I have been a Dr. Irina Lendel (endocrinologist) patient for several years now. She listens and understands. She is compassionate and takes her time with each of her patients; I never feel rushed. She is willing to go the extra mile for her patients. She is easy to speak with and open to trying new medications and exploring the latest research to help her patients. I am truly blessed to have her as my endocrinologist.

Dr. Daniel Sherbet and Dr. Nolan were exceptional. Recognized experts in their fields and well respected. The care i received was the finest I have ever received anywhere. I have no doubt they have extended my life and vastly improved my quality of life. I am a very grateful patient.

My doctor is Dr. Carl Ledding he has been my doctor since 2006. He is one of the best cardiologist at the Heart Hospital and his nurse Mrs. Stacy. They have really taken excellent care of me. Very understanding and kind. I love a doctor and his staff when they truly care about their patients and treat them with the utmost respect and they really have that listening ear to help ease your concerns. Your health is there concern. That speaks volumes for me.

Being fairly new to this area, it was nice to finally find a doctor that didn’t mind explaining things so thoroughly. Dr. Irina Lendel is one if the greatest Endocrinologist, that I’ve ever met. She called me personally to let me know about my daughters lab work and just to check on her to see how she was feeling. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!! The experience from the AR Heart Clinic is what kept me from giving this place 5 stars. Where do I began;1) there is no need to call any of the phone lines because you will never get through to anyone….ever. I found this out after being on hold for 35 minutes in traffic while the freeway was being cleared due to an accident. When I arrived, I asked the lady at the desk, did they have any operators to answer phone and her reply was “the lines are normally busy on Mondays”. But little did she know, I was here a month ago on a Thursday and no one answered the phone then either. We finally arrived to The Vein and Vascular institute. The desk clerk quickly checked us in by only asking for my daughters name and was told to have a seat. We sat in the waiting area for a hour and that’s when realized we were late for another appt that we had in the clinic. I went back to the desk and told the office clerk that it was time to go to another appt and we had been here an hour and hasn’t been seen yet. The office clerk told one of the techs “this patient was check in an hour ago and still hasn’t been seen”, the tech replied”I was at lunch”. I knew I was late when I made it to the clinic. I don’t have a chance to let anyone know bc we were rushed to be seated while everyone was able to take their 30 minute lunches.This tech that replied “I was on lunch”, knew that we were being passed over instead of working us in. We were finally was called to the back 1 hour and 45 minutes after we had checked in. The clinic is too huge to not have a operators who are able to answer the phone. I admit that I was later but if I knew that I was going to have to wait almost 2 hours to be seen because I was late. I would have rescheduled my appointment, like another gentleman did that was waiting even longer than I was. I overheard one of the techs say that there was an emergency this morning, and the whole day was set behind. While this is understandable, I think this should’ve been also communicated to all patients/visitors that were waiting to be seen.

Being a nurse, it is difficult to find an EP Dr. that I feel confident in. After "shopping around," I found the diamond in the rough! Dr. T was very thorough, and knowledgeable. I am trusting him with my complicated cardiac issues, and I'm pretty critical when it comes to my healthcare. He's the best. He's also witty which is nice.

I just have to let you all know what a wonderful caring clinic this is. Dr. Nash and Dr. T are amazing doctors. They both are very professional and have such kind caring hearts. Every time I’ve been there I have been treated with so much respect. From the time I check in until I leave everyone is so kind and caring. They are extremely amazing.

We love HH Clinic. But really all these chairs in every waiting area are worn out. Go sit in them as a patient or family. It ridiculous.

My husband became a patient with the Arkansas Heart Hospital in August 2017, when I schedule an appointment for him with the "Keep The Beat" program. The staff was so friendly and welcoming that we felt like we had been patients with the hospital a life time. I am not a patient with the Arkansas Heart Hospital but I plan to become one by scheduling an appointment with the "Keep The Beat" program for myself. My husband physician is Dr. Gary Nash and we absolutely love him. We thank God daily for being bless with the Arkansas Heart Hospital.

I loovvveee the clinic and most especially the people working hard helping patients like me! If you need help this is the place to go! There’s no judgment passed and they really do everything they can to help you! If you are tired of hurting and being sick there’s no other place or doctor I’ve ever had that can compare! I love everybody there but Ennis-I have a super soft place in my ♥️for you! YOU ARE AMAZING and God Bless you for YOU! I’ve said this in my first review but You truly are a remarkable person!!-an angel in human form! Thank you for ALL you do! Keep up the good work...people need you and more will come. They honestly want to help you feel better and will do everything they can to help you! {there is a new girl that I didn’t catch her name but I have to mention her because she is a gem! I’ve visited this fine institution on multiple occasions. There’s something different here. I test them each time I’m there. I look a few people in the eye and see what happens. I gave the test to a maintenance guy, his face immediately lit-up. Another man was working on the floor, he stopped, threw his hand up on his mop, cocked his head a little to the side and flashed the biggest smile. It’s like Vaudeville! The medical staff are top notch, but the entire hospital from top to bottom are. It’s like they’re trying to be different or something!

Dec. 15, 2022 Ark Heart Hospital Clinic This was my first time to this office to see Dr. Patrick Flaherty. From the first time that I spoke to him, I was totally impressed. When I was finally called to see him. I knew that he was going to be my doctor. I was totally impressed by his knowledge and experience that he has. He was very pleasant to speak to. He answered all my questions that I had. He took his time with me during my appointment. The rest of his staff was pleasant and helpful and kind and outstanding also. I would highly recommend Dr Flaherty to be your doctor. You will be totally satisfied with him and his office staff. Thank You God bless Mike S
