Loved loved loved my experience with my labor and delivery. All the nurses were super accommodating and friendly. Definitely made my first time experience a memorable one and if I decide to have a second baby, I will come back to Centennial. Couple of things that affected the one star was that it took almost the entire day to be discharged when my doctor had given me the clear to go home, also it took too long in my opinion to give me Motrin after I had delivered. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend delivering at this hospital.

They helped me and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, they actually care about the people that go in and the nurses aren’t stuck up like most places. The doctor understood my issues and didn’t rush me through service. 20 stars if I could. Best hospital treatment I’ve receive and their reputation follows because I’ve been to centennial hills hospital for two births and had amazing service. The hospital loves it’s workers and the workers love their patience.

I am very glad we chose to have our son at Centennial Hills Hospital in Las Vegas. I was very impressed with the affordability of the classes that we took. We took the six hour Satuday Childbirth class and the breastfeeding class. Both classes were super informative, and really helped put me at ease with what was to come. I loved that the childbirth class included a tour of the labor and delivery and postpartum units. When we visited everything was super calm, but there was an air of confidence from the nurses that if there was an emergency that they could handle whatever came their way. This impression proved true with my delivery. The nurses and staff were very attentive, courteous, helpful and informative. I had a high risk pregnancy and was induced. Fortunately there were no complications, and everyone was very respectful of my birth plan. I loved that they didn't forget "Dad" either. We got to have a complimentary photo session hours after my baby was born. That activity really helped make the whole experience super special. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Front desk gal was great, 12-7-22. The making everyone have an IV just seems like an money maker. and then found out that you don't get scan until IV is done, the nurse never said you must keep your arm straight at all times so the IV will work, most people set with their arms bent. I had another patent tell me to keep my arm straight. They should designate the smaller area by the vending machines for people whom are sick, sick like flu. There were two people in waiting room just throwing up for quite some time and another person wheeling his wife around in a wheel chair, both were in hospital in H gowns, And the older mans back end was hanging out and he was sitting in chairs with no underwear. So I let one of the gals who takes your insurance info, know and showed her, she looked surprised. I know it must be very stressful for all that work there in ER.
The little gal who came and got me for my CT scan was the best, and the Tech that took the CT was also great. It would be nice if some of these great people got a Kudos, like a lunch at Carl's JRs, or a gift car so they can go to lunch were they want, or some to show they are doing great work. The doctors were great, Dr Rocks was super and I did not catch the male doctors name.He was very good too. they even deserve some kind of Kudos or even a treat. thanks for asking.Andrea Morse

The staff were quick and very kind. They performed a lot of tests that I’m not sure we’re necessary but that just means they covered all their bases. Unfortunately they didn’t give me much information to go on as to why I was feeling so sick before they discharged me home. I understand all that means is they couldn’t find anything in my blood work or scans that could tell them why I was so Sick and weak; aside from what I had been previously diagnosed with. I do wish they would have kept me over night for observation and more IV fluids, but I also understand the hospital needs to admit patients that are much sicker than me. I hadn’t been able to hold any food or liquid down for 2 days. I was very dehydrated, weak, lethargic, SOB with minimal exertion and had an overwhelming feeling that I was slowly withering away. I knew my symptoms were strongly due to my lack of food/fluid intake, but it would have been nice to have been monitored for 24 hours. I’m home now with no further answers than I had before and I am now able to eat 2 small pieces of the corner of a slice of bread and sip about 1/2 a cup water in 24 hours. That’s better than previous days where it was nothing. I’m very pleased with the care provided by the Nursing staff at Centennial Hills Hospital. I would gladly use this hospital in the future, or any of its Sister locations.

I would recommend this hospital to everyone. I had the absolute best first delivery I could have asked for. All of the nurses were excellent and so nice. They really cared about mine and my babies well being. I would like to thank Lara for being my delivery nurse. She answered all of my husband and I’s question with no hesitation or frustration. She really made the experience of birth very easy. I also would like to thank my nurse who took care of us after birth. She was the sweetest and took such good care of my baby girl. One last thank you to the lactation consultant, it was some what of a struggle to get my baby to continue to feed but she stayed by my side and had such amazing words of encouragement. I definitely will go back for my next birth. Thank you to all the staff

I have had all three of my children here and every time, it has been a wonderful experience the most recent just two days ago! The labor and delivery staff is amazing... all were very knowledgeable, kind and helpful to my husband and I, and later on our son. The rooms were clean and modern our older kids thought it was a hotel! Once again it exceeded our expectations. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The moment I was inside Preop area and especially in the PACU I was treated like I was the only patient that mattered. Lulu I. Preop & Natalie in PACU were amazing as were her other nurses that came to help once she had to leave. They tended to me and were absolutely amazing! My anesthesia team was beyond amazing as well! Cristen was great and put me at ease

The Centennial Hills 24 Hour ER is amazing. I knew I would not be able to see my Doctor right away and he would then have had me go to additional facilities for tests and scans. I was able to see Dr. Murphy and get blood work and scans done at the ER. Dr. Murphy and the staff are very efficient, professional and personable. I will follow up with my Doctor as Dr. Murphy suggested and I’ll be able to share all the information and scans done with him.

Great single room occupancy. Food is perfectly acceptable. Doctors provide thorough and concise explanation of condition, potential cause, and remedy(s). Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Nurses are a bit remiss and forgetful with follow through, varies with each nurse and is no worse than other hospitals I've been in, and I've been in too many. As always "they" carry the heavy load. Search no further, you're in good hands !

When I walked in with a bloody face and head there was no sense of urgency to treat me or assist me with the pain. While I was brought in to get vitals completed, I was in shock to see that a nurse didn't even bother to put gloves on or sanitize her hands when she wrapped my head to stop the blood. She used her hands to squeeze water into a gauzes and with her unloved hands placed it on my head. Then continued to wrap with no gloves. I was then placed outside in waiting area again waiting feeling nausea and pain. By the time I was brought in to see the Nurse Practitioner , luckily it went better. She seemed more attentive and friendly. I went back to waiting area where I waited for stitches to My face. Got some x-rays to ensure nothing was broken but nausea and dizziness was not addressed. No CT Scan to see if I had a concussion. I was lucky to get an amazing nurse who did my stitches and treated me above and beyond, tons better than my initial interaction with the ED nurses that did my check in and vitals. That Nurse deserves an award for how attentive and great she was with me. Overall it was an ok visit except for the patient safety issue related to the initial triage nurse not sanitizing her hands and not wearing gloves.

This was the first time that I have ever been admitted to any hospital. The ED doctor, nurses and radiology staff were very attentive and nice. They explained everything to me and made sure that I was comfortable. The same can be said about the nurses on the floor, except for the nurse on the night shift. She (Diocelina) was very dismissive and made me feel like I was bothering her whenever my machine was going off. That was the only time I would ring my bell. Ashley, the
CNA was so sweet and helpful. The surgeon Dr. Cooper was amazing!! He answered every question that my husband and I had and followed up with us after the procedure. I know it's a hospital and not the Ritz-Carlton, but I think the rooms and hallways on the floors should be repainted. The lobby is bright and gives a warm feeling, but on the floors it feels depressing. It feels like death is all around you.
Alesha Flowers
Went in for gallbladder removal... best staff I could've asked for! I was there for 3/4 days for 2 procedures and I honestly felt like I was on vacation lol. I was so comfortable, the nurses were accommodating... anytime I pressed my call button, my needs were met in a timely manner... even when it got busy, my concerns were addressed. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

Everyone was professional and kind. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to anything medical due to past experiences. I have only good things to say about this hospital. I arrived at ER on a Friday evening, eventually admitted and spent two nights there. All staff and medical personal were respectful, kind and professional. I am relatively new to Las Vegas and grateful that Centennial Hills Hospital and Valley Health System is my health care provider. Thank you to all that help me during my stay.
Cecilia Rivas
The EMT that transported me to do my CT Scan was super nice. The staff was so sweet and enjoyable to interact with. I can say this was the best experience that I've had at a hospital. They were quick and I felt very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hospital.
Melissa Rodriguez
Had a very pleasant experience although I was extremely nervous and anxious going in for my first surgery. The nurses and staff were all very comforting and explained every step of the way. Nurse Ray in pre-op was very funny and helpful. He also did a great job with my IV which I was nervous about. Overall very grateful for all the staff that assisted in my procedure. Thank you all! 💜
Katherine Otero
What a totally EXCEPTIONAL experience! Yes, the facility is all brand new, but I was totally impressed with the doc & the staff. Dr. Lipke is a gentle soul. Besides being a fantastic listener, he took the time needed to be sure I understood everything. He ordered tests to rule out emergent diagnosis, then made sure I understood the after ER plan and what was needed next. These days you are lucky to get minutes with an ER Doc.
The nurse, tech and the admissions lady, Danielle, we’re also exceptional. Everyone made sure I had warm blankets. Danielle went way out and made sure my husband was comfortable too. The CT tech was friendly, professional and there for me. I waved my finger while in scanner trying to get his attention cuz I was going to vomit. He stopped the test and was by my side immediately.
As my husband and I walked out of this facility, we both decided that for any future emergencies, we will ALWAYS come to this ER! Truly EXCEPTIONAL!

My girlfriend just delivered here this past weekend. Amazing labor and delivery!! Nurse Ramona was OUTSTANDING. & the other staff members were as well! Our doctor was not on call when we went in but midwife Melissa did such a great job. We are first time parents and are just so happy we had a great birth experience here. We even drove all the way from Silverado ranch area just because we heard such a great reviews delivering here

Everyone hates to go to the hospital. I unfortunately had to go to the ER recently. Though I was there for six hours everything moved very quickly. They took my needs seriously. They ran a barrage of tests on me. Everyone was very professional, friendly and efficient. I can’t believe I’m leaving a review for a hospital visit, but they were great. So they deserve it. People always complain about bad stuff. The good experiences should also be pointed out.

I had a situation recently where I had pain to an area where I had just had surgery a week before at a different hospital. My wife took me to the ER at Centennial Hills Hospital to deal with the paid I was experiencing and the staff in the ER were very attentive to my needs. I was examined and admitted to the hospital for an overnite stay. I am very pleased with the care and professionalism with which I was treated. I would recommend Centennial Hills Hospital to anyone that is considering entering a hospital for any reason and you have a choice in selecting a hospital for your stay.

ER Doctor Houston, the attending nurses and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their role and my health care needs. The prednisone is helping to reduce the inflammation and pain that I was experiencing in my chest cavity. I’m feeling a lot better and was able to go back to work. Thanks for all you do.

Best experience ever had at Centennial Hills Hospital. Whatever changes that were made since last hospitalized at Centennial Hospital, has made it the best and most sort after medical care facility in the United States, in my opinion. The unbelievable professionalism shown by the doctors, medical staff, to include nursing staff, has improved 1,000% in showing their experience in the medical field and courtesy to all patients and their families.

This is my second delivery I’ve had in this hospital 10 years apart and it still hasn’t disappointed me! I loved how all my nurses treated me and I do mean every single nurse is amazing!!! My baby was in the NICU for 7 days and I really appreciate how they took good care of him!! I will continue to recommend this hospital for labor and delivery!
Thelma Sener
The emergency room was so full that there were people in the hallways and placed even in the regular waiting room. God bless the personnel who work there. ALL were very attentive and caring making the 5 hour wait much easier. Even though my case was minor compared to other people. They treated me as if I were just as important.
Chelsea Clayton
Everyone was very nice. The admitting lady was very informative and helpful. The nurse that took me back and checked me in was also very polite and put my mind at ease. After my surgery the nurse that helps you recover didn’t kno much about what surgery I had and kinda sacred me. she also said I would get no medication for the surgery I had when I knew my doctor told me he was sending the meds over and they were there already when I left. It just didn’t seem like she knew much which was a little unnerving. All in all good experience but I did have a heart monitor sticky still attached under my arm when I went home.
Michael Noquez
The level of attention in the ER was great. The crew was super helpful. Mike from Imaging was the best. Unfortunately, the location only gets 3 stars because, after being admitted, I stayed in the noisy ER next to the doors leading out as oppose to getting a room. I got zero sleep in the commotion as I waited for a room I didn't get.
Juan Islas
Excellent experience, I was a bit worried from previous bad reviews given but was pleasantly surprised. Although it was a chaotic day at the hospital everyone seemed organized, everyone was willing to help and answer any questions. I was admitted quickly after arriving and saw a doctor about an hour into my waiting time. They immediately did necessary test and upon results gave me the answers I needed. I walked in at 10am and was out by 2pm.

