I had the most Amazing treatment provided to me by this hospital staff… Charge nurses Gina and Shelby we’re incredible. Shelby went over and beyond to ease my fears and explain procedures to me that I was having. I never had to use my button for the nurse assistance because Shelby was always checking on me. I have never experienced such hospitality like this in my life. I was very pleased with the warmth and kindness of these 2 ladies (Gina and Shelby) given to me!! They treated me like I was family, that felt GREAT!! Thank you once again Gina and Shelby❤️
I’m always impressed with the efficiency and speed of admission and assessment when I have come through the ER. The staff is extremely professional. I’m a retired RN so I’m especially attentive to the nurses and their patient interactions. They always are cheerful and concerned about my well-being. They promptly respond to questions and needs. The hospital is immaculate and well maintained. A very calming environment. I worked for almost thirty years at another hospital in the valley but St Rose Siena is my family’s hospital of choice.
I’m currently waiting in the children’s ER department. so far my care and treatment plans have been great but the only compliant i do have it wait time. I suggest a different ER if the matter is urgent.
for reference, we got here at 8 pm last night and were not taken in for about 4 hours. then when we were taken in, we were then scheduled to be admitted but their was no beds in impatient, which was fine with us to wait. However, It is now 5 pm the next day and we are still waiting and cannot receive my treatments until we are up in the room.
My nurse came in a couple hours ago and said that 5 beds just got cleared so i should be next. Here we still are.
The doctor is fantastic, really wants to help and the nurse is fantastic as well. but the capacity is small and the waits are hours to days.
I went into the ER because I had crushed my toe with a scuba tank. We were in the waiting area for about 45 minutes, it was shorter than expected. They got us back in the back, I saw the PA pretty quickly. They got my toe taken care of, dressed, prescriptions sent, and a postop shoe on. Overall we were there about 3 hours, but a large portion of that was waiting to get the copy of the x-ray disk so that I could take it to my follow up appointment. Kathryn, the PA, was awesome, my nurse Darci was fantastic as well. I don’t recall the names of the x-ray tech or the ER tech, but those guys were great as well. I have not gone to the ER very many times, but this was a fairly pleasant experience considering the situation.
Thank you all for taking care of my son and I. The night I came into the E.R. I was afraid of experiencing the same care from 2017 in the same E.R. with the charge nurse Meg. It was completely different. I felt safe and everyone we encountered was kind. They went above and beyond when I asked questions. The nurses provided me with the number for Safe Nest and get obtain information to check the status of the arrest that was made that night. They made sure Zaiden and I got home safe that night, providing us with transportation. Thank you for helping us. I appreciate the care we received that night. I'm extremely grateful.
My throat closed up at home, and I was having difficulty breathing due to my asthma and having the flu. I did not wait more than five minutes in the waiting room before they took me straight back to triage which I stayed there for about an hour. Nurses checked on me often. The doctor I met was amazing and the nursing stuff was also amazing. Thank you for taking good care of me.
The staff was wonderful except the billing department. Just doesn't seem appropriate to wake a patient from their hospital bed to ask for a credit card. Would have been much more humane to wait until checkout, and then ask, "Are you up to discussing the bill at this time, or should we call you when you've had a chance to recover?" As a rule, I'd say it's never appropriate to discuss finances--especially a heart patient—when they have an IV in their arm.
Best experience I've had in a long time in an ER setting. Recently relocated to this area. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the flow of their pt care and bedside manner. As busy as it was, everything flowed flawlessly between , lab draws, imagining, meds and diagnosis to discharge. Don't want to end up in the Er again, but if the need arises for me or my family members, will definitely be my choice. Thank you for your commitment to quality health care!
I’ve given birth to 3 beautiful and healthy babies at this hospital, 2011,2019 and 2021. Each via c-section. The surgical team and nurses were amazing each time and made sure I was calm and comfortable. I trusted St. Rose each time and they didn’t disappoint! Thanks St. Rose!
Although the ER was so busy I ended up in the ER hallway, the staff was so caring and professional and gave me such good care, it made up for it. The next day I was transferred to the Critical Decision Unit for observation and. It was beautiful and comfortable. Fortunately I had a minor problem and was discharged the next day. Even the discharge was easy. Siena hospital and the staff are an asset to our community and I’m glad they are just down the street.
The medical staff did their job with professionalism and aplomb although very understaffed. And having to wait in the ER lobby for fully 10 hours because of lack of beds was inexcusable. They should have sent me to another hospital. I should have been released the following day but they LOST my images from the testing and I could not get test results until the NEXT day.
Still waiting in the ER with my 5 year old chin Laceration. Been here for over 4 hours and people ahead of her with nausea and vomiting and going in first. I don’t know how they triage. They just keep saying they are really busy. My daughter was also throwing up with A upset stomach since she hasn’t eaten or drank anything for over 7 hours now. I didn’t want to give her anything incase they need to give her something to sedate her when doing stitches and the front staff is not helpful.
Edit: once we got in after waiting 5 hours, the ER staff was very efficient and the ED pediatrician was very professional and nice. They only had 1 pediatrician running the whole hospital!
The hospital itself is well equipped and the nurses/doctors were genuinely doing their best. However, it was painfully obvious that the place was just over-run with people and understaffed. People were literally being seated and triaged in the hallways, with chairs being brought in from the waiting room. Staff were openly joking about how ridiculous things were, obviously frustrated (I don't think they realized we could hear them, but we could). I felt bad for the staff.
This place needs to staff up. We will go somewhere else next time around. It took over 2 hours to be seen and 6 hours total just to get an EKG and X-Ray done and told they couldn't find anything wrong with me. Most of the time was just waiting, waiting, waiting, because the staff were overwhelmed.
I preregistered Online for an upcoming surgery & stopped by the desk to be sure they had everything they needed they day before. The girl that helped me was nice & funny and gave me my bracelets for pre lab work. That lab tech was great too. While my surgery has been postponed due an insurance issue I appreciated the call from St Rose letting me know and that we’re both waiting for CIGNA to get their act together.
I was brought in my ambulance, practically met at the door by the ER physician who immediately took control and went, himself, to get what he wanted me to have instead of telling a nurse! Very impressive. My ER stay was under three hours - they had to wait to make sure I was stable before sending me home.
Extremely helpful staff from the first person at the sign-in in Emergency room until the person who assisted with the discharge transportation after 4:00 p.m. Caring doctors, technicians, nurses — everyone that I came in contact with! Even the gentleman I spoke with to order my breakfast! Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and it was obvious the patient comes first. Thank you all!
Took friend to ER after a bad fall, at 3am. CT scans, x-rays, monitoring, splint, stitches shots, referrals. Friendly, competent, caring. Gave both of us much-appreciated heated blankets without prompting. MAYBE not so competent - Orthopedic hand surgeon found two broken fingers... they only found one.
Additionally, now receiving text bills for over six THOUSAND dollars for ER doctor fees! No apparent attempt to bill his Senior Advantage plan.
I was very comfortable in the hospital even after hip replacement surgery. Everyone was pleasant and they were pleasant to each other which makes a good experience when you are recovering. When going to physical therapy they were encouraging but you knew they were aware of the pain you were in. I have more surgeries to undergo I am not as worried about them.
Thank you for making a difficult situation as pleasant as possible.
Such a Beautiful Hospital and a WONDERFUL Orthopedic Dr.s, and Staff
They were all so kind and respectful, the Nurses were wonderful in recovery and the PT Department, one of the best ❣️
The Food delivery chap also so kind and helped me choose my meals.
Can’t say enough about the quality of care and concern at this wonderful Hospital
Sincerely
Alison “ New Knees “ Wilson
This is our 2nd visit to the Siena Campus ER for medical care. W'ed never consider another facility. The staff is well organized, friendly and always relaxed. We were treated as if we were the only patient needing care. The polite staff immediately attended to our needs, quickly did the necessary testing and provided the diagnosis giving us the written testing information and the home care that we would need to follow. We highly recommend this facility for emergency medical care.
I was in at 530am for surgery. Nurses and Drs were all very helpful and kept me relaxed while I waited in pre op. Surgery went as planned and I was released same day. Did admissions the day before surgery. Took about 45 minutes in all including bloodwork. This is my second surgery at this hospital and I also gave birth to my two youngest children here. I would definitely come here again. And recommend to those looking for a great team from start to finish.
My experience was excellent. The Doctors and and staff were extremely professional.
My night nurse Janel took good care of me. She is the best. My day nurse was also vey professional and caring. This is the best. Hospital.
