We tested at the MYRTLE Avenue walk in location and were impressed by the attentive staff and sensitivity toward the elderly. They were actually on a break when we arrived but let us wait inside and had us fill out the application form while we waited, to save time. We paid for the the 8-12 hour results option and for them after 7 hours. Highly recommend this location.

The process was easy and the test was simple but to get the results is difficult, i had a test with a friend at 1 pm he got his results by 12:30 am and I didn’t, so i called them around 1 pm after 24 hours has passed the lady told me someone will call you in few minutes to tell you the results. Called back in an hour the next rep said it will be delivered before 5 , its past 5 and they don’t answer phones after 5pm . The waiting time on the phone is also ridiculous ( 25 minutes) . I will say schedule an appointment with nyc rapid test sites mush better .

Busy place, waiting time was one of the issues. The doctor did spend a decent amount of time to explain questions I had asked. He also makes sure we understand what’s going on in order to move forward with different procedures. I only wish the waiting time was a bit less, but besides that I would say you are in good hands

Looked at a numerous testing sites in the city and Brooklyn. This one by far had the most courteous staff and efficient testing. Signed up on my phone and waited for my name to be called outside. I was in and out with no hassle and got my PCR results back very quick while all the other testing sites were telling me two weeks. I will be coming here for all my future tests.

It seems like it might be a little disorganized at first, while you're waiting in line on the sidewalk, but the whole staff was very friendly and professional, the line moved quickly, they enforced social distancing everywhere, and the nurse who administered the test was VERY gentle - mild discomfort was all I felt. And the facility inside was very clean.

Te place is ok but some staff that do the tests are not doing their job in a professional way.....some of them need to be re-train..... .I went to do the test with a friend and i was put in a room and my friend in a different room.... The lady who collected the sample...kept pushing the swab all the way back...and kept pushing..and pushing.. .i told her she was hurting me and got mad...told me not to move.....my tears came out....it really hurt me.......I had pain the next day..... I asked my friend and she said the lady who collected her sample was nice....inserted the swab and did circular movement...did not feel any pain or discomfort...... I was in room 1.... If someone from that place see this please train your employees...... I know is not all of them..... But please is not ok that that lady does that to people.........she is getting pay so she needs to do her job better....

The initial feel when you walk up is that this place is bootleg. After you get past the gentleman getting you logged in and taking your ID/Insurance card, the staff is great. They got me in to see Edwardo who took my Med info and Israel Who actually administered the test it was great. The facility is clean and they get you in and out.

I use CareCube fairly often for COVID testing. They're much closer than the H+H or CityMD locations for me. When it comes to the task of doing the test, and getting me the results they're great. I have always had a positive experience once I make it in the testing room door. There was an incident where they claimed my insurance did not cover the rapid, so I paid upfront and got a receipt. I filed for reimbursement with my insurance company, and am awaiting their response but I have not had any issues with subsequent rapid tests. I was also once billed for "contraceptive counseling" instead of covid testing and never heard back from them after leaving a message with the billing department. I've had about 5 tests conducted at this location, some PCR some rapid and I have stood in several different formats of line outside. The line system is a mess and there isn't posted guidance. The outdoor staff CAN be helpful but there's always a lot of miscommunication and confusion about where patients should be or what they should be doing. Maybe a sign under the overhang area that says "if you are past this point, please go to front of building" should be added, probably in multiple languages? Also, social distancing for patients in line needs to be better enforced especially as the case numbers climb. The doors never open to patients at 8am, and the first tests normally are not conducted until 8:30 to 8:45. Which can be fine, but I feel like posting that somewhere so that patients can make better informed choices on where to go to test. The standard wait time I've had is 1-2 hours, however I know other people that have gone at off times and were in and out in 20 minutes. The addition of the outdoor heaters to the line has been great. Overall, they're fine and they do a good job for the testing itself, and I get my results fast every time regardless of what kind of test I take. I'll probably stick with using them because of how close they are and I genuinely think they're trying the best they can under constant pressure and difficult circumstances. A huge thank you to all the staff here.

I went here for a rapid COVID test on the recommendation of my doctors office. They were busy and at least were letting people wait. City MD on 4 Avenue and 87 Street were not taking names unless you got there around 7 am. They told everyone to come back before 7 am the next day. I had a great experience on this visit to CareCube. Hassan who was at the front door was AMAZING! He greeted people, was pro-active to move the line, explain what was going on and showed a genuine concern for everyone’s well being. Hassan was a stand out, showed genuine concern for everyone and in my opinion should be managing the operation. Actually all the staff members I dealt with were nice. I did not have a long wait, there is a QR Code you scan, fill out the form and then when you’re called you provide ID. A few minutes later I was inside, they have about 4 rooms and the process was very organized. Once inside I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I had my results emailed to me about 30 minutes after I left. I would highly recommend CareCube on 74 street and 5 Avenue for your COVID testing needs.

My mom had an appt scheduled in this office to which she had no idea what for. My mom is one of those moms who is afraid to ask questions. I called the office earlier today and spoke to someone named Bianca. She was very pleasant and did not get aggravated with the 1 million questions that I had. I called multiple times and every time I asked to speak to her and everytime she sounded happy to hear from me. Love love love when offices have pleasant reps on the phone! Their call center overall has improved though the wait time is still pretty long but its something I can deal with knowing I can always have my mothers information on hand. Most of the girls are nice but I will definitely stick to my favorite.

This was my first visit to Dr. Mittal's office. I am very satisfied with my treatment from all the front desk staff, medical assistants and doctors. They had juice and sandwiches in the waiting room and movies on the tv for entertainment in what do you expect. I talked to Pierre about what tests I needed to do and what my plan would be. They are very caring at this clinic and make sure you get the evidence you need before making any decisions about your care. That took a bit of time, but it felt good to know that they were being very careful with my care. I had to speak to someone again about my results two weeks later and I spoke to Dr. Mittal directly. He was so kind and sincere about his concern for my well-being. I really enjoyed talking to him. He also included my family members who were with me in the discussion of my medical plan so that everything was crystal clear. Communication between the staff, the doctors, myself and my family was excellent and while I hope nothing happens that requires another medical visit, I would definitely do it. I would return to this office again in the future. I recommend this office!
