Reviews of Henderson Hospital

I had a great experience! Didn't have to wait long to be seen and cared for. The facility is only 3 years old, very clean, modern and I felt very safe. The team of nurses, docs and personel were just amazing and provided me great service, care with smiles I can see through their masks. Can't say enough great things about this Local ER and Grateful they were close by!
I'm doing great today and thank you so much Henderson Hospital ER!!

Despite the long wait, the staff was friendly and engaging. I understand now that they try to see patients multiple times for each stage of their diagnostic process rather than doing it all at once in order to fully prioritize heath concerns that enter the ER. I would like to thank Elena who did my EKG, Anthony who drew my blood and set up the IV for my CT scan, Mohammad who was my PA or Dr. Mindy who handled my discharge and the radiology ladies who conducted my CT scan. And lastly, the young lady who was doing vitals before we were seen was consistent with her friendly and kind interactions for every person she saw. I wish I knew her name but she was great. Everyone I mentioned was caring and compassionate. It was the best ER experience I have ever had. I also watched how each of you took care of the other patients waiting, my heart going out to so many with more dire concerns than my own. Thank you! You made my challenges easier to bear and managed my care with true professionalism and tenderness. Thank you again!

All of the nurses and staff were amazing. They all exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. I wish I remembered all of their names to specifically give them a good review. I had a baby and all of them made me feel like family and made my delivery as easy and as pain free as possible. I would choose Henderson hospital all over again. Thank you to everyone who cared and made my delivery so easy going.

I was brought to the ER by ambulance. ER staff was attentive, conducted preliminary tests to determine my health status and provided care to stabilize me. They subsequently admitted me to the hospital where I spent approximately a day and a half. I received excellent care. All staff were very professional, attentive and caring. Someone checked on me at least every hour. Providers did a good job of informing me of what tests they would administer, why and results of tests. Food choices and preparation were excellent. Follow-up was excellent. Discharge staff contacted my primary care physician and arranged for a follow-up appointment. I was also referred to case management. I am very pleased with the care I received there.

My time here is very pleasant. I will admitted on October 16 in the labor and delivery ward. The nurses try to make you Feel as comfortable as you can during your labor process. This was my first time giving birth and man I was really scared of the epidural the nurse even let me hug her during the process, which very comforting. The postpartum section was also a great experience. The rooms are private there is a place for dad to sleep. The nurses here are amazing And vary nice.

I LOVE THIS ER! I appreciate the fact that there is a sign that shows the wait time and how peaceful it is here. Most ER’s feel like a nuisance the moment you pull into the parking lot but not this one. I pulled in and it’s so pleasant. The parking lot and the building from the outside to the inside is spotless. The security officer and all the staff members are so kind, considerate, informative and patient. I will always come here for any of my urgent needs. I felt comfortable being treated here.

The staff at Henderson hospital were terrific, I had gotten to know my nurses down to the great people that cleaned my room. They were gracious and personable, they made me feel comfortable at a time during pain, fear and uncertainty. Dr Moreno was also amazing, the thoughtfulness of his actions were far and in between, he was intent on me being completely healthy before leaving this facility, this doesn’t happen often from Doctors but Dr Moreno is one in a million! A huge appreciation and THANK YOU to him and all the staff at this hospital!

Surrounded by Angel's.
From the moment I got there to 3 days later when I could leave safely on my own I was truly Surrounded by Angel's.
Everyone I met was nice to me.
That's unusual for me to experience.
Even the night nurses were very kind to me. When your sick and in an unfamiliar place, it's real nice to know that if I end up in the Hospital again and of course I will, I know that I can go to Henderson Hospital and get the best care imaginable. Thanks to all of you.
You saved my life and I truly appreciate it.

The stand alone ER is amazing. There was almost no wait time on a Saturday night. The staff was all so friendly and competent. The doctor actually listened to my description of my symptoms and communicated very clearly regarding the diagnosis. All of my paperwork was completed during the wait time for the ultrasound so my diagnosis and treatment was initiated within a few minutes of my arrival. The ultrasound was very thorough but performed with sensitivity to my pain. The doctor, nurse, and ultrasound tech were all very competent and informative.

I actually called in to the ER before heading over and spoke to Kelsey who was able to answer my basic question. When I arrived for check-in it took less than a minute for them to call me back. Kelsey took my vitals, and was very nice and professional. She took me back for Dr. Wu to see me. He was also great and very helpful and help to resolve my issue. They both were very professional and nice. It made me feel really comfortable going there and if I need to go back I know I will get great treatment. Thank you to both of them!

I used the ER about 18 months ago and using it this time; what an improvement!
This was my first time using the full hospital facilities. My wife and I were very impressed with our room on the third floor, as well as its staff.
The food was such a great surprise along with the use of a menu; all was really good.
We wanted to mention that Dr. Carter really helped us to understand his various prescriptions and why they were selected. He used a very personalized approach, which was really appreciated.
All and all we were very impressed with Henderson Hospital.
Thank you,
Paul and Kathleen Rademaker

I am beyond grateful and happy I chose this hospital for the delivery of my baby. Everyone is so sweet and patient. I cannot even begin to explain my gratitude towards the doctors, nurses, CNA’s and everyone who was apart of my journey. As a first time mother I really did not know what to expect or how to deliver a baby so lots of questions we’re being asked! But, the nurses were so patient and thorough answering every single one of them. I will never forget how amazing and blissful this experience was for me and it’s all thanks to the staff at Henderson hospital. ❤️ Thank you!

This was at the ER urgent care located in St. Rose, which if they accept your insurance, I 100% recommended that you head there before the hospital or a different urgent care.
The staff there was incredibly friendly, patient, understanding, and most of all, comforting to me and my daughter. They were all so human and immediately had us both feel safe and calm
I felt as if I was the only patient in the building when there was actually four others.
The facility was incredible! They're able to do just about anything that an ER can do without the long wait in the waiting room.

Great overall 10 plus 👏😍 I really like it here from the counter to the nurse who checked me in. I really wanted to thank him for such an amazing 🤩 service 😌 Thank You! Also, how fast and nice the nurses where. The Doctor had to be by far incredible. Thank You 🙏 Doctor. Your all life savers. God Bless all of you and your families. Never stop caring!

In both ICU and the regular hospital we were met with kind, incredibly efficient and reassuring personnel. They were positively interactive and expressed genuine concern for me and my husband. Impressively, they worked as a well-honed team, kept us inform, and provided education when asked. They were also respectful and supportive of each other. The janitorial team and food service group were clearly an integral part of the group and sought to show the hospital in a positive light
Franchesca Lopez
Excellent service from all the nurses. Couldn’t have asked for more. Rooms were very clean and food was always right on time. Everyone was very helpful in whatever I needed and answering any questions I had. Dr Carter was amazing! Thank you again Dr Carter for all your hard work along with the nurses, especially Erin and Andrea!

I recently had my second delivery at Henderson Hospital, and I was beyond happy with my time there. The rooms were clean, all the nurses and other staff members were so kind and accommodating, and the food was delicious. They took great care of my baby, and myself. Baby Benjamin and I say: A big thank you to the team at Henderson Hospital!
Terry Kill
From the moment I walked into the emergency room. I was treated with dignity. Unlike other hospital in the area. The process was very quick and I was done within an hour. I clear information on my injury, again unlike that other hospital. Very professional, clean and attentive to the needs I had expressed. Thanks to all who attended me. Top grade staff.

Staff was all extremely nice and helpful. The doctors and nurses explained everything they were doing and how it will help. They spent a good amount of time showing and explaining to me how to take care of my wounds daily .
Office was clean and the time frame being cared for was great, did not have to wait at all , very easy process.
Mark
Visited the stand-alone ER facility on St. Rose/Coronado Center. Don't believe the Wait times on their website. It said 0 (zero) minutes but more like 25-30 waiting. Staff said they have no control over the website, and it is totally inaccurate. Once you are done waiting it goes fairly quickly (another 25 inside). It is just like a regular hospital ER- the exam spaces are divided only by thin curtains, and you hear everything the patient and Dr. say next to you, and they know all your business too. so... no privacy if that's what you need. Even all the check-out info including name, email, phone etc. are easy to overhear.
The Dr. part was quick, listened, not a lot of questions and to the point. I had to ask if they would call in a prescription instead of handing it to me, but they agreed.
Waiting to see how the bill compares, since this is an actual hospital ER and not an urgent care facility (Which are getting hard to find as hospitals buy everyone out)
Jill Jones
The emergency room was great and the wait was minimal. My husband was admitted. Staff on the floor is friendly, professional and prompt. However, some needed treatment was delayed. Also meals were late. I advocated for him. After talking to him later it sounded like things had improved. I hope so because I really have liked this hospital with past stays.
Ron Malunat
Very little wait and the ER was properly staffed on all levels. I had a kidney stone and not only was the staff attentive and caring but their professionalism was outstanding. The PA, technicians, clerical personnel, and nurses explained every single thing they were doing. I have had to go to the ER at other hospitals for my kidney stones and have never received this kind of experience. I would not hesitate to use this hospitals ER again.

I gave birth here two days ago, and I couldn't wait to leave my review. The nurses in delivery, post partum and everywhere in between, were nothing short of amazing. I had the most pleasant experience at this hospital. Out of my three deliveries this is by far the absolute best experience. This was my first time at this hospital, and I was very pleased with my stay. I would like to name a few of the ladies who went above and beyond for me, my husband and our baby: Kim was our overnight nurse, and she was phenomenal, along with Krystal, Blanca, Sherry, and Karen. These ladies were top notch, the most caring and supportive bunch. I am so thankful to all the staff at Henderson hospital (delivery wing) for all their support and kindness. I would recommend this hospital to all my friends and lived ones. Outmost love and respect to everyone here, thank you for all that you do!

I cannot say enough good things about this facility. The entire staff was so welcoming and hospitable ( Appropriate, yes.. ) People are generally nervous when they are in the hospital, but the Nurses and Staff and Dr. Caravella were just fantastic. I have had some questionable experiences in other hospitals around town, which makes the Henderson Hospital even more impressive. Very clean and modern and just a great overall facility. Thank you for providing a fantastic experience.

I have a hip replacement. Yesterday, I dislocated it (something I've done before). When I got to Henderson Hospital, the entire ED staff was phenomenal (including Dr. Matt)! I am completely impressed with the friendliness, good humor and overall competence and efficiency of your staff. I'd like to single out your nurse Joseph as being particularly great...
Shayna Leano
The entire staff, nurses, and doctors were very welcoming and took very good care of me and my family from the moment I walked in, to delivering my baby, during my stay, up until departure. They all made my experience at Henderson Hospital an amazing one! Special thanks to all nurses on labor and delivery. I would definitely recommend this hospital to friends and family!
Lisa Mccluan
I always have the best experience here. Whether it’s for myself or family, we always come here. Today was a semi minor issue and the nurses and staff were just the best. Made me feel comfortable. Dr Reisch was great. Explained things to me that nobody ever has been able to and I walked out feeling like I knew everything I needed to know. The worst part of my visits here is the bill I get later after my insurance company butchers it all up. I would never hesitate to send anyone here.
Marilyn Bernardo
All the staff are very nice friendly and so professionals. I already recommend this ER to
My friends. Me my husband and kids always go here! Thank you for taking care of us and all the people that are sick and needs your help. More power and stay safe💕🙏 I wold like to mention this Nurse named Thomas he works at night last Friday 02/03/23 he was so helpful and kind. Thank you!
Edward Shortsleeve
Very clean and friendly facility! While I didn’t plan on visiting I did end up here for some stitches. Everyone was very friendly from the triage nurse to the doctor who took care of me. Thank you everyone for making a bad day a little better. Shoutout to Dr John who stitched me up and made sure I was in good shape before I left. While I hope to not have to go back anytime soon if I do need quick care/ER services I will definitely go back!

My experience with Henderson Hospital from my preop testing to being admitted for my surgery was outstanding. As someone is is retired from the medical field, it’s hard to impress me but I have to say with all honesty I was very impressed. Everyone was highly organized, every transition went smoothly but it was the level of care and the sincere care that really impressed me. My thanks to all the staff for being so amazing.
perla lira
Delivered here on 5/28. Went in @ 3am and didn’t deliver until 11pm. Throughout my whole stay the nurses were amazing, every single one of them! The nurses really made my first birthing experience wonderful and it’s a memory I’ll cherish forever.

I had an ahhhmazing experience at Henderson hospital. The admitting department was efficient and informative the pre op nurse Brittany was understanding made me feel at ease and was very thorough. The surgical team was welcoming made me feel comfortable and the operating room was very sanitized and clean. The post op team were very kind and at ease . Should I ever need another hospital Henderson would be the place for me

Everyone there was so kind and patient with me during a very stressful time. From check-in to discharge, I met the best people. Dr. Herrero was succinct yet understanding of my concerns. I want to thank Grace V. for keeping me comfortable during me "wake-up" until she walked me out the door. A nice experience all around. Thank you.

This hospital provides excellent health care! All the nurses and doctors were amazing with me, they made me feel very comfortable! My surgery was very smooth and painless. They treat you with care I recommend them 100%.

I’ve been here a few times between myself and my kids and they are over the top amazing. Everyone is so nice and compassionate. The wait times are never too long and they have really cute things for your child when they’re there. Even when the world was short staffed they were quick and caring.
Highly recommend.