This was my second time to Centennial Hills Hospital. I had a procedure two months ago with a follow-up procedure scheduled this week. The prep nurses are so nice and make you feel very comfortable prior to having your procedure done and then recovery nurses are great. They’re very attentive and make sure you’re OK.
Bill H
During a very difficult recuperation from surgery, both the Med/Surg and ICU units were proactive in the care I received. The compassion and professionalism was deeply appreciated. Every single staff member was responsive to my needs. I can not thank you enough for the kindness where I was treated as a person instead of just a patient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I went to the Emergency Room on Elkhorn and Decatur. I had fallen and couldn't move my left arm. I was the only one there and went right into an exam room. After my vitals were taken and X-ray technician came in. A little later she came back and said they wanted a CT scan of my neck. Also the doctor came in and talked to me. After getting the results of the tests, the doctor came in and talked to me. Nothing was broken, my arm was put in a sling and the doctor called in a prescription for pain killers.
Everyone there was very nice, friendly and efficient. The facility is very nice.
I would definitely recommend this facility. Five Star service for sure!

Service was amazing. I got checked in quickly. And seen just a quick. I needed an ultrasound, which happened with little waiting. Even the results and check out was swift. Everyone that walked into the ER was taken care of efficiently. It was a Tuesday about 11:30. Everyone I spoke to was helpful.

Amazing experience with all the nurses, CNAs. And doctors! Going through labor is scary it’s self but when you have the right staff and personalities it makes it so much easier. Thank you to the whole staff that made my labor so easy and comforting.
jason mcCrory
I have never been treated so kindly by an emergency room staff in my life.. every staff member was kind and all of them were working hard and fast to help the very busy waiting room.. I watched all of them treat everyone with the same respect and care.. it was beautiful to see. And I hope not to have to go to an emergency room again but if I do I will definitely go to centennial hills hospital

I was admitted to CHH yesterday afternoon and ended up needing my gallbladder removed this afternoon. The process was quick and easy and staff made me feel extremely comfortable and well taken care of. Huge shout out to Jess and Mary in the Pacu for being absolutely amazing, they were both so sweet to my wife and I and continuously made sure we were taken care of up until the second we left. And thank you to the surgical team for a easy breezy operation!

Our 1st time at this hospital. Place was immaculate, from walls, floors to bathroom. Staff were nice and listened to us. Not enough chairs at Waiting room and Surgery waiting though.
Our only complaint: Told to come at 0530 for a 0730 scheduled procedure.
Called for procedure at 0830, so a total of 3 hrs. wait for a 20 min. procedure. Too long and stressful for patients. You can improve on this.
Maryam Kaveh
The staff were very professional. Everyone was so nice and on time. The facility was so clean. Dr. Vennart did an amazing job for my surgery! All in all Centennial Hills Hospital is a great facility for patients in need.
NaChanel McLaurin
Wait time between having to be called, evaluated, then treated wasn’t to bad especially because they were very busy. All the nurses who checked, evaluated, and discharged me were wonderful, timely, and were very nice I received compliments & they weren’t bothered by me being on the phone with a loved one they did their jobs perfectly !!! Loved Nurse Michael by the way !!
Kimberly Panfil
The staff, volunteers, nurses, anesthesiologist, Dr Shahid Wahid & surgical assistants were great. I felt safe & comfortable. The hospital is very nice, clean, light & bright. I loved the paintings in the lobby & halls. It was much nicer than I expected. Thank You~

The staff over was nice, but the patients have no privacy they were taking blood samples while I was in the wating lobby among other patient's a bit uncomfortable. The wait time was an nightmare.I had to asked if I can be discharge because i was exhausted I had no where to lie down comfortably it was just a mess. Maybe they should focus on patients privacy. I understand the staff wants to get to each patient as quickly as possible but drawing blood in the lobby isn't right . Sorry not sorry.

The facility was very clean. When I arrived, the Security Guard took my initial information & called a nurse to the front desk. A nurse showed up immediately, finished taking my info & brought me back, into a room, right away. I did not have to wait for anything. The staff was very kind & very professional. I only had a minor, infected bug bite, so I was in & out in 30-45 minutes. It was really a great experience.
Mark Greenfeder
I had a procedure done in the OR yesterday. From the admitting office to pre surgery to the OR and post op everyone I came in contact with were extremely caring and nice. If you have to go to the hospital this is the place to go. All my fears were alleviated by the caring and compassionate employees of Centennial Hospital.
Deebo WhooopinK
This hospital hands down had some of the best Nursing/CNA staff! I’ve ever seen in Las Vegas! My only problem is when the doctors come to talk to you they only spend 1min in the room it took longer to put his gloves on! And the ER staff could use some sensitivity training! I know this job is hard! But hey! Kinda field you signed up for! But because of the nursing staff still get a 4 out of 5 from me!
Catherine Greco
My husband had surgery yesterday on Nov 21st, 2022. The staff at the Hospital were fantastic. Mariah and Natalie who were his Pre and Post nurses were awesome. Thank you for the great service. I wish my surgeon was as nice and attentive as the hospital.

My boyfriend and I walked in and found out we were 9cm and the nurses were all amazing. Got a bed and was prepped right away and my baby boy was out within 2 hours. Labor and delivery here can’t be matched. ❤️❤️

Arrived at 2 PM on December 25th. 4 hours to get a breathing treatment for my asthma attack. Admitted at the 6 hour mark. (8 PM) proceeded to wait in the ER lobby for 13 more hours while a bed became available. (9 PM on the 26th) No hot meals given, no food offered, slow to be medicated and provided breathing treatment. Finally moved to emergency triage area bed for an additional 15 hours waiting for a room. Again no hot meals provided despite being admitted. Finally received a room after 34 hours (12 midnight on the 27th) in the hospital, medications and everything were provided, request for heartburn medicine never fulfilled. Room was clean nurses were helpful, but forgetful. Hadn't slept more than 2 hours prior to being in the room and was bothered the whole night by nurses. The asked me for a spit sample that was never processed, one tried to cheat my O2 count to get me discharged. Hospital doctor only saw me twice in 2 days, food finally provided and was rushed to be discharged. Pharmacy lucky fulfilled prescription. Asked Dr for follow-up recommendations never received. Left feeling better than arrived but had my patience not lasted this would have been a terrible experience.

Amazing nurses that guided me and made me feel cared for during my labor and post partum. Such encouraging team in Labor and Delivery. I went through a tough first experience delivering my baby girl and these ladies encouraged me every step of the way. Not once did I feel judged or discouraged. Every nurse had their own way to help me and I wish I could remember all their names but I for sure won’t forget their faces. I was truly taken care of by amazing people!!

The ER at Decatur and Elkhorn provided excellent and very professional performance as did the staff on the 6th floor of the hospital. Only the ER at the hospital location was not good. I was transferred from the Decatur/Elkhorn facility to the Centennial Hills Hospital ER, left in a bay for over 2 hours with no information, regular and required medication and only one "visit" where a nurse requested the spelling of my name. When I asked for info and attention to my emergency situation, she was rude and sarcastic and never responded to any of my questions- leaving me in the dark (literally) completely ignored, angry and scared until a really nice person showed up and took me to a room on the 6th floor, where I received great care until my discharge 3 days later. I have experienced many problems with the Centennial Hills Hospital ER several times. They are obviously overwhelmingly overworked and understaffed and I have spent as many as 14 hours sitting in the waiting room with serious ailments and then just sent home. Then, within a couple of days I was hospitalized in more serious conditions.
The care I've gotten after being admitted has almost always been top-notch, with the nurses, their assistants and doctors always kind, attentive and respectful.
Yvonne Caraballo Lopez
The treatment was excellent as far as the dr, nurses, cna’s and other hospital workers are concerned but staying in an emergency room area until a room for an admittance was ready was extremely bad. My mother was admitted into hospital at around 1pm, she was then in the emergency room area till 6am then switched to another area in the emergency room area for 2 more hrs then finally at around 8am was sent to a permanent room. Like I said treatment and staff were outstanding but the wait for a room was not! I know the conditions are not great but a person especially an elderly
Patient shd not have to go through all of that. She was released that day. 4 star rating is for staff.

At 2:30am Thursday 9-22-22 I was in a great deal of pain! The pain was migrating from my hand up my arm. Long story short, my wife took me to Centennial Emergency. I walked in and before I new it, I was surrounded by a medical team compassionately recording my every symptom and in minutes they began to explain the course of action. Needless to say, they maid a clarify diagnosis and got me feeling so relieved and the whole episode was so impressive. As I began to assess my experience, I realized that this was American medical emergency service at it's finest. While I don't wish a 2:30am emergency visit for anyone, I do hope that you are blessed with a group like our Centennial Emergency medical team on Durango in North Las Vegas.
Mal Telloian
Centennial Hospital is great. Unfortunately my wife has been hospitalized 4 times this year,, twice at Centennial, and everyone there has been so helpful and kind. They really care and take their responsibility seriously. The food is not only good, but on time, unlike another hospital that served meals late (dinner at 10 pm) etc.
Caroline Trunoske
I just was in for intense stomach pain. I ended up needing a surgical procedure done. They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. I appreciate everything that they did for me while I was there.
Marie Alvey
Very efficient, took the time to care! The doctors and the nurses and the CNA were so awesome. The charge nurse was great too, she wanted to make sure that care was in the stay.
Donna DeFrank
Everyone was great, just a very long wait due to lack of nurse's. Had multiple test done and brought back to the wating room each time, there were alot of empty beds but since they were so short on nurse's they could not even use them. It's very sad to see so many sick people and not enough staff to help them feel better. We were there for 6 hours.
Suzy and Sophia Martinez
I had a wonderful experience with my hysterectomy surgery. The staff in every department are so kind and warm. Dr. Vennart was just as wonderful. My surgery was so smooth and I’m grateful for my experience there.
DAMINA ROBERTSON
They were very understaffed and my ER visit was over 6 hours. I spent majority of that time in the waiting room in between triage labs and other tests, and waiting for results. Apparently no beds available. One of my worst visits to this particular ER. However, despite the long wait, the staff was cordial and did the best they could under the circumstances.
Jane Grey
I was initially Evaluated by an MD very quickly. The test you ordered though took a while Which is to be expected an emergency setting. Everyone I don't with was extremely pleasant and efficient. This is my hospital of choice.
Alia Jackson
This hospital really needs to get it together and hire more staff. My nurse (Mana) was AMAZING and really the only reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 1. Because of the understaffing, I was forced to wait in the lobby for 3 hours with a severely broken ankle and no pain meds. It also took them 5 hours to actually get my ankle realigned. I was afraid I would lose my foot, that's how much pain I was in and how long it took them to be able to fix it. NO ONE should have to wait that long and be in pain for that long. I was also very frustrated that most of the staff I encountered minimized my pain or spoke to me patronizingly, despite it being very clear that I was in tremendous real pain (my ankle was very visibly dislocated and broken).
Billy Lee
I suffered a neck injury and was rushed to centennial hills emergency room. They showed great care and attention as able to get needed tests in a timely manner. It was determined that neck surgery was needed soon to avoid body damages. I was operated on within 12hrs as surgery a great success. I spent 2 days in icu as the whole staff caring and attentative to all my needs. Now home recuperating with minimal damage due to the guick actions. I highly recommend this hospital.
Betsy Ellenbrook
The hospital and staff were excellent. From the minute I got into the ER until a room was found and my check out everybody and I mean everybody was so nice and helpful and encouraging to me. I would not go to the hospital in Las Vegas. Thank you again
Chérie Carter-Scott, Ph.D MCC
"Inconsistent" is the title we would give this experience.
The nurses were outstanding! Cece, Edgar, and Renee were memorable. Ryan was Team Leader when I had my reaction to Cefepime. The team rallied and showed their professionalism; impressive.
PT was very inconsistent. David (PT) was really good, Liz (PT) was informative and caring, and the man who used to play the drums...connectible.
Communication between departments seems to be an issue, making sure that everyone is on the same page as the patient. Specifically, discharge including the doctors, nurses, and admin.
The food was consistently inedible. We could not get the communication working with the dietician. It was really pathetic and reflected the industrialization of cuisine, and the lack of caring. There were procedures that overrode human needs and wishes.
Knowing who to talk to about what concern was an overall never-ending problem.
Gil inserted the PICC Line and was exemplary! He managed expectations and the patient's discomfort level in an extraordinary manner. He really stood out.
The Doctors were very helpful when available. Specifically: Dr. Skinkey, Dr. Igilokowski, and Dr. Patel all stood out as interested and patient-focused. Dr. Kang was my surgeon, who probably did an excellent job, but I never had a de-brief regarding the surgery to hear what happened when he was inside my knee. (how bad or hopeful). I will probably find out on September 14th, which is not at all proximate to August 30th.
Case Managers Raven and were difficult to contact and left early with no communication or certainty. Ultimately, as a patient, I was looking for my point of contact and no one could tell me who that was. As it ultimately turned out, it was Dr. Skinkey and he kept showing up, like Superman, saving the day.
The interface between Coram (Infusion medication), Home health Care, the couriers, critical information, and timing of deliveries was a big issue that Dr. Skinkey, Thanh, and Edgar finally got resolved. The process created a lot of stress for the patient, me. Discharge was also fraught with uncertainties. Cece saved the day with her level of responsibility and thoroughness.
It all got done eventually, but there is definitely room for improvement. What a patient is looking for is clarity, certainty, and who to go to for what. It shouldn't be similar to an episode of Sherlock Holmes.