Saint Rose hospital is a very very caring and considerate hospital I rate them a 10 on my scale they have been so so helpful every time I've been there? Saint Rose I love you all you have the loving sport that only GOD can give thank you very very very much for you loving concern when I wasn't doing well I left like I was never sick GOD BLESS YOU ALL AMEN LOVE YOU!!!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU!!!!
I satisfy mostly care I got in hospital. I felt 3 areas can be improved.
1, in recovery room nurse seem to inhurry to discharge me although I felt I am not quit really yet,
2 when my son try to pick me up he could place park
3 when anesthesiologist gave me anesthesia I did not see him check my baseline BP and oxygen saturation.
My hip replacement surgery went well. Everything was explained to me before the operatiom. Although it started a little late the anesthetics took effect and I remember nothing. They had me up and walking as soon as they felt comfortable and I went home the same day.
After 3 weeks of battling a "bug", talking to my primary care office, visiting Quick Care and still feeling sick, thought I should go to the ER to see if they could figure it out. I'm generally VERY healthy so I was really expecting a test of two, a new Rx and a pat on the head sending me home. Nope. They insisted on a variety of tests (EKG, flu/covid swab, CT with contrast and ultrasound). Turns out I was life-threateningly ill. They admitted me. While the ER hallway (hell way?) isn't the best, they worked as hard as possible to get me into a regular room in the IMC (Intermediate Care). But regardless of the spot I was in, EVERY SINGLE person treated me well. They have a slogan of "hello humankindness" which I've always thought was, well, a slogan. They put it into practice at every level. Could not be more impressed... and grateful. Now on the road to real recovery. Special shout-out to Dr Sarel Iskander, and IMC nurses Margaret and Eric. Compassion, kindness and an engaging personality go a long way in "healing the sick". Many many thanks!
Great doctors and nurses! But when I went into the back to he seen in my room there was someone’s used blood pressure cuff. They were busy that day so I can see how it didn’t get picked up but other than that amazing staff!
ER is so efficient!! I was admitted for observation and felt very, very comfortable and well cared for. All the nurses and CNA's were really great, but one nurse really stood out. His name is Kyle O'Brian and he was my nurse on Sunday morning when I was in Room 383. He came in and introduced himself 10 minutes after his 7AM shift began. He returned shortly afterwards and gave me a whole head to toe exam. He listened to my heart and stomach, checked my wounds and brought cream for my very dry feet. He is the first nurse who checked me from head to toe in the 7 days that I have been here. He is the first nurse that I have even seem with a stethoscope. I commend him for doing an excellent and thorough job. I have to find out how to give him a Daisy
Pre registration was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Day of surgery was easy in and the nurses were friendly and jovial even though they were short handed that day. Post surgery was very easy and my recovery was quick and easy.
My care before and after total knee surgery by Dr. Tait and his team was exceptional. I had very good nursing staff on the 3rd floor of Orthopaedic tower as well as on the 4th floor of Med/surg. I can't express how well attentive the floor staff was and am very grateful for all up to and including my discharge.
Francine Gardberg
Stephanie was absolutely incredible. All the staff in the radiology was incredibly sensitive and assisted me with my port without conflict. Also, being claustrophobic they made arrangements for me that was extremely comfortable. Thank you for everything
As in the last two surgeries, this hospital is excellent in every encounter that I have had with them. Cleanliness, courteous and caring staff, kindness of staff, just everything. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who requires a hospital stay.
Was taken into the ER for a shoulder dislocation told them multiple times that it happened at work never gave me any proper documentation for Workmen’s Comp. Some nurses were fantastic. Others definitely need to get a refresher course in bedside manner.
I didn’t have a good experience at all. I was at the hospital not so long ago and I was bleeding everywhere and they left me waiting for hours at the lobby and if I could give no stars I would the only reason for the 3 star rating was because of Nurse Laura her humility and kindness saved this tragic experience.
A very pleasant experience all around. Everyone is tuned in to patient care, the nursing staff was fantastic. St Rose will be my choice for any future needs i or my family may have.
The staff at St.Rose Dominican are wonderful people. They personify Humankindness! I financially support St. Rose and I have had excellent care there. The best hospital system in the Las Vegas Valley!!
I felt comfortable and the people nurses and the people that were involved with me were very pleasant they didn't treat you like you were sick or any apathy you just treated you normal it was very comfortable accountable and they listened Thank you for the good experience at A hospital
I had open heart surgery done on 10/21 the staff and nurses in the Icu and the surgery floor were outstanding and I cannot say enough about the care of Dr desha and his staff was fantastic ! Plus it was a beautiful place and everyone I met were very kind and courteous
I had shoulder replacement surgery at St Rose. While there were a couple of minor hiccups, my care was excellent and I appreciate the people and their attitude and skill in caring for me.
Would like to share my primary doc on er staff ,dr.joshua more do,the gastrointestinal disease doctor where excellent in personal care.
The 4 floor staff all 3 shifts service was excellent 1of the name stand out is leeana, anna ,vaday, mostly the midnight shift is out standing
Excellent service in all areas
Everyone treated me very well after my surgery was there for four days and they were there more than I wanted them to be throughout the night but whenever I needed something they were there pretty quickly if I ever needed surgery again I will go there very good hospital.
I was in this hospital about a couple of years ago I was in the ER for quite a while they were really busy but they finally got me into a bed I had my operation emergency operation the next afternoon my surgeon was fantastic everybody I came in contact with was excellent I would definitely recommend this Hospital I was there five days and was treated fantastic thank you everybody that works there
Everything was super quick! In and out in 2 hours if not less. Staff was super nice. My son was happy he got a gift from Santa as well during his visit!
This hospital is one of the most wonderful hospitals in the valley every time my daughter gets sick or hospitalized they are on it!! No questions asked they take a little bit of information reach out to pediatric department and through the doors here they come to retrieve my child we always get the proper and best care and treatment at this facility all down from the administrative, intake, the nurses and the doctors this hospital I highly recommend.
The service it's great!! Fast and the team are very sensitive and fast they are very organized.. And they treat you with kind and respect. I like st Rose hospital!!! 😊 …
The ER DOCTOR was amazing. I have never had such genuine concern and care. Tests were done and the broken bone in my back was identified. I had 2 orthopedic docs tell me it was nothing. I knew different and when I was unable to walk and in tremendous pain that wonderful doctor got to the problem. God bless him
The preregistration and testing process has a few glitches for me. First time in facility and I find the location to checkin and to get to different testing areas very confusing. I had to stop and interrupt staff several times on how to get somewhere. Need better signage or hand out a facility map or colored floor lines to different depts.
Most interactions with staff were good and positive. CT dept receptionist (Anna?) has very poor, negative communication style with the first question being , do I have an appt? and when I answer no (presurgical visit) her next statement is “we are very busy so you will have to wait a long time”. She tells me to take a seat and I wait about an hour with no updates. In the mean time she leaves and a new person comes to desk. After appx 30 min new receptionist asks what I’m waiting for. She hustles around for paperwork and about 10 min later a tech comes out to give me an update and after 2 hours I’m finally done. I don’t mind waiting but I did not appreciate the initial interaction. No where on my info for pre surg visit did it say I needed an appt.
Also be prepared for paying copays and deductibles that day (I had been told this might happen). The next day I get a call to pay the deductible. This is first time I pay before they even know all the procedures I will have done. It is for everything listed even those items
that are listed as possible. I am assured I will be refunded money if I don’t have something done. In the past at different facilities I would be billed after completion of the surgery and insurance had been billed. In fact for most services you pay after completion of work done. We will see how that works.
My son woke up with a hard time breathing, so we took him to the ER around 6 am Wednesday. He's only 4 and non verbal but they did so well with him. Thank you so much I wish I could give you a million stars!
Besides the nurses and the lab techs the stay was horrible, me and my family were sent here due to my son not gaining proper weight and we first were seen by Dr Fortunado, so sweet and genuinely felt like she cared about my son and him gaining weight, once she left everything went down hill. We were forwarded to the attending physician Dr Uberoi and me and my husband and grandmother felt it was all a money grab to him. He was constantly finding reasons for my son to have a tests done (he had six) to tests done per day all the same tests half of them were never explained to us except the CBC, when a test came back cleared he said oh no now we need to resend it, my son is only 9 months old and is now traumatized he cries when he wakes up due to feel like he is going to be poked and prodded. Now he constantly is hounding me and my husband through phone calls changing the discharge requirements finding reasons to try to read it us, when we’ve done and made all necessary appointments and see all accurate specialists who also cleared us. He was also displeased that none of them wanted to run HIS tests on my son because none of the specialists saw those tests fit.
