My ER visit was as good as any emergency can be. They were fast, knowledgeable, and kind. Often in an ER patients are met with lots of bad experiences and there was nothing unpleasant about this one. Thankful for the doctors and nurses who showed so much compassion and kindness.

Everyone was wonderful from my check in at the ER to being admitted. All of the staff were very professional. I was there for Covid/COPD. Everything was great until discharge…… I had my discharge package, my ride (daughter)we live 2 hrs away , was waiting on me at the ER. The nurse left to get the wheelchair and a portable oxygen tank. I am on 2 liters of oxygen. After 30 minutes of waiting I walked out……I was totally out of breath by the time I made it to the ground floor without any oxygen. My daughter was inside talking with security.

Absolutely treated like a queen , "everyone was exceptionally nice " !Shout out to Dr.Bruno 🤗 He was very kind , caring & gentle . Hhee asked alot of questions & he actually listened & paid attenion when I answered & asked him questions .(very rare) !!! Each time I have been here for any reason , everyone was very nice . Nurses were nice, mom said the people who did her CT scan was rude. It took long time to go from ER room to room on a floor from 8am to like 10 at night and they were slow to feed her but I got her crackers out the machine. They did the best they could my mom wasn't the only patient but the public bathrooms were nasty terribly nasty. The doctors were nice and whenever I called the nurses informed me with information. The tech that cleaned her room was very nice and the guy that brought her to my truck when she checked out was very nice.she stayed from Tuesday to Thursday. Only gave 4 stars due to bathrooms and wait times and she had to keep asking for meds because of her coughing to exhaustion, she was diagnosed with COPD but the pharmacist suggested a cough medicine along with prescriptions she has been doing great been home for two weeks. In all good job.

This place is run down and grimy. Some of the staff seem a little worn out too. However the tech, nurse, and doctor that saw me were quick, professional, thorough, and genuinely seemed to want to help. I didn't have to wait long even though my symptoms had basically subsided by the time i got to the emergency room. Not as bad as i expected after seeing the waiting area.

I have been I in this hospital so many times for a number of surgeries, er visit, lab, x-ray, imagines, well you name it and I've been there. In fact a couple of yrs ago I had 5 back surgeries there by I have to say one of the BEST neurologist in the country as far as I'm concerned. The staff from janitorial services, food, nursing staff to doctors is the best you could ask for. If I ever did have a problem it was handled immediately. Thank you Chi St. Vincent!! My husband recently had surgery and required an overnight stay. The nurses, the kitchen staff, nurses aides, the individuals working the information desk and etc. were just wonderful! We had a great experience and I highly recommend! Thank you all for making us feel comfortable while we were there and just being so kind. I had to take my elderly mother to St.Vincent North ER over the weekend. We are so impressed with your ER. They took mother right back after only 10 minutes in the waiting area. The doctor came right in and was the very Best!! Great knowledge and excellent bedside manner. The Nurses were extremely good! It was clean, friendly, catering to mother, and we will never go to another ER.

Our family member has been at this hospital for more than the last week. From the surgeon, Dr Shafizadah, to our hospital doctor, Dr. Apostolov, and nurses, we have had A+ care. We are now moving on to their rehab facility and looks like same excellent care. I cannot recommend this place high enough. Thank you Chi St Vincent!!!!

The staff was polite and professional. I thought the stay was a bit long, 3 hours for an ultrasound on my calf, considering I was the only patient in the ER waiting room, upon arrival and departure.

Well the doctor and nurses were good but when I got to the ER there were no wheelchairs and my girlfriend had to go find one there is no one around to help her find a wheelchair. In the room they put me in was dirty and had bloodied gauze on the floor

I had an accident over Labor Day weekend and had to go to the emergency room on Saturday night. I was shocked by what a great experience I had! I thought I had broken my finger, in a lot of pain and scared. Thankfully it wasn’t broken and I was through triage, X-rays and seeing the physician in under two hours. Everyone was really nice. Highly recommend !!

Great staff but overwhelmed and busy which reflected with the lady behind the counter in her emotions & attitude, the room is too small for Covid precautions, especially if someone has the virus so where I was hurting from a car wreck I removed myself from that room & the lady didn’t like having to get out of her chair to call you back. The Doctors were great & were genuinely considered about my well-being..

I had an appointment to go and get tested for what I was already sure was COVID-19. When I arrived I let them know I was there and when it was time to go in I did. The nurse who brought me back was efficient and did her job quickly without a lot of fuss. After the nasal swab was done I only had to wait a few minutes and then a PA came in to see me and he confirmed that the test had come back positive. He went over my symptoms and listened to my chest, quickly and efficiently! I left and that was it, all done, no fuss no problems, I feel like it was all done very professionally and the way an Urgent Care visit should go! Thanks!!

All the admission staff were helpful and polite. As always Amanda in mammogram was excellent, knowledgeable, polite and careful. Called me back within 2days as promised. April , bone density scan was excellent, polite, knowledgeable and careful as I’m post spinal fusion.

