It was really bad experience 😔 E.R is not an E.R it should call Waiting area Only. 11pm night during my visit. They should pay attention to all people who needs an EMERGENCY first. My B.P was too high stage 2. If something happened to me. Or others people. They can take action seriously. Pictures are posted. It wasn't busy, right 😕 Please, hire more people. Keep the business going & be Professional. Also, Air Vents needs some cleaning. I sneeze a lot during my time at E.R and Hallway where they put the bed for me. I saw the vents. They are dirty. Pls. Pay attention to that too. 2nd. E.R was 3 weeks ago. It was okay 👍 1 Nurse assisted me was not good. She left never came back! Husband asked somebody else if they can assist me. He was Great 👍 He knows how to calm me and very Professional! I was Craying and Nervous in E.R but he handled it well. Dr. Z was Great too 👌 I have a suggestions. Reply to this message. Thanks 👍 I'd like to Thank Mr. Ed. The Manager. He is such a good Leader in his department 🏬 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm an Healthcare worker too. I can tell some flaws and needs to be addressed in that place. But, husband told me. Its always busy here. But it was bad tonight. He works for Northridge Hospital for more than 2 decades. I Do n9t want to share my contact information. My husband was brought in by ambulance. I followed in my car. When I got there, they needed a few more minutes to process him before they can let me in to see him. He was brought in after a nurse said his blood pressure was high when it wasn't. By the time I was allowed in, they found his blood sugar was high when he ate breakfast just before the nurse's visit. We were visited by a social worker who assesses our situation and gave us resources to call which was fully appreciated. It was superbowl night and we missed the first half of the game, but it wasn't the hospital's fault, it was the home nurse's fault.

I came to this hospital after suffering a really bad reaction to a medication I was on. I’d never been here before but after not getting great care at my local hospital I gave it a shot and I can honestly say I will be coming here every time I need to in the future. From the man in the main building who directed me to the ER to the security guards to the triage nurses to the lady who did my blood tests to the nurse and doctor assigned to me everyone was just so wonderfully nice and caring. I was hysterically crying when I came in and the woman in triage was so kind and compassionate it was the first time in days I was able to calm down. The lady who took my blood tests was aware I was having a really hard time and went out of her way to make jokes and try to cheer me up which was very appreciated. I got a bed just over an hour after arriving and my attending nurse Stephanie really advocated for me and was so lovely I was actually kind of sad when I left because I really enjoyed talking to her. My attending physician Dr Fryling truly listened to me and my concerns and gave me exactly what I needed. I wish I had been able to get everyone’s names because they deserve the recognition. I am always hesitant to go to hospitals because I feel judged or like no one is listening to me but from the moment I arrived this was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. I could go on forever about how happy I am with how I was treated, thank you all so much.

Dr. Hedari and her staff are amazing especially Christy! I received five star treatment, and they even made me an appointment for something I didn’t have an appointment for , did all my testing there and walk me across the parking lot! I really had an amazing experience, and truly felt cared for! Thank you, Dr. Hedari and her amazing staff and even the people at the Carol pump breast center were amazing as well!

My visit here was a bit under duress and absolutely vital to my survival. I was transported here from my in-network hospital (Kaiser Woodland Hills) to receive a life saving procedure. I am thankful for the compassion and expertise demonstrated from the entire staff (Front Desk, Surgical, Post surgery, Maintenance, Admin) Everyone not only performed their role but they did so with kindness and compassion. I was at a very low point coming in but because of their dedication I left with a sense of hope and confidence. Special mention to Dr, Lala and RN Candance K. I believe I have a brighter future due to their efforts. Truly my thanks to them and all of the staff.

This review is for the Pediateic part of the hospital. I am giving it 5 stars because of the kindness of everyone. All the nurses were so kind! I mean my daughter wanted to play with them and they would play with her and interact with her. I can't tell you how much it meant to me for them to do that. They were very re assuring and always willing to help. But them treating my daughter the way they did and making her happy even though we were at the hospital was the icing on the cake for me. They were so good with her that my daughter herself didn't want to leave. Especially since she got so many gifts. And a shout out to DR. Chase Cho, who was very kind and easy to talk to. Who was so kind with our baby. Thank you for listening to us and speaking to us the way you did. You gave us a peace of mind.