Under the circumstances I can in I was very open and honest with my Nurse Lindsay and my Physician Jennifer. They both were amazing and took very good care of me. Both made sure I was comfortable and didn’t judge on why I was there! Thank you Lindsay and Jennifer🖤🖤🖤 …

This Hospital is a 10! The staff are caring, kind, personal and professional. The facility reflects this also as it is clean, well kept and maintained for the safety of its patients. Thank you for taking the best care of me that you possibly could. My wife and I appreciate it.
Kristina Anne Mooney [Gibson MS]
This was as pleasant experience as is possible in an ER. The staff was friendly and efficient. I am concerned because the doctors are independant, which means they may not be covered by my insurance. Also, I asked if my prescription had to be in paper instead of called in to my pharmacy, but they didn't do it. That is difficult for me because I was not mobile and needed it delivered. Overall, however, I would recommend Henderson Hospital.
Terry Reinsager
I am a new Nevada resident and I had an outpatient surgery yesterday. From the moment I walked into Henderson Hospital thru the moment I was discharged my experience as a patient was amazing. Every caregiver I encountered provided exceptional service and made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient throughout the day. I work in the healthcare field so I'm a picky customer and I could not have been more pleased with my experience!
Gabriela Diaz
I wish I can give 10 stars.... The hospital super clean, everyone (from front desk to Doctors) very nice - my own experience. Dr Guy Torres (mega professional & courteous, caring) ... The nurses super nice, very caring. Big shout out to Sondra - Samantha - & two more in Postcare maternity dept). If I ever have to get another OP, I will never hesitate to go to this hospital. Food very nice (to be hospital food) the cafeteria very professional. My overall experience was excellent. I recommend this hospital & Dr. Guy Torres (OB-GYN)

I hate hospitals in general, but my stay was all I could hope for. The doctors were top notch and on top of my health issues. The nurses worked so hard to meet my needs and were very attentive to whatever questions or concerns I had. They always had a smile on their face dealing with this grumpy old man.

My Orthopedic Doc directed me to get a test for a blood clot immediately, which I did at Henderson Hospital ER. In about 2 1/2 hours the PA came to inform me that I did not have a clot and could leave when she returned w the discharge paperwork. My continuing Intense leg pain required medical attention and I needed to get to my primary care doc for intervention. It was a Friday afternoon, and I explained 3 x over the course of an hour that I'd appreciate being discharged and getting my paperwork so I could get to my doc before her office closed. My request was declined all 3 x. As I needed more medical care before the weekend and offices closed, after an hour of waiting I left. There was no regard for my pain or the source of it or my need to get to my own doc before her offices closed.

My whole experience from from walking in to the hospital at 5:00 a.m. till I was released. Everyone was extremely polite and did everything possible to make my surgery a complete success to taking care of me after my surgery.
Thank You Very Much

I visited the freestanding ER on St rose yesterday
The staff was wonderful. The clinic is clean and quiet.
I was so impressed. I have lived in Las Vegas since 1975 and have used more clinics then I can count! This was the best. Thank you!
Scott Petrelius
First total reverse shoulder in April and second one in August. I couldn't have asked for the procedures to go better. The Staff was unbelievable. From pre-op to occupational therapy including everyone in between. Very, very professional. The interactions that I had with each clearly emphasized their love for what they do. Something that is becoming harder and harder to find in today's society. My Thank You for a truly remarkable experience.

I went into the ER at Centennial and St Rose. I was treated with kindness and respect from the time I was greeted, and processed into the patient area. The Dr came in she was professional and caring . Every nurse was efficient and kind. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is I’ll or injured.
Sandra Kramer
I fell in the parking lot at home. I was put in the hallway as they were busy. My nurse, Precious was great, and my radiologist was so tall and handsome. The doctor spent 30 seconds with me and said I can tell by your shirt that you animals. Well, yes I do, but what about the blood on my toes? They said my ankle was sprained and sent me on my way. No ace wrap, no crutches, nothing.
JCTNACSJB Vaughn
The first nurse, Chad, was amazing. Everything you want an ER nurse to be. However, at 7:00 pm, the shift changed and the ER became a ghost town. There was no warning of the shift change, it just happened and everything went silent for 45 minutes until we flagged down our nurse who was walking by. I overheard the attending doctor explaining to another patient that he was the only doctor on duty and that’s why things were slow. The waiting room was over run with people. How is one doctor expected to take care of all those people?
Holly Gramling
My first experience with the ER was not very good at all so I was a bit nervous to go back to this hospital for my surgery. However, the experience was great. All the nurses were so nice and competent, they asked lots of questions and listened to feedback. Best of all I warm! Haha! I am always freezing in hospitals but there Beir Hug gowns were amazing! Surgery went well.
Leslie Walker
I'm still here this visit!! My E.R. nurse is Erica and she is GREAT!! I'm just waiting for a bed upstairs and while I have been waiting, I have not wanted for anything. She is SUPER swamped too, but ALWAYS takes the time to tell anyone, that she will be right with them and she is. Nurses like her make all the difference in one's already miserable situation. I would DEFINITELY recommend THIS hospital over ALL others in Clark County!!
5 STAR❣❣

From beginning to release the care provided by the staff at Henderson Hospital was outstanding. I was particularly impressed by how the staff seemed to work together and coordinated information. There never was a time I didn't know what was going on or couldn't get questions addressed
Bonnie Russell
Top notch facility with top notch care givers! Sparkling clean. Efficient, organized and attention to details. They made my procedure as easy as possible, explaining everything so I understood what was taking place. Thanks to everyone there that took excellent care of me and kept my spouse apprised of my procedure.

I was transported to Henderson Hospital by the Henderson Fire Dept Ambulance for excruciating back pain, torn back muscle, these men were fantastic care givers.
They handled me off to Henderson Hospital Staff, my nurse, Nurse Rachel , just like her Biblical name implies , was gentle, caring , thoughtful and professional in treating my back and pain, how soothing my back became in her medically qualified hands. My Doctor, Dr.Olivieri had a CT scan ordered for me, Nicki and Vanessa saw me through that procedure, thoroughly and quickly and Dr.Olivieri gave me post op instructions to follow up with my primary care Dr. Overall the staff was thorough, kind and professional. I like this Hospital. Definitely 5 star Hospital !
Rebecca Brown
From beginning to end, all staff was very professional and welcoming. This was my 2nd time here and both were outstanding visits especially when having surgery. I felt at ease and in the care of great people. RN Shannon in pre-op rocked!
Alexa Bautista
Amazing staff,, made me feel welcomed and relaxed.. From entering the two ladies where super cute and nice,, loved them..
the Nurses as well,, very sweet and took good care of me...
Dr. DUFFY and the anesthesiologist did an amazing surgery for me...
Cassandra Reyes
I gave birth here not too long ago everything was wonderful with service and being taken care of after birth and during labor with one exception. My epidural failed me and I was told that I had a tolerance when in fact I have no built tolerance to an epidural or any anesthetic for that matter. The lidocaine did more to numb than the epidural did. The anesthesiologist didn’t try to redo the cannula either he just kept adjusting it by pulling it out a little or just trying to give me more anesthetic. When I said it didn’t work they didn’t even bother redoing it. By that time they already gave synthetic oxytocin and I ended up giving birth without an effective epi.
I also had hernia surgery almost two months later and everything went well there. Considering my recent experience with epidural I was nervous. Felt relieved knowing I didn’t get the same anesthesiologist. No issues with general anesthetic. I did however have an issue with arrival time. The hospital at no point in time told me my arrival time changed. I ended up showing 3 hrs early to find out I didn’t need to be there until 930 when my cellphone finally pushed the message I got last night through the next day. The hospital staff still could have said something to me.
Overall though, this is a great hospital to be cared for. The nurses are wonderful as are the doctors I work with, with the anesthesiologist during my birth being the exception. I am going to ask my insurance to make it so my claim doesn’t go through for that part because it didn’t even do what it was supposed to do, why should I pay? Or do I go through that anesthesiologists practice to not pay that bill?

The Henderson hospital has been the BEST hospital I’ve been too in ALL of Las Vegas. It’s very clean and sterile on the inside, the staff is really really nice and they are very attentive to your needs. They made me feel good and comfortable even before I was treated. The service is excellent, fast, and I wouldn’t put my life in anyone else’s hands but them. You may be feeling unwell and down at the moment, but when you enter the Henderson hospital, you’re assisted with lots of smiles and great care. My RN this day was NOELIA but I was also assisted by so many other great people like ASHLEY and many more. I hope this review helps anyone and stay safe everyone. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great hospital, staff is very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. 3 or 4 stays here for surgeries or illness. Always top notch. The food this trip is horrible, I mean terrible. Yep dry cold chicken strips, cold carrots, as in raw, nothing with them and 4 oz fruit bowl. No milk, no soda, nothing. Previous stays the food was really good. Got to get food situation repaired. I Went walking to find snack food or something to buy. They security guards to get me, no food anywhere Dinner was nearly uneatable. 4 armed Security just walked by my door with a gurney, the linen covering was pulled up. I think they shot my neighbor that was wandering scavenging for eatable sustenance and returned the body to his room. Ok the last part I was joking; the were only 2 guards with the gurney. LOL. This really is an excellent hospital. (Fix the food situation).

So professional and kind. Clean. I was recently at a different hospital with my son and the staff was just rude and it was dirty. Fnuut thing is I used to love that hospital because both of my kids were born there. From now on I will choose and refer everyone to Henderson. I was scared because I had never felt the way I was, but all the nurses made me feel comfortable. Thank you!!
Sirebriana
This is by far the best hospital stay. I was having my child and also going through an adoption process. They accommodated a room for both me and the adoptive mother so we were able to both enjoy the days with the baby and bonding.

Out-of-towner here. I was in Vegas for a conference when my knee suddenly became very swollen, which led to my ankles and leg from the knee down becoming swollen. My colleagues urged me to go to the ER to rule out blood clotting, but the thought of going to the ER scared me more than what was going on with my knee. But, I went to Henderson's ER. There, despite it being busy, I was seen for vitals within 10 minutes of my arrival. Within 20 minutes I was evaluated by a very nice physicians assistant. She ordered an x-ray and ultrasound of my leg to rule out any broken bones or blood clotting. Within 60 minutes (of arrival) both the x-ray and ultrasound were complete. It took about another hour to get the results and a diagnosis, but they found I have bursitis in my knee and the best course of action is to follow up with a surgeon. Within 2 hours, I was able to get the peace-of-mind that I wasn't experiencing clotting and that my leg swelling was due to a minor injury in my knee. I was very happy with the service that was provided, and all of the staff were very kind and professional.

Two days ago I had a scheduled c-section here and I had a wonderful birth experience at this hospital! Everyone was so kind, caring and really felt like my health and my baby’s health was taken seriously. Of course I had a lot of nerves going into the OR but I was quickly surprised it was not as bad as I thought. I like how new this hospital is and how patient their doctors, nurses and staff members are! I really like the measures they take for security in and out of there too and they keep your newborn with you:)

Minimal wait time with rapid focused care to alleviate my husband’s extreme pain from bowel obstruction. All were professional and kind. Efficient placing IV, obtaining blood and X-ray, and administering medication. The ER physician orchestrating it all is marvelous and empathetic.

Im a nurse, all i can say is Excellent service. The Doctor, Nurses, CNA, the whole staffed is very helpful and knowledgeable especially for the first time patient. The Hospital is super clean and very well equipped. I'm so glad that I stayed here and got my surgery here. Thank you.

We reached the Emergency Room on Sunday, 9/25 at about 1:30 pm. We left at 4:30 (much better than spending 6 hrs at St.Rose Siena ER) It took just about 5 minutes after arrival to see a triage nurse who took vitals. Then we saw a doctor who arranged for an x-ray of my hand. There was a 30 minute wait to get results. A doctot explained the results and gave us directions of how to treat it at home. I was fitted with an arm brace which relieved the pain I was having and I received papers which described the problem and referred me to another doctor. I felt as if I were in good hands and getting the best ER procedures. I also felt that I was treated with respect and caring.

I was admitted to Henderson hospital the last weekend of June and stayed until the end of the first week of July and in order for me to be able to go home I had to have a pick line put in my arm so a home health nurse could come everyday and give me my antibiotics for six weeks…. I was scared when I got to the hospital but right away everyone made me feel safe and when I got admitted and to my room I was grateful I had a room of my own and my daughter Nancy was by side and drs CNAs nurses treated me with respect and kindness and and answered all my questions honestly I don’t remember all their names but they’ll remember me cause I have blue hair…. I will always recommend Henderson hospital.my name is Carol Burroughs

The ER at Green Valley did a terrific job helping me through a painful situation. I literally walked right in and they immediately got me to an examine room. The diagnosis was done within 5 minutes and the treatment was actually completed before registration was completed! Given the level of discomfort I was experiencing, I was quite pleased that medical treatment came first. Highly recommend GV ER when the unfortunate situation arises that you require ER medical help.

The whole Nursing staff and Administrators were great. The Drs were thorough. Despite staff shortage with Nutrition, the food was great. Really enjoyed the overnighg stay while recovering from a Right Hip Full Replacement. The bed was comfortable and Nurses were friendly. PT and OT were nice and understanding. Overall, one of the best Hospitals I stayed at in all my many hospital stays.