Went in this last Thursday 10/20/22, sent over by Montecito urgent care. My heart was active Afib. The doctors and nurses in the ER were extremely fast in getting a heart problem patient in and on an EKG. They quickly discovered I was Afib and started working on me immediately. I was constantly monitored even with all the chaos in the ER going on they never forgot about me. I was moved up to IMC 4th floor where the level of care was top notch! Nick was my nurse on the 4th floor and was an extremely down to earth easy guy to talk to. They finally got my heart out of Afib. Infact I finally fell asleep for 2 hrs and at 2am Nick "my nurse" woke me to tell me my heart just went back into rhythm. He seemed very happy to come to my room with that news and said he has been watching my rates the entire time from the desk and noticed immediately when my heart rate went back to normal. It is always a hit and miss with doctors and nurses but this was in ace in the hole with this team. Thank you to the ER Docs my ER nurse and my IMC team for keeping me out of a possible stroke situation. I definitely don't take them for granted, awesome team! Thank you guys!

From the moment I walked in for my procedure, everyone in the hospital was so polite and courteous. Every nurse and other employees were so thoughtful and caring. Would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone.

I arrived at Centennial Hills ER Las Vegas12-24-22 about 5:30 am.
Having chest pains, shortness of breath , severe headache , body aches, pains and severe fatigue.
Triage worked quickly and very well together for needed tests re: my symptoms . The Dr. came and talked w/ me saying he would get back to me w/ test results.
Then I waited and waited!!!
I logged into hospital portal and my test results were posted ( except chest X-ray) that still has not been posted .
Still waiting! I checked in w/ front desk and she told me still waiting for test results, yet I have them on my phone???
Still waiting!!
It’s hour five now and I’m miserable . The ER has emptied considerably and I’m watching people that came in after me are gone or are leaving. Still waiting!!!
I made a decision to leave and told reception.
Asking her if Dr. or someone could call me .
She says “Oh we don’t do that” Indeed , they did not.
I still have no explanation of irregular blood results or chest X-ray.
The dynamic of the ER changed dramatically w/ the change of shifts and feel as though I fell through the cracks.
Sincerely,
Kathleen

I have a low-back surgery and it’s so chronic pain of 9 scale in the first 2 days. I can’t even have appetite to eat, I appreciated that they assisted me to prevent from fall when using the bathroom. Responsible staff are kind and patience. Dr. Arora, Shift RN’s and the CNA’s ( 3rd floor) Spinal unit. Thank you for your services. More power to come! I highly recommended to my relatives and friends. ❤️❤️😍

Everyone I came in contact with was very caring. Even though it was the Emergency Room, my case moved along consistently without any problems. They stayed in constant contact with me and reassured me what was going on.
John Riccio
Excellent care!! Great nurse's!!! But room 417 needs some care!!! window is filthy you can barely see out of it!!! and walls need to be painted!!! Bad impression!!! You can do better!!! Food is great also!!! Good stay!!!
Brittney Villalobos
The nursing staff in the L&D department had to be some of the friendliest and most professional I’ve come across, they addressed my concerns professionally and quickly all while making me feel at home and safe. It was a wonderful experience for something that could’ve been potentially scary
Wendy Drummond
The emergency room and the long 5 hrs of never making it into a room to have them say I could go home then to have them turn around to say they will be admitting me. Although the nursing stuff is amazing on the 7th floor thank you for the wonderful care that you gave me.
Sharon S
Went into Emergency and was taken care of right away. Everyone that dealt with me was so kind and the doctors took time to talk to me. Loved the NURSES and CNA'S. Thank you so much for your kindness 🥰 …
Breann Rivas
They were very officiant polite and more fast response than I've had before. They gave me what I wanted and needed it in a very fastly manner they respond quickly to my calls and all of the staff nurses and my Dr were very polite conversated with me like an actual person. Made my stay there so much more better and comfortable even for my visitors I really do like this hospital more than others 😉

Checked into the ER.. In and out in hour and a half. They listened to my concerns and seemed very caring. Addressed my issues and were patient with my needs.
Last time I was here, nurses in back were condescending. This visit tho, was a 5 star service.
T. Kehaulani Johnston
The Hospital receives 3 STARS. For Numerous reasons.

ER visit resulted in 3 days in hospital. I was very well cared for. Attentive and thorough medical treatment. ER at Valley Vista is new gem for the northern community.
Gilberto Decastro
Everybody form doctors, PAs, nurses, were all very helpful and courteous. Rey , nurse in pre-op was extremely very welcoming and made my day before my procedures. Way to go Rey. Thank you all.
Taline Indra
Everything was great was great until I got wheeled out to the waiting room and forgotten about. Never saw the dr again. Never got my ivy taken out. Never got my discharge paperwork after waiting 4 hours in the waiting room. Makes no sense. Everything else was great but than that happened.
Dominick Sorrentino
Everyone that I interact with my situation was very professional and caring I was a little surprised coz I’m not use to being taken care of from emergency room experience . Doctor explained everything in detail what was wrong and why she was given me this kind of medication I don’t remember her name but couple other nurses I want to give a cheer out to there names where Vince and Katharine I want to thank the ambulance people also they was so sympathetic thank you everyone.
Desiree Solis
The nurses were awesome they truly did everything to make you feel comfortable, the whole procedure from start to finish was very comfortable and easy.

I delivered our baby at Centennial Hills. We couldn’t of asked for a better Labor and Delivery nurses and postpartum nurses. Everyone was helpful, kind and all around wonderful!!!!
Tammy Slater
They were extremely helpful and kind, our experience on the 4th floor between the doctors and especially the nurses on all the shifts. Made a miserable situation into a very good and memorable one under the circumstances
Howard Fritz
I cannot say how much I was affected positively by every person in this hospital during my recent stay following surgery. The level of care and attention that I received from the nursing staff was more than I ever expected - they made me feel like I was their only patient.
Heather Cox
Henry in the Radiology Department was wonderful. He conducted my puliminolgy testing in a professional and friendly manner, and eased any anxiety I may have had.
Ss Clark
Everyone was courteous and professional. A lot of attention to the patient. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. I was in for day surgery and had a very good experience.
Gary Benoit
Nurses, staff, drs, and all were very courteous, respectful, and professional. Highly recommended to all.
Only complaint is discharge. Seems very disorganized. Not able to get in touch, in a timely manner, with all involved. It took about 5 hrs, even though the process was started the day before. Seems like dr, nurse, and staffing time could be better used.
Steven Lester
Went in with a head injury. Staff was wonderful. Doctors took care of me and looked after me very pleased with all the services. Thank you so much.
wanda villanueva
Excellent service,definitely five stars. I
would recommend this free standing ER. I like to thank Dr. O'Reilly and the staff on 10/22/2022 for the excellent care I received .
Adele Pisciotta
I was well taken care of by Dr Cerone, RN Nurse Victoria, and Carla the Tech from CT department. They were able to identify my problem and got me started on my road to recovery!
Simply T
This hospital has the most amazing doctors, nurses, and staffing in the state! They took great care of me and got me back home to my family!
Roberto Ortega
The ER was full on January 1, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. when I took my wife with severe pain on her lower left abdomen. The service was very slow. She had surgery at about 4:00 p.m. same day.
Joel Diamond [Las Vegas Academy]
Taking forever for test results. Bed very uncomfortable. Bring your own pillows. Nurse and CNA were pretty responsive and coming when you called. Food sucked!!!!
Joe Mannello
The staff overall was pleasant, knowledgeable, & caring. The Tech’s , Nurses, We’re Outstanding my care was second to none.
Dorothy Howell
The entire staff was professional, friendly, and caring💙. Although it was busy, they did things in a timely manner. I have nothing bad to say about any of the staff and I believe I was in contact with 6 different people that I remember. They all are 5 star💯 …
Michael Bell
Kim was my nurse after surgery and she was amazing. Very kind and understanding of my pain.
Robin Watson
A bit lacking in the pre-op area. No updates on delayed surgery(1 1/2 hrs), until I asked. I understand approximate times and complicated surgeries. Finally went around 3pm.
Post op area was great.
Meggan Naef
Dr's were good day nurse was over bearing and made me feel like a horrible person and wanted to keep me longer than I knew I needed to be there.
Karen Davis
Kind, caring staff and
knowledgeable. The patient flow is awesome. Thank you Centennial Hills Hospital.
David Boland
Pre-op surgery staff needs lessons on how to insert an IV line as well as blood drawing. 4 attempts to insert an IV line and a 5th to draw blood! Ridiculous!!!
Joet Williams
I suffered from PTA so I showed up at the ER as a grouchy patient simply because I didn't want to be staying in a hospital. I tried to convince them to just give me some antibiotics and let me go home right away ! But they calmly & patiently explained to me all the reasons why I needed to stay the night and that they will take great care of me. Indeed they took excellent care of me !! Special thanks to ER doctor on duty on the evening of December 22/2021 around 8-9 pm. Also a very special thanks to Bob ( ER front desk ) a very calm & collected person . Perfect person for the position. Supervisor Alex was pleasant & wonderful. Imaging /radiology stuff were very pleasant & kind as well. My encounters with many other stuff members were pleasant as well. Last but not least I have thank my nurse (RN) Julianne (Julie ).She is outstanding human being ! She was caring , kind , upbeat and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!! She demonstrated genuine care for my comfort and my well being . She patiently explained every step of the process without me asking her. Well, Julianne (Julie) thank you very much for making my hospital stay such a memorable /pleasant experience !

Had a procedure done on the 5/26/22. My entire visit was hopefully a success. My procedure from check in to check out was very pleasant. The staff of Doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff was very nice. Talked me through every step before it happened, so nothing was a surprise when it happened. Dr Richards was great, got me in and out just as it was told to me. Only notch was nobody followed up with me when I went home.
Ken Peterson
Received a part knee replacement on Tuesday morning early.
From the time I walked through the door until my release to go home, every member of the hospital staff treated me extremely well! All of my questions were answered before and after the surgery was complete… I cannot say enough about how nice my pre op nurse (cannot remember her name) was preparing me for the operation as well as the recovery room nurse (Kim) supplying all the info I needed to know prior to my release.
I only mentioned 2 folks that were amazing, in reality everyone I come in contact with was equally as great.
Overall I was very glad to have made the decision to travel to Vegas to have this done!! Thank you!!!