The only saving grace this hospital has is their nurse staff, Trish Chevy , Ashleigh Jackie and of course Danielle especially danielle they were the only ones who made it bearable. I don’t believe anyone but these nurses had my sons best interest at heart and his pediatrician who intially sent us over.
Was seen right away and the process was smooth. Just wish the ER have bigger signs to where to sign in first. or a sign with arrows.
Waiting in the waiting area for 5.5 hrs even with an appointment for my 10 year old son. Broken finger with lots of pain but no one seemed to care. People were sleeping in the waiting area who had already been discharged.
The staff and procedures went great. However the communication prior to appointment was non existent. I never heard from anyone prior to regarding reminders, pre appointment procedures, nothing. When I showed up they had to look for my information and make a number of calls to get me to correct area. Definitely need improvement in that area.
I went in for a Hernia procedure and was very impressed with Al of the staff. The nursing was amazing. I would highly recommend St Rose Sienna for any procedure you might have.
Standard “CAT” scan. Checked in very quickly and efficiently by Vince at the front. Taken back to the machine room by Byron early, who continually explained what was going to happen, how it would feel and how things where going. Well run operation.
I was very impressed with my experience. Went from ER to my heart procedure within 12 to 15 minutes. Very confident and efficient Doctors.
Been taking my kids here for 6 years and I love the entire staff they make me feel like they care. Especially Doctor shah. She’s amazing
We were seen immediately and the ER Nurse Sarah and Dr. Beena a were so sweet and kind to my daughter when we came in. Thank you for the good experience
ER....Broken forearm. Wrapped it with care. Polite and fast workers. I DID NOT see xrays
My aftercare info was limited.
Verrrry disappointed and unsure what to do next.
I had hip surgery and when I was in orthopedic recovery I could not possibly had better Nurses and CNAs Amazing staff.
Despite an overloaded ER due to a spike in the flu, the staff at St. Rose were professional and efficient in their duties. When admitted to cardiac care l was well cared for by the nurses and doctors. If l need anything the response was rapid and courteous. My nurse in cardiology Carlos was excellent, as were all the nurses. St.Rose came highly recommended and lived up to the recommendation.
Nobody likes going to the hospital, but my recent experience with St. Rose Dominican was the best possible experience one could have when under going a surgery. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional form administration to being discharged. I always recommend this hospital as it's served me well along with my wife who had a heart valve replacement done here. It's the Four Seasons of hospitals!
Boulder City Fire Department brought me to you. Thank goodness! I'd broken my arm, pretty badly I think. They did an excellent job, and then they handed me off to you. Your Emergency Room staff, led by Dr Gupta, did an outstanding job taking care of me, particularly in view of the fact that it was a Saturday night from about 5 pm to 9 pm. As part of their efforts on my behalf, they did preparation to efficiently refer me to orthopedist,
Dr Wallis of OIH. Thank you! James (Jim) Shelton
I’ve had a surgery here and my experience was smooth. From the registration the day before the surgery and necessary tests to the discharge the next day. Amazing and highly professional surgeon, caring team of anesthesiologists, understanding nurses and other staff treated me with kindness and respect. Thanks to all of you, I’m beyond grateful!
Based on a 1 to 10 (10 being best) rating system, after my 6 night stay, I have concluded the following. For starters, the doctors are quite good. I put them at an 8. The nurses are a hit or miss. A few are excellent- definitely 10’s. The others, however Te stupid and bossy. Some are so bad I found myself counting the hous between a shift change. How the graduated nursing school eludes me. Now the place gets a 9 for cleanliness. The food gets a 1. I can’t count the times I sent back my full tray. The stench alone is off-putting to say the least. I don’t think I’d willingly go here again - primarily because of the lame nurses and bad food.
The nursing staff were very helpful. If you need a procedure it's nice to know there's help from the nurses. Nice place
When my son and I arrived at St Rose Siena Day Surgery area I was nervous. But then nurse Tony (Antonio) called me in and allowed my son to stay with me while she did everything to make me comfortable. She was kind and cheerful and put me at ease as she prepped me for my surgery. Soon I was taken to another area to meet the anesthesiologist and my Doctor (Dr Roman Sibel). Everyone there was so reassuring and next I was wheeled to a pristine surgery room with everything and everyone ready for my surgery. That is all I remember until I woke up in recovery and my son was back by my side and ready to take me home. Wow, I could not have asked for a better experience and that is why I give the staff and facility Five Stars. Thank you St Rose Siena!
I arrived by ambulance to the trauma unit after a car accident. From the moment I arrived until I left later that night EVERYBODY was so nice and kind to me. I felt cared for as the patient as they did all the necessary things to check me out. I had X-rays, CT scans, a broken arm. The Orthopedic Physician was great as well.
Overall great experience!!!!!
Being someone who unfortunately has many medical issues, along with my partner, we have seen the inside of too many hospitals in this town. The main hospital I'm most familiar with is the county's. Ive been to many others. This is the 1st time being to a St. Rose hospital and I have to say, I am impressed! St. Rose Sienna is a very clean hospital, the staff are courteous and willing to help you with any questions you may have! My partner unfortunately has to stay and the nursing staff always have a smile and are so pleasant. I am fairly knowledgeable about medications and procedure, where my partner is not. Normally, I would have to "translate" what the doctors would be doing. NOT HERE! 😊 They explain everything clearly and in a concise manner! I am so impressed. I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HAVE ANY OF MY FAMILY HERE AND FEEL MORE THAN CONFIDENT THAT THEY WOULD GET THE BEAT CARE POSSIBLE! Thank you St. Rose Sienna!
They took my son in right away and they went above and beyond to make sure he was okay that pediatrician there was really good with him made him feel comfortable from blood work to the CT brain scan he made sure my son was safe coming home and that's what means the world to us mom's!
Very great. Helped me out a lot, nice staff and quick response. For some reason they put down that my visit was Covid related however, despite running no tests for it, and presenting no symptoms of it. And even if they ran my blood, blood work can only detect antibodies, not the active virus? I just thought that was odd.
I can only speak for the Labor and delivery department, but each time I’ve gone in and been admitted/outpatient, my nurses have been incredible. I think I’ve met them all now so I can say that with confidence. They are all so sweet, caring, and kind natured and are right where they belong. They respect your choices even when they do not agree and that’s what makes a great L&D nurse! I am thankful for each and every one of them. They all do a wonderful job and deserve raises for the many jobs they do in just one shift. Take a minute management and thank your nurses- they are the center of your hospital! If I had bad nurses I would not be returning.
My experience was great that's why they got 5 stars. I went in because of hypertension issues, with a fast heartbeat, shortness of breath and pain. The ER wait wasn't that bad. I ended up in the CDU Unit where I was observed to see if there was something with my heart. The nurses were great, very attentive, Ellen was Awesome! Very big shout out to her and all the nurses who came and drew blood and took my blood pressure. Even the techs that did my stress test were very nice and made me at ease when I was nervous. I appreciate the genuine care the nurses and my DR gave me because I know there were other patients there with more critical needs, however they made me feel just as important and although it wasn't a very serious issue I'm grateful to at least know it wasn't my heart so I can move forward with my primary. So thank you nurse Ellen and staff, God Bless you :)
So far we have only made it to check in in the ER. Being checked in quickly and turned over to a nurse named Jamie who is brilliant at her job! She has amazing bed side manner and calmed my sister instantly. She just wakes through the waiting room to thank everyone for their patience and set expectations as to how long we will be here. Our healthcare industry needs more of this. After a horrific week In Sunrise hospital, I had all but lost my faith in our healthcare system. My sister is very sick and I was the one connecting the dots. This time I brought her to the best hospital and so far, the experience has outdone any we have had all year.
From the time I walked in until the time I left I was treated well. From the front staff, to the clerical and medical recording staff to the nurses and doctors. Was a good experience even though hospitals are not my favorite place! I will definitely recommend this hospital in the future.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. It took a total of two hours to handle my issue. That was good. I was expecting a longer time.
I cant give enough stars to this rating...5 stars isn't enough..

Got us back almost immediately which most emergency rooms have us waiting over an hour! So that was a relief doctors and nurses were very attentive and patient don’t want to go to the hospital but if I have to ever come back it’ll definitely be here again!
Aileen was amazing! She took great care of us and made my girlfriend feel better.
Krystal was my admit nurse. She was excellent. Caring and explaining everything she was going to do before she did it.