Sent here to ER for admittance by my cardiologist with end goal of angiogram the next day. He had called ahead. After various tests I was stuck in a recliner chair in a hallway, busy rooms all around me. (I heard more than I wanted to). One nurse took pity on me (after being there several hours) put me in an exam room and brought me a turkey sandwich she found somewhere. Got to an ER curtained room. Then moved to another similar room, but right across from nurses station. No more food offered; my food cut off was supposed to be midnight. A loud and sleepless night. No food or drink. By 10:00 AM was told no way to fit me in cath lab. No breakfast provided. Wife brought me food and drink at 1100. Staff were all very nice and accommodating when possible. But, communication between sections wasn’t the best. I could hear the night nurses laughing and talking all night. Glad they enjoyed their jobs, they are angels but I wished they used restraint.

As always the staff was amazing. A little sad with the wait time as I know it was busy but being left in waiting room in a chair for 4 hours with no pain meds with a possible broken hip was very in comfortable.
When finally get the meds it’s in pill form so meds didn’t start kicking in until I was almost ready to go home. I get was busy but when someone asks for help getting into the ER and is left standing outside for 20 min waiting for help it kinda sucks.
Other then that those that I did see were very nice and professional

I had to go twice in one day. And this is my third visit to this ER the set up is not the best. 1 check in person all day. Then you get called back in sections. Vitals , then lobby, see dr to explain, back to lobby, labs , back to lobby for who knows how long, finally you get a private room if your lucky or stuck in a chair in a hallway which is terrible exposed to anyone and everyone. Both times took 6 hours from start to finish. The check in and registration could be kinder I witnessed them snapping and getting smart with patients multiple times. I understand these patients had no patience but have a little professionalism.

I don't trust this facility as much as I want to. Patients with reproductive system pain are treated as if we're just complaining and given Tylenol or Advil treatments. If OTC treatments were working, I wouldn't be here! Instead of trying to help find a cause to the pain I've been experiencing for 3 weeks I was given two Tylenol and sent home even though it's obvious I'm in a lot of pain and it isn't helping. The individual in the curtain room next to mine was screaming and crying in pain over the same diagnosis and they sent her home without better treatment as well. Just because there isn't enough research doesn't mean we aren't in pain. Take women's pain more seriously, we are honest in the ER about this pain but treated like we could take an OTC treatment and be fine. It's sexism/inexperience/unempathetic.
The staff was amazing either way but ineffective treatments do nothing for the patient and only cause distrust in the healthcare community.
On the other side, I was offered Hydrocodone and Morphine for an issue that didn't hurt even HALF as bad as this one at this same hospital. So what's the issue here?
I also think it's interesting that instead of a survey to make them aware of this problem, ITS A GOOGLE REVIEW LINK. Seriously?

All the staff was friendly and helpful. They took great care of me. My anesthesia Doctor thanked me for choosing to come to this hospital, I said it’s been an excellent experience.
Donna Mosser
From pre-registration to discharge my experience was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and very much wanted to make sure I was comfortable. From Bre in pre-op to PACU nurses I was treated with respect. My floor nurses were great and I can only remember a few of them Marna, MaryAnn and especially Tashi he was my favorite. He was so willing to make sure I was comfortable and making sure I had anything I wanted, thank you for the sprites. The only thing I regret is not being able to say thank you to him and good bye, so if someone could pass that along, I would greatly appreciate it. Dr Jenson was great and made sure my meds were given to me on time and that I had no problems, thank you Dr Jenson. I just want to say thank you to the entire staff for my awesome time in your amazing hospital. Sincerely and God Bless all of you,
Donna Mosser

Highly professional and attentive team. I received a call from them one day before my procedure and the nurse went over my medication and medical history. It was well worth the drive from Centennial Hills.

After a visit to St. Rose in warm springs telling me nothing is wrong and being sent home I went to the ER at this hospital.
Night and day difference! The nurses and staff actually answered and assisted the patience rather than sitting at the station complaining about them. The doctors ran all sorts of tests in an effort to find the health issue and gave back the results rather than saying they ran a test and when questioned “ Oh I guess I forgot.”
I cannot praise the healing hands that I was as blessed to be touched by enough at this facility.
They even let my partner stay with me passed hours because we had not scene one another in a couple months. I slept the time he was as there but knowing the kindness and compassion that they allowed him to sit with me means the world!
And for the record I had pneumonia!
Again I cannot praise the staff enough at Henderson Hospital!

The morning after thanksgiving my wife took me into the emergency department because I was in excruciating back/hip pain from sciatica. I couldn’t stand or walk on my own when I came in. During my visit my PA (Bre) and my Nurse (David the new guy) really took care of me. I left walking with a walker (31 going on 91 lol), and my pain level was manageable. I felt seen and heard for the first time in an emergency department. What a remarkable experience.
Yvette Martinez
Majority of the staff was wonderful. The front desk was dismissive and unfazed by issues that were brought up by patients. The surgeons, doctors, and nurses up top and in the ER were very kind and patient. Thank you all for your help during an unexpected surgery.
Matthew Seaman
They did a great job of getting me in and out of there. My ankle was swollen up from when I rolled it. I was afraid I broke it because I couldn’t walk on it. They godly me in and out of there in about 2 1/2 hours with x rays. I did think it was funny that they gave me ibuprofen and ice for the pain whice I could do at home for $1 but I’m sure my insurance will be charged $200. They said they couldn’t see a break but could have missed it because of swelling which does happen but I wish they would have reviewed the X-rays with me. Everyone was very nice and helpful but couldn’t give 5 stars because they didn’t review the x rays or offer to give them to me.
Deb DeBray
Went to ER and they decided to admit me for testing. All staff was greatly informative. Stay was 2 nights and rooms were large, private, and nice very quiet. Food was good. Would recommend.
Paula Lobato
The nurses were very helpful and professional. The minute I checked in and my medical problem was taken care of. Discharge papers were explained properly. I highly recommend Henderson Hospital Emergency Room and will go back for all my emergency care.
Ronald Smith
Super easy to check in. Open 24 hours and I went there late at night and there was absolutely no waiting. My only small complaint was that it was so cold that I had to have warm blankets sitting in the waiting room. I went out to my car since I wasn't the patient I was the driver and had the heater on several times waiting for the patient to finish his tests.
Kathy Castro
I’m thankful to all the nurses and the RNs that helped me get through my surgery because they made me feel safe an secure that I would come out ok since this was my first ever surgery you can imagine how scary that is an how bad I was crying an very anxious Thank you for taking amazing care of me and helping get through it you guys are the real mvp I’m forever grateful and thankful. Did an amazing job as well all the dr.s involved with checking on me as an getting me through my surgery as well thank you for saving me an being so kind as well.
Marie Hernandez
The staff was very respectful and polite. It appeared they are understaffed so it was hard to get help even to use the restroom when I needed to go. Overall, a good experience I suppose considering no one wants to be in the hospital.
Chassidy Sanchez
This is the best hospital I’ve ever been to. Everyone was super friendly and informative. I felt comfortable and cared for the whole time I was there. I felt like the staff was empathetic towards everyone in their time of need.
The Beacon Center
This was the 2nd time I have been to this hospital for same day surgery and the staff there is amazing! At no time did I ever feel uncomfortable or uninformed. Every single person I encountered was professions, caring, and compassionate.
Martha Martin
I had elective surgery and the whole process was so easy. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from check-in to pre-op nurse to anesthesiologist to CRNA to OR nurse to post-op/recovery nurse to discharge. Special shout out to post-op nurse Jenny, CRNA Eric, and my amazing doctor Dr. Arshia Rassi for being absolutely AMAZING! Henderson Hospital really was a great facility to have surgery and be well taken care of.
Josh Nichols
This place is declining to the jaded corporate system. They leave you in the er lobby for hours,it's busy, ok fine. You get seen by a nurse and have tests done. It's time to be admitted. That was from 1:30 pm till 7:30 and that's all that happened. Once I was placed in a bed i was forgotten even had one nurse inform me she was told there was no patient in my room. Even after crying out in pain and calling out loud for help cause they didn't give me a call button i was left in this room without receiving any meds or even an IV at this point here it is almost 9 and I'm still not hooked up to anything and the nurse Jesse blames it on the fact i was admitted from the lobby. Jesse is my nurse and who claims to put me in this room in the computer yet she states there is no file. Smh? Im not that stupid. I was ready to rip out the IV stent they put in to take blood and leave. Thankfully a nurse named Rebecca came to my rescue helped give me a pillow lowered the bed down to a much more comfortable position then she came back to check on me to make sure I was ok. It was so upsetting to feel like just a spot in a room. What happened to the care part of healthcare? Thankfully there's some like her that still help us to feel cared for and important. I will die before I ever come back here again. Thank you so much Rebecca for seeing me and making me feel seen.

I have just recently been a patient at Henderson hospital and I was very impressed with my care and the staff! I came from the Urgent care facility as an emergency situation and was promptly taken care of and my family was taken care of, too. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. Thanks so much.
Vanessa Ramirez
Highly recommend this hospital! Especially, if you’re going into labor and delivery. The whole staff was very helpful and they take great care of you throughout everything! I’m so glad I had my first baby here. Very thankful for everyone.
Elyse C
The hospital service is amazing! But the billing is a disaster and borders on ridiculous. They “put things on a payment plan” but still send it to collections and just say they never spoke to you to set it up and we called four different times to fix the problem. Also The bills came in reverse order of the service dates over a year later and it’s just overall Very annoying.
Wilbert Edwards
Very friendly and attentive, careing, precise.Very clean and responsible for each patient comfort.Talkative to put your mind at ease knowing your are in the best of care congratulation to my nurse for her new soon to be born baby girl 👶. …
Thomas Rynarzewski
Unfortunately I've been to Henderson hospital quite often but have only had one unpleasant experience... 99.9% of the staff are freaking amazing, the facilities are kept clean, and they genuinely seem to care about making you feel better
Shandry Lozano
Henderson Hospital took very good care of me during my outpatient surgery. The RN’s were very knowledgeable and nice. The surgeons were exceptional.
#CLOSÑIERO Pad (MoReNiTo)
Came here with a bleeding nose and was treated quickly and very courteous upon entering was greeted and directed by the security guard and offered a mask for safety, but I had my nose covered, in blood so just got fresh tissue.. when in and out in about 30 minutes.
Ryan Woodward
I was met at the door as soon as I walked in and was directed exactly where to go. I had out patient surgery, and the entire time I was there I had someone assist me along. All care was top notch. Though I hope not to visit regularly ;), I wouldn’t hesitate to receive care at Henderson Hospital again.
Neil Gonzalez
Other than the Nice and Tasty Hot Food could have been: WARM.
(Mostly Cold Food, which I ate; because, I did'n't starve on bland food.... it was all Tasty Food.)
Everything else was thoroughly good and everyone was polite.
So, I left there feeling Well and Healthier.
Ok and Thank You from Neil Gonzalez.
Alan “GranT” Hawkins
Not as happy as the other times I've been. Seems like maybe policy? Recently became homeless. Major depression. Definitely treated differently. But there is a difference between a UTI, and cancer. Otherwise HH is my favorite hospital I've been in, except Shriners in Portland. Those guys are Saints. I'll change it to 4. I like you guys.
Kaselehlia Heath
Most of the staff that I worked with were fantastic! However, the hospital was so busy that I stayed in the ER for 36 hours before a bed was ready for me in the hospital! The wait time is completely unacceptable!
Cheryl Joyce
The experience was fair. The nurse Tawny was amazing and is the reason for the 4 stars. The rooms were small, the bed was horrible and kept you up all night. Would not recommend!
Shelley Thrower
Dealing with people that are not feeling well we tend to be irritable but the staff was always nice and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better Dr , DrJordan or a hospital that is clean and state of the art.
Lennette Smith
I wasn't sure that my nurses knew what they were doing. Well my day nurse Olivia kept forgetting my meds and she forgot to order necessary meds for my MRI. I had to be rescheduled for MRI. Please hire her some help she's overwhelmed. My night nurse Jae was on time with meds and answering questions.
Alison Wilson
Dr Ricker and his wonderful nursing staff attending staff and anesthesiologist were right on top of everything from the moment I walked into the center until I left. I can't thank everyone enough for their assistance and caring.
Barbara Bradwell
what an amazing facility. Everyone is kind and caring. On the 3rd floor with the best. Hip replacement on Friday. Went home Saturday Can't say enough about staff. Highly recommended.

I had to have my gallbladder removed and spent a couple of days here. The hospital is very nice and everyone I came into contact with was great. This made a unpleasant situation much better.

Always helpful and courteous. And room service? No really! 3 times a day-full menu! Make sure you ask for condiments. Tell 'em Mr Alan sent you!!
Colleen Schoenlein
I love this hospital, at least the maternity area. They took care of me immediately and explained my discharge papers very well. So glad my daughter will be born here!

Great place to have a baby! Labor and Delivery staff are phenomenal and the NICU is absolutely amazing. Your babies are in good hands here.
Marcel Stratton
Everyone (especially my check in nurse Britney)
I had contact with was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. They made a not so pleasant situation as good as it gets.
Mariano Pablico
I was really impressed on the professionalism of the everyone working at the emergency dept. from getting my insurance info, being seen by the Dr. to address my health issue. thank you very much.
JIM CAREY
The nurses and support staff were fantastic. It was extremely busy so things took a very long time to come to fruition, but the staff made sure I was taken care of.
Murphy Abbasian
Good service and clean environment
Wish they provide water bottles or juices
Cuz they take 5 tube blood I was almost dying
Deedee Macknight
Arrived in the ER around 2:30 am. Everyone was friendly. I was seen and cared for in a timely manner. Was discharged around 6 am. Not a bad experience
Julie Crouch
I have grown up in Vegas, but I have also lived in New York, Texas, New Mexico, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and California. Of all the places I have been and been to the hospital, Henderson Hospital is the best one I have ever been in!!
Bruce Chatterton
Had an emergency and had to go to the ER at Henderson Hospital. I was seen almost immediately and was greeted by friendly and caring staff. Was very impressed.

emmanuel umunnakwe
Great nursing staff. Detailed and prompt in answering all my questions and handling my concerns. The doctor was Great and attentive
Julie Roberts
Very clean, organized, friendly ,and caring staff. From the main entrance to the recovery. The entire hospital staff was amazing.