My mom had a stroke. They took extremely good care for her. I was impressed from all the medical and administrative staff. From the ER to the stroke center, she was well taken care of and medical staff went above and beyond to ensure all her needs were met. Thank you Centennial Hills Hospital.
Laurie Goddard
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. My nurses Adeline, Nicole, Melanie and Ethel we're awesome. The nurse assistants Lakisha and Jo we're also great. They made my first hospital stay a very comfortable one.
Jon W
The nurses are top notch. I cannot convey how grateful I am to have been in the care of these professional and caring group of nurses that were there for all my needs. The administration is also very helpful and always strive to ensure all my needs were met. Finally, the facility was clean, organized, with attention to every detail. The janitorial staff and food services always went out of their way to create a positive and friendly environment. While the circumstances of needing care were not desired, I am so grateful to all at Centennial Hills Hospital for getting me passed my injury.
Anjely Gervacio
Had a same day surgery on 7/15/2022. Everyone who was involved with me (admissions, pre-op, OR, and post-op) were very professional and friendly. They explained the process in detail/ very thorough, compassionate, and attentive to my needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Centennial Hills Hospital Staff for everything!!
Rose Jensen
From the moment I arrived, I was treated with urgency. I was fast tracked and within minutes I had staff assisting me. Brian started my IV and made sure I was comfortable. He did my EKG and X-ray I believe. Charles assisted with fluids and blood draw. Lisa assisted with check-out. Dr. David was very good and accommodating. There were others and I apologize for not catching names. All in all, a very speedy experience. Thanks to everyone!
C. Kelly
I had to visit this facility for a medical emergency. From the person who took my initial information, to the nurses, registration personnel, CAT scan personnel and Doctor, EVERYONE treated me with kindness, urgency and compassion. Although I was in intense pain, their kindness was constant and their patience abundant. Everyone had an excellent "bedside manner". They treated me right away, and took quick steps to minimize my pain so they could properly diagnose my ailment. GOD bless the staff at Centennial Hills Hospital Emergency Care at Elkhorn and Decatur. Thank you for what you choose to do in life and stay safe.
Autumn Port
Admitting was the most frustrating. Had an appointment for 11am—a little after 1 I was finally seen. The department seemed understaffed and unorganized. I was not the only one who shared this frustration. Attention is definitely needed here to ensure new patients get a good first impression of the hospital and what it has to offer.
Richard Flower
All the staff was friendly and helpful. Substantial improvement in the intake area since I was there last. A nice private area to explain why you’re there for initial intake. Comfortable waiting area to hang out in with some social distancing. Phlebotomist demonstrated excellent marksmanship. A reasonable wait-time passed before I went through the CT scanner, followed by a reasonable wait before I was in a bed in the ER, under the care of a very capable and very large male, former Air Force, nurse. Spent less than an hour stretched out on a comfortable bed and then suddenly to doctor was there. He went through the results of the blood and urine tests and the CT scan and made his diagnosis and recommendations. He gave me a copy of all of my results to take to my urologist. Then a really nice female RN came over, removed my IV and ripped the hair off my arm. I think they check your response to having your hair ripped off and if you scream, that’s a sign you’re alert enough to drive home. Just guessing? Anyway, I’ve been to Mountain View and Centennial is a much better experience. That’s why you get FIVE STARS!
Andrea Atwood
I've been an inpatient here 4-5 times. This last time here (just after covid felt like it died down, and then the spring on 2022) was much better. They no recognizes me from my symptoms, which is half the battle, etting thru the ER gates. But the food service and people were much better as well.
First, easy place, food. Although I was SEVERELY mistaken in the quality that the mac and cheeses would be (it was budget Kraft Dinner, not any kind of actually cheesiness involovled) I was impressed with the pizza. That was killer. Sandwich and salad item have improved as well. I wish there were better fruit option rather than peaches in a cup in light syrup. The desserts were awesome as well (yes I have the palate of a 3 yr old!).
Then service. I must have been sicker than I realized, because they swept me off the ER floor and saw how low my blood O2 was and brought be back to life. It didn't take forever to get to xray and then it didn't take forever to get to CT. A wheelchair was found pretty quickly, even though "they didn't have any". Then when I got back, a bed was waiting for me even though "they didn't have any" of those too. They were always very cheerful and sweet (although I do tend to see that in the overnight shifts compared to day shifts as well).
So, the people. Most of the time everyone was really helpful and were doing as much as they could to help, including taking interest in my hobby of cross stitching and what I was creating (I'm 47, not 67, BTW! LOL), to just checking on me. Most of the time I had to raise hell before to get any attention. This time was easy, except for one broken call light and one nurse who it just felt didn't like me much (she later tried to explain it was because she cared so much).
Again, it was the night staff who impressed the most. When I asked to sleep as much as possible, just to try to make it thru the un-unending time in a hospital room, I was given that. When I asked for my meds, I was told at what time I could get them. When I asked for coffee, I was given that (as the kitchen told me to asked the muses because it would take them an hour to get there).
There was someone in to clean my room for me everyday and even they were cheerful and sweet. Everyone gave me wishes to recover.
So there's my last visit summed up, so much better than before, but I can't help thinking back to when it was hard to get the ER's attention to how sick you really were.
Thanks guys!
Dieter Sterzelmaier
I was in the Hospital for covid 19, after my discharge the said say want to set up. Well this never happens because some Doctor did not forward the message to set it up and the set person was going for the day. so they told me I have two option I can stay overnight and they the information then or I can go home and lose the home setup all in once. Well, I had
somebody pick me up and was waiting more than an Hour and I can send them back home and pick me up. my wife had the covid too and was at home and she was happy that I come home to help with here sickness.
the nurses who took care of me they were all nice helpful I appreciate this very much; the food was very good too. So now I don't have any help for home and I'm on my one because one of your doctors did not there job. If you want to now more please give me a call. Hans

Got me to the back to be seen quickly for my asthma, and was able to get me breathing treatment fast , I was also suppose to get an IV but it happened later as information was misunderstood who was supposed to give the Iv , the nurse that finally did do it was a little overwhelmed and I told to relax no rush I’m not going anywhere, but she poked me pretty good I have a terrible bruise and when I was getting the magnesium the drip was too much at first I started to feel overheated, I vomited , and best way to describe the feeling is when you get a ct scan and they put the fluid in your body and it get warm and you feel like you wet yourself, multiply that 10x stronger. But I really appreciate the nurses and doctors for all their help
Sandy Thibault
The staff there was very efficient and did not ignore us . They kept up to date as to what was to come. They were very polite and patient. If I ever had to chose again no doubt in my mind it would be with your hospital and great staff!
David Soffer (Wolfmanjeffrey)
I got great care while I was there. Great friendly staff nice rooms and a very efficient ER

I would like to thank all the nurses that made my stay at centennial hills hospital labor and delivery / postpartum unit as comfortable as I can be, especially Nurse Karen and Gloria. Also big thank you to Dr. Bacala for safely delivering our bundle of joy. As a first time mom, I was truly terrified not knowing what to expect and despite of my long labor and how much pain I was in and how many questions and concerns I had, they supported me every step of the way until my daughter was born. They accommodate me and my boyfriend in every way possible. I typically don’t feel comfortable with hospital settings but I can honestly say I felt safe and they respected with my wishes / birth plan as well. You can tell the nurses truly care about their patients and not that it’s “just a job” Another thing I would like to point out is that the nurses are very thorough and will explain everything to you which is important because they are big on you making your own choices for you and your baby without any bias or pressure.
As far as the rooms goes, the ones I was in were very spacious and clean. They also provide birth balls, peanut balls and even a birthing tub (but you have to put a deposit for it, I believe) In the postpartum unit, I was able to be in their newly renovated room and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was also just as spacious with a lot of natural light that made it feel relaxing for the both of us.
If you’re also a ftm and you are looking for a hospital to deliver your baby, I would highly recommend choose Centennial Hills and their amazing staff!

My overall experience was pretty good. When I walked in I was seen right away by the triage nurse. He wasn't very friendly but he was efficient. I then had to go into another room with another triage nurse who did not have her mask on it all. There was a doctor in there with her who asked me several questions. He was very nice and informative and ordered tests based on what I told him. After they finished up with me, I saw the female triage nurse walking around eating, again with no mask. I was called into, what looked like a temporary room while construction is going on, by Isaac, who took my blood, started an IV, did a covid test and some other things. He was awesome, efficient and very professional. I was told to sit back in the waiting area. I was taken back to do several tests fairly quickly. After all the tests, I was sent back to the waiting area to wait for all the results. I was there for a bit, right around shift change, and another doctor introduced himself to me. I really liked him. He was very kind, professional, and informative. The only thing I didn't like was that my test results were being discussed with me in the ER waiting area with about 8 or so other patients in there too. Not a huge deal, but a bit embarrassing.
At shift change, another nurse took Isaac's place, she was young and had her mask hanging off one ear the whole time, even when she came over and took my vitals one last time before I left. She put it on one time for maybe 30 seconds.
I guess my overall experience was really good as far as efficiency of the staff and getting in and out in maybe 4 hours. I felt my needs were met. What really bothered me is that 2 RN nurses, that work in a hospital with covid patients, didn't take the mask wearing seriously. They are seeing covid patients, seeing other patients all the while exposing themselves and others to covid. This is a hospital, they should have been told to put their masks on.
DuJuan Robinson
I had surgery at this facility and the OR nurses were great! They keep me informed and took excellent care of me. They keep constant contact with my wife so she knew what was going on. The facilities were clean and if I ever need a procedure in the future, it'll be at Centennial Hills hospital!
Sky LV
The hospital staff was very kind and helpful. They took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable. I even got a call from one of the nurses when I got home to make sure I was okay. No complaints at all. I highly recommend Centennial Hills hospital.

Our baby boy was delivered on June 4th.
The experience/care we received from the staff was impeccable, we felt very comfortable with every nurse and all of their recommendations. They respected my wife's birth plan, and did everything they could to check all the boxes we hoped to accomplish.
Tandraya and Sierra were our delivery nurses who did a wonderful job. They took care of us as if we were family. If you have the opportunity to pick a nurse I recommend you choose one of them.
We will make sure they will be our nurse's next time.
Charlene was our mid-wife and we could not have been happier. With everything going on, she helped keep my wife calm and focused. She only pushed for forty minutes, and made it quick and easy.
Tyler was our anesthesiologist, and did amazing work. Very comforting, and respectful.
After delivery we made our way to the postpartum where we were greated by Sierra. Another wonderful nurse, filled with knowledge and experiences. She did an amazing job.
We ended our 24 hours with Kyra who was also great. She did our discharge, and took great care of our son.
We just wanted to say thank you, and recommend any of these nurses.
You all did a wonderful job, and we will continue to rant about our amazing experience. Keep up the amazing work, and passion you all have for this job. It is not easy, but we respect every one of you.
Thank you.
- Hayden, Dylan, and Baby Ford.

I was seen in the ER after a short wait. The doctor and the nurses were very pleasant and knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be that when directed to a triage bed, it would be helpful if the nurse offered some assistance and covered one with warm blankets. The two thin sheet-like covers that were lying on the bed were not enough. Generally, one is in an anxious state when admitted to the ER and being cold in that setting is not an uncommon state of being. A little more attention to comfort would be much appreciated.
Kimberly Hollingshead-Aitken [Durango HS]
It was a very busy night in the ER, they were forewarning people that it would be potentially a 5 to 6 hour wait but they were very efficient. They took great care in making sure that all of the patients were seen for triage and any other labs that they needed while they waited to be seen by a doctor. The staff was very caring and concerned and most of all very knowledgeable. Thank you 🙏🏻 for all you do to care for us!
Erendira Lopez
Everything was great. I just got discharged two days ago and the nurses were wonderful - super attentive to me and always making sure that I was feeling alright during my stay. Rosie was very accommodating to all my needs making sure that I understood everything in regards to my aftercare. I’m super appreciative to Bryan who explained everything that was going to take place during my procedure so I could feel more comfortable..
Rosie Moreno
Staff was great, friendly, made sure you understand everything going on in surgical unit. They explained everything they're going to do and while they did it. Very cautious and respectful. I had a great experience. And felt at eases.

Everyone was great. Austin and Rosie are incredible. Made me feel comfortable and worry free. In great hands with them two. I had Dr. Ammar who is the best
Gastroenterologist!!!

On 8/9/2022, I woke up to having a BP of 196/111. I went to a stand-alone er. I was only given 2 tylenols and sent on my way. Later that day, my BP went to 204/124. I came to your er. The doctor and nurses almost immediately began to heal me. The er was crowded, and they were short-handed. But you could not tell. I had labs, ekg,ch chest x-ray, and ct scan done in a timely manner. I would like to thank everyone who helped me. They should all be commented!!
Beth S
I like the updated look in the ER waiting area. The Nurses and Doctors were wonderful.
The only thing I didn’t not like was the Dr. talked to me about my results and asked me some personnel questions which I didn’t mind answering but there were other people around. After he left me two people who were sitting next to me said they heard everything.
That is my personal information and I think the drs should bring you to a different area to speak about your health. Don’t speak to people in the waiting area. It wasn’t just my Dr it was basically every doctor. I even heard everyone’s business.
Maybe I’m old fashion and this is the new way but I have to say I was uncomfortable when 2 other patients heard my conversation.
Other then this I had a good experience.
Amanda Blood
Went in for surgery and honestly everyone was so friendly. From Admitting, to the nurses setting me up in pre-op, the surgeon and anesthesiologist, and the nurse in recovery. Everyone explained what was happening and what I should expect. I even got a call the next day to check on pain, the nurse provided instructions on how to help with the problems I'm having. Everyone was just fantastic.
Kaylanie Velarde
The Labor and Delivery unit was fantastic! They were quick and efficient. Asked many questions and explained things were looking good for baby and I.
The doctor came in and reassured us and answered our questions.
Thank you.
Steven Mark Brown
Was told by my primary care physician to go to emergency room due to my critically low platelet count (20). Emergency room attending physician verified my low platelet count with a blood draw. She told me I was going to be admitted to the hospital.
About 2 hrs later, she came back and said she had talked to some other doctors and they decided I could go home. She told me to keep my upcoming hematology appt. in 12 days.
The staff was very attentive and pleasant.
They seemed to be very efficient.
JOAN Rowe [Speech Department]
My shoulder surgery was handled with empathy and professionalism for which I am very grateful. Your hospital needs an MRI to handle soft tissue injuries such as the one I sustained. Not being able to confirm that my “shoulder strain,”Dr provided by ER attending in March, was in fact, a torn rotator cuff and two ruptured tendons delayed a proper diagnosis & more timely surgical intervention, all for the lack of the MRI. Suggest administration look into providing this necessary piece of equipment offering more comprehensive imaging procedures for better diagnostic outcomes for common injuries such as mine. Outsourcing MRIs is inefficient & just downright painful for your patients, & just as likely exasperating to your physicians and nurses.