The staff and nurses were excellent. And very helpful, however I was told by my pharmacy to call my nurse about one of my medicines containing traces of something I may be allergic to and get a second opinion before taking it, so I called at 11:10/11:24/11:30pm on Wednesday Dec 9 2020 and the receptionist that answered was extremely rude and disrespectful. I told her i was only doing as my pharmacy asked me to do, to which she rudely replies "well you should know what your allergies are and if not your pharmacy should I don't know what you expect the nurses don't have time to talk to everybody that calls. Even when I told her I was in extreme pain she said well tell your pharmacy if they want to know something they can call"

The staff was friendly! They were very professional and helpful. However the hospital itself is in dire need of updates and could definitely go for a facelift. Old equipment and the rooms look like the last room you're ever going to be in.

My fiancée had neurosurgery at StV North. The dr and surgical staff kept me updated hourly during surgery and allowed me in after Covid hours to see him since surgery went longer than visiting hours. The staff treated him excellent overall. He only had one rude ( male) nurse and the staff removed him right away from my fiancé’s board. The food was good and the care was top notch. A scary situation was made much more tolerable by a great empathetic staff at StV! Thank you Dr Abuelem , Will, Bruce, Colten, Robin, Sara, Veronica, Andrea and Sam the Social worker as well as Jamie in finance! You went above and beyond and we appreciate you!

Waited til morning to go to ER, had torn ligament in knee, there about 3.5 hours. Wanted them to do a CT scan because I have a knee replacement but they wouldn’t … any other time they want to run tons of tests but no.

I had a colonoscopy on January 26, 2021. My interactions with Dr. Daniel Brown were all very positive. This includes my consult visit in late December 2020. He explained what would happen during the procedure, since this was my first colonoscopy. The NLR clinic staff were also very helpful when I called with additional questions. The nurses who checked me and got me setted in for the procedure (Steven) were great, as was my "recovery" nurse (Morgan, I think). It was obvious to me that Dr. Brown loves his work!! In my opinion, Dr. Brown, is the BEST. I will refer other patients to him via my primary care physician. Thank you

Almost everyone was great EXCEPT while in the ER bed i had to go to restroom and i came out of my room to hear an ER staff member yelling that number 2..my room number, was at it again (i was in pain) I DO NOT LIKE THIS again from the psin i was in.

On 12/25/2014, they saved my life, had to have a triple bypass done, and on 08/04/2021, they saved my life again, having to do an Aorta Annurism, I couldn't ask for better treatment if I tried, they went over and Beyond ,to make sure I was safe and compy, took very good care of me, and I and my Family Thank everyone that works there, for the love and support they gave🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I visted the ER this morning and was treated really good. We got my paperwork filled out quickly and they were calling people back rather quickly. All the nursing staff was really friendly. The doctor that seen me explained thing in great detail. Hopefully I hope to never return but if needed I will be returning to CHI North.

I have been in charge of Security for about a month and the hospital is not dirty. The ER is usually very busy and this Hospital is NOT as large as St. Vincent's in Little Rock or Baptist or UAMS. I walk the halls on all 4 floors several times a day and see the cleaning crews working. My office is at the ER so I am aware of the volume of patients and the timely manner the nurses see the patients. Coming in for the flu or stomach ache doesn't put you ahead of a car accident victim brought in by ambulance or a heart attack patient brought in by helicopter. Enough said.

To my doctor, the staff at the ER entrance desk, my nurses, and the other kind workers in the ER. Thank you so much for all the care and promt quickness in taking care of me. I am pregnant and could not stop vomiting. But I feel so much better and my baby is healthy and doing great. This Hospital is very clean and the staff is what makes it so wonderful. I would have given them a 10 out of 10 stars if I could!! I reccomend St. Vincent North to everyone.

An amazing and professional medical facility! Dr. Rammos, my neurosurgeon and Dr. Harris, my anathesiologist were INCREDIBLE! Immediatey after my surget each of them visited me in my room to explain everything and also each of these busy gentlemen along with my surgical nurse and charge nurse called my wife and spoke in great detail with her about my procedure due to the fact with our 3 year old son and 4 month old daughter she could not visit until later. I will always be indebted to these Professions and to this Great Hospital. Thank you CHI St. Vincent North!!

After sitting and waiting for over 3 hours at an ER up the interstate a little way, we headed back to St Vincent North. We were taken back immediately to triage and then to a room. The nurses were all kind and knowledgeable and the MD as well. They admitted my daughter and everyone took such good care of her. The PCTs were great, the nurses and the hospitalist. We definitely won't pass by Sherwood to go to NLR again.

I was pretty happy with the service I received until I was discharged. I was just given the paperwork and told to get a referral. But they failed to discuss my diagnosis with me. The doctor never came back to tell me anything. I learned my diagnosis after reading my discharge papers but it's a serious illness and no doctor said a thing about. I shouldn't have to rely on Google to figure out a serious medical condition

If St Vincent takes your co-pay and you pay part of of it. You should be allowed to come back and pay the remaining balance. The lab is extremely slow they need help. Everyone is nice and apologetic but they need help.