My first time experience with Henderson Hospital was great. From the ER at Green Valley Ranch, I did not wait to be seen by the nurse or the doctor. The ER staff were all very professional, caring and compassionate. The labs and diagnostics were taken as soon as the doctor ordered them. The diagnosis was fast and accurate, the doctor took the time to explain the diagnosis the transfer from the ER to the Hospital was also fast and seamless. Every staff that my husband and I met were all very professional and compassionate.
At the hospital, the staff were all the same caring and compassionate individuals. The attending doctor took his time to explain my situation and the surgical team visited twice a day to monitor my condition. The best part is that the Doctors took the time to listen to the patient and give their honest recommendations. My husband and I are both registered nurses and this is the first time we had experience the excellent treatment from everyone in a hospital. Our warmest and sincere thanks to everyone.
JoAnn Hoffman
The hospital is very clean with very comfortable beds and quiet rooms! The window shades bring very little light in which to sleep both night and day! The nursing staff is exemplary, cordial, patient and attentive to your needs! They arrive within 30 seconds to a minute when you request their help! The physician on staff takes time to explain your test results, treatment and always asks if you have any questions. Everyone seems happy to work there! Only downfall is the food could be hotter but trying to feed hundreds of patients of a task in itself! I will always go to this hospital if ever needed again
Cassidey Rawlins
I unfortunately had to spend 6 days in the labor and delivery unit. But all of my nurses were absolutely amazing! They all went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. During my stay I received care from over 15 nurses and I don’t have a single one to complain about. I was extremely impressed with the care I received. The high risk team was also fantastic and put me at such ease!
Melonie Purcell
Other than the emergency that brought me there, this was an amazing experience. The hospital was clean and roomy. Folks were not parked in the hallways like other hospitals. The rooms were single occupancy. The bed was super comfortable, which was great because I was stuck on my back for two days. But the best part was the staff. From the intake nurses, through the pre-op folks, into the OR and for the follow up stay, the nursing staff was amazing. They were kind, efficient, responsive, understanding and professional. I am thankful for them and for making the choice to have my procedure done at Henderson Hospital.
Heather Buchanan
I stayed at this hospital for 4 days. The doctors and nurses that cared for me were all fantastic. I was very well taken care of. The doctors, nurses, CNA's, and radiology techs did a great job answering my questions. The food was decent. I really liked that I got a menu and could order what I wanted to eat. My room was very spacious. Overall I would highly recommend this hospital.
Brian Scott [Cortney JHS]
I was in a lot of pain when I got to the Emergency Room, and was more than a little scared. Right away, I was seen by caring, knowledgable professionals who treated me with skill and compassion.
In the Emergency Room, Edwin kept an eye on me, letting me know what was happening, and making sure I was as comfortable as possible.
As soon as I was admitted, the outstanding team of nurses let me know that they were going to take care of me. I always felt like I was in the best possible environment for my recovery.
The surgical team, led by Dr. Swenson, kept me informed on my procedure, before and after. The team showed their skill and compassion to me whenever I met with them.
Going into the hospital is not exactly a pleasure, but I honestly felt surrounded by caring professionals.
Laura Jeffreys
My Father was admitted to the Hospital over Easter weekend. I was very pleased with the nursing staff and the care he received while there. The kindness, patience and compassion shown at this facility was amazing. The cleanliness and careful attention given to this hospital to provide a safe and sanitary environment was outstanding. Thank you for taking care of my Dad.
Sherry Mccracklin
In March 2022 I was scheduled to have two surgeries at Henderson Hospital. On March 9th and on March 30. The hospital is nice and the nurses and doctors are extremely pleasant. After each of my surgeries the nurses took exceptional care of me. I was in a lot of pain after each surgery and the nurses sat by my said for hours while I was in recovery. Hospital is extremely clean and well organized. Gets 5 stars from me.
Tina Aguiar
The care I was given in out patient surgery was excellent. I would recommend this hospital. The nursing staff is exceptional 💜 …
Jennifer MOORE
The nursing staff were awesome. The hospital itself is very clean and spacious. I could always find someone to answer my questions. I can't thank them enough for the excellent care they provided to my mother.
Ronald Wyman
The Welcome greeting at Henderson Hospital and initial check in was very smooth. The Pre-op staff for my total hip replacement went very well. All were friendly, informative and professional. The hospital OR staff was very pleasant and relaxing.. Everything was explained and there was no surprises. The Anesthesiology staff were thorough in their review of my medical history and what type of Anesthesia procedures being used for my particular surgery. My surgeon, Dr. Baldauf and his surgical team from Desert Orthopaedic Center once again were outstanding as usual. I have always had a very pleasant experiences at Henderson Hospital. Post -Op staff, the nursing and the PT staff on the Orthopaedic floor for my overnight stay were also very professional, caring and never rushed me in anyway. The food menu had plenty of choices but it can take up to 90 minutes to get your meal delivered after it was ordered. My meals choices came exactly as ordered. I cannot find anything negative to say about my recent stay at Henderson Hospital. My experiences there (and I have had several in the past few years) have always been very pleasant for the most part. I would have no hesitation in recommending Henderson Hospital to my family and friends. A big THANK YOU to all involved.
Space Pope
I went in this past Wednesday to the ER and they were all very helpful and courteous with me. I could tell they wanted to attend to everyone as fast as possible. I didn't wait much to see the doctor and for them to tell me I had to get X-Rays and for me to get said X-Rays. This all happened in less than an hour and a half. I am very glad and grateful that they accepted my Medicaid insurance. I hope that never changes.
Stephanie Jurusz
Wonderful nursing care! Loved having a private room. Doctors were able to spend time with me and included me in the care plan. Would definitely refer others and would return to this hospital if needed. The only negative is food service/delivery. Wait time was over 2 hours and I'm not sure the order system helps get patients what they want. My husband brought food daily for me.
JT
Spent 9 hours in the ER waiting room 05/27/2022. I think they forgot about us. Many people showed up after us and left before us. Got us back right away, initially, because of chest/heart issues, which is commendable, but then the forever wait began. Got here at 9pm, left just before 6am. Pure torture!
One of the intake nurses kept making a huge blood mess while removing IVs at the front.
Lobby was filthy and basically unstaffed after midnight or so. The place was almost empty after about 2am and we still got no private room. Just tested and briefed in the waiting room.
The security guard was super cool and kept us well entertained while we waited.
The nursing/tech staff and PA were super nice, so 3 stars instead of 0.
Jennifer Hiler
The nurses and doctors at Henderson Hospital ER were very kind and thorough while I was there. You can see how busy they are, but each person who performed a test on me took the time to ask how I was doing and explain things clearly. I’m sure many patients are in pain and are unkind due to their pain, but I wanted to thank them for the best experience and laughter when I needed it. Keep up the wonderful work Henderson Hospital ER!
Charlie Larmony
I was amazed at the fantastic and professionalism of the entire team. Doctor Reisch made me feel very confident in his care. I have never been to your facility before but it is magnificent. There was absolutely no waiting time and multiple test were performed in my room. Thanks to all the team members that took care of me.
Linzie Catanach
Amy, the nurse in PreOp was incredible. She was patient, sweet, and kind overall. She answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable. After surgery I do wish I would have gotten a bit more information from the nurse about my procedure, such as having a Catheter, this would have been less of a scare when I got home. Overall, wonderful experience and kinda and friendly staff
James Brophy
Impressed with the speed and efficiency with which I was seen in the Emergency Room. Could not be more pleased with the medical care that I received over 3 and a half days. I was kept informed about every thing and was discharged after a speedy discovery. I loved the way Room Service made it easy for me to order my meals a la carte, and the food was delicious. Henderson Hospital is my new go to Hospital.
Felix Lenox
Last week I was experiencing symptoms of a possible heart attack & went to the ER of Henderson Hospital. I was admitted & had to spend the night to have some heart stress tests taken. Luckily for me it was just a B/P spike & all tests came back good which was a relief. While I was there I was treated with the utmost courtesy & professionalism by all of the staff. They kept me informed at all times of what was being done, what the various tests were for, & what to expect next. I was treated properly & released the following day. Not that I recommend visiting hospitals but if you need one the one to go to is this one! My sincere thanks to all of their great staff of employees from check in to check out.
Patricia Smith
I had an appointment recently at Henderson Hospital for an outpatient procedure; it was my first visit to this facility. The hospital was clean and there was adequate seating while waiting to be called. The nursing staff were professional, efficient, thorough, polite and made me feel welcomed and at ease immediately. The anesthesiologist was professional and explained all details thoroughly and were easily understood. I would recommend Dr. Saud to anyone who needs an excellent Gastroenterologist. His bedside manner puts you immediately at ease and he encourages you to ask questions. His responses are professional, but easily understood.
Debbie Shinpaugh
I went to Henderson Hospital for a scheduled surgery. This was my first time experiencing any hospital as a patient and I can’t say enough kind words to express my gratitude. The doctors and nurses in the surgical center were outstanding. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but due to the fact I was so nervous I can’t remember a single one. All I know is that I was well taken care of and everyone went above and beyond to try to ease my fears. After surgery the recovery team did a superb job. Upstairs my team was fantastic. Shout outs to Chris and Jun. They are absolutely the best. Along with Grace in occupational therapy and Tyler in physical therapy I was so impressed. Thank you all so much. You made my day so much easier.
April Bearden
This was my first Emergency trip to the hospital. The staff, doctor, nurse’s and OB were Excellent! I had a horrible accident and needed to be stitched up in a very sensitive area. The only bad part about the visit was the kid that put my IV in. Obviously in training. I have always been pretty easy to stick. I didn’t watch while he was doing it but it hurt more than usual as he was digging trying to get the vein. Here it is 3 days later and I have the biggest purple bruise where my IV was Ever! My arm wasn’t even this bad after doing a 3 hr diabetes test. When they draw blood total of 4 times in same spot.

I was a first time patient at the emergency room yesterday. I went in thinking that I had a bladder infection. After a urine test said I didn't have one the doctor after stomach palpitations thought I might have something wrong with my appendix, so he ordered a Cat Scan with die. When the results came back it was shown not to be the case. He sent me home relieved and thankful that it was nothing serious. I will definitely go back there and only there from now on. Everybody went out of their way to make you comfortable. I will never go to another hospital again.
Deanne Cassino
I realize they were busy while I was there, and almost every thing was fine. Both my Dr and Nurse were great at keeping me updated with what was going on. It was when it came to the treatment that there was an issue they sent a tech over to clean my wound and put a boot on my sprained ankle. He did not even bother to clean the wound or the blood that was all over my foot. I had put a piece of gauze on my toe 3 hours earlier at home, all he did was keep that gauze on and wrap tape around it the put the boot on my still bloody foot. By the time I got home the stellar work he had done had fallen off and I bleed all over the inside of the boot. Not acceptable, especially since I'm sure they will charge me for it being cleaned. Poor service such as that makes me think twice about using that hospital again.

I gave birth this week at Henderson Hospital and I must say I had the most amazing experience yet. From start to finish of my stay, I was treated wonderfully by all medical staff. I wish I could name them all but if Henderson Hospital is able to send my thank you to everyone I would really appreciate it (if by my name your able to see everyone he treated me).
Would absolutely recommend anyone who’s giving birth or planning to be treated to go
To Henderson Hospital.
Nyresha Bender
The staff was nice but I don't feel all my issues were addressed. They basically said I was sick but didn't have the testing available to get exact details and I would have go to another hospital if I wanted that done. Then I was given my discharge medication outside in the lobby which I thought was werid. And the discharge Papers stated to come back for signs that I came in with , also had a whole diagram to watch out for swollen tonsils which if that was the doctor was looking for I would've told her they were removed years ago they did all this testing to rack up a bill before actually speaking with me to get the whole story. They were nice but I'd never return.
Lynn Green
I ended up in the ER via an urgent care due to an infection that was much worse than I thought. If ever there was a perfect experience in an ER, this was it. I was in and out much faster than I expected, the staff was so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. It seemed everyone was being tended to swiftly and efficiently. I realize my wait could be longer at any given time but this ER has people who cared about the patients.
Laura McCue
I cannot count the amount of times Henderson Hospital has saved my husband's life. Four years ago my husband suffered a life threatening infection and sepsis and partial organ failure after a spinal surgery at another hospital. After this it has been a long road to recovery. We had to go back a few times to save his life over the span of two years. The staff here is incredible compassionate and determined. We have gone back in every emergency nessasery for our family. We refuse to go elsewhere. Thank you Henderson hospital.

Our visit was quicker than we expected. They were quick to check us in and go to triage. The facility was clean and all the staff were kind and seemed like they really cared about patients. We needed a few more services than I knew an urgent care could provide and didn't want to go to a full hospital ER. They were able to accommodate what we needed to rule out any major issues, which was exactly what we wanted in the first place. We would probably go there again if we needed services a little more in depth instead of urgent care.

