I had a great experience at the Sameday Testing location in downtown Los Angeles. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, and the doctor on staff was really nice. She gave me adhesive strips for my mask so they would stop digging up my glasses! I received my results in about 20 minutes. I love Sameday Testing — they are so, so quick and easy to deal with. Absolutely no hassle and always friendly!

Jeremy and Meryl were super nice and helpful. They are both friendly and made this experience very comfortable and easy. I was there for 15 minutes and got my antibody results as soon as I got home. You have the option to drive through or walk up to the testing area. Everyone has enough space to be in their own personal bubble. Very convenient, definitely going back.

Same Day is the best place I get tested for work. And I get tested quite often. It’s an easy drive through. If you’re prepared with your QR code the line goes really fast. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Lin. She was super patient and took her time performing the test thoroughly yet not in a painful way. She was great!

When I came to this location I was helped by Gabriela. The service was so quick and easy it made driving to downtown worth it. They have parking so that’s always a plus for a downtown location. Gabriela was super nice and helpful! She made me feel like she was smiling and happy to help even though I couldn’t actually see with the masks and all. Over all I would make the drive and recommend this location.

I am a Kaiser member but because of the lag in test results I looked elsewhere and found this place. pleased to find out that my Kaiser health insurance covers for these test. It’s convenient to have a drive-through. I’ve been testing weekly for about six weeks now and every time I come it’s less than a five minute wait. I usually get my results pretty quickly within the next day or so. The workers are always so friendly. The app is so easy to use and easy to book and easy to see your results. Definitely Worth a five star review.

I am obligated to get tested weekly for covid due to work and I am so thankful to Sameday for always making it an easy, pleasant experience! The entire staff is kind, personable and lovely to interact with and the process of getting tested is so easy. Make an appointment online on their website and just show up with the QR code on the day of. When there was an uptick in covid cases, I usually got my results back in 48-72 hours. Nowadays it only takes 24 hours. Highly recommended, thank you for all you do!

Very fast, never really busy, and the staff is all very kind. Appointments are usually very easy to get even the day before and sometimes available day of. I came a little late for my appointment and didn’t encounter any problems. Gaby, the person who tested me, was very gentle and tested me for Covid properly.

Most amazing quick service ever! Everyone is always so friendly and informative. The testing is so fast and painless. You drive through, scan your QR code that they have texted you and get swabbed and you’re done. It couldn’t be more streamlined. Today I got tested by Jericho and he was so helpful and sweet. The first time I used sameday health was for an antigen test on January 1st. Quick, easy, very cautious and clean. Subsequently, my family and I have gotten pcr tests at this location multiple times. They don't overbook their appointments which I really appreciate. Even at the height of omicron, their test results didn't take more than 72 hours. On average, the free test results come within 24 hours which is better than the county or city testing. Everyone is very friendly and they gave my 5-year-old stickers after she tested :)

I’d like to edit my review - customer service and the billing department were super helpful and explained that the “bill” I received was not in fact an attempt to collect payment, but an EOB from my health insurance. Had such a great experience at this location because of Raeven. I have been to other locations in the past but by far, this place really made me feel comfortable and because of Raeven, I got all the information I needed as well as what testing option would be best. This is my go-to Covid test spot! It’s located super close to where I live and so convenient. The whole process from making an appointment online to going through the drive thru is easy and fast. I never had to wait long for a test. I’m usually in and out of there using the drive thru in 10 minutes. The best part of this location is Miguel! He’s always super helpful whenever I had questions or need to reschedule my appointment. Definitely recommend if you ever need a Covid test done!

The drive-through process is simple and quick. Just show them the barcode they email you with your appointment confirmation and they swab you for about ten seconds in each nostril. That’s it and you’re on your way!

I needed a covid test with quick test result turnaround for travel so this place popped up on my google search. I was able to get my appointment for the following day. The testing site is located right across from Staples center in a large parking lot. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jeremy who was super friendly! He asked me a few questions and I was quickly on my way to my test. Ralph greeted me next and explained the process before he took the swabs. Also super friendly! I was in and out of there within 5-10 mins total. This is a drive-thru which makes it extra convenient. Highly recommend!!
