I was running very late today and when I called to let the office know, they were very gracious and worked with me and even allowed me to keep my appointment, which was very important to me. I loved the nurse, Jennifer, who was cute, friendly and cheerful. Nina, the PA, was very professional & knowledgeable, yet warm and personable, and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to my concerns and gave me lots of helpful information. My whole experience was excellent, and the waiting time was practically zero as they were looking for me as I came out of the restroom after having just arrived! I told Nina that she had won me over as my new primary care physician! I’m also extremely happy that you have a physician there who will treat skin issues, and I’ve got an upcoming appointment with him.

Everyone there is caring and willing to help. I got frustrated with getting through on a call and they helped me set up the portal for easier access to my provider, staff and billing. They have plenty of providers that can assist me even when my provider is fully booked. Truly recommend this place to my family and friends. My wife and I had a great first visit at the clinic. Scheduling was easy, and the patient portal is very user-friendly. The clinic accommodated seeing us together, and the doctor/nurse practitioner Mario was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible in working with us. For me Village Medical is an exceptional place with very knowledgeable Doctors and very polite, dedicated employees. For many years I looked for a good clinic, good Doctors in Las Vegas. During those years I kept traveling to LA to see my Doctors. It was complicated and expensive. Dr. Buadaeng was amazing, as always! Thorough and warm, she always makes me feel seen and heard - and she lets me know that I can reach her if I am having trouble with securing referred doctors' appointments or any other difficulty. I was able to get a last minute appointment with PA Mario Godoy it was 415 on a Friday. I had to wait but that’s understandable for the end of the day on a Friday. He was very helpful. He answered all my questions about needing him antibiotics and then I had questions about sinuses and allergies. He got me in the medication. I need to know I was able to pick it up on the way home, and he gave me a Lotta good choices and tips.

Prior to my return from Chicago, I had to go to the ER. I was advised to see my doctor immediately upon my return to Las Vegas. I called your office the next day and I was squeezed in that day. I give Dr Milman a 10 he is ABSOLUTELY GREAT and Dustene a 10. I am not impressed with receiving multiple texts 3 to be exact about checking in, I checked in twice I decided to ignore the 3rd text. I understand that Drs get behind I’m cool with that but the front office should be informing patients waiting that they’re behind.

The staff and doctors located within the building are excellent and deserve 10 stars. The billing department, however, which is located off site, really, really sucks. Rather than correct their errors in submitting claims to the insurance company, they prefer to just turn around and bill the patient hundreds of dollars. Only after getting the doctor's staff involved does billing attempt to correct their mistakes. Even then it's still a fight with billing. For someone with high blood pressure, such as myself, this is actually harmful to the patient's health. UPDATE: In response to my review Village Medical, I presume corporate, responded to the above by giving me the phone number and email address to billing. You must be kidding, it's like a slap in the face. You don't think I already have this info and haven't tried contacting them? I get no where with them! Instead, when I go to see Dr. Lehrner, whose the BEST doctor in the world, she gets Olga from the office involved. Olga is great but I have this problem with every visit. Based on this, I have to get her involved on every visit. It's a joke and from what I'm reading from other comments this billing issue is a common problem with other patients too!!!!! You'd think they would have it resolved by now!

Today was my first visit to the office, and saw Nurse Practitioner Buadaeng. The front office staff was kind, professional and prompt. There was no wait time. The medical assistant was outgoing, and nice. Nurse Buadaeng didnt make the visit feel rushed, listened to my concerns, examined me, and provided me with referrals needed and asked I follow up in two weeks. Finding a good Doctor or NP in Vegas can be difficult. I’m glad I have chosen this medical establishment as my primary care provider