When my doctor referred me to Providence Hospital I had now idea it was going to be that nice. Wow! It was one of the best experiences that I have ever experienced in my whole life! The doctor came to my bedside and her told me what he would be doing, the staff was exceptional and knowledgeable. Had appendicitis and possible heart issues. Thankfully no real heart issues but was in hospital for a week. Staff was awesome and attentive. Could have been a frightening experience but was ok.

I had to go to the ER for my high blood pressure and they took really good care of me breaking down my pressure it took 12 hours but they got it down and I really love that hospital and I will be back there if I ever need to go to the hospital again.

I really love this place. Super clean, employees are nice and helpful. Some rooms are decorated for children. Doctors spend time with you to give you the best care possible. Parking is $8. They will validate which will reduce price to $4. Lab is right across the street. Super convenient.

My Aunt was impressed with the staff .They are courteous, and helpful. She had a positive experience. As a relative, I was confident to leave her, staff let me know what is going with her. Very pleased.with overall care. From housekeepers dietician rehab, and your nurses staff are superb. Oh,I almost forget my doctors specially Dr. Singh and Dr. Albert,lady doctor my Primary Physician. Staff extremely kind. Hospital is beautiful, spotless. I felt very well cared for. Lots of attention and communication throughout, so I always knew what to expect next. I can’t remember the names of all of the wonderful nurses so I won’t mention the couple names I do remember! But overall they went above and beyond. I needed some special help getting equipment at discharge and everyone was amazing and helpful and patient. Physical therapist-Chris?- was great too. Also the hotline for after-surgery questions was great, I used it once and got a call back within 10-15 minutes. It was so reassuring to know that there was phone advice available EASILY 24/7 even after I went home. Excellent hospital, I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a kind, human, healthcare experience.

I went in for a mammogram. Other than having been told to check in at admitting incorrectly everything at the Carol pump women’s center went very smoothly. The check in was easy. I was practically the only person in there and I was in and out quickly. Will definitely go back

Staff was friendly and helpful. However the charge nurse on 10/6 , the after my surgery, was a short tempered man and just wanted me out of the door. At one point told me “ We’re just supposed to have you leave the day after.” It didn’t seem to matter whether my pain was managed or not. The room I was in had no air conditioning. The ice machine broke down so I didn’t have ice for several hours to put on my knee. I’ve been in better areas of the hospital but felt like I was hidden away in an old part of the hospital. My room clearly was having work done. There were patches on the wall and a dingy depressing green colored paint. I can’t say it was the best experience I’ve had there and both my kids were born there, my baby daughter was in NICU and I’ve had other surgeries there and those stays were more pleasant.

I arrived at ER very ill and fortunately I didn’t have to wait as long as anticipated. From the moment they took me in, the nursing staff was very attentive and strived to help me feel better as soon as possible. I was eventually admitted for 3 days and my nurses and doctors were very kind and listened to me and exhibited the best of care for me. I really appreciate that they lived up to Dignity slogan, “humankindness”.

It has already been five days since I am in the hospital and I am extreemly happy with the staff, the facilities and everything else, however this hospital is discriminating againts smokers. I have been smoking for over six years and they do not have anywhere in the hospital where the patience can smoke and I am scared to take nicotine packs as I have had a gum disease earlier in my life. What they don't realise is that nicotine craving is extreemly real and it does cause anxiety attacks. You can't take away a habit that has been a part my life for so long in just one night and i am really suffering because of this, and if I am ever to choose a hospital to get treated at, I would never come here as I belice that this is a big violation of my rights

The nurses and Doctor were all quite professional and very nice to me. They allowed my husband to come in to my bedside to stay the entire time I was there. (I thought that was unusual because of COVID restrictions in many hospitals). Tests were taken quickly. The only complaint I have, actually, is a complaint for another patient near me. The other patient kept yelling that she was in pain. I only mention this because one of the nurses kept saying she’d get the woman’s nurse, but never did, so the patient kept yelling the entire 5 hours that I was there.

The staff is nice … one staff was questionable as she was wheeling my 5 year old son out of recovery and he was finally asleep after all the pain and she started yelling and screaming on top of his head talking to her coworkers about BS and laughing and being obnoxiously loud and woke him up where he was in immediate pain from his surgery again … really really disgusting behavior from that person … don’t know if she was a nurse or a transporter … and when we were discharged they “forgot” to give my son a sling … seriously? How do you forget such a crucial thing?!?! The only reason I am not leaving a one star is bec his surgeon and people involved in his surgery were super professional and nice.