My review is for the Labor and Delivery department at Henderson Hospital. This was my first child and the entire experience was overwhelming but I have to say my entire experience with Henderson hospital and their staff was amazing! Myself and my husband took some childcare/birthing classes there and from then we knew this was where we wanted to deliver; the staff was amazing and incredibly informative and educated. The facility is new and clean and very welcoming.
The day of delivery was unexpected and we went into L&D triage with some concerns. Every staff member we came in contact with from triage to being admitted and induced to having to have an unexpected c-section was amazing. The night RN, Jaime, was incredible and I’m truly not sure I could have gotten through the journey as successfully as I did without her. She was calm, educated and communicated so well with us the entire time. She put me as much at ease as possible with the given situation and I was comforted having her around and with me in the OR. The next night after I delivered, she came to check on us even though she wasn’t our nurse at the time. She’s a true asset to this hospital. The other person that made my experience amazing was the anesthesiologist. I don’t remember his name…he was a younger man and wow, he was next to me the whole time in the OR and walked me through everything that was happening. He kept me warm with blankets and comforted me through the scary process.
Again, every single person we came across over the days we were at Henderson hospital were absolutely INCREDIBLE and far exceeded our expectations but these two individuals are truly special people and are blessings to healthcare. I have worked in the healthcare field for almost 15 years and being the patient for a change gave me a different perspective; so thankful we chose Henderson hospital.

I went around 12:45 yesterday and left around 5pm which is not to bad I've waited longer for a hospital visit. Everyone was super friendly super nice. Specifically this small blonde nurse or MA who discharged me. I was having a threatened miscarriage and although all the staff was nice to me, she was very emphatic and genuine and honestly cheered me up. I am super grateful for her.
Irene LoMastro
I just want to start by saying the nursing staff at Henderson Hospital's Labor and Delivery is absolutely wonderful! They made the experience comforting. They helped when I needed it, answered any questions I had, made sure I was comfortable and when it came time to push, Sandra was cheering me on, pushing me to push by giving me very positive cheering and words of encouragement. She held my hand through some rough contractions and went above and beyond being a nurse, not to mention she did all this while pregnant and due next month. I ended up having 2 anesthesiologist and both were amazing, talked me through everything and helped me tremendously in the OR. I couldn't be more happy with my experience there. I highly recommend them.
Jen Tomaiko O'Connor
The staff was wonderful. The doctors and nurses of every level were caring and compassionate.
Danielle Dawson
Had the best experience with an induced labor. Dina was the best labor and delivery nurse I could have asked for and the whole staff did their jobs flawlessly! They were so busy but I still got tons of personalized attention and help with all my needs. I could not have hoped for a better experience.
Gabriela Rubi
Everyone was great. The reason for the 3 star is not everyone gets a hospital bed at the ER. Everyone feels terrible in the ER. Why are we forced to sit down the entire time? I've never not gotten a hospital bed at an ER. I felt like death sitting in an uncomfortable chair for hours. I wish all patients were treated the same.
Gaynor Wells
Had a very pleasant experience, staff very professional and attentive. My Dr was amazing, thank you Henderson Hospital and staff.
Genese Coley
From the time we went in the lady at the front desk 5/18 was amazing and put me at ease about the staff the waiting area was nice had space for family and clean. The nurse called me back very professional and nice took time to explain things and made sure i was comfortable very friendly and another nurse came in to help she was also nice and professional. Surgery crew was professional and explained everything. After care was amazing I remember a guy with a really nice tat on his arm very professional and helped me to the car wasnt in a rush and had alot of patience and lovely smile so glad everything went well. Will recommend this hospital

wow I am blown away at how amazing this hospital was. I had been to multiple hospitals for my complications after my back surgery, but MAN! henderson hospital is doing something right. The nurse staff was the best i’ve ever seen or had, never made me feel bad about something i needed or a question i had. Everyone was kind, friendly, and over the top caring and really took amazing care of me. Food was as good as it can get in a hospital, i had a private room, private shower, private bathroom, and top notch service. Hopefully i never have to come back! but if i do i will 1000% come here. Thank you so much everyone at the hospital.
Kiara Paulucci
All of the staff was professional, kind, courteous, and thorough. However, I was in the waiting room for nearly 6 hours, which was very difficult when I felt so awful.
Tammy Miles
Henderson Hospital is a wonderful Hospital. My experience was amazing, they took such great care of me got me right in and assessed my issues that were very scary. My doctors were all amazing. There were two nurses that took care of me that their care was top notch and very professional and compassionate. One was AnnMarie and the other one was Leslie. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone it’s a top notch hospital.
Talia Lambarki
Overall, staff is considerate, caring, and kind. However, during one of my most harrowing health scares, I was ridiculed by a few young nurses. I was publicly accused of faking a condition only because the nurses had never come across it before. Indeed, it's a rare condition. However, even if I were faking, the appropriate and professional response would've been to have me evaluated by a psychiatrist rather than accosting and laughing at me. Thankfully, my ER nurse and physician's assistant were knowledgeable and kind. They made up for the bad experience. Hopefully, someone also gave those other nurses an overview of that particular symptom I'd experienced and better ways to respond to unusual situations.
Carol Allison
Walked into the E R and within a few minutes they were checking my vitals. Then within a half hour I saw a physician, 15 minutes later I had x-rays taken ; and then another half hour and a physician gave me the results; 15 minutes later I was given my paperwork and discharged. Everyone was so pleasant. Everything was spotless In less than two hours I was out and on my way to pick up a prescription. A very pleasant experience. Thank you Henderson Hospital

I was rushed in on August 2 after experiencing a severe allergy reaction that almost cost me my life while visiting my in laws in Vegas. The paramedics & nurses that helped me through this horrific experience were phenomenal and amazing! I’ve never been treated with so much care and patience at a hospital before. The whole entire team here was so helpful and saved my life! They did absolutely everything to keep me alive and walked me through everything and kept reassuring me that everything will be okay and that was very important for me especially being in a an excessive amount of panic. I will never forget what you guys did for me! I wish I could have gotten everyone’s name who was there at the time of my admission. But I want to say thank you all for everything. NOT ALL HEROS WEAR CAPES ♥️
Micah Gabriel
Checking in to my surgery was easy and quick. The staff were all great in providing me information and help with my pre-op steps. Couldn't ask for anything more or better service than what I got..
Kurt Emmerling
Staff and facility are great. They do have problems with organizational functioning. 1) Echo-cardiagram was listed as having been given, but it had not. Had to request several times to have the procedure completed before it was finally performed. 2) Medications were not provided as required. Missed one nights meds. 3) Discharge report did not include all test results. Report was incomplete. A fix for these issues will bump the rating to 5 star.
Sharon Matz
The staff was so great. I felt absolutely miserable and they got me right away and made me comfortable and important. Every staff member was so helpful and friendly. My experience here was very good.
Dermatology Associates Billing Department
I went in with a kidney stone and was taken care of so well. With all the pain I was seen fast and taken care of within minutes. Thank you for everything, for the professionalism and understanding.
Vanessa Afalava
They saw me swiftly and there were a good amount of patients in as well. The nurses, Medical Assistants, Doctors and all other staff were friendly, informative, kind and understanding. My wrist was sprained and the doctor joked with me about the cause of injury. Love coming here for all emergent needs :)
D A
I went to get treatment for a sprained ankle. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable and fast. The hospital was in great condition!!
Jenni Conklin
Went in for potential head injury. Was checked in within 10 minutes and was seen by the doctor, got a CT scan, and checked out in less than 2 hours. Everyone was very nice and explained things well. Great experience for an ER visit.
Dawnette Varela
The RN's ,Doctor's an Staff are the best. I have not had a bad experience with the Hospital. They have always been very attentive to me an my needs. Thank you Henderson Hospital for the wonderful care.
Chandler Carmell
Zhannel was my nurse in the ICU and couldn't have been any better and more atte time and caring if she tried. Haven't been hospitalized in a long time but she made the whole thing much less stressful and can't Thacker her enough for that. I hope her superiors see these review and know how huge of an asset she is to this hospital and patient well being. Thank you Zhannel!
Robert Stetson
The nurses were absolutely amazing! They are compassionate and caring. If I ever need a hospital again it will be Henderson hospital
Steve Gratz
Physician and nursing staff were execellent during my stay. They were very compasionate and attentive to all your needs. The hospital was very clean and well maintained. I would definetly recommend this hospital to anyone asking my opinion.
Bree Jacks
Staff is very friendly, hospital was very clean. Food was good. Rooms are big and private. My only complaint would be the lab workers that come in at 2:30 Am, knock vey loud on the door , yell out your name , turn all the lights on and say I’m here for labs. Then leaves without turning off my lights. This employee was a girl with black hair black framed glasses, possibly Asian. Could not tell cause I usually covered my face from the lights. My nurse had to put a note on my door to please be quiet when entering. Other than that, nurses were awesome! Nurse’s Izza
Sara, Thomas, Maria, Amy, matthew and a few more I can’t remember. But thank you for getting me home Healthier than I went in. Very thankful for the care I was given:)
Theresa Seisan
They only ran about 15 minutes behind, but once I was in radiology, it was super fast. Very efficient.
JP D
Wow, wonderful experience. Top notch emergency room and amazing care. Everyone is so nice and I would go here again in a instant. Highly recommend!
K B
The hospital experience there can be great at times sometimes they're very busy takes a little bit longer to see someone but understandably because of covn and because they lack of nurses in the area and other than that the doctors are great the nurses are great couldn't ask for a better set of staff HR should you have any problems they take care of it immediately nonetheless your nurses are just one of the best couldn't ask for any better nurses than the ER nurse's special one putting in an IV or caring for your needs thank you very much as well as the third floor
Lydia Hall
My labor and delivery experience was ok but not my favorite. Nothing is very clear and when we would ask about something (meals and fees) we got different answers from different people. But my care was good and my wishes respected. I had to return to the er because of an infection 5 days later and that stay was somewhat of a nightmare. My dr ordered me a breast pump that didn't get delivered AT ALL. After I continuously asked and my mother called the er twice, they brought me a manual pump but at that point I been there and away from my baby for 10 hours and was so engorged a manual pump would not empty me. My dr also admitted me for observance and an iv antibiotic and I was told I would be given a room but once my dr left I was rolled to the hallway of the er. My friend was able to bring me an electric breast pump which I used while sitting in the middle of the hallway of the er. The male nurse was uncomfortable enough for me that they finally decided I could have a room and took me right to it no waiting so I should have been in it the whole time.

My experience at the hospital on Thursday the 22nd was the most beautiful thing that I could ever experience the staff the team they all work together they finished each other's sentences they was there for each other had each other's back they made me feel the most comfort that a person can feel that never had surgery in her life I'm so appreciate them and was so blessed to have them as my team of assistance kudos of every single person that was on that team and may God continue to bless them and abundantly
ways I am so appreciative to everything that they've done for me Thank you and may God Bless each and everyone of you.💙💙💙💙
Lorraine Kelly
This is the best hospital in Clark county!!! The nurses are wonderful and all love their jobs that screams upper management that cares and treats them well..
I've been so many times send afm
Eva Jordan
My experience at your hospital was very good I was a little delusionalized when I went home thinking that the pain was going to be just about that and it got worse but for the most part my experience was great thank you again
Andi P
Very good birth clinic. We were very happy there. One star down though for referring us to Anthem Hills Pediatrics.
Evette Irland
Very professional, fast professional place and clean starting from the front the clerk to the nurses, anesthesiologists, my beautiful doctor Miller …
Louis Miller
Very personable care, very professional. For being at a hospital, it was not painful at all. All the staff was very friendly and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.

This review took a while for me to write but I had my first baby here at the end of 2019. I went into that experience nervous but the way I was treated here made me feel so good about the whole thing. I had one nurse I believe her name is Corinne who was beyond beyond amazing, you have no idea how much better you made this experience for me and how grateful I am to you for everything you did and the service you provided me and my family during and after my labor. I couldn’t even believe someone would be so attentive and caring like you were. My labor and delivery is one of the fondest memories I have and it was 100 times better because of the care we received here. Everyone from the admitting nurses, the labor staff and the nurses taking care of me after I gave birth were so nice and attentive. I wouldn’t change anything from that experience. My OB was not available the day of my delivery but someone from the same practice was there and she delivered my baby. Thank you all so so much!
I did visit the ER months after my L&D here. The wait time was long and they couldn’t find what was wrong. They kept dismissing it as reflux even though I was in a lot of pain. Went to a different doctor after, turns out I had gallstones and the ER didn’t catch em even after doing X-rays.
Oehcs Inc.
They did not check or change my incision dressing before I left the hospital. I got thrush in March in Spring Valley Hospital so I asked at Henderson Hospital that my temperature be taken under my arm instead of my mouth. They did not do that each time so some of my temperature readings were oral. I now have thrush again ! I waited almost 4 hours after the doctor said I could leave that I got up and left out of frustration. They gave me a few generic discharge papers but did not send me the rest of the discharge paperwork or tell me to pick it up. They never told me the date of my followup visit with my GP so I ended up booking a duplicate appointment. Meals from the kitchen are extremely slow and stone cold by the time they reach you.
Brittany Mattson
Never once took my medication list or asked for it. Prescribed me meds I could not take. Luckily I researched them.
Said I needed an MRI but that they wouldn’t do it. Was not given a reason.
Randy Bowman
Everything about this hospital visit was absolutely heart felt from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave by far the most courteous well behaved kind and so many other words to describe this place I thank you all for everything you have done, very professional.
R K
Great friendliness and sanitary procedures. It was an easy process to register. All departments were efficient and friendly. A very pleasant experience.
paul john Garcia
The wait was expected but the staff...doctors were genuinely attending everyone walking in......very professional and caring.Good to see professionals in such a short difficult profession having to deal with different attitudes provide the such great service.
Maylan Bracey
Amanda Griffin was super nice. I’d recommend her to everyone that is in need. Very very caring. Not a lot of Doctors like her anymore.
Charles Schwartz
Fantastic service, very friendly. Hats off to Dr. Hernandez, Eric and Sabi. Don't remember the others, but all were great. Made me feel very relieved.
Mari Nickel
Recently had my first visit here for surgery.. All the doctors nurses CNAs PT and OT are amazing, kind, caring, understanding and just took the best care of me. Thank you!!!
Catherine Mccall
Henderson hospital is the best hospital in Las Vegas. They must really be proud. The workers are sooo caring and have your well-being first
Gary Capone
80% of doctors seemed genuine and attentive to my needs. The nursing staff was awesome.
Alex DeJesus
It was great from the time I arrived until I left. I had no anxiety about a major surgery. Everybody seemed to really know what they were doing
Hugo Crespin
Love the Hospital but I just didn’t like the receptionist she look like she didn’t wanna work or be there she was being rude other then that all other employees where awesome and nice and doctors too
Rhonda Wilborn
I have always found the folks at Henderson hospital to be kind, respectful and professional! I am very Grateful for their sincere care and concern. Henderson! 🎉 …

i was treated Royally. You were caring, 'experience was evident, had a sense of humor, open to suggestion. I could go on, but your heads would only get bigger. I hope if I ever have to come back, you will all be there..