Was crazy busy so some wait times in between testing and interventions, but unbelievably quick triage time. Professional providers and staff.
Minimal waiting. Staff too time to explain all aspects of procedure Made every effort to make me aware of what I was expected to do and why. Respectful and professional.
I went to the emergency room because of a dr. Referral. I found it very efficient and amazingly organized. I was treated with respect and the nurse explained what would be happening. The waiting room was clean. Definitely not aweful.
Excellent facility and staff. Organized, timely, kind and clean, not to mention experienced and compassionate.
Every nurse I had was fantastic. They were all very caring and very considerate. Every time I had a question if they weren’t sure about the answer they would find it out for me and come tell me. They were all truly truly wonderful. If you do have to be in the hospital that’s the best one to be in.
We both were very patient while waiting to be picked up by GMT service to take him back to Vineyard. Nurses were very helpful in assisting us for water and restrooms. Thank you very much for your great customer service and understanding in handling his check ups to ensure his fine. Gertie
St. Rose Siena is an excellent and expertly run hospital. That is a testament to the mindset established by management. It’s obvious superior customer service is the goal of hospital leadership and it is reflected in how staff treats the hundreds of people who utilize hospital services every day. That word “hospitality” is usually associated with the tourism industry, however St. Rose has taken the word “Hospitality” to new heights. From the valets, to the registration techs, to the doctors and nurses, everyone treats the patients with utmost care and concern.
Wow, what a wonderful hospital. I was treated better at St. Rose then by my own Dr. office. I live out of state and needed help fast. I found St. Rose went in and three days later came out feeling great. Never have I been to a nicer hospital. They have my gratitude.
The entire staff seemed to be smiling and eager to help. My nurses were awesome
first impression was bad the receptionist was rude he had the I hate my life attitude until I checked him and let him know that he needs to treat everyone with respect and that he could be washing dishes instead. He took my advise and greatly improved his whole demeanor. After that it was the lack of communication that was going on among the staff. for instance I got called to the back to be seen and soon as I sat down I could hear them calling my name outside where I just came from then so. e lady comes to me and asks who I am? I was like wow slow down maybe. prime example of hurry up and wait! after being seen I had to wait 2 and a half hours to be discharged. No ty.
The Emergency department was very professional and on point in assessing my condition. All information on what was to be done was given thoroughly. The nurses on the floor where I was admitted need a bit more development in tending to patients as it relates to the same “courtesy” in care given to all “patients” across the board.
We are new to the area and had a wonderful experience, from check in, to going to the back, care of the doctors and nurses, and the overall service was superb.
I gave birth to my baby girl 12/28/21 here at dignity health. It was an amazing experience, my previous pregnancy was a c-section and I wanted a vbac so bad this time around, I wanted the experience of natural birth ! The nurses listen to my plan and even gave me a peanut in between my legs with a suggested position that’ll help me dialate after noticing that my labor was stalling. They handled me with care however, the food services and food itself was awful lol !
The Childrens Emergency Room is awesome at getting things done. They are fast and efficient, there’s no long wait time or unconcerned nurses or doctors. My experience waiting to be checked in however was very disappointing. Upon arrival we were told to sit in the first chair and wait for the next nurse after a while a nurse approached us and stated the other nurse would call us next. When she called next a woman jumped in front of us and immediately sat down stating she was there first. I spoke with the people who checked us in and they said they can’t do anything. The level of rudeness and non concern is ridiculous.
I would like to sincerely state the care and services I received in the Pre-Admit, Same Day Surgery, Surgery, and Post-OP departments of Siena were outstanding!! And, I am qualified by 47 yrs as a nurse, to quantitatively give a 5-Star rating to my experience 3/7/22.
I have been tracking this hospital for awhile. It’s the closest one to me and I read based on reviews how bad it was so I avoided it. I even went out of my way to have my baby 30 minutes away because the reviews were so bad. Fast forward a year, my one year old gets really sick and I have to rush her to the closet pediatric hospital (St. Rose). The experience was amazing. We had one of the most incredible ER nurses I’ve ever had, there was no wait time and no kids in the waiting room. None. The visit was quick, productive, doctor was great. They sent me home happy. The next day she got worse (RSV) so we went back. Same wait time, same empty ER, same amazing nurse. The new doctor even knew her case because he had been debriefed by the previous doctor. They admitted her and we were sent upstairs. Wow. We were admitted hours before her first birthday. At midnight the nurses came in to sing her happy birthday, decorated her room, brought her presents and then continued to treat us like we were their only patients for our 3 day stay (we weren’t). We had wonderful nurses Brandy, Maddey, Elise, Christie, and Dr Fortunado, and wonderful Respiratory therapists. I’m so sad this hospital had terrible reviews because it almost deterred us from coming here. I am so humbled by the nurses and how overworked and under thanked they are during the hardest time in our world’s history. Thank you again for everything. I highly recommend this hospital (at least if you have children).
Unfortunately I was in a bad accident. It was so busy at this hospital but I was admitted immediately into the Trauma Center because of my injuries. I observed every worker and they did an amazing job keeping their composure in a stressful environment! Every nurse and doctor that assisted me was very kind and gentle. They made me feel cared for.
Nurses are great 👍, food 🥑 has gone downhill, lots of pasta dishes. Was released Sunday evening, no doctor visit to tell me about all the tests, or what they concluded to be my issue. Hospital sent home ligature about angina but my GPA did not think that was the issue. Have apt. With cardiologist this week, we shall see. …
The staff was friendly and welcoming from pre-checking to recovery. My surgery nurse Barbara Ann was my favorite. She gave me a calmness before the surgery. I am so happy I got her. 😁 St. Rose was clean and Covid19 concerned about all that enters their building.
I am happy with my experience with this hospital.
Everything worked so well from check in to check out. The staff was friendly and efficient. The nurses on the second floor north ward were amazing. I couldn’t be more satisfied with how I was treated.
Even through a pandemic, the care I received at St Rose Sienna was better than any other hospital I’ve been to. I was admitted for 10 days after a rather long emergency room visit. Understandable as everyone and their mother was there at the same time. But I was always treated with respect and dignity. My nursing staff was kind and thorough, my doctors made sure I knew the treatment plan, and I was very well taken care of. From the doctors to the cleaning staff, I’ve never encountered such kindness while in a hospital. The only complain I have is the food, but I can’t even complain about that as I was on a clear liquid diet lol. I will always choose at rose over Valley anytime
Excellent facility/hospital for care. Have had three surgeries which required hospitalization and I am so happy that I was able to stay here at St Rose Siena. Exceptionally clean and staffed by good professional people. I can honestly say that if you need a hospital this is the one to consider. There were a few minor issues. 1. Response time from nurses could sometimes be too long (especially when one needs the loo) 2. Food was often times not appealing and served rather lukewarm. But the rooms were clean, private, and they had excellent Dish TV. Your nursing team really takes good care of you. Recommended.
Best hospital I've been too and there godly and was best help I got I been desert springs sunrise they helped me out other 2 hospital let me die just need better iv teams
8/17/21 Gallbladder removal surgery. Very professional establishment. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient staff with proficient covid protocol. Great nursing staff in post Op area. Had a very long 2 1/2 hour anesthesia recovery with a lot of nausea and I was very well taken care of. Dr Justice is an Awesome surgeon and works with a great medical crew.
I went to the emergency room at St. Rose because Urgent Care wanted me to have more tests to see why I was so short of breath. I received excellent and attentive and very timely care and concern. I was hospitalized for the night so I could have further tests the next day. I am 76 years old and I have to say the care I received at St. Rose Siena was the best I ever had. They were very thorough and referred me to home health care and did all the referrals and paperwork and called in some prescriptions for me. I am so grateful that I received the care I really needed at that time because the symptoms I was having were of great concern to me.
My doctor was amazing, attentive and very respectful. He also called and followed up with me once I left. Which I have never had a follow up call EVER from an ER doctor. I am glad I had him for my car
Very long wait time to Many people in ER Short Staffed they finally got to me blood was drawn went back to ER waiting room Another hour went by got x ray
It was understandable that things were not fast. Was scared and uncomfortable. Your team did everything possible to take care of everyone.
Im a pregnant women with hypermesis I was taken care of so well by the ER staff... they are amazing and I felt they really cared about me ! So thank you!
ALL STAFF AT ST.ROSE TREATED ME VERY WELL
FROM NURSES.CNA.DOCTOR"S AND ALL THE LADIES INSIDE WHERE YOU SIGN IN.THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR YOU.I FELT SAFE WITH THEIR CARE.
