Both my young sons go here when something urgent happens. Mimi, her nurse, and staff are always giving compassionate care, and usually our wait time is much less than having to go to any other place. They are very patient, kind, and thorough, especially for my two-year old, who is always fierce when it comes to going to the doc. Their office is family friendly, and they always follow up to make sure my child is recovering well. I am always grateful to have them in the neighborhood nearby.

Dr. Lewis and her FNP, Mimi Gerber, are absolutely wonderful. Both have taken great care of me, followed up with me and made sure I was comfortable with the diagnosis and treatment plan, and took the time to sit and listen. I feel welcomed, respected, and accepted by all members of the patient care team. My family and I will be with them for a long, long time.

I so appreciate everyone who works as this practice. Picking a pediatrician for your baby can be an intimidating decision, but we couldn’t be happier we picked Dr Lewis and ENFM. They always find a way to make going to the doctor as stress-free as possible, are informative and patient when we ask a zillion questions, and the staff goes above and beyond to make our daughter feel special and safe. I’ve since started seeing Dr Carrier myself, and he’s also awesome. It’s great having a neighborhood spot our whole family can go to!

They are organized, sympathetic, and often no-nonsense, which I very much appreciate. I have used ENFM for walk in urgent care and my primary care. The location is super convenient and has easy parking and I always feel like I’m well taken care of by the team here! Mimi (urgent care) is so kind and Dr Carrier (primary care) is a great PCP!

I have been seeing Dr. Lewis as my PCP for 4 years now. She is an excellent physician. Addresses all medical concerns I bring up even if it's a short appointment time. She almost always offer a creative solution or idea that I hadn't thought of. She sees and treats the entire patient, not just the disease process. Her staff has been very friendly and welcoming. I will not be going anywhere else for my primary care needs!

Dr. Carrier is the best! I searched high and low to find a good primary care doctor for my son that accepts Tenn Care. He told us that he wouldn't have taken his job if the clinic didn't accept Tenn Care patients. Dr. Carrier is smart and has a good heart.

Dr. Lewis is my PCP and I've also used the urgent care for weekend problems. I've always received great care here. Dr. Lewis and her staff take the time to explain treatment options and plans to me, they take their time with appointments and I generally get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Their web portal makes sending/receiving messages from the office very easy and overall quite smooth. I cannot recommend these services more strongly. My family and I will be with East Nashville Family Medicine as long as we are in Nashville.

I have taken my boys to see Mimi many times. I also have family and friends who see Dr. Lewis. We have all had wonderful experiences! Mimi is so caring, and I always feel heard and understood. She is lovely to my children and makes them feel so comfortable, and she explains everything in detail to me. As a medical professional myself, I would recommend this office to everyone!

This place has changed my life. I switched to an NP here for primary care last month and what a world of difference over huge doctor offices operating out of hospitals. I LOVE the amount of time they take here and how they approach holistic care. I get more good information and time with my provider, appropriate tests and referrals to specialists... everything you should get in a doctor's annual visit that I was NOT getting from being just another number in the Vanderbilt or TN Women's Care systems. In addition, I paid a fraction of the costs I was previously paying with no billing errors or complicated invoices that didn't add up. In addition, everyone here is kind and patient. I can't recommend this small family practice enough.

What a great medical office! I have been a patient for a couple of years and it has always been fairly quick and friendly. They have some good nurses and Dr Lewis is great. Every procedure I have been through has been handled professionally. Nice looking place with easy parking too. Very glad that are there.

My family and I have been going here since moving to the area three years ago. They have treated everything from severe pneumonia to UTIs to a broken elbow. I have never been happier with the quality of care received. This is the first doctor's office where I actually felt heard, not rushed and cared about. We will continue to visit this office and will recommend it to everyone. Mimi is the bees knees, the nurse is exceptionally kind and the front desk lady is lovely. Thank you to the entire staff for being simply good humans who care.

I have been once as a patient and once with a friend who was injured at work and required--and received-- immediate attention. Both times, the care was outstanding, and the doctor, nurse practitioner, nursing staff, and front desk were friendly and compassionate. Both of us had our paperwork handled quickly. I don't know how old the negative reviewer is nor her circumstances, but, at my age -- -69 and battling Parkinson's Disease -- I have in my lifetime experienced both excellent medical care and incompetent treatment at other facilities. We are fortunate to have East Nashville Family Medicine so close, esp over the holidays when PCPs are on vacation and you might otherwise be in a crowded ER for hours.

With 3 kids under 4 I basically live in this office and they are fan-tastic! All of the providers are friendly and helpful. They have done everything from routine well checks, to teaching me how to blow raisins out of my toddler's nose (fun trick), to recognizing a serious internal infection early on and recommending I get my kiddo to the hospital for treatment and surgery. They are open nights and weekends (which I'm sure has saved my family thousands of dollars in avoided ER bills) and always quickly return after-hours calls. I can't say enough good things!

they’ve helped me and my family out time and time again with quickness and efficiency!! Dr. gerber is a superstar and i trust her with my life!! also, she saved my older brothers life by being able to diagnose him correctly with a rare heart disorder after the hospital and cardiologists misdiagnosed him time and time again. i highly recommend them!!

Mimi correctly diagnosed what I thought might be a spider bite as a shingle, prescribed the right meds and enabled me to be on my way quickly. Smart, compassionate and values that I am responsible for my health. A couple of years later my sister was visiting and felt she needed to be seen. It was the first place I thought of. She was treated well, diagnosed and referred for scan for big honking kidney stones within a short period of time. Love me some Mimi Gerber medical care... and ENFM.

My experience at this clinic varies depending on providers. Unless it’s an annual check-up, a person goes to the doctor because they are sick. When the practitioner doesn’t address your concern but asks “what do you feel like I can do for you?” I’m stunned. Can she not figure out on her own I’m there to feel better? If I could diagnose myself I would. As another reviewer stated, the office has a homey feel. This is true but is should also have state of the art equipment which it doesn’t. Come on folks this is Nashville and there is some world class medicine going on in this town unfortunately this isn’t the clinic for that.

Outstanding medical practice. Ms. Gerber is empathic, practical, knowledgeable and up to date on the current protocols and when to use them or not. She has literally saved my life more than once. Given a choice, I'd drive two hours to go to ENFM rather than most MDs and DOs.