Beautiful hospital. Staff are pretty helpful, but the food is horrible. Always served barely warm, and very low quality. I usually like hospital food.
Lori Beauchamp
1st time @ this hospital, had to go to ER. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent & fast service!
They were very professional & courteous, I was seen & treated in a timely manner! I’m definitely pleased!
Mike Leslie
The nurses and doctor were very nice. The facility was clean and social distancing was possible, if not easy. Everyone seemed to comply with the mask mandate.
The problems were that I waited 4 1/2 hours to be seen (no room they said). Then the procedure took another 4 hours. After waiting for discharge, I had spent from 1:50 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. at the ER for a very simple procedure that I had to have that day. I didn't get upset because these people have been through Hell in the last two years, but it was frustrating that the hospital had not scheduled an appropriate number of staff to handle demand.
My other issue, which was very important, was not addressed. They seemed to focus on one issue and not capable of focusing on the other. I did get a prescription to help me deal with the second issue, but it was written incorrectly and was therefore of no help. I know they meant well, but not addressing the second issue could lead me to spending time in the hospital, which I'm trying to avoid.
Overall, they were kind, and I don't blame them. I blame the hospital administrators who don't schedule enough staff on any given shift.
Ed Barrio
Very good service starting at the ER very knowledgeable and patient’s personal including doctors and management,in the hospital friendly nurses specially a Nurse by the name of Miya, thank again and from 1 to 10 they get 11

I took my son and myself to the ER for smoke inhalation due to a small fire at our house. The one story quick ER on Saint Rose/Coronado center did not have the necessary inventory to do blood gases which I thought was odd seeing as it is an emergency room. So they evaluate us by watching us for a couple of hours and then clearing us. (We both had dark black soot in our nose, sinus, and lungs). Very nice and professional people.
Hilda Swartwood
I can't say enough good things about the team at Henderson Hospital! Their staff is helpful, courteous and overall in the mindset of taking great care of their patients. They were attentive to my needs and sensitive to my condition. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing hospitalization.
Dudes Dad
From the time you enter the parking lot (very clean) you feel comfortable. In the lobby you are greeted by the receptionist. Next you get checked in (quickly). Both contacts were very pleasant. Then the RN comes and collects you. In the surgery prep area (?) EVERYONE was friendly and professional. Things move efficiently but not in a hurry. The operating room personal were organized and coordinated. Recovery was just as nice. Professional and engaged.

On Christmas morning about 4am or so I was transported via ambulance to Henderson's Emergency Room with possible blood clots in my left leg. I was quickly admitted and given a room. There in the room they performed the x-rays and Ultrasound without my having to deal with being poured into one bed to another and wheeled to radiology and such.
The nurses and aids were fantastic from admission to discharge. The Doctor was keen to help relieve and reduce my pain, which was out of this world.
They found the clot and began treating me within minutes of its diagnosis and were very helpful in keeping me informed as to what was happening and explained it all in ways I understood.
I'm home now and were it not for the rapid response of the staff I would have suffered a much worse outcome.
I love this Hospital and it's staff as they have always been on it whenever I've had to go in. I highly recommend Henderson Hospital.
Sincerely
Gordon Jens.....

I arrived a little early and was taken right in to be prepped. Everything went extremely smooth and i suffered no discomfort whatsoever.
ALL staff members who administered care for me did wonderful work! I was very impressed! I highly recommend Henderson Hospital, Dr. Ricker and all the staff for doing a wonderful job!
David Mull
Having lived in Las Vegas over 50 years the level of professionalism is above my expectations. Patient privacy and attentiveness was the prime concern we experienced. Staff was very friendly and polite. Always asking if we had any other questions before leaving the room. Impression was they were never too busy to assist. Henderson hospital was from the public restrooms to hall ways also my wife room during her stay was very clean and organized and maintained.
B
This place is wonderful! It's a fully functioning emergency room, but it's not attached to a full hospital. Went in and was discharged in under 2 hours. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Staff was wonderful and so polite, they even offered me a blanket and it was heated (wow). It's February 2022 as I'm writing this, unfortunately they are not allowing visitors but I was able to keep my phone the whole time.
TL;DR Great staff. Clean facilities. Heated blankets!
Sandra Catlin Rayman
I went in to labor and delivery on a Saturday night, right about shift change time. I hadn’t felt my baby move in a few hours and was extremely worried. The nurses took great care of me right away. They treated me so nicely and helped calm my nerves. The baby and I were fine but I will absolutely 10/10 be going back to have my baby.
Peggy M
The wait was 3 1/2 hours to be treated. That is a long time to wait when you are sick. The personnel at the hospital were all pleasant and helpful. I'm sure like everywhere else there is a shortage of doctors which means a long wait in the waiting room. The doctor was so understanding and compassionate.
Carlos
Got in and out fast and all the nurses were great, except for the nurse that drew blood. I’ve had blood drawn over a dozen times and always easy and not very painful. Not this time, this one was the worst most painful blood draw ever and on top of that she had to do it twice because she wasn’t able got get it on the first try. 3 days later I’ve got huge purple bruises on both arms. She definitely needs more training,… 😅
Gregory Casterline
I went to the hospital on the advice of my Apple Watch saying that I was experiencing Afib symptoms. My heart was fluttering really fast. From the time I checked into the emergency room to the day I was released from the hospital every single nurse, doctor, cleaning person, administrative staff member was supper nice. I unfortunately had to spend the whole week in the hospital because my heart rate would not slow down. i spent two nights in the ER and 3 days in the ICU. I had to go to the ICU due to a drip bag being too high for the regular room nurses to attend to me. I was scared, the only time I have been in the ICU was to see a dying family member. The nurses explained the situation to me and calmed me down. Over all I could not be happier with the services that I received from Henderson Hospital, from calming me down, to explaining things to me, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hospital everything is and was 5 stars and I highly recommend that you use the hospital when in need of their services.
Jerome Grippe
I arrived via ambulance with extremely high heart rate. Diagnosis began almost immediately and was shortly moved to a ER room and treatment began. Treatment lowered my heart rate and within five hours I was discharged. Doctors and nurses were professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I recommend Henderson Hospital wholeheartedly.
Melissa Mode Hauser
I have agoraphobia. Hospitals are a huge trigger for me but I had to overcome my fears and panic attacks and just go.
The staff in the ER were the best. Once they were informed about my agoraphobia and anxieties, they really took care to accommodate me. They were respectful and not once did I feel shamed by the staff (common with people who don't understand agoraphobia).
Today, thanks to this experience, I am a little less anxious to seek medical help when needed.
Thank you.

I was recently admitted to Henderson Hospital (discharged Sunday 2/13/2022), and I had 3 stents placed in my left ascending artery which had 80% blockage. Overall the doctors and nursing staff were great. Dr Grossman, Dr. Ayers and Dr Gilmore were wonderful and very attentive. My 3rd floor nurses, my recovery nurse, Jay, and my second floor nurses, Michael, Henning, Fay and the CNAs were also wonderful and very comforting except for the 2nd floor CNA, Myrna. She was rude and had no bedside manners. She was also incompetent and should not be working as a CNA especially on the second floor in the unit responsible for care just below ICU. After my heart procedure I was in alot of pain and she made it much worse. My second night post surgery I realized the pain was a result of all the anxiety she caused me the night before. I requested that she not be my CNA and that night I had no pain and slept well.
Brenda Dela Cuesta
My husband had surgery at Henderson hospital years ago. His night shift nurses were the best of the best. Today, I visited a friend and had the pleasure of meeting Kathy as she drew blood. She was truly amazing...gentle, reassuring, spoke with a very kind voice and has the ability to draw blood painlessly. I call it the gift of excellence. Henderson Hospital still has
"the best of the best".

The staff of Henderson Hospital are some of the finest medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Every single nurse treated me with the utmost kindness and compassion despite being understaffed and overworked. Their care and dedication to the craft of nursing made my stay far more pleasant than it otherwise would have been. While I hope to not need to spend anymore time in any hospital anytime in the near future, if I do need a hospital I will definitely choose Henderson Hospital
Farzin Razi
I have visited Henderson Hospital's ER a few times in past few years. Every time I have been completely satisfied with speed and quality of care I've received. My last visit was a couple of days ago and care was great.
I don't give five star to any establishment that easy, but this is one of those rear occasions which I have no problem doing just that.
Z Just.Z
All staff were vary friendly and kind. I felt very comfortable, I did not go into my surgery nervous. It was easy going and I very much appreciate them going in. I don't remember much after waking beside being in pain but the girl seemed nice.
Gabriela Pastores
my 94 y/o Dad had a fall that resulted to 7 stitches in his left eyebrow on January 31st. The staff in the ER are very fast in helping my Dad and did all the procedures necessary to check his over all condition. Dr Katrina Houpis and the rest of the team that early morning did a great job and we are very appreciative of them all!
D White
Everyone was great! The staff were friendly and caring. I only had a minor injury but I was seen very fast. Huge shoutout to the woman at the front desk and all of the nurses (K and T) who assisted me.
Larry Forrest
I originally did not want to be transferred from emergency to Henderson Hospital because it's a bit of a distance from where we live so it would be difficult for my wife to visit if my stay became extended. However, I am so glad that I ended up at Henderson Hospital. The hospital is very nice, but the staff is top notch and very delightful. I was in room 2223 and the crew up there are so professional but warm and comforting. Dr Ibraheem is a genius. The first doctor I have ever had who worked hard and in short order to get to a resolution for my very painful and scary issue. Clearly explained everything from testing, test results and next steps. Friendly and effective, who could ask for more.
Henderson Hospital gets my highest regard and I would recommend them in a heart beat (you know what I mean).
Mike Whyte
Checked into Henderson Hospital with a horrible viral infection that had me extremely I'll.
Took two days but the knowledgeable staff could not have been more cheerful, helpful and friendly.
Very clean and comfortable. Only possible complaint was hospital bed was too thin not designed for anyone over 175 lbs.
Gabriela Lara
Just wow. From the moment we stepped in we felt cared for. The security was a sweet heart taking our temps, and telling us where to go.
The two women at the front desk were so understanding and kind to my sons needs. The nice lady who took his vitals was great she took the time and talked to my son who had asd to get him comfortable with her. The xray tech almost made me cry from how sweet he was to my boy, usually no one takes the time to care for him this much. Even the tech who took our medical info was great. The actual doctor was amazing as well Doctor Clayton Wu was so kind and explained everything very well so I can understand what the next steps to care for my son are. This was the most positive ER experience we have had thank you so much Henderson hospital.
Wayne Mrozinski
Was admitted to the Henderson Hospital for surgery and was very pleased from start to finish.
Pre-Admitting was smooth and pleasant and was completed in the Henderson Medical Plaza Building.
Day of my surgery was done in the Main Henderson Hospital. My nurse Amy was very professional and walked me through what to expect and made me ready for surgery.
My Doctor and Anesthesiologist were great. Commented once in the O.R. how nice the room looked from having worked in many hospitals O.R.’s. Waking up in recovery my RN Jennifer was very professional and made me ready once I was semi back too normal for my trip home.
The whole experience of Henderson Hospital was very positive and highly recommended if you need surgery.

From admission to discharge I was taken care of and treated with total professionalism. The Doctors, nurses and staff of this hospital are some of the best I've in in my over 60 years working hand in hand with the medical profession. I would, (and do) recommend Henderson Hospital on a regular basis.

This was the first time I had to seek medical attention in several years. Boy have times change. People get registered in the waiting room very. One doctor(?) was doing evaluation in the waiting room. It was very uncomfortable. I was told there were no beds available. So I got an IV drew some blood and sent me back out to the waiting room. Had an CAT scan went back to the waiting room. Gave me some pain medicine went back to the waiting room. Just so different. I went to Henderson Hospital because it said the wait was 4 minutes. I was told by a nurse the I can’t go by that anymore. The times are all off. I know this has nothing to to with the staff. They all seem to be doing the best they could. I would like to thank the staff for all their hard work and patience.