Brought to the emergency room. Everyone was great, the woman who taught me how to put my brace on was fantastic!! She made me laugh when I really wanted to cry.
I have had procedures at St. Rose Siena prior to this. All have been pleasant. From check in to discharge all personnel have been kind, respectful, willing to answer questions.....and I have to say that the nursing staff that attended to me post-op were all amazing.
I was sent from the high risk clinic and right away sent in for an emergency C section. I had an RN Delaney and a Dr. Falcony they really made me feel safe and they were the angels who allowed me to meet my baby girl. I cannot remember the anesthesiologists name but he was great he was at my side the whole time and was a very kind person. I was so scared going in there but with the attitude and professionalism the staff provided I was able to trust in them and have a pleasant experience. I had my own room and everyone were masks my baby had basically an antitheft alarm on and she was with me all the time except for one test in which my husband was able to go along with. Thank you to the team and I hope you can keep providing quality care to new moms.
I went in to this hospital and was surprised on how wonderful every person on staff was so absolutely pleasant friendly and actually cared about you. Even though I wasn’t feeling completely up to par the staff made me feel as though all was going to be fine. I left there hoping I could go back again soon. This hospital I highly recommend for any concern you have with your health. I want to thank each and every person with whom I had contact with during my stay. Thank you for all that you did for me thank you for all care you gave me thank you for caring for me. I appreciate all of you.
Checkin was very slow agent didn’t seem to know how to speed it up. After check-in I met a great tech, explained each step and. Really put me at ease.
I was very pleased with procedure and tech doing the testing
One of the best hospitals. Staff and all who work there are gracious and friendly and caring. Food was excellent.
Outstanding from the second I walked in the ER... EVERYONE was so attentive & professional. My MVP was Gabe, RN in the ER. Runner ups were Dr Dawood, Dr Tatari & Sandra, RN in heart monitoring unit. No complaints except maybe the food, no surprise right?
Unfortunately I’ve had the very fortunate opportunity of using the emergency room at this location a couple times. Both times I was there, the staff was wonderful, quick as could be and extremely courteous. Especially last night when the staff went above and beyond for me. While I hope to never have to visit an emergency room again, this would be my first choice if I did. My only regret was not asking for the names of staff members last night / this morning that helped me so I could praise them to hospital management. Parking isn’t the greatest if you’re driving yourself, but I doubt that’s a common issue for people to have.
Good communication with the staff. The nurses go the extra mile during these stressful events.
Quick response to see a nurse. X-ray technician very helpful.
Went to E.R. in extreme pain after misjudging my position on loading ramp while helping to carry heavy large item. CAT scans and xrays taken in an expedited manner and revealed broken bone in my shoulder. Everyone very courteous and helpful.
Clean Hospital had outpatient surgery. Doctor's and Nurse's are great
Wonderful staff helped us on thanksgiving day when our 6-month old’s cold got worse. They quickly diagnosed him with croup and provided some medication that quickly helped. Great ER experience.
Birth Center - Outstanding in every way. We had a tour of the facility beforehand and it was informative. During our stay, we experienced attentive, caring nurses, helpful staff and a pleasant environment. They went out of their way to make me comfortable as well (the Dad), since I was staying with my wife in her room. I also enjoyed the nursing supervisor coming around asking how her staff and doctors were doing and for any suggestions. They sent lactation specialists around daily to make sure she was feeding well. And when my wife asked for one to visit, they were there within a few minutes. Just Excellent. Thank you all very much!
The most beautiful hospital I've ever seen and Dr Dort is 5 stars. Runs like a well oiled machine. Fantastic hospital and staff. Very orderly and immaculate! Love the hospital layout, design, stunning architecture and gardens also.
From check in to discharge my healthcare team was great! My fears calmed, my surgery team communicated well - I felt secure. After care and nursing - pain management was excellent ! Being unable to have family by your side ( due to covid) makes you feel uneasy - but these trained professionals- are compassionate, caring! I was released home and doing great! Thank you Dr Hoer- and Sienna Hospital Team👒♥️
People were very professional and courteous, tried to help in every way possible thank you for taking care of me God's Blessing on you all and I know one day you will see Him face to face aswell I The Lord Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior will be our advocate and save all who believed and trusted in Him for what he did on the Cross. GOD IS GREAT! Dr. Anh was a genius and Razal was great one of his assistants and two other people that helped were great Anesthesia Dr.Paul was great lexa in recovery was wonderful God Bless and thank you for helping me get my health back.
All good! Everyone in the emergency department and all physicians, nurses, and other support staff I came to rely on during the middle of the pandemic were professional, helpful and caring during 2 separate very scary episodes for me. The first time in December, 2020 for a stroke I suffered at home, followed by a bleeding ulcer six months later, in September, 2021. Thank you!
Everyone was kind professional and friendly. Your intake nurse that I had could use a bit more training on placing an IV. I have pronounced veins and she had a hard time. First time in 50 years someone couldn’t place an IV. As far as the rest of my experience it was a 10. One other issue the male nurse ( I’m guessing) who did my COVID test could learn to be a lot more gentle. I’ve now had 4 COVID tests throughout the past year do to my work and no one has shoved it in my nasal cavity as hard as him. It immediately caused a nose bleed and a little painful. First time experiencing that. Otherwise exceptionally great service. Thank you.
Gave birth here Feb 9, 2021. Me & baby were high risk, almost died and we were saved by the hands of my wonderful doctor Bevilacqua & her team. The food was great, I had good coffee, fruit, leg massagers, and slushees. The nurses went above & beyond. Very Clean hospital, birthing suites are fancy, and my post Partum care was great. I wasn’t forgotten about after being discharged. I felt important like I actually mattered here at Saint Rose. Thank you for delivering my Sweet Jolie Christou.
Just went to get blood work. Everyone was great and treated me human, non judgemental. Thank you.
I highly recommend St. Rose. They were professional. From check in till discharge. The nurses and doctors had great bedside manner. I am an RN myself 30 years. I was visiting Las Vegas when I need their service. I would definitely use them again. Thank you to all the staff of the ER at St Rose.
Unfortunately like all places St Rose is way under staffed. Taking that under consideration I feel they give exellant treatment. The staff are considerate, helpful and have great kind and friendly attitude .
.
They got me situated and feeling better in about 3 hrs. I was able to make my flight and catch up with my family for our family trip❤️Thank you… I have been dealing with this issue in Illinois for over 3 yrs and they got me situated in 3hrs.
The level of care from all employees was exceptional. Very caring and compassionate! It's hard being in the hospital all alone because covid prevents visitors, but bearable with the level of care I received. I had to have multiple test and procedures but everyone was very kind and patient with me. I wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment.
I love my cardio Dr Choji and My hematologist Dr Dao they are both amazing Dr's
The pre-registration area needs signage at the entrance, indicating that one must turn the corner to fill out paperwork and wait to be called.
Each member of the staff I encountered was very friendly, helpful, and compassionate. I was given an incorrect arrival time by the doctor's office, so when the hospital called, my anxiety increased as I ran out the door, arriving at Siena 10 minutes later.
Again, my anxiety about being late, and about my surgery, was reduced by very compassionate staff members.
Overall, my experience was very positive.
Disappointed. The orthopedic surgeon they referred me too told me that the treatment that I was given in the emergency room was inappropriate ! Inserting a needle into my replaced knee to withdraw blood was not proper . He would not have treated me the same way due to the high risk of infection. Fortunately I did not get an infection .
Not my FIRST negative experience with this hospital !
Brought my dad in to ER because of various symptoms of decline. They have treated us with compassion appropriately and are genuinely trying to help.
The hospital is becoming overwealmed with covid patients again and they are juggling people as best as they can. My experience at St. Rose so far has been a lot better than my experiences at Sunrise. 4/13/21
I had gone in & feeling contractions & they had me set up in a room in literally minutes, most of the nurses were very kind, one nurse saw i was exhausted & watched my baby for a couple of hours while on dut, so i could get some rest. (They have little bands on babies ankle so no body could just walk out w out alarms going off) . I really do recommend this hospital. Very attentive, i had to return to the ER the days after my discharge & they helped me & i was out within 2 hours.
Love everyone in pediatric unit! , parking guys are nice. From desk, when coming in.
.
Except for Gloria operator when I call very disrespectful hanging up the phone screaming. Ended it crying because I have a question for the nurse since my daughter just had a surgery for scoliosis. Hope she stop her attitude is not nice to try to get help and a person keeps hanging and arguing without you even talking hope they listen to her recording. Very rude person.