I’ve had pleasant experience here, I’ve gone to the ER here several times after hours. Although some back office nurses here do have an attitude problem and talk back to you like if you’re a child - just because you’re a nurse does not make you entitled or that anyone is beneath you. Nonetheless, the receptionists, security guards and providers have treated me well and addressed my needs.

Great experience with Admitting. The woman was so positive, kind, and sweet at 5:30 in the morning! My 2 day stay was a very enjoyable experience, I have no complaints (except for the food!) The nurses and aides were fantastic. I give this hospital a huge thumbs up!!

I appreciated their concern for me and I loved how other departments or professionals working with other patients were quick to answer my questions if my professional had to step away. Amazing service here. I was admitted because I was having stomach problems. They did blood work and and x ray all the same day! The doctor (I think his name was Ryan) was really considerate and listened very well to my concerns! We went over the medication and what my blood results showed! All the staff is lovely and attentive here. I drove all the way down from Lancaster !

Everyone of the Operating team was introduced and answered any questions I may have had which was few because everything was explained to me beforehand. A lot of ppl complain about this Hospital. But every single time I’ve checked myself in or a family member in the ER, as crowded as it is or not I’ve been attended great. I love the staff! They are all very helpful and attentive. They make sure my toddler is always comfortable and not scared. They are a lot more organized now, I feel as if you go in and come out very quickly.

Surgery and all the prep and surgical nurses were great. Once in the room everything turned bad. Nurses did not communicate with each other so there was constant confusion and misinformation being disseminated. The first nurse to come in was on her phone, never introduced herself, never asked about pain level, in fact she was on her phone the whole time. We had to ask at the nurses station three times for some ice chips and pain meds. Some of the nurses were great but all in all we had to constantly go find someone to help. We had three different case managers all of whom did not communicate with each other. The last one after having to ask twice for his name and number finally was wonderful and worked hard on my Mother’s behalf and communicated with us.

If you want great results the Out Patient Physical Therapy team, is very knowledgeable, with innovative treatment techniques, they go the extra mile to ensure the patient leaves satisfied with their experience. Kindness is a key characteristic. of the service they provide. They treat you like part of the team. I enjoy my therapy routine at Dignity.

This hospital is top notch except for (1) nurse. I had heart surgery and when I came out of surgery I had a breathing tube inserted down my throat to help me breathe. I was told it would be in for 20 minutes after I awoke from surgery. It was left in for 12 hours. 3 of which I was awake. It was the last 3 hours before they removed the breathing tube. It was the most awful experience of my life. More uncomfortable than the surgery itself. What made it even worse was there was the charge nurse who seemed to like to watch me suffer. Almost grinning while watching me struggle to breathe through this breathing tube. It was as though she was enjoying watching me suffer. If it were not for my personal nurse (who was amazing) comforting me I don’t know how I would have gotten through the 3 hours of having this breathing tube down my trachea.. great hospital, horrible nurse.

I loved this place! I went to the adolescent psych department for about a week and it was amazing! The staff were super helpful and I met some cool people. I have two complaints however. 1. Someone snuck a vape in and was showing it off all around and the staff were completely unaware. 2. The food was awful. Other than that, I loved my stay at this hospital!

Best rehabilitation center for major injuries. Physical therapy and Occupational therapy got me up and walking in 2 weeks. I thought I would not be able to walk for a long after my motorcycle accident. Going here was the best decision I have made throughout my recovery. Thank you to the whole staff for making me feel comfortable and helping me get back to being me again.

This was my very first surgery as well as hospital stay, at 66. I was very happy with the services (maybe other than checking in). The nurses and nurses aides were so nice, empathetic and responsive. Occupational and physical therapists prepared me for coming home and being ready for it. I'm very appreciative & thankful for my experience at Northridge Hospital.

The check in was online before my surgery date and the day of the surgery was so stress free. The preparation room was clean, bright and private. After surgery the room was the same as the preparation room and then the nurses checked on me frequently. Food was ok but healthy. I was well taken care of. When released to home I got follow up calls from Northridge Hospital on how I was doing and they me a call number if I was having any problems every other day for two to three weeks after my surgery. I have had two surgeries at this Hospital with the same results. I plan in the future if I need a surgery to see if I can have it done at Northridge Hospital. Excellent care from check in to check out and at home. This is why I give it five stars.