My husband was in the ER for a stroke. Dr and nurses was quick regarding tests. But after he has stable he was in the ER over 24hr which was not a problem. The problem was when he was in the ER, nurses did not answer the call lights promptly multiple nurses passed by took 22mins before a nurse assisted him. One RN by the name VANESSA came in to his room when I approached her about not
attending to the call light. She told us it's not the responsibility of the other nurses to come in that only her or the ER tech Cynthia will be the only ones answer his call light. Second problem multiple times his telemetry leads was off no one came in to check in on him and has heart problems I had to reposition them multiple times. Finally spoke to the charge nurse which was very defensive and somewhat acknowledged this was wrong. I told her how is it ok? My husband came in for a stroke. How are you keeping patients safe and out of danger?
Paul Kane
excellent serice. Only problem was a shortige in staffing which required a longer wait. Had a couple stiches put in a cut and doctor had no assitant, so she had to run around to gather all the supplies needed. I feel she did an excellent job. Then I had to sit and wait 90 minutes to get cheched out of the hospital, again shortage of staffing was the excuse.
However let me say every person I came in contact with were as friendly and help full as you could expect. I give all the the employes an outstanding rating.
Tiana Dias-Myers
I was admitted Thanksgiving day. I am fighting stage 4 cancer and was having kidney problems and only have 1 kidney. My stay there was good and the nurses on the 3rd floor new wing are nice, but it made absolutely no sense to me why my support person couldn't stay with me. Also when I called for my pain meds it would take them a couple hours to come. I feel like some of them really hate their jobs and the patients.
Was admitted again 6/15/22 and it took until 6/18 to get a room out of ER. I went to the 3rd floor again and the nurses are really nice, but the ER nurse was way nicer and more attentive. It still takes hours to get pain meds on the 3rd floor and they wake you up a million times a night.
Mickey J
They were very fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took their time to find out what was causing my symptoms, which was very alarming to me and them. MD Cecilia A and MD Juan J and the staff were all compassionate, and it really showed that they loved the job that they do. I felt like I was in the greatest care while at Centennial Hospital, and I will continue to seek treatment here whenever needed.
Dessie McCurdy
Started off great at first arriving but encountered some rude staffs there. A couple of staffs has poor choice of words when communicating to me and my family member. It wasn't a 100% friendly environment but providing and delivering pretty much straightens it out.
Melissa Hilton
All of the nurses in labor, delivery, and recovery were absolutely amazing. The drs were on top of everything making sure I knew each of them prior to being there
Steve Rother
These people are on top of it! I have been to several hospitals in the Valley and love the way they handled the emergency room. They listened to me and that is not always the case. Well done! Glad you are here.
Vegas10r
First time visiting this amazing facility. The staff from security at the front to all personnel involved in my treatment were professional and courteous throughout the process. Thank you
Jared Kleinman
Having to go to an ER in the first place sucked, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had with one. Zero wait time, very attentive staff, quick test results, got to go home rather than admitted for no reason.

I came into this hospital with a lot of trepidation due to I've heard about the needed surgery (TURP), but I couldn't picture this procedure happening to me. I was put under medication and the next thing I remember was this kind nurse (lady) that went by the name Markie!! I want to publicly announce that I use to do customer service eons ago and this young lady surpassed any expectations that a customer could have dreamed of. This lady (Markie) actually called me the next morning with genuine concern in her voice. To say the least I am blown away with such exhibition of Customer Service. I believe whomever is in charge should give her a raise for her kindness to an old man like me. She instructed me on what to do after the surgery. She assisted me in ways that my own family members stated that (It would've been hard for them to do) and I know they love me. Please tell her for me that she is the best of the best. Kudo's to her. My hat is off to her. May God continue to bless her. Thanks
Mr. Oi
Best experience by far in a hospital, most Grateful for the hard working staff such a blessing to have a outstanding, professional team such integrity behind what they do ,providing the best most consistent service especially during the pregnancy for my wife and baby boy after 5 days i couldn't express how much love and pleasure 💕 they share with patients

Centennial hills is a great hospital my mom have surgery there and they treated us with up most respect and there hospitality was excellent I was told that saint Dominica is the number one hospital in Las Vegas I don't know the facts I just know centennial is my number one.
Candyce Wehrkamp
Centennial Hospital e. mployees and doctors are fantastic. From registration to getting to the ER department was less than 10 minutes. The registrar(s) were efficient and kind. The technicians were friendly, clear in what they needed to do and why. Obviously, Covid protocols were strict, but following the process was easy and without any drama. Typically, we all are nervous about going to the ER, but these folks made me feel important, were always explaining what they were doing and why. This eased my
concerns and I was able to relax. UPDATED REVIEW: I was in the ER for a day and night and it was the following morning that a physician (I believe a hospital admistrator) came to tell me that they were very busy and the cardiologist would be in soon. About 1pm I was moved up to a regular medical room with bathroom and shower.(YEA)! I had not eaten since I arrived the previous day and the RN was surprised so I got a sandwich & banana. I never saw the cardiologist and at about 5pm I checked myself out and went home. This was a total waste of time and money. I have notified my insurance provider to be sure they only paid for the time I was there and there should not be any charges for physicians.
Loni DeLaHuerta
I did not see a doctor. I did not see or have paperwork listing results of X-rays or other tests done.
The hospital staff was kind and professional.
I would like test results emailed to me for my records
Joel Goldberg
Had spinal surgery
The prep staff was very professional. They explained everything in clear and precise detail and helped me with old age things so I didn't have any struggles to get undressed and into the hospital gown and gurney
In surgery room they moved me into position and gave me anesthesia. The next thing I remember was waking up in recovery. The nurse stayed with me until I was ready to leave and wheeled me out to my daughter's car and helped me in. Everyone was especially nice.
S G
Caring and attentive staff, nurses and all other attending personnel. A very positive experience.
Sid Packer
They knew what they were doing. Problem is I was often left for over an hour more than once without knowing what was going on. Better communication - even a quick word, would have been appreciated.
Racheal Zumwalde
My ER visit was quick and efficient, I forgot everyone's names but they were nice and caring. I didn't feel rushed at all.
Cindy Rozhon

This is my second procedure at this hospital. A MUCH, MUCH better experience this time around. The staff is friendly. The personnel I encountered were all professional and friendly. When needing another procedure, I look forward to coming back to Centennial Hills Hospital.
Barry Taylor
Not enough Doctors and Nurses on staff. My Wife had to wait about 5 hours for an available doctor to give her the final diagnosis before he release!
Chuck Ley
I wanted to thank Dr. Seifzad for providing outstanding care during my visit. He and his entire staff were just outstanding.
Laticha Graham
Everyone from admitting to the nurses were very nice and helpful. It was all very personable and I definitely recommend.
Jane Sikorski
It's a beautiful hospital and that feeling is nice when there is a need for some procedure, since those are never a pleasant experience.
Steve fiore
The staff and physicians were excellent great place to stay when you having procedures done they take the time to get to know you as a person
Jodi Davis
I had a excellent experience. The staff was awesome from beginning to end! Especially Nurse Ray. He took care of me and got me all prepped and ready for my procedure. He was very nice and helpful. Thank you everyone!

