Parking was good. Easy to access from roads. Entrance is located on corner of building as it has it's own entrance. Staff was friendly. Dr. A. was good with explaining things to my my child and used visuals by drawing pictures while explaining. Waiting areas are very bright/cheerful and clean. Has area with tv and such for kids.

Everything went really well for me. The anesthesiologist and nurses were really nice and I found it comforting that the entire staff working on me were all women. All of them were very friendly and asked me a lot of questions to make sure I was comfortable and safe. The only downside is, the prep kit I received. It was was too high of a dosage for me or too much because I threw up nearly 6 times taking all the medicine and tablets they provided me. Usually colonoscopy’s are done to older people but I’m younger and I’m also pretty small. I feel like I should’ve gotten a warning or a different kit based on my size and age. I called them to make sure it was normal that I was throwing up and they told me to just take more of the tablets (that I threw up from) I ended up I throwing up 3 more times after that and I figured I shouldn’t take the full dosage/amount of everything else if I was reacting to the starting prep like that. I didn’t finish any of my prep but I was still fine to go into my procedure. I just wish I didn’t have to go through all that throwing up and sickness feeling but overall, the staff was really nice and I didn’t have any problems after my prep. I would this place recommended to everyone else, but if you’re young (around 18) then ask about the prep kit and don’t take the full dosages they give you or else you will be vomiting 6 times like me

Very efficient and punctual virtual experience. Dr. Hanouneh Is very thorough and easy to talk to. He is very caring and takes time to explain treatment and listens to any concerns I may have. I know I am in good hands and feel lucky to have him as my doctor. He is the best!!

Jimmy Levine and staff at the Eagen office are the best, most professional people you will ever meet or experience. I give the a 10+ on everything. If you are lucky enough to have Jimmy Levine as your Doctor .. then, you know how fortunate you are.

I am from Florida and after an scheduled 6 month exam my doctor was concerned. Since I was in Minnesota for 2 1/2 months he requested that I see a local doctor. I contacted MNGI and was told it would be possible. Dr Niyazi was assigned as my doctor. Dr Niyazi explained the problem and procedures that would be necessary in a language that a non-medical person could relate to. The whole experience by the whole MNGI team was Five Star

I had a very good experience with the colonoscopy procedure itself. All of the staff and Dr. Grudell were amazing! Super friendly and great communication. However, my virtual consult after that with Dr. Lindstrom was not good. He didn't seem too interested in listening to my concerns. I did not feel heard and he didn't offer any follow up, he just said call the clinic in 4-6 months if you want to come back. He prescribed OTC meds and no follow up. In my opinion that is not good medicine. This is why I am giving a rating of 3 stars. If it were just the colonoscopy and Dr. Grudell it would be 5 stars.

Short and sweet. My daughter was diagnosed in 2017 has now "graduated" to her adult GI doctor. I must spotlight Dr. Nissa Erickson and her Patient Care Coordinator, Daniel , as they were such perfection for our daughter getting the best help for her diagnoses. Never missing a beat both in communication and treatment needs. So very grateful for them. Thank you!!

I really like the gastroenterologists here. I love that they listen to you. They try above and beyond to get you better. I got recommended here from our pediatrician, Dr. Asch who is also an awesome doctor. I'm so glad she referred us here. Ida is an amazing nurse. My daughter, who is the patient, loves and trusts Dr. Kennedy and Abby. Highly recommend these gastros.

Difficult to find due to recent Broadway construction. To avoid endless circling around the parking lot on the other side of Broadway, if you are coming from Stinson take a left on Kennedy street, and then left again on Hover and there you will be able to cross Broadway to get to MN Gastro. Hope this helps!