My initial evaluation began in the ER at 1330 hours today after being wheeled down to emergency from my Oncologist office for a complaint of hypertensive urgency with a BP of 195/110 with chest tightness and dizziness. I was reasonably evaluated by the attending within 15-20 minutes. I explained that I have been having these episodes of HTN ergency at least 4 times in the last month and I was also under the the care of cardiologist. After several hours I was finally contacted via voicemail by the attending at 430 that I needed to be admitted. It is now 1218 am and I'm still sitting in the lobby waiting for some treatment. I was reevaluated by another provider pm at which time he offered me some pain medication as I have not had my regular dose of medication since early this morning. That never manifested and when I asked the lobby nurse about this she said there was no order written. Let us not forget I came in for a dangerously elevated BP and the last time this was checked was at 9 pm.Being a provider myself for 20 years, I can speak with authority when I say this is completely inappropriate !I will be writing a letter to the medical director and state board once I am discharged!
Staff was incredible. My wife had bleeding issues. The staff treated
her extremely well. Kept her calm. Kept her informed of what they were doing and gave her several referrals for ob/gyn I our area. Highly recommend St. Rose hospital.
A big thank you to St. Rose and the attending doctors/nurses for making me comfortable during my short stay after surgery. Very pleased with the care I received.
The staff was extremely nice (just as they had been a few months ago when my baby was born) it’s just extremely busy and they don’t seem to have the room or the staff to keep up right now. That may just be Covid because everyone’s effected staffing wise but if they tell you it’s a long wait prepare for one. We sat in the er waiting room for 3 hours.
Wonderful nurses and staff at St. Rose. I could not ask for a better place to deliver my first child. The nurses and doctors were kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable during my delivery. After my delivery, the nurses were very good with my baby and comforted her during all the routine tests. The food was good too!
Loved the fast the doctor's see you and have the tests ordered and the fast they give you the diagnosis I will definitely go back there if necessary but hope not so soon
My significant other was administered into the ER FIRST. He came here in full body shock with epilepsy having seizures, severe vomiting, and abdominal pain. He felt like he almost died and if it weren’t for these doctors and nurses, he may have. He spent 7 hours in the ER and felt much better however, they had him admitted and spend the night to monitor him to ensure he was 100% before going home. The room had an extremely comfy bed with a tv and view and awesome food. The staff were great Dr. Ramos, Justin M, Layla, Laurel in the ER (I forgot a couple others and I am so sorry) were incredible. 10/10 if I could. Thank you!
The service at this hospital was exceptional!! I wanted to mention some of the nurses, doctors, and other staff members that went above and beyond to make my daughter feel confident, welcomed, and comfortable at all times and even me. Those people were Kim, Jackie (the best pediatric nurse ever), Haisel and the other nurse(I don’t remember her name) that were there on the night of 1/18 at night when my daughter was transferred to the Pediatric floor), Ryan (nurses) , the manager of Pediatrics who made sure we had everything we needed. Next, the child life specialist Ruth was beyond amazing. She explained to my daughter what to expect from surgery in a kids friendly way when she was so scared and in pain , was very cheerful, and care so much about her. In addition, Dr O and Fortunato (Pediatricians), Henry from the Food Department (the only one that asked my daughter what she preferred to eat one day), the janitor that was assigned to our floor (lady who helped us keeping everything clean and sanitize), and least but not last one of the most important people that saved my daughters life Dr. Stewart (orthopedic surgeon). I also would life to thank all of the people that helped preparing my daughter for surgery (nurses, anesthesiologists etc). They not only took a good care of her, but also explained everything to me and her, were compassionate and patient with me, since I was so scared and worried about my 10 year old daughter having a significant femur surgery at her young age. I can’t THANK enough to all the people that work at this hospital and have passion for what they do “Safe others life” despite of what is happening right now with Covid-19. Thank you for all you have done for my daughter and my family ♥️😍
Everything there was top quality the staff was fantastic. I felt very well taken care of. Barring any surprise in my billing I would consider this to be a wonderful experience
My experience was amazing. They were clean, fast and caring. I was treated with the utmost respect and most importantly I was helped and feeling better quickly. I highly recommend this ER!
Although I came by ambulance and had to wait in the lobby, my wait was not that long. I was worried about being at the hospital during COVID-19, but the ER staff and nurses on the 1 west floor were careful in being consistently protected and sterilized with each patient. The nurses were thoughtful and helpful throughout my visit. And the 1 west nurses, very uplifting in my recovery.
Overall the experience was better that I expected. The health system is very broken and I understand that.
The reason I give 5 stars for this hospital is because of 1 person and I believe he needs to be recognized.
Charlie the nurse absolutely crushed it!! My wife had an emergency appendectomy and and when she finally got to her room Charlie made the patient, the family, and everyone feel good. He knows his job and does it in stellar fashion.
When the relief crew came in... just not the same. Professionals like this deserve all the recognition they can get!!
Thanks again Charlie!!
I have had nothing but good service at this hospital chain having used two of their campuses for emergent care as well as Covid therapy. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Would highly recommend.
I checked in to the Labor and delivery by 8:30 pm on the 17 th to be induced. First pregnancy, no experience at all. Never thought I will be staying there for four days! Didn’t leave until Friday night. I was really exhausted from all the induction process and at some point I thought I couldn’t do it. And all the time the nurses give me the best attention I could ever imagine. The make time to answer all my question every hour the came to check on me. They were very patient and professional! Now that my beautiful baby girl is here with me, I will never forget them! Thank you all!
The hospital has outstanding staff members who keep you feeling cared for, comfortable & informed about every procedure they perform. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and kind. I've had multiple surgeries at different locations and this is the best place I've ever been to for a surgery.
Its average. I had my surgery here, i got misdiagnosed at first which was a huge bummer as my Liver could've been ruptured. Good nurses.
I gave birth to my son here last July 2016 and I had an amazing stay. Everyone was taking care of me and my family. The nurses were great. Their security was great, my baby had an alarm where if someone took him, they will be notified. I was never separated from my baby, the time I gave birth until I moved to our room. He was always with me. Everyone was supportive and if I have a baby again, I wouldn't go anywhere else but here.
I felt the staff was very good and courteous and friendly. I can't stand needles but those who took my blood made it easier for me. All in all my experience was very good.
Nicest hospital visit I ever had. People were wonderful and caring.
This time everything went perfect for me. This is my third time there this year alone. During Covid it has not. They’ve been a little rude. They’ve been overworked. And they’re not as attentive as usual.
I’m shocked at these terrible reviews. I’ve gone here multiple times to the E.R and was treated professionally and quick. But this was the pediatric E.R. I don’t know what it’s like in the adult one. I’ve gone there for myself when I had overdosed, and the nurses were very kind and understanding. Another time I went was when my dad had 2 heart attacks. He was brought into surgery and treated very well in ICU. My baby brother was also brought in, and they treated him very well. I really don’t understand these terrible reviews, this hospital has always been helpful to my family and they litterally saved my fathers life.
Guess it’s just a hit or miss hospital.
From the surgeon. MD Ashlee Justice .to my nurses one that stood out the most was Pam the RN . The maintenance had A class attitudes . Being my 1st time having a surgery the 41 year's of my life.I felt taking care of ,safe, and the entire team of doctor's.i remember a Mathew taking me for my x ray was A class . I'm so grateful from my heart ❤ i was at st rose hospital truly st rose is the best hospital in the valley of lost vegas...nurse Pam, Doctor Justice appreciate everything you did to get me well ..sincerely i thank you. I came out the hospital feeling 100% bettet and everyone's communication to me was excellent..God bless you all 😅💝💝🌹 thinking about the treatment at st rose brings tears of joy. Sincerely Jeremy brown
The best hospital for labor. They also have the best nicu team here. They saved mine and my daughters life. I couldn’t have picked any other hospital. The staff was the best since the minute we walked in.
This was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had with medical staff.
My daughter was taken to the ER at Sunrise where she had to become admitted but our insurance didnt cover Sunrise so we were transferred here I was nervous at 1st with it being a small hospital and pretty far. As soon as we arrived the nurses were so kind they constantly kept checking on me to make sure I was ok, and they were so gentle with my daughter to make sure she was not terrified. The doctor was also amazing and incredibly kind she would call and do check ups on my daughter even when she wasnt in the hospital. We ended up spending a week. And I have even transferred my daughters info to a pediatrician in this complex and will come back again if need be.