This was my second birth at this hospital. Absolutely love the nurses at The Birth Place. They are so professional, kind and efficient. I felt so comfortable in their hands for my care. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a facility to give birth in. Thank you Henderson Hospital!

Hire kitchen staff, your excuse is getting old about not having enough kitchen staff to feed your patients. I've been hearing about it for over a month now DO BETTER. I truly feel sorry for the patients who do not have family members fighting for them, and bringing in food so that at least their family members can have one nice meal a day. This is an upper management problem not the actual people who WORK.
The nurses are nice, Dr is great, the cleaning staff is so nice and helpful. Food delivery people are kind.

I had foot surgery and the staff was wonderful. They made me feel safe, comfortable and kept me up to date on what was happening. Every step of the way they let me know what they were doing, how it would be done and when it would be done. Fantastic nurses, that genuinely care about their patients and love their jobs.

My recent stay at The Henderson Hospital for knee replacement surgery far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Baldauf and his medical team provided phenomenal care before, during, and after surgery. They kept me informed during each step of the process and there were no surprises as to what to expect vs. the actual process. The entire process and procedures were efficient and timely.
Before and after surgery the nursing, physical therapy, and support staff were exceptionally attentive, caring, and efficient. Even the food was very good restaurant quality!
It’s difficult to single out any one individual that cared for me as everyone from housekeeping to my doctors were top notch. If someone is unfortunate enough to require knee replacement surgery they would be blessed to have the care provided by Dr. Baldauf, his medical team, and the staff and facilities at Henderson Hospital.

I had shoulder surgery, everyone was so nice and helpful. It was very clean
Everyone was very knowledgeable, could answer all of my crazy questions.
And calmed me down. I can't remember names but everyone on Dr. Baldaufs
Team you are all awesome. My thanks goes out big time to the anesthesiologist
I was dreading the nerve block, I think he did it after I was out because I don't remember it. Everybody was the BEST.

I came into the ER with a UTI and was greeted right away with very nice and friendly staff .I was checked in and brought back to the exam rooms in about 5 minutes ! Everyone I met was very professional and took great care of me . I had blood drawn , urinalysis , pelvic exam and then a ct scan .I was thoroughly checked out and couldn't have asked for better service !! Kudos to the entire Staff !!

I recently spent 5 days at Henderson Hospital. The nurses and CNAs were amazing! These ladies and gentlemen are caring, comforting, and truly take care of you, body and soul. I was going through personal issues as well as medical issues. Each of the angels who took care of me somehow made time to listen to and comfort me through my distressing time, in addition to everything else they had to do. If I could give more stars I would. I will never forget the compassion they showed me. If you have a choice, pick Henderson Hospital. You won't regret it.

I went in to ER about 730 PM with a broken arm. They were shortstaffed but everyone was very friendly and professional. Even tho they were pretty full, I was put in Xray pretty quickly. Then taken to one of the ER rooms, given the name of a bone doc. All in all very good experience given the amount of pain I was in.
Johnny
Very nice and helpful staff overall. Lady at front desk seemed like she didnt want to be there at all and was kind of rude.
Ron P
Nice staff, they were able to get my mom into a hospital room within 48 hours after being transported to the ER. My mom said she was treated good and staff was friendly. She also noted, the staff is more attentive than other hospitals my mom has been to in Clark County, this is the first hospital she’s been to in Henderson vs any Las Vegas ones she’s been to in the past. Thanks for taking care of her and stabilizing her health so she can be back home. The only feedback she said about the whole stay was that, “it was boring.” I’m hoping that will motivate her to keep herself healthy.

Check in and getting to pre-op was pretty good and not to long await from a 5 am scheduled admission time. Pre-op service was excellent and very thorough with two staff members one of which was very experienced and overseeing the other staff member. Anesthetists did a great job explaining the procedure and administering the medicine. Operation staff and surgeon all did an outstanding job. Post-op staff also did a good job taking care of me and administering meds after surgery. The only complaint I have was they knew by around 3 pm I would be discharged yet were slow to get the hospital doctor to sign off on the discharge and arrange a walker. My surgeon and physio staff had agreed to let me be discharged before 3 pm. The Post-op staff finally texted the hospital doctor to have the discharge approved however he was slow to reply and I didn't get discharged until after 5 pm. I also had to get my wife to purchase a walker as they would not let me leave until I had one. I was already home when I got a call that my walker had been delivered to the hospital. Overall it was a great experience except for the way they dragged out the discharge.

7 hours in pain telling them I felt like I’d swallowed glass or something sharp. The X-ray and results were fast but 2 hours having to ask about CT results and then being told that the results showed nothing and I could either wait to talk to a doctor or just go home because they couldn’t do anything else was ridiculous. Everyone was kind, I just wish I’d been told sooner or had someone actually look down my throat to see nothing was there so I could’ve not been there til almost 3 am for literally nothing.
Julia Obergfell
I went to Henderson Hospital ER around 4pm on a Friday, only waited about 20-30 minutes before being initially evaluated by the PA. I had all my testing (CT and lab work) done and was given a room in the ER within about 1-2 hours of arriving. My results were told to me promptly, I had appendicitis, and I was taken for surgery around 8:30pm. All of the medical and nursing staff were wonderful and very kind and reassuring. My surgery went well and I was discharged the next afternoon.

I went to the Henderson Hospital Emergency room on St. Rose Pkwy late in the evening for chest pain. The staff was amazing. I was in a room in minutes being evaluated and being seen by a doctor. They were thorough and explained what tests and treatment they would pursue. Knowledgeable, professional staff from the RN, Doctor, Xray technician to the front counter personnel I felt like I was in great hands. If I have an emergency situation this is the place I would go.
Lory Fabbi
My husband entered the hospital in very bad shape. We both were very happy with all the care he experienced at Henderson Hospital. From the ER to the Intermediate Care Unit, to the 3rd Floor Nursing and Doctors, we found competency, compassion, active listening to our concerns and addressing them, and they went above and beyond by scheduling a biopsy that needed to be done in hospital before we left, and having that completed. We couldn't say enough good things about everyone that worked with us. These folks were working tirelessly with the wave of CoV that hit and I can't say enough good things about our time there.
Maureen Crinigan
Courteous, professional employees. Attentive to detail ..Moved patients in emergency room very quickly.
Moira M
While it is never fun to visit an ER, we always have the best experience at the Green Valley Ranch ER on St. Rose Parkway. The staff is always friendly, cheerful, and professional. They get the job done as quickly as they are able depending on the amount of patients they are dealing with and how quickly they can get a response back on testing from the doctors. We recommend them highly, with the caveat that it may make our visit next time longer if everyone decides to take our recommendation! :)
UPDATE 2/12/22: Once again we had to call on the ER at Green Valley Ranch. My husband was in extreme pain with what turned out to be blood clots in his lungs. The ER figured it out and sent him to the Henderson Hospital where he received 3 days of excellent treatment and care. We really love dealing with both this ER at Green Valley Ranch and the Henderson Hospital. Thank you so much for your wonderful care!

Had procedure at Henderson Medical plaza on may 11--22. It went very well. Faster than I thought it would Nurses were wonderful thank you Rachel and Shelley. You made it very comfortable. Would go back if I have to.
Lilia Espinosa
I went there although its far from my house. I've heard great things and didn't disappoint!
Checked in got treated and was out before 2 hours . ultrasound and blood work was done.
I have a fear of hospitals and doctors my pressure was high they were very nice and concerned but understanding. They are very nice staff.
Thanks everyone

Arrived by ambulance on Sat 1/8/22. Apparently had a TIA & was admitted. Not my idea to 911& to ER. But had been talking to nurse line # on the back of my health insurance card just wondering where I might get tested for Covid. But speech was coming out all garbled & I had no idea what was happening. Not happened before. Next thing nurse had called 911 & I was on my way whether I liked it or not. Wasn't the best experience as ended up sleeping on a bed in the hallway next to nursing station in the ER. But wasn't fault of staff as they were doing everything they could to care for the heavy flow of patients. All rooms were full. I tried not to be a bad patient by demanding different things as compared to some patients I wasn't that Ill.. But I needed a few things. Everything I asked for was taken care of. And know they were short staffed as well. Think they all did a great job tending to all of us! Thank you!

First time as patient at Henderson Hospital and I can’t say enough good about my experience. From the check in process , surgery pre-op and post -op every nurse , Doctor , Physical Therapists and neatness of the Hospital were top notch.
Katie Gallopagos
I gave birth to my daughter her, and all I can say is this place truly is amazing. I had the most amazing team of nurses with me during my labor process. Those ladies especially Megan, and Lauren, truly were such a huge gift! Everyone there truly cares about those babies, and their mamas. The staff genuinely cares for their patients in general. They are kind, the facilities are clean, and you are never made to feel dumb for the questions you might have. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Especially if you are giving birth!!
Nicole Collins
The wait time and the space allowed for ER patients is less to be desired. The Nurses were very friendly and kind. Allyson made the time very pleasant with her humor and wit. Cody was my main nurse and showed much care and compassion.
I respect our Hospital Heroes and the long hours they endure, so for Cody to have so much patience and knowledge, the wait wasn't as bad as it could've been. I would have given 5 stars if provided a bed to deal with my issue.
Jacqueline Canteberry
I was hospitalized as an inpatient Room 3005 10/2021 and I received excellent care five stars for the Medical Orthopedic Unit . The staff was very attentive to all my needs and concerns. They addressed my healthcare issues. Whenever I called they were there immediately to care for me. They comforted me when I was afraid and worried. They kept me informed of my plan of care every step of the way from my admission to my discharge. My male RN nurse James had the best bedside manners and he was very skilled and knowledgeable in my diagnosis. The wonderful nurses kept me free from pain. The multidisciplinary team as a whole was excellent to me. I never heard call lights ringing or other patients yelling for help. The housekeeping department kept my room extremely clean . During the night it was quite no loud noise heard from the nurses station. The hospital was clean no foul odors noted. The hospital Administrator Brittney O. and the nightshift House Supervisor RN Kristin were kind ,patience compassionate and professional. The doctors were excellent and compassionate. The dietary staff, laboratory, radiology, and respiratory therapy team was also excellent in meeting all my needs and expectations as a patient. I would definitely refer everyone to Henderson Hospital. Thank you for keeping me alive and for having a wonderful experience as a nurse cared by from nurses. I want to personally thank these heroes for everything that they do for us the public.
Debra Yatchak
From OR pre-op to recovery, the staff and physicians providing care for my robotic back surgery was exceptional. I would like to recognize Christian Fuentebella, RN on 3 West. This employee displays unbelievable professionalism, compassion, and empathy beyond belief. I also love the fact that the hospital staff are in recognizable colors for each classification of staff. That made it very easy to see who was coming in my room. I could not have had better care from a better team. Henderson Hospital is the best facility by far that I have ever been at and I have had multiple back surgeries at other hospitals. The entire Team worked tirelessly to much sure that my stay was of the highest quality and extremely satisfying.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Urena-Archuleta is absolutely wonderful. She's friendly, caring and although she was extremely busy, she never made me feel rushed.
It's a great hospital.
Serina Villagrana
Although it was busy, they got me in right away in the ER. Everyone was professional and with positive attitudes. I had aches in my stomach being 3 months pregnant, they took my blood work, pee test, IV and an ultrasound. I'd highly recommend. They don't allow visitors to go in with you due to covid at the moment.
sarah elvin
I had a minor surgery yesterday. I had a great pre op experience on Friday afternoon and a good one yesterday. Well staffed, everyone was very nice. Definitely recommend
Rosie Jensen
By far the best hospital. The maternity & nursing staff and my doctor Dr. Shiode made my whole experience; birth of daughter by c-section the best it could possibly be. Everyone there is so pleasant..extremely glad I selected Henderson Hospital!!
Kelly Schlegel
I felt cared for from the moment I arrived at the hospital until the day I left. Doctors, nurses and CNA’s were attentive to my needs. There was only one night that I didn’t feel the proper care as I had the other nights.
I did feel for the staff, as I felt they were constantly running from one patient to another and I know it is the unfortunate times we are in.
Donna Kelton
Entire staff was extremely friendly and positive. Treated me like a client rather than a number as I have been treated in other emergency rooms. Listened to my complaints, took them seriously and treated me with dignity and respect. Thank you so much.
Bill Tapper
This is a great place to go for help with wounds . All the employees are friendly and very good at what they do . Doc Fraser is the best . Thank you
Roseville midas
What impressed me even more than the efficiency of the staff was the friendliness and caring nature of everyone I encountered. I give my hospital stay a five star rating: the room was extremely comfortable and clean, tests and procedures I underwent were expedient and each technician explained everything clearly. You can really tell when someone likes the job and people they work with and it was quite apparent here.
Jennifer Frambes
This was my 6th stay in about 13 months. Usually, aside from the patient food, which is awful, I would give the place 5 stars. Nit this time. First of all, for the first time, I had to spend a couple days in the ICU. Or, as I like to call it, the not very intensive care unit. I'm on quite a long list of medications as my health has been challenging, but I got exactly two of those meds, and not with any regularity, while in the nvICU. Once I was moved out of there, I received the majority of my meds by morning (or sooner). Except for the pain meds. I don't like that I'm on them either, but I had an attending physician whom I was told is "notoriously strict" with the pain meds. My dosage was cut so much from what I'm prescribed and take at home that I was teetering on the edge of withdrawal symptoms. Until my pain patch fell off and I had to go two days without it, sending me into withdrawals. Every other visit, I had been on a similar amount of pain meds and received them without issue.
Then, roughly 9 days into my stay, after many scans and scopes, I'm told I need an MRI. The very same MRI I had at the very same hospital, while I had the very same MRI compatible pacemaker, 4 months earlier. But this time, it was a joke and I never got the MRI that the surgical team that has been trying to remove my gallbladder since December said was very important. They actually cut me open and attempted to remove my gallbladder in December. But they couldn't find it. When it became clear that the radiology department was suddenly inept, my surgical team said a test that my GI doctor could do on an outpatient basis would suffice and they discharged me on day 12. Now it appears that my GI doctor won't be able to fit me into his schedule until September. This gallbladder BS, on top if numerous other forms of BS my body is tormenting me with is starting to affect my mental health in a big way. And I've conveyed this to my doctors. I'm in tears as I write this. But what can I do other than wait and hope that the mystery fluid where my gallbladder may or may not be doesn't turn septic, and that my sanity stays in tact. Both big hopes, from my perspective.
Tara O'Grady
Wonderful, caring professional staff. Best experience I've ever had for a surgery in my lifetime.
Francis Huber
From the time I arrived in the Emergency Room till the day I was discharged on July 14th, 2022 I was provided with excellent care. From my surgeons, medical doctors, and the nursing staff I couldn't Thank them enough.
My only complaint is the food was overcooked and was not very good. But, then again, it's Hospital Food

All the staff at Henderson hospital are very professional and skilled. Thank you for all your attention to great detail and care.

