I was there on Friday and experienced a welcoming and very professional environment. I wish I could remember everyone's name but I do remember my nurse Kenyatta. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was patient and caring. Dr Chan spoke with me before surgery and let know what to expect. My after care nurse did everything she could to ease my anxiety. I highly recommend this location.

I feel that the staff at VV Surgery Center made my visit there as comfortable as they could. I was very nervous but they put me at ease and all of the nurses were extremely kind and attentive. I felt cared for and safe from beginning to end. Dr Carlson called me the next morning to see how I was and then I got another call from one of the nurses to make sure I was ok. Great team, great care.

Second time we had to take hubby there for procedures testing. People are great very polite very kind the facility was very clean. One of the texts explain the test results to my husband so we don't have to wait before we can get in and see the doctor because they were all very positive. Would highly recommend the facility as I said people there with absolute caring and kind.

My mom had a colonoscopy on Wednesday and it was packed. I couldn’t go in to help translate but luckily there were a lot of nurses that are bilingual. But the wait time is ridiculous. Had to be there at 1:15 for a 2:45 colonoscopy appointment. And she didn’t get the procedure done until like 4 in the afternoon. But my mom said that her experience overall was amazing. All of the nurses treated her great.

It's a Very busy facility, but very fast and efficient. They honored my appointment time. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Dipesh Banker was great. He gives off such a happy vibe! The nurses were all helpful and caring. A great experience!

I've gotten 2 procedures here, both times I had seizures coming out of anesthesia, as I'm epileptic, and I felt really taken care of while they were going on. Usually doctors act really frantic and frustrated, but I felt like I was in good hands w all the nurses and doctors that helped me. The staff was so calm and comforting before during and after the procedure. Friendliest staff around for sure :))

They say show up an hour early. I arrive at 8am for a 9am appt. It's 10:15 and I haven't been called. There are probably 30 people in a small waiting room, most of whom have been waiting for an hour plus. According to some of my fellow patients, this happens all the time here. Medical care was better than their admin

My experience with Valley View Surgery Center was, as am sure always will be, held with the utmost respect and regard for their staff and facility. The amount of outpatients along with array of medical issue's, it's reassuring and refreshing to be greeted with such caring friendly & proficient nurses and staff. I would highly recommend requesting Valley View Surgery should you need to and given a choice. Thank you VVSC for all you do.

The staff here was great. They were helpful and very polite in the front when I was checking in. In the back, the nurses were very friendly and talkative. They help me pass the time while I was waiting for my procedure. The nurses that assisted the surgeon with my actual procedure and the anesthesiologist that put me under were great as well. They were very nice and they're friendly conversation put me at ease before going under. Lastly the post-op nurses were fantastic. They made sure that all of my needs were taken care of, and did a good job of checking up on me as well. Anybody who finds themself needing to go to the Valley View Surgery Center should have no worries at all. This place is very well staffed with good employees who go out of their way to be friendly and kind to people going in there for procedures. Kudos to whoever does the hiring here because they definitely assembled a great crew of people.

I just dropped my mom off for a procedure. Wouldn't let people in the lobby to wait, I had to go home and then go back to pick her up. The place didn't look all that new. From the outside it looked nice, the inside lobby was older. But I guess it's been around a while and that part of town everything is pretty old.

Brought my friend here to get her surgery done. She cannot stop giving them high praise several days after. I was just the driver. Waiting area was busy. I didn't like that much. I'm pretty anti social so I hid in the car until pickup and took a nap. They gave me no trouble about it, we laughed on pickup and we were able to leave with great opinions. On my end, best nap in the city I've ever taken. For her, best surgery center she ever went to. I think that's worth 4 stars.

Had to have outpatient surgery to remove a hook plate from my foot. Clean facilities and the nurses were polite and professional. It was kinda crazy to not get any pain meds after surgery, but I chalk that up to the opioid issues nowadays.