Ever since I walked in with contractions, the nurses were so sweet and always there for whatever it was that I needed. My mother was in the room with me, and they even made sure to make her feel comfortable while she stayed with me. The doctors paid attention to me and also catered to me. After having my baby, the nurses paid even more attention to me in case if I needed anything, they helped me get up and walk to the bathroom, answered nicely to any question i had... long story short, Northridge Hospital is the best. I loved it. If i ever get pregnant again, i will make sure i come back here.

Went in for my son who fractured his ankle. Was there for 5 hours, lobby full & appalled by a man in utter pain yelling for help & vomiting in the floor out of pain- while staff & security watched & listened & then rudely told him to quiet down. He was a human being in pain & was treated like he did something wrong. All in the view of patients listening and watching with children being frightened.

I was taken there after an incident and they were professional and did their job. They stuck to their script and I guess that’s to be expected. In a follow up call they got some of my details wrong but at least they followed up which I appreciated. All in all it was professional and they did their job.

I arrived at Northridge hospital on the 23rd of August for a heart attack from the moment I arrived was treated above and beyond with the greatest care I have ever experienced! I have congestive heart failure so been in many hospitals and by far Northridge hospital was the best experience I have ever had! The doctors explained everything so I could understand? The doctors treated me with the utmost respect and sincerely cared about my health, The nurses on the 3rd floor I can't say enough but thank you 🙏 wish I could remember their names I was in room 3404 they were professional attentive and caring to my needs! I'm not a fan of hospitals who is but if I ever need to go back, Northridge hospital would definitely be number 1! Again thanks for everything. 5 stars is not enough 10 stars most definitely. Northridge hospital stay was decent considering how they are Treat people now. They were the nicest place you could go until the Affordable Care Act came into effect. Then there emerncy dept became rude and looked at all if the people with just Medicare like they were there for just drugs.I live across the street from them and I won't even go until the last minute because if the way they treat you now. I just got approved for disabilty so my insurance is better so I attribute that for the decent stay. Otherwise, your not treated with Dignity. I'm very discerning and took pre-med in College so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to my body and I know dam well others are not asked or treated with less Dignity than others. That's the truth if my experiences with them. Period!

Well where do I start .. Everyone that I came into contact with were very professional. The nurses were kind with what ever they had to do .. I asked everyone that tested me for something if they liked their job .. And they ALL said Yes ..i might add that they all were all females .. And i took the liberty to tell them all how proud I was of them .. Bravo. Now the menu .. The food was delicious and I have told all my friends. .. I went to the ER for a sprained ankle. From check-in, to triage, to lab work, to consultation, to discharge - I was treated promptly, professionally, and with the appropriate care and concern for my injury. All of the staff were friendly, and my made my visit a pleasant one, considering the circumstances. I am insured, and there are local urgent care options, but none were able to accommodate my immediate needs and/or accept my insurance. Should I ever need immediate medical care, the ER at Dignity Care Northridge will be at the top of my list.

I scheduled my appointment and got a 7:30 for a mammogram and a 8am for my ultrasound. When I got to the appointment at 7:20am I was told my appointment was at 8 an 8:30. It was very upsetting as I had to go to work, and I made sure to scheduled my appointments ay 7 :30 and 8am Noone called me yo ask if I wanted to change it or that my appointment was changed. This is the second time it has happened to me. Very dissatisfied with the scheduling department. BUT the office made it work for me and took me in early.

Everyone was great. Medical, nursing, monitoring. Only thing is you get an Uber home and that’s it! Doctor they recommended was not available, referred to another. Took a week. There is no one to call to get referred to home nursing, alternate doctor, etc. Was disabled, couldn’t drive, couldn’t take sling off, and couldn’t get help.

My experience was great, most everything was fine except I could have used more of physical therapy and stayed in the hospital longer. Why! After discharge I returned home therapy at the hospital told me don't forget to walk, don't forget to ask in home therapy to push you. I walked with walker and I took my time about 35 steps (baby steps) legs were tingling but I proceeded to enter the house. When I came in before I could sit my legs seemed like they were water and I fell. I had to return and have surgery to fix the issues.