My call light in the er room that i stayed overnite in was not working. The light worked but not the tone. The nurse apologized in the morning and i was quite embarrassed as i had a potty accident and they had to clean up. The staff is always wonderful.
The employees who did my tests are always caring and wonderful. Explain everything to you and very respectful. ST ROSE ALWAYS GETS 5 STARS.
I had my pre op done 3 days prior to my colonoscopy, the staff was efficient and made sure I was safe during this pandemic. On the day of my colonoscopy, the nurses were very nice, accommodating, and kept me safe during the whole time I was there. Dr. Sivakumar, his Nurse’s, and Anesthesiologist, we’re amazing!! I was very nervous, anxious and worried and they did everything to keep me relaxed and calm. I’m so grateful I had them there to have my test done!
I had an amazing experience delivering my first baby at St.Rose Siena. All the nurses were incredible caring, cheerful and helpful. I felt very well taken care of and they eased my nerves as a first time mom. I was also impressed by the measures to prevent the spread of Covid19. I would definitely recommend delivering a child here.
This is the second time I have been at Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Siena Campus. Once for an emergency situation in April 2020 and a couple of weeks ago for a knee replacement surgery, both times the staff has been very caring, professional and always took the time to answer my questions. I felt very well taken care of and at ease.
Excellent care. Thank you for your very professional service.
I went in with shortness of breath, they saw me within 45 minutes of walking in the door, took a chest xray. blood work, EKG - I felt very well cared for and I felt their sense of urgency. Compared to other ER's I've been to, I was impressed with how quickly I was moved through the system. The on staff nurses and doctor were also very compassionate and caring and explained everything in detail.
I do not have one negative thing to say about my experience here. From registration to my surgery, everything was perfect. I will be using this hospital for now on.
Nobody (except perhaps an expecting mother) really desires to go to the hospital. But when we have to go, we choose to go here over other hospitals in the valley. — We have had several reasons over the last year and a half to visit this hospital. We have experience with the maternity ward, NICU, pediatrics, surgery wing (including pre and post op), rehabilitation, ER, and cafeteria. Given the wide variety of encounters and transactions we have had with them, this review will stay broad.
The hospital itself is well maintained and updated with decent, recent equipment. The rooms are generally spacious and comfortable. The nurses we mostly interact with are well trained and easy to communicate with. Staff of all varieties seem to exude “human kindness” at every level, from surgeons (yes I understand the doctors are independent contractors, and not technically staff), down to the janitors.
The food in the cafeteria is reasonably priced, and generally flavorful, but if you are just craving something else, there are lots of other options close by.
Is there room for improvement? Sure. But they are improving in little ways every day. It is still one of the best, if not the best, hospital in the valley.
Was there to deliver a baby. Everything was phenomenal except for the fact that someone seems to come into your room every 30 seconds for some reason or another. It was near impossible to get rest after delivering. I appreciate all the resources, but I wish the timing was more planned out.
A big BIG thank you to the ER Pediatrician Dr. Smith for helping our baby girl feel better. Poor thing has croup and already her fever has broke. My daughter was born at this hospital (your LnD and Maternity ward was amazing and so were the nurses), I have been to this ER twice for adult care with ovarian cysts, and now for my baby girl, and each time we have received excellent care. Always pleasant staff even in the middle of the night like tonight. Dignity Health, you have an amazing team and I will ALWAYS appreciate their hard work and dedication to the health and recovery of my family and myself. Thank you and God bless.
If you need emergency care, this is the best hospital. Care with empathy! They care for and about the patient
I thought I had a ui infection and had been taking azo but I started having having pain in my flank so I thought it could be my kidneys and broke down and went to er and they ran test and found nothing,I was feeling this way for 4 more days before it passed but they never asked what medication I took
All staffs very kind and fast take care!
Very comfortable and thanks full place.
My mom was in Vegas for a family reunion. She arrived on Monday (12/19) and was taken to the ER that Wednesday. She ended up getting g admitted because her oxygen level was too low. Long story short I loved all the staff that was assigned to her. They were very nice and always asked me if I needed anything as well. We were there for 6 days and was finally discharged and able to come back home to SEATTLE! Thank you again for taking good care of my mom.
It took me a while to come post my review but I needed to thank the drs and nurses who saved my life and my son's life. I had to have emergency c-section at only 6 months pregnant and my son was only 2lbs and had to be in the NICU for 3 months. I am beyond thankful to all the nurses and doctors who took great care of both of us and saved our lives. I was hospitalized for 2 months after my delivery for pre eclampsia and had to have blood transfusions and I didn't have much hope but you guys saved me. My son is now 3 years old and as healthy as can be! I will never go anywhere else! My whole family goes here and will never go anywhere else. Thank you for all you do!
My Dad come Dec. 27.2018. He was very sick from Sunrise Hospital.. He has very good attention as Emergency as floor room. The Doctors and Nurses has 👍 Great experience to Patients.
Nice Cleans & Hygiene. He was 1 week there, He go to life care Center for 1 week and they don't take good care to Him. After January/11/2019 He come back to Siena Hospital Where They are doing Fantastic job to my Dad Again.
All of staff very caring and helpful the food wasn’t to bad , the bed hard to lay on
I’ve had a few surgeries completed during the last few years and have been fortunate to have been treated at St Rose Dominican Hospital. The Staff, Nurses and Doctors not only made me feel relaxed and comfortable before the surgeries, but the post treatment care was also a good experience. Thank you all.
I had hernia surgery 7/14. When I woke up in post op I had to go to bathroom badly but couldnt urinate. Denise who was helping me immediately put in catheter and stayed with me until my discharge. She did a great job of taking charge and helping me. Also Minh was very helpful with instructions on catheter. I was really getting scared since already in pain and still groggy. Thank you!
I had an accident while on vacation at the Hoover Dam fracturing my elbow. The staff was extremely competent and I was triaged, pain under control, elbow realigned and sent on our way in 3 1/2 hours. That was amazing. Thank you to getting me through this accident.
Staff on ortho unit was great. Also nurse in ER that prepped me was very knowledgable and helpful. Answered all my questions. My experience was good.
Very difficult to navigate the hospital itself. The staff wasn't too helpful to give directions.
For the most part, I had a good experience.
I checked into the hospital and had back surgery the nursing staff was very polite very concerned and I most appreciated the care they provided. I also appreciated the fact that I had a private room. Under the current situations that ark city is in with this COVID-19 virus I felt very safe and clean while in the hospital
The nurses are very happy to help me out during my brief stay. They’re always trying to make me feel comfortable and are very sensitive to my needs. They all tried to be on hand to make my stay as comfortable as possible! Thank you all, may God bless you always .
Excellent care! Our son was severely dehydrated with abdominal pain. The entire staff, doctor, nurses took excellent care of him. Emergency Department was impressive--individual rooms, well organized. Tests came back quickly. We are very grateful to the entire staff for taking good care of our son!!
Very good service there at St. Rose Dominican Hospital Siena Campus. I was very happy 🥰 with the overall service there. The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful from the begining when I checked in to the time I checked out . I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go there Mahalo! to y'all at St. Rose Dominican Hospital!
Covid testing was so rough it caused bleeding and discomfort for two days. The case manager who handled my discharge was a total incompetent causing unnecessary confusion and delays.
The doctors and nurses who cared for me were caring, kind and respectful
Architecturally pleasing exterior, well manicured grounds with old world European interior. Professional staff, almost edible food, felt confident that all my needs were being met. However, after signing discharge papers, I was left alone to pack up my belongings, which is very difficult to do from a wheelchair. A good experience ending in a feeling of being swept away to sanitize the room for the next patient. “Ding, time’s up!”
I was there recently for a bad fall due to fainting from pneumonia. Henderson paramedics were incredible and the trauma unit I was in for 3 days had a superb cast of medical professionals. Caring, intelligent medical people who are overwhelmed, tired and understaffed in bidens new america but keep their heads high, smile on their face and continue with helping people. Stop mandates in this country and sisolak and demorats blow
Staff was very helpful and QUIcK!! They were also very efficient all the way around.
My stay at this hospital was great. I had to stay for a week and they treated me like royalty. I had gallstones and had to get them removed and my gallbladder and it was done quickly and great. When I was in pain they gave me good pain medication and it took my pain away very quickly. My stay there was great because of one specific nurse who was nurse Beaytle. She was super nice and kind. Every time I needed something she was there for me in the splint of a second. I highly recommend this place. By the way I stayed in the Pediatric ICU Wing.
