My ER Nurses, doctors and staff and Hospital stay Nurses, doctors and staff who treated me in Room 316 were all terrific. Very courteous, professional, and kind. They were attentive and caring. I admire the great job they all do. God bless them. I recommend this hospital.

I went in for my ultrasound, the tech was so nice , so down to earth and made me feel comfortable. I love to come here when I'm in need of medical care. The person who checked me in was so kind , I haven't run across a bad experience yet . Thank y'all for taking great care of me and being patient with me ,I have a spinal cord injury so it slows me down , but everyone is so helpful and kind .

Every single staff member was so nice. The Dr. Never left me confused about my treatment plan. Every nurse was so nice. Treated me so well. Nurse Donna worked with me all night because my pressure was so high. But I never got scared because she was on it. The nurse Sean that checked me in was also very professional. Thanks to all. Espically those nurses that I can't remember their names they were awesome. Including the aids.

My scheduled surgery was right after the holidays and the pre op, surgery/ anesthesia team and post op were fantastic they did everything possible to minimize the intense pain of my operation. I had to stay overnight and the care staff did what was expected but they did seem to lack the extraordinary care and comfort that I have experienced here in the many operations I have had. Here I guess it may have just been post holiday back to the grind but our little Westbank hospital has risen to be a gem and should strive to keep that image all the time. Upon going to this facility as soon as I came in got checked in I moved fairly quickly to speaking with one of the nurses and as soon as I was done speaking they moved me to a room in the back it was fairly quickly wonderful service, I'm from ga and facilities down there don't even do it like this 😡 it was an awesome experience amazing experience the nurses and the doctor listen to me thirdly and showed compassion with talking to me about my condition I would highly 😃 recommend this place to anyone you get the care and the respect you need with no regrets coming I give it five stars its well deserved 🌟

The doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing! I felt loved, cared for, and in a safe place. They were courteous and had wonderful bedside manner. They made me feel that everything was going to be all right. The doctors explained everything very clearly to me. The nurses were quiet at night and I slept like a baby! All the nurses and the staff in the ER and ICU were great but the doctors that I had did not understand what I was trying to explain to them they start getting upset I started getting upset so they left the room but overall ochsner is the best place if you need to go to the hospital

Orthopedic doctor, Dr. Ryan Charles he is an amazing doctor I had my right hip replacement on September 28 and it’s been five weeks now I have no pain on my right hip I feel wonderful if I had to do it again I would not hesitate to have dr Charles do it thank you Dr Charles for all your help so if you are looking for a orthopedic surgeon he would be the one 🙂

Ochsner Medical Center-West Bank , by far is the best hospital I've ever stayed in my 60 years I've been on this journey! And I've been admitted to a lot of hospitals in my lifetime . California, Georgia , Louisiana are 3 states I've lived in, this hospital is filled with Doctors, Nurses, staff members Nutritionist, housekeeping, all with gracious attitudes and wonderful spirits. They've welcomed me to the fullest, along with saving my life! From the Cancer Center to Emergency room to ICU then to a regular room, I am truly grateful, full with gratitude 🙏, much love ❤ for all those that work at Ochsner Medical Center-West Bank!

They have literally saved my daughters life multiple times and were very sweet and hands on at all times with her. If you have a medical emergency and need to be seen urgently, Oshner Medial Center is NOT the place. The wait room was pretty empty when I checked which, is why I was confused at how long it took to be called in to the exam room. Before being called to the exam room, I was given a COVID and flu test. After about 30-45 min, I was called to the exam room, the nurse asked a few questions, gave me a specimen cup for a urine test, and left. THE RESTROOM WAS DISGUSTING. It needed to be sanitized, disinfected, and thoroughly cleaned. I waited almost an hour before being seen by the provider. The provider was good. The lady who gave me the steroid shot for my sinus infection was very nice. For a hospital that didn’t seem busy at all, I think 2 hours is a bit too long.

Our son spent 12 days on life support in the ICU at Ochsner Westbank before he passed. I cannot say enough about the excellent quality of care he received. My daughter fell at school yesterday. I brought her to ochsner wb emergency room bc I live right around the corner, and found out she broke her arm. They were wonderful. From the lady at the front to the doctor and nurses and the X-ray techs. They were all very nice and made my daughter feel so comfortable. She already has anxiety and this situation was a lot for her but they put her at ease and I am so grateful. Thank you all for everything you do everyday. One of my largest issues when going to the hospital with one of my parents is finding a wheelchair. You would think this would be the easiest place to locate one. Well today a young man by the name of John Rhodes (i hope i got this right). Walked me to transport to retrieve a chair waited until i came from the parking garage with my mother and held the door open until we got in. I appreciate his efforts he could have told me what most staff in the hospital say which is IDK. Here are your flowers young man💐. Thanks a bunch

I entered The hospital by ambulance I stood on the third floor room 320 when I arrived I told the nurses I did not take my nighttime medicine they never gave me anything I told them I needed something to drink never brought me anything until close to 7 o’clock in the morning I told them I was hungry I get a cold breakfast it was nasty I did not receive any type of medication until about 9 o’clock in the morning my experience wasn’t that good I thought since it was OCHSNER it would’ve been better it seems like it’s still Meadow crest where they don’t care I hope I never need to go back

Ochner on bellechase hwy has the most incredible staff ive EVER encountered. Today i delivered my son and every step of the way it was nothing but encouragement, love, and support from everyone! When i became very much terrified when they had no choice but to do a csection they comforted me and assured me. The nurses never forgot about me and always checked on me AND my family to see if we needed anything! Dr.drewitz and his staff and the labor and delivery dept and the anesthesiologist people are simply amazing and i had an amazing birth experience as a first time mom!!!!💚💚💚💚💚💚

Last night September 4 at approximately 1:00 A. M. I went to your facility for severe stomach cramps and vomiting. I was treated with excellent care even though I did not have any insurance. Doctor Labat and Nurse Emily were my primary caregivers at the time. They treated me with so much care and empathy that I wish I could go on national television just to thank them. The fact that I did not have any insurance did not deter the level of attention I needed at the time. Thank you Doctor Labat and Nurse Emily for your excellent care and passion. I went in for a CT Scan. After giving my name at the desk, someone brought my 'bracelet and stickers' out to me. Within a few minutes, I was called to the back for the scan. I was actually finished before my appointment time. Everyone was professional and nice.

We arrived at the Ochsner urgent Care facility on Barataria Blvd. in Marerro, La just before opening time at 8:00 AM. The patients were quickly processed and I was treated by Dr. Morse. He treated me for influenza, prescribed 5 days of Tamiflu, 3 days of Prednisone, and a hydrocodone cough syrup to aid sleep, and advised plenty of rest and liquids. At age 81, I was out of bed inside of 10 days and currently working to regain strength and energy. I'm well pleased with the care and professionalism at the Ochsner Urgent Care facility

When there’s a pregnancy delivery, you guys need to have something that patient’s husband or what have you come through the Automatic doors. Something like a pass you can scan or ID (Driver’s license) reader to let the husband or what have you in. Because I had go through a lot to come to room 221. And also when someone is visiting the patient, get a sticker and stick it on their shirt and measure temperature 🤒 of the person visiting until COVID-19 Vaccine 💉 is found..