My experience with the Dignity Health staff was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Because I remained in the hospital for a period of approximately 30 hours I received support from there day team, swing shift team & graveyard team and EVERY single staff member was INCREDIBLE. Both my RN’s and LVN’s always made sure I was extremely comfortable and always had everything I needed. The pain management team I worked with and the physical therapy staff were extremely informative following my complete knee replacement surgery. I would HIGHLY recommend Dignity Health to everyone.

The staff at Northridge Hospital took excellent cafe of my son from the ER to the OR and in recovery and the Pediatrics area. Tony in ER was always concerned with my son’s situation, especially for a kid in ER for the first time. He did his best at all times and I could see that with the other patients that he was handling too. Dr. Kelly was very informative as to what the situation was and what needed to be done. At the Pediatrics section, Chulmin was very helpful, attentive and was very confident in her actions. She really helped to make my son’s brief stay very pleasant. Even when being discharged, he had all the necessary paperwork ready, went over all the instructions for care at home. Thank you to the WONDERFUL STAFF at Northridge Hospital!!!

I can't give them an excellent rating because pain and people's reaction to it are different. They tried to ease my pain, eventually did and I was grateful. It always takes longer than it seems like it should in the ER, especially when it doesn't appear to be busy. They ran a battery of tests, attended to my needs and sent me on my way. My only criticism...if many patients develop the same adverse reaction after a test, the remedy should be readily available and administered quickly. I guess it hit me pretty hard. I wasn't the best patient and apologized. Almost all were very courteous and told me not to worry about it. Very good service by professionals who seemed like they cared. I trust them

All the staff were very friendly when I came into the ER. I feel like the doctor listen to me and everyone was very nice. The only reason I am giving four stars is because no one really checked on me at all. I had to stop a nurse walking past me to ask what was going on. But I could also hear that there were four patients around me that were much more sicker and needed the nurses. So I don’t want to complain because I know they are trying their best and they are very busy and my condition really wasn’t emergent. Other than not being checked on that was really the only thing I could see. The doctor and staff were very friendly

The staff at Northridge Hospital was amazing!! The admissions process was a bit slow but the agent was pleasant. Beyond that, everything else went on seamlessly and the thing that struck me was the pervasive attitude from custodians to doctors........ nurses, therapists, nurses covering on breaks, EVERYONE introduced themselves and explained why they were at my room and truly seemed to be happy to be there! Unfortunately, this is not my first hospital stay, but the staff at Northridge Hospital has definitely raised the bar for other facilities!! I can’t say thank you enough!

I was scheduled for my Covid Vaccination at 7:00am on a Friday morning and was able to sit in the waiting area and fill out the necessary paperwork. After that was completed I was taken downstairs and waited in line with a group of about 10 people total. The line moved fairly quickly and the staff was helpful and courteous. After the vaccination they have you wait 20 minutes before they let you leave to make sure you have no reactions to the vaccine. Including the waiting time it took less than two hours, which was not as long as I thought it would take.

This is the most amazing hospital!!! My husband had a serious stroke and was airlifted to Northridge. The ER was very busy but they had time for me as soon as I walked in. I went to the ER for a hip injury after a fall. All my weight came down on my left hip and I was in a lot of pain. I told them from the beginning that I have an rx for pain at home. The nurses and support staff were great. The Dr was not. I was not there for pain meds, I just wanted an xray, exam and dx. The Dr made me feel like an addict because my Dr has me on Oxycodone for chronic pain. Thankfully the xray was clean! However, the pain in my hip and groin is keeping me from doing a lot of my normal activities. Sometimes the pain is excruciating. But I don't want to go back for that kind of treatment again. So I have to wait for my reg Dr's appt to find out what to do.

From the moment I was wheeled into the ER on a fast-track for surgery, these professionals -- from admittance to around-the-clock care to discharge, three days later – each and every one stepped up to take care of every physical and emotional concern. Ever courteous and solicitous to needs of myself and my wife, they seemed to be connected to what I was feeling -- and fearing – helpless on my back, in pain, awaiting the appointed hour in the OR. Looking back, I cannot locate a single moment when my wife and I felt under-appreciated nor under-served. Many thanks to you all!

Emergency Room had excellent caring staff and fully competent and personable doctors. The entire visit was quicker and also better than I expected. Quite a pleasant visit. There is however a major glitch with the ER Doctors billing service. When speaking with them they stated that they do not communicate with the er hospital. The could not and would not review updated billing information with the er hospital. They had a non caring tough luck attitude. The were just the opposite of the er staff and Dr's. Quite an UN REAL experience in dealing with them!