Had to go back for another procedure and was again an excellent experience. With the pandemic relaxing some it was a lot busier than my previous appointment so spent more time waiting, but the nurses and doctor were very nice and professional!
Barbara Stewart
The staff and Doctor"s are the best. you fell you are in good hands. I tell everyone to go to Centennial hospital. For the best care.
hiroko grokhowsky
John, my husband, who was having an endoscopy with possible biopsy, had a wonderful, professional preparation to his procedure. The nursing staff were quite knowledgeable and coordinated their activity. The facility was clean and spotless and we highly recommend the use of Centennial Hills hospital.
Tara Hancock
Excellent staff, in pre-order so attentive and keeping you informed when you would be taken to surgery. The staff in the operating room, the little I was conscious, excellent. The nurse in recovery was one of the best nurses I have ever dealt with. So caring and friendly, really informative to my friend who brought me. Excellent hospital!
John Paulsen
The entire staff at Centennial Hills Hospital was top notch! Especially at a time where resources are stretched, they stayed competently on task with a caring attitude.
The facilities are also kept extremely clean and the food was great. I thank them all for watching over me and would highly recommend Centennial for your needs.
Toni Mascitelli
My experience was good considering why I was there. The one place where they can improve is on discharge on Sunday evenings. When I left on Sunday at 7pm I was given a prescription to pick up. One of them was a pain killer which is NECESSARY following surgery. It turned out the pharmacy was closed until Monday morning. It would help if they just gave you a couple of pills during check out until you can get to the pharmacy. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.
Kimberly Parmenter
Went in for dizziness issues and was taken care of immediately. Everyone there was very nice and efficient. Would definitely recommend a d would go back to this location in the future.
Ashlee K
I have been there twice already and they are excellent at everything from customer service to have awesome engaging doctors. Appreciate being seen so promptly, thank you.
Belinda Bissell
Overall visit and procedure all went smoothly. Jeanette my prep nurse was outstanding, she made sure to answer all questions and was the friendliness of them all. She made sure your comfort was her number one priority.
Leigh Szymczak
Took my mom to the ER as she was in AFib and I could not have been happier with the care sne received from the minute we got there. The administration and nursing staff were amazing. Special thank you to her nurse Aaron who took extra special care of her. We are so fortunate to live close to an outstanding hospital and ER.
Diane Van Wie
I was very happy with my stay at the hospital. Special thanks to EDGAR and McKENSIE who took such great care of me during my visit. Also thanks to the PT staff to make certain I have the necessary equipment for my use at home. This was my second knee replacement surgery, and I chose a very good hospital and staff to have this done at. Thank. you again.
Cena Jordan
We had a wonderful experience . We went in with our 6 month old not feeling well from
Covid. Our nurse practitioner heather and our other nurse Suzy and her assistant were so kind to our family when we went in and they cared for us all together as a family. The hospital was very clean considering that they were so busy. We were there for a long time but we had no other plans since we were sick with covid and not feeling well . Thank you for taking such great care of us and being in such a great mood even though you worked on a holiday.
Wendy Rushing
I went to the ER last night with complications from yesterdays knee surgery. Like any ER they are busy. From intake to various testing i saw 6 or 7 different nurses, techs etc. They were All extremely professional but personable. I was treated very well. Feeling Grateful!
Madison Golder
I’ve used this hospital for OBGYN services for years and love them. When I broke my leg yesterday I was treated with so much care. Even during a very busy night. I loved all my nurses, my X-ray tech and my dr. All had really good supportive and upbeat attitudes. They all let me joke about a really scary injury and digging myself out of the snow with a broken ankle. This could’ve been a really traumatizing hospital visit had they not had the best bedside manner. They also took care of my husband last year while we was dying from Covid and my father in law’s stroke. Thank you all so much for everything you do daily. My family will forever be in your debt.
Janet King
Absolutely amazing!!!! Every nurse, doctor, person we talked to was absolutely amazing!!! I went in because I got a piece of chicken stuck in my esophagus and I was terrified. I was puking and dry heaving, couldn't keep anything down. They were amazing and asked me what happened. And even my grand daughter got to stay with me the while time. Then the next morning I had my surgery and then I could breath and drink water again!! I can't thank everyone enough!! Very positive experience. I will definitely be going back there and recommending them to everyone!! Thank you all. Merry Christmas to all of you.
Britt H
The entire staff was very pleasant and made me feel as comfortable as they could considering the pain I was experiencing. Thank you to Eleyna (ER Nurse), Nicole (PA), Chelsea (Rad Tech Student), Kim, Carla and the other great individuals for being so nice, caring and attentive during my ER visit!
Claudia Castillo
My son was injured and I went to the ER I ran in and told the girl at the little desk I needed help I had already called my son had passed out she said to bring him in I said he had just passed out and I know I wouldn’t be able to support him on my own she replied to just take a wheelchair. I would think they would have people to help bring someone in that is passing out. Once we got past her the west was good the nurse that triaged him was wonderful and moved quickly to get him in a room. They nurse that took over in the room was great kept me informed of what was going on the Dr was very good he moved very quickly to get my son diagnosed with internal bleeding and ordered transport to UMC and he got 2units of blood, the ambulance arrived they couldn’t take him while getting blood so the Dr squeezed the was a led to get the blood in quit and get my son moved the a Trauma center. I wish I remembered the Dr’s name but I was really just in shock but so thank that I got a great Dr that day if it had been someone else I don’t know how my son would be doing
Hex Blackburn
Loved my visit! Surgery went well and my nurse was wonderfully nice.
Aleesha Leeanna
The best experience at a hospital that I ever had! Usually hospitals have people that have been there for so long so they’re exhausted and have low patience or something and it was the middle of the night so I was sure to run into someone like that. Fortunately, every single person I encountered was so pleasant and I was in and out so fast! Total time spent there was like 30 minutes. 10 stars!!
Ruth Wilson
My husband was at Centennial Hills Hospital for 36 days. every one from the EMTs, Emergency, Surgery, and all of the floors he stayed in during his recuperation, were absolutely amazing. He was well-cared for and treated with utmost respect by the professional staff.
Polly Nelson
Had abdominal pain, came in at 7:45 am. Spent 9 hours there getting tests done, given pain killers that made me vomit and then they wanted to keep me because I couldn't stop vomiting. They had no beds so I was either to sit in a cold room in a metal chair or in the crowded lobby. My IV was out and there were no nurses in sight to come refill it until my SO went searching. They couldn't even give me a proper diagnosis for the pain but they did find a cyst and said I needed to treat it ASAP though it wasn't urgent.... They referred me to an OBGYN who I couldn't call until this morning, and the PA who heled me gave me her card and said I could call with any questions, I have yet to speak with her as she has not been back at the hospital since. A little disappointed, oh and around half the people in the lobby weren't wearing masks either. Glad I was seen by someone, glad I got some tests done, which is wasn't so expensive ($2200 bill paid $1200 up front for my deductible), and wish they had enough beds and staff to treat patients properly.
Sandra Kirkwood
Could not believe the quality care I received. Everyone was professional and kind. From the check-in nurse to the entire staff. The doctor was gentle and well spoken. Made you feel like you were the only patient in the building. Would have given more stars but was only allowed 5. Will be visiting again if the situation arises.
Marion Burket
We had good care but was there too long.
Never offered a drink of water for my mother
Harold Hauge
The entire Team was amazing!
From check-in, which by the way had No wait time to the Doctor, attending and Registered Nurse. We were in and out in under 2 hours. One of those 2 was observation required to ensure all was well.
What a Great experience
Marcus Angelo
I went in with unimaginable stomach pain around 9 pm. They got me into a room pretty quick but I just laid there in pain. For the first time in my life I could hear myself crying for help. I could hear my wife asking the nurses to help me. Their responses were "There are no doctors here!!!" I literally laid there in pain for hours until anything was done. They finally pumped me with morphine for the pain but that was just temporary. What kind of hospital does not have doctors in the evening hours to help people. This is completely crazy to me.
This hospital needs to work on their communication with the patient and their spouses. I had an hour and a half long test done on my organs in my stomach and not one person came to me or my wife with the results. We assumed the test didn't show anything so we thought I might be going home the next day. That test was done after they did an EGD and a colonoscopy on me. As my wife was leaving for the evening thinking that I was probably going home the next day, the nurse in the room just blurted out "He has surgery tomorrow to remove his gallbladder." Wow!!! And I am just hearing this now from a nurse. No results from tests, no communication what so ever. To announce a surgery should come from a doctor, not a nurse!!! Unbelievable!! Look, the staff was amazing!! Everyone was so nice but the communication is just not there.
The toilet in the bathroom in my room was leaking bad. There was water all over the floor. I was on some good drugs while I was there so One little slip and I would of been down. It took 4 hours to get someone there to fix it. Centennial Hills Hospital is a Beautiful Hospital!! It's so clean, the rooms are big, and the staff are super nice. But real people notice the little things!!! They need to do better!! I appreciate everything that they did for me because I am in recovery and I am feeling a lot better. Thank You CHH!!!
Lee Groden
Great people from ER to hospital to surgical staff. Teesa was awesome and a true professional
Diane Mayer
Spent 5 1/2 hours waiting for IV Fluids. Very uncomfortable. Very ill. Not a pleasant experience at all.The Bathrooms were dirty. No one was cleaning or wiping down any chairs, floors, etc. Disturbing. Will not go back to this hospital.Much confusing information was given to me, until finally I received an IV.
Robert McGlone
Everything about my surgery went well. Pre-admission was quick, and they gave me all the information I needed. Admission was quick and easy. All of the nurses getting me ready for surgery were great. They were extremely careful and thorough. The surgery and recovery went very smooth. I couldn't have asked for better care.
mike hendrix
I am very grateful for the care the doctors and nurses gave me at Centennial Hospital. I am particularly happy to have Dr Seifzad as my admitting doctor because his calm informative consultations were very reassuring at a difficult time. It's easy when as a patient in a place you don't want to be to find fault with many things in a hospital, but when you realize how many people are professionally doing their difficult jobs ( in difficult times) the best they can it is very gratifying. My only recommendation would be to give the patient part of the outpatient paperwork sooner, as i would have liked the stroke information and especially the tv channel guide before I checked out. Pretty minor complaint. My rating- thank you everyone for a first rate job!
Joseph Saavedra
I had to get a colonoscopy and was super scared and nervous. Your staff was the best, so caring and understanding. I went to my procedure, and every step of the process was great. My recovery nurse was the best. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you so much for taking good care of this old man
Lacey McDonough
The staff was all very nice and helpful. First time ever experiencing a emergency room visit. And I have the most respect for all the worker that we’re all working there hardest to insure we were taken care of. Thank you for all you do!
Lana
It was an outpatient procedure filled with caring competent medical staff from start to finish. My husband was carefully monitored throughout his time there by nurses and doctors who were always available for consultations. Thanks to everyone for their hard work.
Candy Lowery
Had out patient surgery here yesterday.
5 stars for OR staff. Thank you to the entire team that took great care of me. Best surgical experience I've ever had.
2 stars for preregistration employee. I'm glad it was just one employee that was abrasive.
Paul Milak
From intake (Marco) through pre-op (Christie) and post-op (Bethel) hospital staff was attentive, caring and helpful.
Deric Singleton
Overall my experience was positive. Wait times for Pre-Op registration was not pleasant. Told to arrive at 8:30, was not seen until 10:00. Spent a total of 2.5 hours for what should have been an hour visit. Pre-Op Registar was very patient and overwhelmed by the circumstance. She needed a lot more help. Once seen my visit was very welcoming. The day of surgery I was asked to arrive at 5:30, which I found no one available to assist me until 6:15. Once I went into surgery I found a very plesant staff who treated me very well. Once you get past the wait times, you may find yourself well taken care. Someone should review staffing needs, quickly.
Mobbfia Muzik
Surgery went well and fast I highly appreciate and recommend this hospital ❤️👌🏾 …
Cassandra Allen
I was in a car accident 12/2 about 4:30 pm on my way home from work & went to the hospital about 8 pm when I was feeling chest pains. The team that night was awesome and I didn't have to wait long for them to get the EKG & x-rays. While waiting for results ( which turned out to be no heart problem & no broken bones) I had to go to the restroom. The front desk clerk told a male employee, but it seemed like forever for some to take me (I had to go bad). She ended up taking me. Overall experience was good. Thank ER team for your help, kindness and quickness in my trauma experience.
erika renteria
First off I want to thank the icu unit and surgeon I had I give them overall 100 if I could they saved my life! I would overall give the hospital a 5 but I had 2 bad nurses one after my c section she was so horrible to me while I was bleeding out after my c section she should not be a nurse at all if the icu unit care would have not had gone I would have not be here today! After my icu stay and went to be with my son in post care the nurse also was not a good nurse never give me my medicine acted like I didn't need anything 😒 but after her all my nurses were awesome they just lack of baby formula thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to every one who help me be here today!❤
Karen Marlow
Love your hospital! Only complaint is beyond your control. Overcrowded. I understand your problem. But staff sure makes up for it. They are on their toes. So helpful and understanding in every way.
Margaret Morgan
The check in process was run very efficiently. I saw a triage nurse right away. There was not a room available right away but this did not delay my care. They were able to start my testing from the lobby. They had the whole process down like a well oiled machine. I was even able to speak with a provider right away and have the emergent nature of my complaint determined and proper testing ordered. When my results all came back the provider came back out to talk to me about them and the plan of care. Gone are the days of being uncomfortable or in pain for hours while waiting for a room to open up before anything gets started. There were ER techs and nurses always visible and available should you have any questions or your condition changes. All of the staff were very friendly, caring and attentive.
Beverly Robinson
My experience was nice. The staff was very friendly and took the time to listen to your needs. If you ever have Dr. Aurelio as your hospital doctor during stay, HE IS THE BEST!!
Marion Brady
This hospital is great! They took care of me in a very timely manner and were very professional.
cheryl muntz
The entire staff was very professional and friendly! They all went way beyond what was necessary. I had my blood drawn and hardly any bruising. I was constantly looked after and explained everything that was happening to me down to every single thing. I felt like I was treated with respect.
This was the best hospital I could of choose to go to!
Lynn Poole
I recently had a major car accident and was having complications. I was advised to go to the ER due to there were test I needed that an urgent care facility was unable to perform. I arrived at Centennial Hills Hospital and was treated right away and the staff that assisted me were very polite and professional. I did not wait long for test or results and the doctor and nurses were very kind. My issue is I have major pain in my arms, upper chest/collar bone area, and shoulder without even movement. I also have been having headaches, unable to sit upright for a long period, unable to turn my upper body fully, and unable to drive due to inability to hold my head up for a long period and having blurred vision. I was advised my CT scan came back good and I would receive a prescription for pain and sent home. I then asked for a work note and the nurse didn’t seem to want to give me one, advised she can only allow me up to three days (not even the rest of the week) and provided me a note to return to work with no restrictions in three days. So at that point I felt completely insulted, lost all confidence in the doctor, don’t even know if they reviewed the CT scan thoroughly and I know they did not consider or care about anything I said due to they did not x-ray my arms or shoulder or address the headaches and vision issues. She did not even ask what my job duties are that she is suggesting I perform with my eyes closed and bent over and my BP was 170/106, probably from all the pain and stress. Now I have to go to another doctor when I just need to rest so I can fully recover. Very disappointing and disturbing.
Jane Lee Mortenson
I went to the new satellite Er on Decatur and Vally Vista. I believe I was the only patient there. There was literally zero wait. The only thing we had to wait for was for radiology to read my xray. Everyone was super nice and they fixed me up quickly. Definatly recommend.
Stephen Heckathorn
Dr was about half hour late.procedure went well.tabs on chest and stomach areas not taken 0ff at Hospital. I took them off at home.
Bob
My overall experience was positive. Intake at emergency care was quick and everyone I interacted with was friendly, supportive and well trained. I was there for emergency surgery and the only negative issue was they didn’t allow anyone but the patient inside. I was told my wife could come in as soon as I had a room. I was kept in a ER bed all night so no wife, who waited in the parking lot for 5 hrs before leaving. She was able to leave me a bag at the front desk before she left, which I got.
Still no room after surgery so waited in recovery for 5 hrs before I got a room. I doubt this is normal but your experience could be similar to mine. Pre-Op and the room nurses I had were all great, and I’d even say exceptional. Not a fun experience but I would definitely use this hospital again.
Danielle D
The hospital was clean, well kept. All the personnel that I encountered were professional, friendly, kind, and reassuring. Which was a tremendous help for my state of mind. Special thanks to Pre Op RN Nilo, PAW RN Markie, Anesthesiologist Gian and my Dr. V. Jayaraman.
Sincerely, a patient.
Leia Allen
Wow! The labor & delivery unit were incredible! All the nurses were friendly, knowledgeable, and treated my family & I so amazingly!
I couldn't have asked for a better hospital or group of nurses to help me through this time.
Andrea Sandoval
Great experience. Only exception is the wait for food from the food service. To 2 hrs for breakfast. Never less than 1 hr wait.
Gay Lynn Martin
Wonderful nursing staff. Very attentive to my needs. Unfortunately, the doc on call Mar 3/4 (surgery on 3rd, released on Friday morning at 10:30) did not order meds from my meds list, therefore every time when it was time for my meds, I had to wait several hours for doc to put order in. The day of my departure, the nurse had ordered pantropozole the night before, however doc never approved it, therefore I did not get it that day. It had to be taken on an empty stomach. What should happen, during pre check in, is the doc should order all meds needed so delivery is uninterrupted. Also release notes after spinal surgery were quite incomplete. My assessment is there is terrible communication from doctor to nursing staff.
Faviola Martinez
I am so grateful with all the labor and delivery and the postpartum staff! Everyone was great! My labor and delivery nurses (Karen & Kelly) went above and beyond to help me follow through with my birth plan. They were very motivating and they took care of my needs immediately. Luz from postpartum was also always checking in, and making sure we didn't need anything. I am so impressed with our experience and forever grateful for their service!
K Lock
I visited the ER on a Sunday night just after midnight and I was so impressed with the speed, professionalism, kindness and knowledgeable staff who served me. It's always a bit scary to head for the ER when you aren't feeling well. The staff made my experience one that was less scary. From the bottom of my heart, thank you ER staff at CHH.
Mark Matthews
The administrative staff, nurses and doctor were fantastic! It took a little longer than expected but the Centennial Hill Team were very attentive and helped me through the process...
Kara Smith
I had spinal surgery and from the moment I was greeted and checked in to the surgery through my care afterwards I was treated with so much respect in regards to how I was feeling. The staff was beyond amazing and I always felt I was receiving the most excellent care. My surgery was an absolute success thanks to Dr. Remoldi and his team. I couldn’t be more grateful or recommend a hospital more.
Gilbert Florence
Centennial hills hospital is the best hospital in Vegas. I give 4 stars cause I don’t like being in the hospital. All of the staff doctors made my stay less stressful than I expected. Thanks u guys!!!
Toni Lutey
From the person checking you in at the front door to the surgery center all the employees are extremely professional and respectful. They make you feel as though you are part of their family and treat you as such. If I ever have to be admitted to a hospital again or do an outpatient procedure, I recommend Centennial Hospital.
I would like to thank all the staff for making both the patient and family members feel safe in knowing they are doing everything they can to make the stay at this hospital a pleasant one.
Sheila Scarborough
I had the best possible experience! From the intake nurse, to the nurse who took blood and administered necessary tests, to the check in person, to the emergency room nurses and doctors...THANK YOU! You were consistently kind and courteous and kept me informed as to what was happening. Never having had an experience with an emergency room, I was so grateful. You all are saints in my book!
LBHomey
Mario in admitting extra helpful - kind of slow process but
once into prep moved quickly - nice Dr. - nice people - good
results plus a recovery popsicle which really hit the spot;)
Greg Palmer
The staff was amazing. Extra Extra Kudos to the nurse, whose name is Kim in recovery. She went above and beyond her job description. I was truly grateful to have her as my nurse. As for the scheduling, I was not impressed. Procedure at 11 , but didn’t go till almost 2. Miscommunication between staff and radiology made my stay longer. Was a long 11 hour day, but I was very impressed with Centennial Hills Hospital. Thank you, Patricia Palmer.
Susan Higley
May 20th I had bariatric bypass surgery at this hospital. It was my first time besides testing for this surgery that I have been to this hospital. The hospital is absolutely gorgeous, the properties gorgeous, and the surgery staff was amazing. I'm giving this three-star review because of the recovery process. When getting bariatric surgery the patient has a long road before reaching surgery. During this journey they have to do a lot of research and hard work to be approved for surgery. During recovery after surgery we want to get better and recover as fast as possible. The nursing shortage did not allow the recovery process to go smoothly. I truly hope that they can give a training class on how to care for bariatric surgery patients to the nurses and CNAs in med-surg that take care of us during recovery. Recovery is almost as important as the surgery, if not more important. So to the surgical staff and the hospital staff even the nurses that were short staffed I thank you very much!! to the hospital administration, I would strongly encourage build a training curriculum or allowing us to give specific feedback on how the staff could be better in this specific protocol.
Angela Lewis
Everyone one was friendly and efficient the wait was very long but they helped me with my problem and I left feeling comfortable with the staff and doctor
Dennis Janssen
Since I arrived to ER everybody was very helpful. Very good Professionals. Nurses very friendly and taking care of what I need.
Tech Nurses excellent service. X-rays Technician and the lady in charge of Sonogram, very professionals.
Doctor working that night at ER, listen all my complaint and explained what are they to do with me. Thumbs up.
Taneka Smith
Doctors where actually Great I was Comfortable & they where Nice To Me I feel so much Better Omg🤗🤗 …
david bass
The wait was a little long that's why I gave it a 4 star ! The Doctor and staff very good and friendly and I was very happy to have gone there ! Nothing bad to say.
gnb vitella
The staff at ER was very caring and thoughtful, unfortunately I know they are over worked and cannot always come to your calls so i try not to be a burden on them. I just want to give a THANK YOU for caring for me. When I finally got a room it was greatly appreciated.
James Hollins
My experience during my visit was very professional - the doctors and staffs treated me with care. They took pride in their work making sure each patient received the best care during the evaluation.
Darryl Robinson (D.Rob.)
What a nightmare visit that was. Is doing something I arrived at centennial hills hospital a little after 4:00 a.m. there were only three people there including myself I wasn't seen till after 6:00 a.m. I was finally given an IV after taking blood which the nurse miss my bank she had to do it twice it was very uncomfortable. Then I was given a pain shot of Dilaudid which only last a half an hour. I was in excruciating pain after a couple hours I asked for another shot the second shot was given to me in my arm they could not put it in the ID because we were not in the proper setting supposedly. The doctor stated the nurse should not have given me a shot through the IV inside the lobby area it was their mistake. At around 9:00 to 11:00 patients start piling in people were everywhere laying on the floor one gentleman even fell out of his wheelchair in the lobby area it was a menagerie. I'm not very happy on the treatment that I've received from centennial hospital especially with the pain that I was in. People were in the lobby area coughing throwing up I'm sure they all were covid patients. There was a lot of construction and noise going on which made the pain even worse. I tried telling the doctor on 270 lb 1 mg of Dilaudid is not going to affect me I know my body very well and I've been through this before several times. Doctor should listen to patients instead of just trying to do everything their way I was very unhappy with the staff

