Eternity Wellness is an amazing center! I came originally for a wellness event Kristina was hosting (Breathwork), and then loved the atmosphere so much I decided to meet with Kristina to discuss my aesthetic needs. My experience on all levels - both cosmetically, and with the wellness events I’ve attended, have made me a happier person inside and out. I look great, and have met some other wonderful holistic practitioners in our area. I love Kristina’s approach to wellness, and what it means to lead a life that makes us shine inside and out. I can’t recommend her center enough!

This is the best thing to happen to the neighborhood in a long time! Kristina is personable, charismatic, and offers the best services in town! And there are A LOT of services to choose from! I am addicted to the infrared sauna and the cryo treatments. The convenience in location and scheduling of an appointment is easy peezy. Other businesses in town who offer similar services take forever to get back with you - not to mention the delay in getting an appointment. Eternity Wellness is quick and professional. Do yourself and your health a favor and check them out! You won’t be sorry!

Eternity wellness is unlike any spa I have been to before, the atmosphere is breathtaking and the work Kristina does is nothing short of genius. I trust her with absolutely anything. Her knowledge as a nurse practitioner and being in the industry feels like a safe space you can go and place all worries to the side because you will be in the best of hands. Iv received everything from weekly b12 and vitamin shots, lip fillers, to PRP treatments and lip flips. I have never had any issue. She’s one of the few medical aestheticians I trust in Louisville.

Kristina is awesome. She is extremely professional and very skilled in the services she offers. She is also great at giving advice on how to address specific skin issues. I have been to her for botox and cryo facials. For botox, she listened to what I wanted (something very natural looking while removing the forehead wrinkles) and has done amazing work each time I've gone. The cryo facials have helped specifically with some blind cystic pimples on my chin. Kristina's new studio is beautiful. I highly recommend her. Money spent at Eternity Wellness is worth every penny!

They told me mine may never fill out and there was nothing else they could really do. Then I found Kristina and after one visit my 11’s vanished!! i cannot recommend kristina and her team enough. first of all the space is absolutely beautiful. it feels like such a cozy spa and is such a great vibe to spend your time with them in. second, i came to kristina with 2 years of symptoms of skin issues, bloat, gas, and all around gut issues. no one has been able to help or find and root causes but kristina has begun to help me treat from the root of all these issues including vitamin checks, elimination plans, and overall healthy lifestyle tips. as a health coach myself, her wisdom and knowledge is amazing and i al so exciting to continue this journey with her.

Can't recommend highly enough. Kristina is knowledgable and personable and makes sure you are happy with your results. By far the best botox treatments I have received. I had problems with other places putting too much or too little, and sometimes it would make my eyebrows/face look weird. Kristina knew exactly how to fix this and took the time to listen to what I wanted. In addition, the B12 vitamin shots I started taking really changed my energy game. I can't wait to get all the other things!
