I saw Dr. Tara Berner at the lakeside office. I have seen her in the family practice area for many years. She is amazing. She really listens and I’d very supportive and thorough. The office staff there are also very helpful.

This facility is super new and super clean! As an established patient with Dr. Murphy, this was our first visit to her at this office and we absolutely loved the experience. If you’re looking for a quality, knowledgeable, and overall friendly OBGYN, I 100% recommend that you check out Dr. Murphy at the lake terrace location.

I really enjoyed going to this location. It’s new, clean, and runs smoothly. They’ve got the check in system worked out really well. All of the women at the front desk are so nice and greet you as you walk inside. They’ll check you in before you see your doctor. Then you just head to the waiting area upstairs. I have been twice and haven’t waited to see my doctor for longer than 5 minutes. After your doctor visit is over, if you need a follow up or referral scheduled they’ll do all of that for you at the desk on that floor before you leave. The women working that desk are also so helpful. I went to see Dr Yoo for primary care. I came in with a list of things to discuss. She listened, addressed all of my concerns, and set me up with specialist as needed. She had great bedside manner and I left feeling cared for by a knowledgeable doctor. The wonderful thing about this location is that you can see multiple types of doctors all working the building. It’s close to my home and now I can go there for all of my medical care. Thank you to Dr Yoo and the wonderful staff at Ocshner Lake Terrace.

For most of my 77 years, I felt that most experiences with medical doctors did not get off to a great start because of the wait to see the doctor, which inverably was a long one. Understanding that patient care time is a little unpredictable, it is reasonable to to expect a medical professional to be running behind. But seldom was there ever an apology, as is done in every other business. My recent Ochsner visits, including the one yesterday, have made me feel that they have addressed the issue, as all practitioners that I have encountered have been on time or they apologized if they weren’t. I feel that a business, medical or other, has that responsibility to their clients/patients. Ochsner gets it! Plus my wellness visit was thorough and after it, felt it was time well spent.

Dr. Klibert was absolutely amazing in the way he examined my husband and in how he carefully explained some of the problems he is facing with his health. The staff made us feel part of a family as they carefully guided us with the safety procedures during this difficult time. So very happy with our visit!

Ochsner Health Center is one of the best medical facilities in the state of Louisiana. This Lake Terrace campus is a One-Stop shop for me and my entire family. I was able to do my annual, take my flu shot ,receive my booster shot along with my mammogram. All within a 2-hour range. I'm very pleased with this company

I love that Ochsner is four minutes from my house! I use the pharmacy located inside the building. Very convenient for Vaccines. I also get my yearly mammogram there. Best of all my primary care physician Doctor Berner is there. She has been my late mother’s doctor as well as my daughters primary care physician for years. We are so grateful for her care and knowledge.

This is my first visit with Dr. Klibert. He is probably the best PCP and doctor I’ve seen thus far. Extremely thorough, kind, and one of the brightest doctor’s I’ve experienced. Best of all - he explained in detail the diagnosis and next steps extremely well. I feel very comfortable in his care.

Very nice facility. Love Dr. Moore our pediatrician. I love that there is a drive through pharmacy on site. Only thing I would change is a changing table in the family bathroom upstairs! It definitely needs one especially with a peds office right there.

From the time we arrived, we were greeted with opening arms! The security guards helped me get my aunt out of the car because she’s wheelchair bound! They even rolled her into the facility! I've never reviewed a hospital before because I'm a bit weary of them even though I have endless respect for the staff. I digress, but I'm compelled to give my opinion. Dr. Davis is a SAINT. He is so compassionate and understanding and, duh, knows what hes talking about. A lot of doctors these days feel accusatory when you discuss your issues, he is nothing but kind. The new Lake Terrace location is beautiful, the staff are incredible, and my.ochsner is a life saver. Thank yall so much for what yall do. Yall were heroes before Covid and will be long after. I feel safe in your care and I'm so so grateful.

Upon parking and then entering the facility, I was greeted by a Ta, who is very to offer me the options to use the Express Checkin. I told her that I had pre-checked in online at home. She then showed me how to scan my barcode which I had printed out with me. She walked me through the few steps on the Express Checkin and gave me a family medical history questionnaire clipboard to fill out. This facility is very clean, and the service is excellent.

I had to take a COVID Test before my procedure and the process was easy. I checked in on my phone, stayed in my car and they called within 3 minutes. The tester was polite, effective and efficient.

Our physicians are here. Facility is clean, and staff is prompt and efficient. Lake Terrace cannot, unfortunately, do anything about the streets in the vicinity, which tend to be rough.

Nestled inside an office building will you find this Ochsner Health Center amidst of it all. Take the elevator or the stairs to the designated floor and be on your way to health. Security guard in place to ensure safety while visiting. Parking is scarce as it's a shared lot of an office building.