Despite only being a few days out of the hospital following an emergency C Section, I had to take a few moments to share my utmost gratitude for the truly amazing staff at Centennial Hills Hospital.
From the lovely ladies in Labor & Delivery, which include Nurse Emily (working nights) and the anesthesiologist who administered my initial epidural quickly and almost painlessly, to the patient, wise and seasoned RNs who cared for my son and me in Postpartum. As first-time parents, you gave my partner and me the confidence we needed to care for our baby correctly. My sincere thanks to Alyssa, Alicia, Lisa, Tina, and Mrs. Teresa. You ladies made our stay at Centennial feel more like a full-service stay at a fancy hotel rather than a recovery at a hospital.
I want to give special thanks to the second anesthesiologist who helped me through my C Section, Tyler Hunt. I was terrified going into that process, but you kept me calm and managed my pain, for which I am extremely grateful.
Last but certainly not least, Dr. John Kelly, who performed my surgery, was so precise, his expertise is reflected in my recovery and lack of bruising. Thank you for keeping me safe and ensuring the healthy delivery of my baby.

I want to commend some of the nursing staff and CNAs in the overflow area of PAC-U. The first night that I was there, Nurse Phillip and CNA Zenny took care of me.They were great. They answered the call light in a timely manner and made me feel comfortable about calling them when I needed them. They were very attentive to my needs. They remind me of the time when nurses didn’t make patients feel like they are a burden. Nurse Phillip was on top of the nitroglycerin protocol. He checked in on me on time after each dose.
Charge Nurse Bethel was also very kind, attentive and professional. She came in to place my IV. She didn’t delegate the task to someone else even though she was aware that I’m “a hard stick”. Even though it’s very difficult to place an IV in my veins, Bethel was very patient and confident. She placed my IV in one try. That night, Nurse Bethel was my nurse. She took great care to make sure that I was comfortable and she didn’t make me feel like I was burdensome when I needed something. Her CNA Rosa was great too.
My CNA Semi, who’s a staff CNA in float-pool, is awesome. She is very professional and attentive to the needs of her patients. The area were I was, I was able to watch the performance of all of the staff and Semi was always ripping and running to answer the call of her patients. I was able to watch because for some reason, my nurse Ellen always left my curtain wide open. I don’t understand why she did that because I had to have a bedside commode in my area because it was difficult for me to walk due to the reason for which I was admitted. It didn’t occur to her that I needed privacy or that it was difficult for me to walk to the curtain to close it so I could use the commode. Ellen was very forgetful too. Whenever I called for my medication, she’d come to answer the call but didn’t return with my medication unless I called her again. She took at least an hour to get my pain medication and she took just as long for getting the medication for the patient who was in the stall next to me. Whenever she was reminded, she would say something like, “Oh! That’s right!, I’ll get it!”. She was nice but she made me wonder if she was purposely leaving my curtain open and forgetting about my medication.
The worse part about my experience was in the ER. The front part not so bad but it needs improvement. The nurses were intimidated by my veins being difficult to access. The techs were more confident in attempting to place my IV. Even though two techs tried, they couldn’t get it.
The back part where the beds are is horrible. When I got to the room, it was dark and dingy but I was still able to see blood caked up on the floor. I complained about it but no one came to clean it so I attempted to clean it up but due to the pain that I was experiencing and the amount of blood and that it must’ve been sitting there for a while, I was unable to get it up.
My room was right across from the station where doctors and nurses sit. My call light would sound off for about 30 minutes before I’d have to complain that I knew they heard my light calling and it would still take about 10-15 before the nurse came to see what I needed. She gave me a nitroglycerin tablet but never returned as required by the protocol to re-assess my pain and when I made a fuss about her not following protocol, she just made excuses as to why she didn’t return.
Some of those doctors are rude and unprofessional. The doctor who came to do my assessment, I ask him if my aorta could be the cause of my pain. Later, I heard him referring to me as “the aortic dissection patient”. I also heard doctors making jokes about patients who have to use emergency services often. One said, “We have another frequent flyer”. I guess they don’t know that having patients is what keeps them employed. And it’s obvious that they don’t have a clue that their patients could also be medical professionals and know when they’re making derogatory comments about the patients. Im not sure that I’ll return to Centennial Hills Hospital since I’d have to go through ER.

The care was great, staff was great however they really need to listen to their patients. I have very very small and deep veins and I know I am a hard stick so I always ask for the best tech, especially not a teaching/learning tech to draw blood. And I had to ask 5011 times to send their best tech, I even had to call the laboratory myself. When I finally got the Lead tech she came down and realized the severity of my veins and that everything I was stating was very much true. She wishes others would have listened since my stay in the hospital.
James Calvillo
Doctors and nurses are very caring they did everything to make me comfortable
Mark Gilmore
This hospital is a great place to go these folks will take very good care of you, both the doctor and nurses were outstanding thank you for this experience

Outstanding service at Centennial Hills Hospital. Diagnosed problem very quickly and remedy was initiated. Total time in Emergency was less than 3 hours. Emergency and Ambulance staffs were incredible. Very caring.
Gary Granlee
I was in room 634, the nurse, Susan was Great. She explained everything to me in detail had an excellent bedside manner very professional and personal. What an asset centennial hospital.
Keith Thomsen
From admitting to discharge the nurses, doctors, technicians, and supporting staff were professional, helpful, informative and patient. They explained every step and procedure. They gave excellent care and we're extremely helpful with my wife who does not speak very good English. The nurses who took care of me in room 319 were awesome. I have had many operations over the past 61 years and this was one of the best expierences. I greatly appreciate all of you showing up each day, with a smile on your faces, taken care of people like me. Thank you
Patricia Volger
I was very pleased with the care I received at Centennial Hills Hospital. I would like to give extra special credit to my nurse, VERONICA, to was in charge on March 2, 2022. She followed thru with the medications I needed to lower my blood pressure and get rid of my migraine headaches. With her knowledge and help I was able to be discharged later the same day. VERONICA was very concerned about my health issues and made sure I received the proper care I needed. Thank you for having VERONICA as an excellent employee of Centennial Hills Hospital.