Having to go to the ER is never a joy. EVERYONE who helped me or had some interaction with me was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
Avner Mandler
This is the most professional ER I’ve experienced in the valley. From the time you walk in the door you are treated with the highest respect almost like family. A security guard greets you at the front desk when you walk in. If you don’t have a mask on when you walk in, the security guard will hand you one, ask you to PLEASE put it on while in the building and thanks you for your cooperation. When it’s your turn you are shown to the triage station where they ask you why you’re there like most places, however, you’re again treated with the highest respect and care. Once done you’re taken back to a room and greeted by a nurse and eventually (not long at all) the Dr comes in and the assessment is made and treatment begins.
The Dr was very thorough in his testing to help figure out what was going on with me. As testing was being done and things completed the Dr or nurse if the Dr puts an order in, will come in and let you know what’s going on. Once all tests are back, the Dr comes in and discusses treatments with you, let’s you be a part of the decision making process and won’t leave your side until any and all questions you have are answered and you both agree on how to proceed.
If you’re not critical but further followup is required, which was the case for me, I was given the option to either be admitted or go home and handle it outpatient. Now here’s the kicker…after I left, the Dr called me twice to followup and discuss a few things with me; I’ve NEVER had this happen. I can’t express enough how AWESOME every person working here is. When you leave, the security guard at the front desk wishes you the best on your way out. Other places, you walk out and no one says a word to you.
Bottom line, you are treated as a human and like a member of their own family. They are there for you and not a paycheck. From the folks who clean up around the place, to the intake person, every tech, nurse & Dr, are very open and friendly. This is the BEST ER I’ve experienced and if given the option will never go anywhere else first.
Yamileth Melendez
The medical staff went above and beyond. They were excellent at explaining everything and answering every inquiry. I'm thankful for everyone who took care of my needs during my stay.

Excellent care.Special thanks to Dr. Ali, the respiratory team, ER team, and the staff on the floor for room 5229. I appreciate you all.

I was blown away with the professional and courteous behavior of all staff that I came in contact with that morning. Dr.Jessica L. Leduc DO put me at ease and helped me understand my condition and the outcome of the testing .
New post 12/20/22. We were quickly and professionally served with my wife being in need of care. And amazing bit of coincidence it was Dr. LeDuc that treated my wife.! She was awesome with my wife's case and put her at ease as well.
Do keep her as long as you can won't you.?
Lillian McNaught
All went very well at the hospital.
Treatment went well and fast.
Thank you for your interest.

Wow! Best experience I have ever had at an ER. They are a machine of efficiency. They were super busy but you would have never know. I was back within minutes doctor came and saw me while I was registering just to get some test ordered. They have all equipment needed. Nurses and techs are nice and friendly as well! I will never go anywhere else!
Maxine Gersh Kaltman
ER staff, nursing staff were excellent. Communication between physcians and patient could use improvement. Food was always cold when delivered.
Kennedy Tobias
Everyone on staff was lovely! I spent most of my time with the pre op nurses Sarah and Kristen they were amazing
Mitchi Thomas
The staff was organized and so incredibly kind. I get quite nervous about procedures that require being put to sleep, but the nursing staff was so compassionate it put me at total ease.
Judy Grove
The nurses, doctors, and other staff were wonderful. They were all good natured and helpful. I have no complaints about them at all. They made me feel very comfortable and welcome (?). If I am ever admitted to a hospital again, I hope it will be Henderson Hospital! Thank you all for a pleasant stay.

I accidentally tried to rip my ear off and drove here. Two hours and13 stitches later I was back on the road. The staff here was very accommodating, respectful, knowledgeable and quick. Great job all around.
Cherie' Monsour
Hospital staff was so caring & knowledgeable
Ernesto in cardio was awesome. I was admitted weds evening.& saw dr. Asif thurs around 1pm. He prescribed cefdinir for uti. When released, he only gave me 6 pills to continue uti treatment @ my pharmacy. I dont think I was offered sufficient meds to clear up severe uti. 7 days would've been proper, not 2 days in cardio unit & 3 days @ home!!!
Mary Smith
Husband had colonoscopy done - everything was well organized and right on the schedule. Doctor and assisting staff are top notch and hospital itself immaculately cleaned and welcoming. Plenty of parking, all COVID rules are in place but not overbearing. Really nice place to have any medical procedures - thank you.
Heidi Kolberg
I just had my baby on 08/25/2020
I will forever have this place in my heart!! From the awesome staff to the really nice accommodating rooms. ALL of the RNs were incredible!!! Jen one of the RN was absolutely amazing! I was nervous about getting induce, she came and totally changed that for me not only was she a great physical support but also mentally! She took the time to fully explain everything and made it all about me. she was so understanding, she made sure I was comfortable. I was very lucky and blessed to have her for one of the hardest days of my life yet. She totally went above and beyond.
The only thing I would say the hospital needs to adress is the wifi in the building. I had a really hard time getting any monitor to find my babies heart rate because it was based of wifi and the monitor would not connect after several attempts with several staff. They finally hooked me to the monitor with just the bands but it also kept loosing connection. I had no choice but to get scalp monitor hooked on my baby 😩 and no mother should have to go through that.
But over all this hospital is one of the best!!!
nancy ortega
I had minor surgery and the staff made me super comfortable and kept me comfortable during the whole process.
Jessica Walker
I recently gave birth at Henderson Hospital and had such a pleasant experience. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Giving birth during a pandemic is difficult, but the doctors and nurses here make sure that you are in good hands. Everything went great with my delivery. I went in the night before giving birth for an induction and all of my needs were met. The following day I received an epidural and gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. Dr. Casas and all of the labor staff are super professional and are always there when you need anything. My only little complaint would be about the woman who wheeled me down to my car after I was discharged. My baby was crying on the way down and she made us feel very anxious about it. She was trying to give us all of these reasons why my baby was crying and had us go through our bags to find things to calm the baby. She even asked us if the nurse checked our car seat before we were discharged because our baby looked uncomfortable in it. She also stood there and watched everything we were doing, which made us uncomfortable. Anyways, besides that little incident, I definitely recommend Henderson Hospital if you’re looking for a great hospital to give birth at.
Katrina Mendoza
Thank you to the nurses and staff in the L&D and postpartum department for your care. My nurses during my stay last week were Sherry in triage, Vicky - who was with me for majority of my labor experience, Reyna and Deena in L&D and Sondra and Krystal in postpartum. Also Jamie in L&D for helping transport me to postpartum when my primary nurse was busy. I love seeing great teamwork. Everyone was kind and willing to work with me on my plan of having a totally natural birth, which went as smooth as I could have hoped for. Thank you to the nurses for checking on me, my husband, and baby during your rounds if you weren’t busy, answering my call light quickly, and letting me sleep when you knew I needed it. Lol. As a fellow nurse, I know this is a busy time for everyone in healthcare. Your hard work is very much appreciated.
Amber Crain
The staff at Henderson Hospital cared for myself and my son after his delivery. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hospital. The facility is new and small so it is a clean and intimate setting.
The entire staff was kind, compassionate and attentive. Krystal, Stephanie and the other nurses we had were amazing. They made sure our needs were met and we were as comfortable as possible.
My favorite nurse was Amber (great name). I have nursed my two older children, but she was still able to provide tips and insight into breastfeeding that I never knew!
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciate all of the nurses, cna’s, and staff that cared for us, just wish I remembered all of their names to include them.
Denise Bradley
I was treated at Henderson Hospital and had an overnight stay. This hospital is amazing! I felt like I was in a hotel. The food was awesome. The care I received was impeccable. The staff was super amazing......especially my nurses.....Emily, Amy, and Kate.
Pennie Buck
Absolutely amazing!! I can't say enough!! The ER was very busy but they we kind, attentive and very quick to help my husband.
Admission update: Again, can not say enough about the care my husband is receiving!! Nurses, doctors, specialists, staff, and all have been so amazing. Everyone is helpful, thorough, and kind. Each of them have been quick to realize that this is not my first rodeo and they have treated me accordingly and with respect, as for the occasional question I may have had they have been answered quickly and completely.
Will never go anywhere else again!!
Dominick Intagliato
Had a slip and fall at my home that required staple stitching on my left side of head. Reception and staff were awesome. Took care of my needs immediately and we’re the nicest people. Dr Van Duzer was excellent as were the whole staff. No one likes to go to ER but this was a good experience. Thank you to the Dr and nurses who took care of me.
Delores Jackson
My visit @ emergency quick care was carefully given. The pain I arrived with and the pain I endured while being treated was handled quickly and with care. The care I received from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor was professionally given. I left the center pain free.

Yesterday I had a Lumpectomy. This was an outpatient procedure. This whole experience was amazing and the patient care was beyond my expectations. I was cared for with kindness and compassion. From Pre Op to the surgical team to the post operative care. This hospital and the staff made a scary situation for me comfortable and helped ease my anxiety and stress. Thank you all for the outstanding care.

Most Nurses were very nice and informational. Lauren in Postpartum helped me with recovery which was the toughest part of my experience due to having a rough labor. I could nearly walk the entire time and nurses came in to help as much as they possibly could. I am so thankful for all of the nurses and lactation consultant Tiffany who all were exceptional. My Doctor Casas with Horizon Womans Health OBGYN was a godsend once he arrived for delivery and I am so thankful to have had him there. The anesthesiologist kept me in good spirits and made the painful experience so much lighter of an atmosphere. I am very pleased with our experience. Our baby is happy and healthy and we couldnt asm for anything better than that. Thankyou Henderson Hospital for being so clean and helpful. My daughter is my new world and thanks to your staff, she is here today💕
Kerric Tyler
Literally one of the finest medical facilities in the world. I have never ever seen such a level of care and professionalism at a local hospital.
From checkin to ER to getting a bed it was great.
My room was like the Taj Mahal of hospital rooms. Spacious and comfortable. While my getting there was scary the environment and staff at Henderson made me feel restful and I have no doubt aided in my recovery.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Helen Robinson
All the staff was very friendly, from the front reception desk to the nurses and doctors. The wait in the waiting room was not bad. Examing room was very clean. They let me know what their intentions were and the time it may take. I would definitely recommend Henderson Hospital.
Thank you!
Jon Thiriot
I felt comfortable and cared for during my time in the hospital. the nurses, CNAs and PT workers and all the staff were always helpful. Whats more, the food was pretty good, too. Thanks to all in operating and on the 3rd floor.

Everyone was courteous and professional. I felt well taken care off. The EKG tech didn’t use gloves when touching me to place the stickies :/ but other than that I’m thankful to have this hospital in my community.
James Wood
I came in here feeling like I was on deaths door. That was just a few days ago. I have intestinal issues. They have taken such great care of me here. Gave me everything I needed. Super friendly and attentive staff all the way from the kitchen staff, up to the Dr's, RN's, and surgical team. I've spent a lot of time in many different hospitals. This was by far my best experience ever. I highly recommend this hospital.
Nik McBride
The nurses and staff were all amazing. The older doctor who spent 3 seconds with me could use some bed side manner. Staff wise one of my best experiences in an ER!! Lots of medical issues so I have been in and out of many. First time since pandemic hit. Staff definitely could use more support out front and better setup for keeping patients from commingling.
Sallee Miller
The Doctors are very knowledgle, attentive, and caring. The entire staff was very kind and friendly with respect to why you are there. I felt they really cared for me and my situation! I'd give 10 Stars if that was an option.
Audrey Tsaima
All of the staff were really fantastic. Especially Dr. Ali and my nurse, Christian Suenobella! Both took special care and time to explain things to me, did not make me feel rushed, and thoughtfully provided resources or info so I felt like they had my back. (And they were funny :)) Bedside manners in general here feel better than average. I stayed 2 nights and had an unexpected surgery but I always felt cared for.
My only complaint is that the registration portion and person wasn’t super clear. Having me sign things without showing me the paperwork and weren’t very helpful when it came to helping me understand potential cost/insurance implications. I understand that they’re not the billing department but given that ER costs can add up, helping to provide some more clarity would be more reassuring.