The service was top notch. My surgery went off without a hitch. But in the car on the way home I felt a scratch on the back right side of my bottom jaw.. it was pretty sore but the next day it was so unbelievably painful. After a couple days I felt it with my finger and it feel like a piece of bone. Like after you have a tooth removed pieces of bone sometimes work their way out. But this tooth had been gone for the better part of a year. It's gotten so bad I can't swallow barely but I finally went to the dentist to get this piece of bone removed. It was big it started out about 1/8th of an inch but by the time I went to the dentist it was closer to 1/4 inch long. And so painful it couldn't sleep at night would cry all day because nothing would stop it from hurting. Mind you I was on pain killers for my surgery. My mouth hurts worse then my shoulder that they just cut open hurt. Well the dentist takes x-rays and there is no floating bone or tooth fragments. Because whom ever put the tube down my throat for my surgery was so incompadent and in such a hurry they yes they scratched the bottom jaw and it was RAW BONE I HAD BEEN FEELING. They literally scratched all the skin off of my jaw bone. I am outraged over this but don't know who to talk to about this and it's not like they'll even care.. but I will say everything and o mean everything else was exceptional from the nursing staff to the room and even when I was leaving those nurses were there absolute best. I was totally hungry and they brought me a turkey sandwich and juice and made me so very comfortable. I wish I could have taken them both home with me. I was way too loaded to remember their names but I would like to thank the nursing staff for making my nervous anxiety riddled crying non stop self have the best experience.. on 10/30/2018 .. but the surgery staff might need some refresher course on intabation. It however you spell it. Just so no one has to go through the pain that I'm still going threw today. Praying that it heals fast cuz mouth pain is no joke. I'd rather have 5 babies natural birthday then deal with mouth pain.. thanks

I came in on 1/27 got admitted due to medical issues. On the 3rd floor. 2nd day a specialist told me I was staying until they figured out exactly what was going on. Dr Sharif came into my room the next day told me there was nothing wrong with me and said she was sending me home . I told her Dr jabore said I was staying she was mad and gave me attitude. Day 3 was scheduled to have procedures done. Dr Lau came into my room that morning said nothing is wrong with you you're going home. Seems like these 2 ladies just want to get you up and out to bill the next patients insurance regardless of what's going on with you. I find it unprofessional and insulting that they want you out regardless of what other drs have scheduled for you and their findings with what's going on. These ladies come off rude and if you don't speak up you will be kicked out without any exams or necessary orders from the other doctors that see you. I will be taking my dual private insurances to another hospital when I schedule my surgery. Dr sharif and Dr Lau seem like they are only interested in the next patients insurance money instead if the patients well being.

Like any ER, they are short staffed..expect a 4 hour wait to be seen in the ER if its after normal hours. Wife broke her wrist and never saw a doctor but a Physicians Assistant. It is sign of the times there are shortages of doctors in the medical community. Once we got seen, the staff was very friendly with excellent bedside manner. If you need to go to an ER, call around and see what the wait times are. 2-4 hours seems to be the norm. Being impatient will not make you be seen in less time..if you are bringing a loved one into the ER and can't stay awake, they have good coffee available if needed.

TELL THAT TO YOUR DOCTOR!” then she hung up the phone without saying thank you or goodbye. Very rude and unprofessional! She did not introduce herself, she did not mention my name (I left my name in the voicemail), No concern about my post-op problem or concern, no compassion to a person who just had surgery.

Most of the staff was nice the only bad part about my experience there was the nurse in charge of giving meds didn't want to give me my Tylenol because she was to busy then she proceeded to yell at the guy who was rolling me around to get My x-rays because I had asked him to ask her for my medicine, I was hit by a car and my pain was getting stronger, I didn't get my medicine from her till I was about to be discharged .

Great ER Dept. Great Specialists on call 24 hrs a day. And the Nurses on the 4th floor, are just amazing! My brother who has cerabal palsey fell and needed a hip replacement. They were just awesome, mentally he is 4, but age is really 49....they gave him extra attention like he wa a little boy. They were understanding, and helpfull to every one of his needs. Kudos to Northridge Hospital...Did I mention that my son was born there 28 years ago...So thats how long I have been going to this great facility

Simply the best Medical care u will get in LA I have crohns and have been thru the ED , admitted to the hospital and through the infusion center.
