Angela, the business office manager, and my mother’s case manager were amazing in helping me not only figure out paperwork that I needed signed but also notarized. Very easy to get in touch with anyone at the hospital as well as have any questions answered. The best experience I have had in dealing with hospital staff in some time.

Our initial intake at Cornerstone was chaotic but the care that my Son received after that point was great. The RNs that we had during our 2 week stay were amazing. RN Jim, Carrie, Codi went so far above there job duties to show our Son true compassion on top of their phenomenal nursing knowledge. Thank you to all of the Respiratory Therapist who also showed great compassion and care to us all. Dr. Ragwan and Dr. Hill did an amazing job in bringing our son out of sedation and on his road to recovery. Thank you

My husband has been here 3 weeks. Jodie was the most helpful and cheerful person. She made the perfect bed and came to assist him super fast. Any ti e he called for her help, she came quickly. She is super efficient. She always had a smile. She is the best!!!! We appreciate all she did for him.

My brother is currently a patient at Cornerstone in Little Rock AR. We have had the most wonderful experience with one of his nurses, Cody. She's patient with us, explaining things to us in a way that we understand. She's never made me feel rushed when I have had questions about his care. She touched him and talked to him, not just to the family, even though he was unable to speak back due to a trach tube placed in his throat. My brother was her patient 2 days last week and the care she provided was exceptional. The next 2 days she did not have him as a patient, but she came into his room and checked on both of us a few times even though she certainly did not have to do that. I'll never be able to convey how much it meant to us to have Cody as his nurse. I am so very thankful to her and to Cornerstone.

Cornerstone Specialty Hospital has a number of excellent specialists that treat patients here and are skilled in the highest levels of acute long-term care. There are also many well-trained nurses and kind, caring staff members that strive to provide the utmost care. I have seen many patients helped to regain their health and life skills and able to resume their standard of living before they became ill.

The staff and doctors are EXCELLENT. They are very compassionate and discuss my brother's progress with us daily. They listen to our concerns and answer all our questions. The staff even answers my 04:30 am phone calls EVERY DAY to check on his status during the night. We are so grateful that God place him in this facility. He is receiving top notch care and I will recommend this facility to any one who love one needs long term acute care.

I just finished the new hire orientation. Although I am a returning team member, after a year off to finish my RN degree, the welcoming spirit and upbeat attitude about the facility is impressive. All disciplines presented themselves with knowledge and experienced efficiency. It has affirmed my desire to be a valued employee and a valued asset advocating positive patient care and contributing to excellent patient outcomes.

My father was admitted on April 25 of this year. We called Cornerstone home until July 2 (and we only left because we needed a different type of facility for my father’s care). The staff became like family to us. They not only took exceptional care of my father, but they took care of me when I didn’t even realize I needed to be cared for. They made sure I was taking care of myself and shared personal experiences with me to help me through the struggles. The nursing team is AMAZING. They love their patients like their own family. They continue to check on us on a regular basis since we have transferred out of state. The case management team went above and beyond to help us prepare for the next step in our care. Even the environmental staff was always upbeat, friendly and seemed glad to see us. You won’t find a better place for long-term care. I have no doubt my father wouldn’t be progressing as he is without the love and care from Cornerstone.

No heat in my room at cornerstone. Also returning from physical therapy no one responded for over half an hour to help me into bed so I had to do it alone without assistance. If I had fallen, which is a possibility, who knows how long I would have laid on the floor in my room. Regardless it seems the staff is hardworking and dedicated. One great feature is that if you don't like the meal item you can always select something else.

The staff are amazing! They took such great care of my loved one. My grandpa was on a life support machine and after his stay, he was able to go to rehab and off life support! He’s back to tending to his yard.

My experience at Cornerstone Healthcare in Little Rock as a Covid survivor was an incredibly positive time of recovery and healing. Not only is the facility first class and in excellent condition, but more than anything the staff is warm, professional, caring, and very committed to the most excellent patient care. I hesitate to even start a list - since literally EVERY staffer i personally dealt with was outstanding - but I do want to mention Ros, Caroll, Jim, Whitney, Jawana, Lanette and of course Dr. Radwan. This entire staff was working under an extremely difficult Covid lockdown situation. They performed brilliantly, with kindness and with professionalism which made the entire situation so much easier to deal with. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a long term recovering from an any type of illness. CHG Little Rock, you are the best!

I have had the pleasure of working at some of the nations largest long term acute care providers in the country and I can say, by far, that Cornerstone is the best place I’ve worked. Cornerstone Hospital of Little Rock has excellent physicians (Dr. Sadiq and Dr. Rainosek) that are on site every day to discuss the plan of care for patients and engage with families. The outstanding care provided by the MD’s, nurses, CNA’s, respiratory, physical therapy and support staff is top notch. I lucky enough to be able to witness a patient walk through the door this week that was contemplating hospice because of the severity of the illness and the entire staff was in tears of joy to be able to see how well they are doing! Not only do we change patients lives every day but they change ours too! If you need an extended hospitalization this is where you want to be!!

I came to this hospital with my dad and with it being a long term acute care, was here for awhile with them. I enjoyed some of the staff and the experience was ok. There was times though that some of the staff on both shifts didn't seem to honestly care. Some were amazing but others you could tell didn't care at all.