The facility is clean with modern decor and up to date with massage chairs and flat screen televisions while you wait. And speaking of "waiting", the wait time here is usually 5 minutes from after you've walked into the facility, to see the doctor, who by the way usually runs on time. They value your time and I love that. Its nice to be seen on your actual scheduled time. I wish more doctor offices were more time conscious. I also appreciate the time the doctor spends to make sure you understand your diagnoses, the medicine given, and take time to answer any questions you may have. They are very thorough. Zeeba Sleep Center made my whole experience very comfortable and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them. The facility is clean and the beds are comfortable. Dr. Molin is very kind and he really cares about his patients. He did a great job explaining the process to me. I was not looking forward to my sleep study, but Ryan the technician did an excellent job of simulating my home environment and making me feel at ease. He wired me up and made sure to position the wires so i was comfortable. I told him I normally sleep with a fan on and he brought me a fan. He is very patient and he took his time fitting me with different masks so i would get the one that was best suited for me. The staff is friendly and they were quick to correct an error on my billing statement.

I have had symptoms of narcolepsy since I was three years old. From age 3 to 24 I was incorrectly diagnosed with and treated for a variety of conditions by at least a dozen other doctors (at least three of whom were sleep specialists). Their treatments never worked and they didn’t seem to believe I was having the symptoms I told them about. Everything changed when I got in to see Dr. Molin. He listened to my complaints, scheduled me for a 24 hour sleep study, and diagnosed me with narcolepsy within a few months of our first appointment. After trying a few medications, I was finally put on something that works well for me and it has given me a quality of life that I never knew was possible. I am so thankful for Dr. Molin and the staff at Priority Health Group/Zeeba Sleep Center. My only regret is not going to see them sooner!

My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Molin for a review a year after my initial sleep study by a different agency. I was having good results with my CPAP related to comfort, and I thought my data reflected good performance, but I was wrong. Dr. Molin quickly identified a situation that my CPAP provider had not noticed, gave me direction that led to solving the problem, and followed up to confirm correction of my issues. I now sleep even better, and monitored data reflects correction of the problem. While initially Dr. Molin somewhat slightly aloof, I soon realized that he had the ability to perceive and to zero in on a problem and its solution. He gave clear direction. It took only two visits to identify, resolve, and follow up on my issue. He was very encouraging during the second visit, clearly pleased with my results. He also took time to answer several questions about CPAP usage in general. He'll be my sleep guy from now on.

I was referred to Zeeba Sleep Center and Dr. Molin, they took good care of me, but again with referrals and waiting for authorizations it took a couple months for my sleep study to happen, but when I was finally able to do my sleep study, everyone at Zeeba took great care of me. I have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea since I was 30. I am 47 now. I have never had effective treatment until I went to Zeeba Sleep Center. I was unable to tolerate a standard CPAP and now I know why. Dr. Molin was able to accurately diagnose my Severe Sleep Apnea Syndrome which is a combination of central and obstructive sleep apnea. My oxygen level went as low as 76 during my sleep study. Dr. Molin was able to prescribe the proper Auto SV Machine and oxygen supplementation. My life has changed drastically for the better. I almost died in a car accident due to falling asleep at the wheel a few years ago and was extremely sleepy all day every day. Now I have energy I have not had in years and sleep like a baby. My blood pressure is going down as well. I will probably live longer due to my treatment. Dr. Molin is very nice and compassionate. You deserve to have your sleep apnea properly treated!

What an absolute pleasure it was to be at Village Medical for my very first time. Dr Lehrner and her nurse was just such a true pleasure to meet. Switching PCP’s can be very stressful and frightening, but not today! I am very pleased with Village Medical and Dr Lehrner. My only one bit of criticism is that the parking is a bit hard to find, but after driving around a few times I got a spot right up front. Other than that I give Dr Lehrner and Village Medical an A++++++++

I’m not doctor guy. I don’t go unless something is seriously wrong. I’ve had a long history of people who don’t listen and at the end of the day clearly don’t care. One of my friends suggest I come here and Ashley had an open appointment. While it’s only my first visit I can see why this place has all these positive reviews. She listened, called me out for not being more proactive, was personable and you could tell she cared about me more than wedging in another appointment.
