient, I did almost nothing except provide them with my info, and offer my nose! Happy they were there on a weekend in the rain. Their connectivity and website were poor, making it hard to log in: it took several efforts to fill in the same boxes. The swabbing seemed perfunctory compared to those for other companies I've used in the neighborhood. So I'm not sure whether to believe the negative result.

The name on the van of this mobile COVID test facility is a little misleading, since “ova” brings to mind egg donation rather than COVID testing, and the pink van goes further in that same direction, but the testing service is excellent — the clinicians were friendly and helpful, the website form is quick and easy, and the results of the rapid test arrived by text and email within 15 minutes, as promised.