I've never had service as the one provided here. Every single person I encountered at this location was extremely kind. My mother came to get a colonoscopy and had been nervous for the entire month prior to the procedure. Everyone there made her feel calm and welcome. Thank you to Ms. Lisa and Ms. Lisa (both Lisas!) and everyone else for making this appointment so easy for my mom. Amazing guest service, easy check-in, and hardly any waiting for incoming patients.

Nice folks doing very important services. I'm not sure I'd be as patient with some people being so impatient with the process related to Covid and the questions they have to ask. The government imposed the regulations which makes them ask these questions, not the people working here. Nice place and people.

Husband has to go regularly and I never am disappointed in the care givers. Check in is fairly fast. Care is adequate. Lobby is a little packed for those who have to wait to pick up the patient. So I wait in the car. Parking is plentiful and curb side pick up allows for a prompt exit. Only negative is people who pick up the patient sometimes block the exit and park near the blue canopy before they are called to pick up their own patient. So sometimes have to have the nurse wheel out my husband around a parked car.

Went there for battery replacement for my Spinal Cord Stimulator. I had been there a longtime ago for a colonoscopy and could see that they remodeled their waiting room which it was ridiculous. They're too many people with not even enough chairs, you have people that have to wait outside with no way to hear if your name is called. And where you go to sign in, they have a a big column right smack in front. People have no clue which way the line is, you have people standing on both sides. They really should look at changing the sign in to another window and use that window to register. Now for the staff once you get ready for surgery, everyone was extremely friendly. The nurse that did my paperwork and got me situated was a total amazing. There was just 1 nurse that could work on her bedside manner was the 1 that put the iv in me, I've had too many ivs put in me that I know when it's hurting extremely bad that they can be adjusted to fix that. This iv was bring me to tears and the nurse made me feel bad when I brought it to her attention. She didn't seem to want to fix it at all, it took another nurse to fix it. When I came to after recovery, my nurse was a total sweetheart (wish I could remember her name). Overall the staff is Great just need to fix waiting room.

My husband had a colonoscopy and EGD here. He states everyone was professional in the back, everything was pretty quick once in the back. A couple of dislikes: the waiting room is small, very busy, loud, and a long wait (hour and a half), not very family friendly either. No one is allowed back with their family, patients only. Also, family is not told what to expect as far as recovery and discharge/pickup. Not sure if we’d return.

Had to visit the Surgery Center for a procedure today. While I'm not a real fan of colonoscopies, I was a big fan of the Surgery Center and their staff. Everyone was very professional, and my Pre-Op Nurse, Fran, made sure that I got prepared quickly and efficiently, with a little humor and smiles added in. Once in the procedure room, I was blessed with Wendy, who kept me calm and comfortable, and endured the procedure by my side. Later, upon awakening in recovery, an angel of a nurse, Debbie, took care of me and got me all taken care of and out of there in a hurry. Thanks to these standout nurses, and the other employees, this was a very pleasant experience.

I can't say enough about Valley View Surgical Center all the nurses are amazing the staff always is properly in order and I have never had any issues I would recommend that if you're going to have outpatient surgery especially as many times as I've needed to have this you want to be in the best care and in my opinion Valley Surgical Center is the place to go to in the valley

This place is dirty, trash in the parking lot. Overflowing trash cans by the door. Inside it is over crowed people and babies crying. A,television in the corner with no volume or closed caption. Only one medical staff so the wait was long. My surgery was cancelled and no one called. I will definitely bring my complaints to my primary care physician

During my visit I met many of the staff and they made my visit a very enjoyable experience. There is a huge pillar at the front of the window where you sign up it's in the way and they tell you to sign the sign in sheet and sit down but then they hide the clipboard behind the counter that makes no sense most of us can't stand for very long so we need to sign the clipboard and sit down and then call us up to the window but like I said that huge pillar is in the way so stupid whoever built it like that