I don’t understand why this place has a bad review! The nurses here, Danielle, Jacklyn, Ashley, Courtney, Laurie, Adam, Mack and Jessica are here are so kind and helped me when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. The surgeons there Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Peoples also helped my grandma when she had a life threatening brain tumor. Also this place is very beautiful. For example, the child section of the hospital has a lot of pictures of Disney characters. Plus, they have a play room for the kids who want to do arts and crafts or play! Not only that they let people with therapy dogs come in to make the patients there feel better. This is why I believe this is the best hospital to go.
Excellent staff, the service while staying here provided by all doctors and nurses was pinnacle! I absolutely felt comfortable and at home. Siena Campus has large rooms for delivery and after labor. Any time my wife needed something it was brought to her with a timely fashion, we experienced an emergency while staying there and a nurse had been in our room within 3 seconds. Quick, professional, caring. The kitchen staff was also amazing. They did not waist any time bringing us into a room and making us comfortable. I thank St Rose. 💓 and appreciate all the staff and time put into us. Thank you
The staff and medical professionals were outstanding!! I greatly appreciated the service that I received.
Wonderfully incredible service❗️ There are not enough SUPERLATIVES to describe the attention that ALL the staff gave me! I felt VERY blessed by the fantastic treatment that I received - from the greeters, to the administrative, to the technicians, to the nurses, to housekeeping, AND, of course, to the doctors, i.e. : EVERY SINGLE PERSON!!! I highly recommend this hospital to everyone❗️I am soooo very grateful !!! My name is Maria Teresa Johnson...thank you so very much!
The staff was amazing from the minute I entered to when I was released everyone was amazing
Thank you so much ❤️
I'm pregnant and wanted to take a tour of the labor and delivery unit. I wanted to bring my husband with but that also meant bringing our 1 year old son. I called to make sure that that would be ok and they said yes. When we got there I double checked and they said the same thing. We go to the unit and wait only to be told when the tour guide arrives that they don't allow children in. It was quite irritating.
The nurses were very professional & courteous. Facility is clean. My experience was almost seamless with my procedure.
I waited 13 hours to get admitted once I was admitted everything was cool, but the wait time was ridiculous, the set up which I assume the hospital think is perfect is not, it should not have to be that long waiting, unless they short of staff then I can understand, so next time I will go to Summerlin Hospital shorter wait times
Greetings.
I am the daughter of Michael T Shaw, a patient at St. Rose Sienna Hospital in Henderson, Nevada..
It was extremely important to me that I extend my warmest gratitude and appreciation to both Glen Roybul and Thanh “T” Du.
Recently, my dad was hospitalized unexpectedly. Not only was this great trauma for our family, but shortly thereafter our patriarch was diagnosed COVID-19 positive. Being a resident of Chicago and unable to visit him in the hospital due to COVID restrictions, I was going out of my mind w/ concern and anxiety for my dad. (No matter how old you are, he will always be your Daddy who wears the superman cape.) The ONLY element in this equation other than my faith in God that brought me PEACE was Glen and T.
God blessed us to have them work the day and night shifts the entire weekend Daddy was there. Their professionalism, commitment to keeping me informed, care, concern, and down right love of what they do exuded thousands of miles away. Every day I heard they were on duty, I knew I could rest that night. (The same could NOT be said of neither Nurse Lilly or Dr. Sacs whom seemingly considered my Daddy a number and not a human. I digress...)
I will always be GRATEFUL for the two men who treated my daddy as a MAN, FIRST; then patient. They may never know how they saved my family’s Christmas.
Please extend said gratitude to them in a special way.
Thank You for hiring nurses who truly are ESSENTIAL workers.

Every nurse has shown a professional & a pleasant attitude for changing my soiled sheets more than six consecutive times daily & for cleaning my lower body soon thereafter.
They nurses have been very prompt with taking my blood sugar & administering my daily pills.
My rating is for ER Nurse Paul. This man did more than the impossible to make sure I was well taken care of. If all of the ER staff were half as nice as he is the hospital would be a better place.
I've been here pretty much since the 14th in labor and delivery and it's the best experience ever. My last delivery I had at kaiser and it was terrible. The nurses here are so friendly and just overall amazing. They make sure im.comfortable 100% of the time. Even the housekeepers and food service are so nice and will just do anything that can to make you feel at home. I love it here.
Everyone I came in contract with was great. Unfortunately I was not aware that the doctor on call that day who u was told to call for appointment was not in my plan. I just should have been told call my insurance company. It took four day for the doctor office to call back to tell me they could not take me call someone else.
My experience at St Rose Siena was unbelievable fantastic. All of the doctors, nurses , CNAs were kind, and compassionate
I had open heart surgery and the surgeon and his team saved my life. I feel that St. Rose lives up to their slogan. I will recommend this hospital to all my friends.
I had a terrible blood infection and was on my last like string of life! I got here on September 22 2021 and they said I should be done November 5 2021! The staff is amazing and my care has been top notch!
The husband of a close friend of mine had open heart surgery here and as a support tool they gave his children heart pillows to help with the stressful situation. Unfortunately, my friends husband passed a year later. Recently, the boys were on a family trip with their Aunt in California when they realized they had lost the pillows. I contacted the Cardiology department to see if I could get a hold of these pillows for these boys who were emotionally distraught. I got a response the next day by Richard Miller, head of the Department. He had gotten a hold of the pillows and wanted to know how he could get them to me. I called right away and went and met him at the hospital. This was by far the sweetest and most heart felt gesture that I have experienced in a long while. Small gesture to some but to those boys this was priceless. Thank you Mr. Miller you are an angel. You have created smiles for these boys who miss their father immensely. THANK YOU
Very pleasant staff and kind nurses very professional .
.
I had a one night stay and couldn’t have been more pleased by the warm and professional attitude of every single employee I interacted with! I also feel I received the best treatment possible here! I hope I never end up in the hospital again, but if I do, this is where I want to be! Thanks Dignity Health!!!
I really appreciate this place. I was treated quickly, efficiently and with total kindness. I'm thankful. So glad I took a chance and went to this location.
Thanks for saving my Dad's life. These people complaining about test result calls are insane, sometimes emergencies paramount phone calls. Thanks for being you!
I was hospitalized after surgery. I had really great nurses. They came in periodically to check on me without bothering me several times an hour. I actually rested.
I'm from out of town, just came over for my sister in law who is diagnosed with a carotid artery aneurysm, read the reviews of the hospital , some very good specially obstetrics, others not too good to worst care. So when I got to the place I tried to be very observant, not being judgmental to what I have read and see everything first hand myself, to my surprise every thing went so smooth. from the reception area, security nurses, doctors ,volunteers and all involved were very helpful and accommodating, very professional and kind. They scheduled my sister in law for a coiling the next day where the neurologist explained what they were going to do and that was to be done at interventional radiology. We waited till the procedure was done and none of the personnel, doctor or whoever came out to tell us what happened,to find out later on( the next day ) that the scheduled procedure wasn't done . My comment, someone from interventional radiology should have come out, talked to the family ,specially when the patient told them family is waiting in the lobby. Why did they not inform the family of what went on? To the radiologist that did the procedure ,that was very unprofessional, very irresponsible ,he or she has forgotten the Hippocratic oath .
I had to go from the emergency room to an operation the next day.
I can't thank the staff here at St. Rose Domi enough for the superb way I was treated while I was there.
Thank you everyone for getting me back to my life as quickly as possible. Everyone is kind and considerate and went out of their way at times to assist me. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and may God continue to bless us all.
This review is for L&D. I had my babygirl Amore at this location on 6/2 & I absolutely loved it! All of the nurses were amazing, the rooms were great, and food was decent enough for my hubby & I each day we were there. I do wanna shoutout Leilanie, who was the greatest during my labor ♥️♥️, all of the staff was helpful, but Shelly & Alona were exceptional postpartum. Thank you for being so compassionate!
I just delivered my son at St Rose Siena Campus and the whole labor and delivery and post partum was a great experience. I was seen in triage within 5 min of getting there, was evaluated then admitted and put in a room right away. My delivery nurse was Rachel and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about her. She was incredible in every second of the process, way above and beyond of what I was expecting. Every other nurse was great but she definitely deserves a shoutout for her outstanding work. I'd go back here to deliver another baby ten times over, zero regrets and I am so happy with my experience.
ER visit was pleasant the entire staff. Front desk, triage, lab,CT, ER Nurses thank you. The guy in Housekeeping was sanitizing often. GREAT JOB❗Thank you and God bless you guys.💙 …
