He is an excellent doctor as a professional, but what I really like about him is that he is very human, nowadays few doctors love their patients and care about them and this doctor does, I thank God for having found him. Your team of nurses, receptionist, very good treatment, very nice, very professional, and they speak Spanish, interpret very well and help a lot thanks to all that great team and the doctor. My first visit was due to my child needing a physical for sports. I like that fact that it's a walk-in/no appointment needed clinic. Due to me not getting off work until 5pm, staying open until 8pm is very helpful. Two thumbs up for that! The receptionists are very welcoming. Dr. Murad is very knowledgeable and I love his sense of humor. He welcomed us as well and made my child comfortable during our visit. I've been going there ever since. ☺

The man is incredibly smart to boot; I've never had a doctor give me a more thorough explanation of an illness in my life. Just a great man. He goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Dr. Murad is incredible! At a lot of places you get rushed in and out, but he genuinely cares for each and every one of his patients- and if you feel pretty rough, he will even follow up to make sure you're doing ok. I was new to Little Rock and took a chance-- That was 3 years ago and he's still the best!

I had a terrible sinus congestion, and my PCP could not see me until several days later. I googled walk-in clinics in the Little Rock area and found Dr.Murad's clinic. The reviews were all excellent and praised the attention and care provided by Dr. Murad and his staff very much, so I decided to go there for my consultation. The attention was excellent. From the first contact at the front desk throughout the entire visit, the staff and Dr. all made me feel comfortable, valued, and appreciated. Dr. Murad took the time to ask enough questions and do a thorough examination to correctly diagnose my problem. He also suggested a couple of things that I could do at home to increase my comfort. I appreciate that his prescription included medication that I could take in case there was no improvement with the first one. I definitely recommend the Little Rock Walk-in Clinic.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience at this clinic. The entire staff was friendly and warm. And Dr. Murad was the nicest MD I've ever been to. I went in for strep and while I was waiting they gave me some medicine to numb my throat- just for my comfort in the office. He called me in a script to a pharmacy, but also gave me a handwritten one to fill in case my husband also came down with symptoms in the next few days. I mentioned I was going to my PCP for a yearly physical soon and he said he could save me a co-pay by ordering the lab work. He also said he would text with the results if things were fine and not make me pay another $25 just for him to say everything looked good. He even sent me a text while I was sitting in his presence that stated the name and location of a good lab to use. He is my new PCP for sure. The clinic looks lower-budget compared to some of the fancy group practices I have been to in the past- but who cares about a nice waiting room- I just want a great doctor!

Dr. Murad actually listens, spends time with you, and seems to genuinely care, versus trying to rush you out to meet some quota. If a person needs the bells-and-whistles of the "gilded" clinics, then this clinic is not for you. However, if you want a doctor who finds errors other doctors have not, a smart doctor, and a doctor with great bed-side manner, then Dr. Murad is the doctor for you!

And for the people that say bad things about them is just bad because they didn't get what they wanted from him!! He is handa down the beat around!!! I was visiting Little Rock for a conference and had a horrible muscle spasm. Dr. Murad was great! Not only did he treat my spasm - he also gave me some tips for things I could do to sleep more comfortably while at a hotel, and he helped me find a pharmacy since I'm unfamiliar with town. Excellent service!

I was in Little Rock, from out of state, to do some work at UAMS, got sick, and desperately needed a walk-in clinic (Emergency rooms are too expensive). Come to find out there are very FEW true walk-in clinics, and some that say they are - really aren't. Thanks to GOOGLE - Little Rock Walk-in Clinic popped up on my phone. I stopped in after work - feeling absolutely horrible. Dr. Murad was very nice, took his time, and was very thorough. I received the best care,and although it's only been 4.5 hours since my visit, I am already feeling better. I would / will return to this clinic the next time I am in town and need medical attention. Thank-you Dr. Murad!!

I first went to Dr. Murad when I couldn't get in to see a Dr. at a traditional clinic over 2 years ago, and even though he operates a walk-in clinic, I consider him my primary care physician. He's that good, and more importantly, he has the patients' pocketbook in mind, prescribing generics whenever possible, negotiating with local pharmacies for better pricing, and guiding patients to less expensive online pharmacy options whenever possible. Whenever I've had an acute condition, he took the time to text me(yeah, you heard that right), during the course of his hectic day to see how I was doing. I take my 7 year old Dr. to him and there is no one I'd trust more to help. As for the person who said something negative about his receptionist, I'm not sure what they are talking about. He's had the same receptionist since I started going there, and she is awesome.

Dr. Murad is the most compassionate doctor. All his staff is wonderful and personable. Every visit they all do their best to make you comfortable and help. The wait can be a little long but that is because it is a walk in clinic. I love the care I get and staff has the best attitude and they remember me. I'm not just a number.