Thank you to the emergency room nurses and Gain, Lorena, Kat and Penina they were Awesome.
Saying that the biggest issue was DR. Hamilton. Dr. Hamiliton came into my room reeking of alcohol. I could not stand the smell and could not wait until he got out of my room. I waited till nurse came in to make a complaint however when the nurse came in they said they were transferred me upstairs I was fine with that. When I was upstairs in my room I did make my complaint to Gian who was one of the nurses that was taking care of me. I advised him at this time that I did not want doctor Hamilton anywhere near me and the reason for him smelling like straight alcohol. Nurse Gain advised me that he had sent a note to the doctor advising him of what I did not want. So why did the next morning Dr. Hamilton had his nerves to come into my room and ask me why don't you want me in your room anymore and I advise him that you smell like straight alcohol and he said to me well I didn't drink this that morning. YOU SMELT HAND SANITIZER! After doctor Neurology doctor came at 7:30 AM in the morning I was advised that I would be going to get it in MRA with contrast when nurse Gain came in at 9:30 am to advise me of updates. He advised me my order had not been put in. At 11 o'clock I went to the front desk and I was advised the order was just put in from my MRA with contrast and at 2:30pm still did not get my MRA with contrast in my order to this date has not been put in at Steinberg for this testing. I just wanted to let leave the hospital due to I made a complaint about a doctor being intoxicated on duty, which he blamed I smelt hand sanitizer. HAND SANITIZER!!! Do you really believe I am that stupid. My care went down hill since the complaint.
I know as a patient, I don't want anyone impaired treating on me or any other patient. I did not smell hand sanitizer. I know the difference between hand sanitizer and alcohol. Dr. Hamiliton was fully intoxicated on DUTY!!
I stand by what I sc melt and placing my complaint. Sorry NONE OF THE NURSES OR DOCTORS BELIEVED ME. They did not smell him the day before or didn't care.

I had a wonderful experience my doctor that help me and nurse Jessica was awesome

Beautiful hospital I do not know about any care levels. But it's a beautiful place.

Well I'm back in the hospital but the experience wasn't as good as other hospitals the people there were great but the strangest thing my friend was in the hospital and was released at 1:00 pm the same day I was going in and I got the same room she was in but it took them till almost 1:00 am to get it ready for me and I arrived at the hospital a little after 12:00 pm it was13 hours waiting for that room. Every employee I saw complained about the hospital keeping it under staffed. Also when I was released my friend was in town to pick me up but she had her 16 year old daughter with her that was vaccinated stay out in there car the outside temperature was over 100 degrees they wouldn't let her even in the waiting room they put her life in danger outside in that high heat. The nurses there were great they really treated me like they cared about me the room was beautiful I was in the new wing it really made me feel welcome. All hospitals have there problems this one needs a little work over all it wasn't a bad place to stay. That 13 hour wait for a room was the worst and unacceptable. Don't let this review stir you away from this hospital after I got my room it was great. Food was good.
Megan McTaggart
I was really impressed with how quickly I was in and out of the ER and emergency surgery. The staff was kind and helpful. They eased my worry and made me feel better. Discharge was quick and easy.
Kymberlee Dumovich
Was bleeding pretty bad from dog bites. They did what they could with the resources they had. Most all beds were occupied, so after each procedure I had to go back out to the waiting room. They did bring me a pan full of warm soapy water to soak my blood filled hands. Once I got a bed, they gave me pain meds & numbed up my hands to clean them & to stich them up. I guess it was a decent experience. Not having to go at all would have been better.
Mike Fowler
I've recently been unfortunate enough to visit 3 different ERs in the area (Dignity Health on Craig, Summerlin, and Centennial) and Centennial is by far the best of the lot. The attitudes, professionalism and patient care were all much better than the others. I will always come here if I have the option.
Ron Sheer
I was having kidney stone issues and was in significant pain. I was seen almost immediately even the the waiting room was quite busy. The doctor and nurses were awesome especially RN Aaron

I had surgery at Centennial Hills Hospital December 2021 and the entire staff could not have been kinder and more concerned for my welfare. In a time when the world is falling apart and people want to kill each other these folks show up and leave their personal lives behind to deliver exemplary care with kindness, patience and professionalism. I felt embraced and like I was a priority. If you have to go to the hospital which I hope you do not... but if you do this place is a soft spot to land
Sherri Pickrell
Words cannot completely describe the level of care I received. I just spent 5 days there from the moment I walked in I was treated like a queen. From Bonnie and my nurse Katie in the ER to Dr. Abello and Dr. Avellino to all the fantastic nurses on the 4th floor thank you for saving my life. True heroes in my eyes. Thank you just didn't seem enough.I appreciate everything you did for me.
Ralph and Julie
The staff at Centennial Hills Hospital are very considerate, kind and knowledgeable. I liked all my nurses including Michelle, Taycee and Janai. And I felt Dr. Sullivan was caring, and took his time to explain things.
Avelina Chaission
Every staff member I came in contact with was every kind and helpful. I was surprised that no one had an attitude or was rude. All my questions where answered. Kept my family informed of what was happening and what would happen calmly and answered them as well. Thank you all again for all you everyday to help all your patience!!!!!
Rob Burnstein
Really good staff and patient care.
I had hip surgery 3 months ago in another hospital. The comparison couldn’t be more different.
The staff was proactive for things I needed.
And finally edible hospital food when the last hospital couldn’t deliver anything appetizing.
Lazy Prophet
I've actually been here a few times to get refills on my psych meds(long story), which is uncommon but they were still very helpful and able to write my prescription. Wait time is usually pretty short, usually out within an hour.
Maria Elliott
I was very happy by the way I was treated by the staff. Everyone was extremely nice. I would not really consider this a compliant but I spent the night in there ER before being moved upstairs the next day. I understand the rooms upstairs were full. It was just noisy which was expected. But a nice nurse Lisa moved me into a room in the ER that had a door to it. Made a big difference. It's never fun being in a hospital but things went well. Thank you.
Frank
I think it's important I clarify that the -individuals that do these jobs to the best of their ability-, are true angels sent from heaven. That goes for all of our enlisted, firefighters, medics and police officers.
The location of the hospital is convenient, quick off the highway. They have wheelchairs waiting at the ER and Main entrance to assist entry to those less mobile.
9 out of 10.
Unfortunately like many hospitals, the staff are not the best. I understand they go through alot each day, leading to fatigue, stress, and/or frustration from the abundance of patients due to Covid. However, there should ALWAYS, be a degree of professionalism, empathy, and understanding for the patients 1st, and everything else tertiary.
That being said, the experience was frustratingly slow, things were missed and people are leaving with improper or wrong scripts, patients are allowed to leave and shouldn't, and the majority of the staff are incompetent. It's very unfortunate and sad to see.

The specialist doctors here, I've only had the pleasure of meeting one. He was outstanding. Honest, clear, and most important - listened to my concerns and needs. He perfomed surgery on 2 broken bones on either side of a single ankle, and finished in 2 hours with no complications. The patient was allowed to leave same day and was able to put enough weight on the ankle ( with a boot and crutches ), to walk up 4 flights of stairs to their apartment. Outstanding

Overall, my experience was very good. The staff in the Emergency room was wonderful and my inpatient care was excellent. I want to compliment my night time RN, Bea, who was over and above giving excellent care. The hospital is lucky to have employees like her. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the rudeness of the admitting person in Emergency. It would certainly be a better first experience at Centennial with someone who showed more compassion. Any question. please call. Dr. Laura Birholtz

I was sent to the emergency room by my doctors office and was very impressed with how fast the nurses, administration, lab, radiology and doctors moved to help me even thought the department was very busy, crowed and under construction.
I felt the the entire staff all really cared and moved as fast as possible to help me. I was very impressed with the service provided to me in the emergency. Thank you very much
Chuck McClain
Out-patient for hip replacement. I am a74 year old man & was treated like a VIP throughout the pre- & post- surgery! My surgeon & Nurse Practioner are Desert Orthopedics. Highly recommend Centennial Hills Hospital.
Still King
I am a 100% Veteran and have been seen at UNLV and the VA hospital in Las Vegas. I have never had nurses and doctors take the time and listen to my problems without telling me how I feel. I was treated with respect and care through out the experience from the CNAs, health techs, LVNs, RNs, doctors including the House keeping staff....
Kraig Butcher
This is the best hospital to give birth at.everyone on labor and delivery were just so amazing. Or nurse Susan and Sharon and the nurses station were so amazing. Thank you to them my girlfriend has a wonderful delivery and stay at the new wing with big beautiful rooms with great views.
Edward Barricks
Awesome care. Even cared about and helped my wife while she tended me. We're in upper 70's and needed special care and they were there every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased.
Iola Key
When I arrived to the ER they took me immediately in, the nursing staff in the ER was so kind and professional. I received a bed immediately on the 7th floor and the service I received from all the day and night staff was incredible. I felt that the Doctor Singh truly cared, along with all the nurses. I am so grateful and blessed to have chosen Centennial Hills Hospital. I am new to Las Vegas, NV, I moved from Boston, MA so searching for a hospital is always a battle. I am so glad I picked this hospital. Thank you all!

My husband was admitted for GI issues. He said the staff was polite and took good care of him. I have issues with the lack of communication. I left my phone number and instructions to be contacted with updates. I visited every day after work.
Not once did I receive a call by a nurse or doctor regarding his condition.
It is very frustrating when he is discharged without all of the paperwork and misinformation on admission paperwork.
The Ham Fam
I came in around 10:45 AM because the previous week I had gotten into a car accident and my neck was progressively getting worse. I was not even in the emergency room longer than two hours! That included my check in, my CAT scan and my results. Everybody there was extremely nice and on top of their job! I will never go to another hospital again! Thank you
Aaliyah Sterling
Labor & Delivery Unit was outstanding! With everything going on, I still felt my needs were a priority and I was given the confidence that my labor would go smoothly. All the nurses I interacted with were overly sweet and a pleasure to be around. Tandrea (may be spelled differently) was my main nurse and I can't thank her enough for the experience.
Lydia Kimble
I had a box fall on my leg and it put a hole in my shin. I went to ER at Centennial Hosp. and everyone there was so attentive to my injury. They immediately took my info and vitals. They had me sit in waiting room and came out to do some tests and everyone who worked there was so nice. They gave me an RX and went over particulars with me. Thank you for taking such good care of me while I was there.
Sherman
Nurse staff were outstanding and due the hospital a great credit.
Jeri Au
Nurse was outstanding. Had to get a catheter inserted because of blocked urinary track. Couldn't pee at all. Definitely saved my life from a burst bladder. Took out 1.5 liters of urine out of me. She was a complete professional. Wish I could remember her name.
Cindy Duran
Came into the ER for a dog bite since quickcare wouldn’t see me. Bree the PA Dr. Bloomberg and their team were so attentive, informative, and quick to get me cleaned and out of there. Upfront RN and tech were so kind and gentle. This place takes good care of you!
Judi Adams
I was experiencing heart palpitations and was very concerned about this. I was in the ER at 12:30pm and out by 3:30pm with a complete diagnosis that everything was OK. Bloodwork, x-ray, and a heart monitor was done within that time frame. And the staff was very efficient and caring. Thank you for easing my mind.
Taunia Fisher
Very attentive ER staff! I know it was busy but they performed my tests and medicated me for my acute abdominal pain quickly. Thank-you to all the staff.
Ricardo Colmeiro
The hospital experience was excellent.
I have words of thanks for all the staff, doctors, technicians, nurses and administrative staff.
From every point of view we were very well looked after.
Gerard Rochon
My stay was most pleasant! The CNA's, Nurses, and Dr's were caring, professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend medical care at this facility.
Christopher Shepherd
Walked in the door. No one was waiting. Name and ID card provided. By then the nurse was ready for me. Everything was very quick. Very good doctor. They have x ray and CT. I was done in no time!
Amelia Cook
I have mixed feelings about this hospital. Some I felt throughout my stay, there were staff that were on their game, and those who concerned me. I left not given details on how to bathe after surgery, but just go about my normal day. How do I do that with an external drip bag? I don’t think doctors there are all on the same page.
Misti Hammer
Friendly caring staff with amazing doctors!!! We will definitely go here if we have any medical emergencies!
Tamara Davidson
They were friendly, professional and respectful. Was in & out within 3 hours with a diagnosis and medication.
Jacqualyn Currie
My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. We came from California to see dr Harter for our pregnancy. Best decision ever. Dr harter and the staff at centennial hills took amazing care of us from the induction to postpartum. The baby nurse stayed with my husband and even took pictures of him with the baby. The recovery nurses were amazing with helping me breast feed and get adjusted to our new baby. Everyone was very welcome to questions and had open communication about what to expect. We only had one downside and that was the location of our room. It was right outside the nurses station and could get a little loud at all hours.
cocoastraw
Pre- registration was done at an earlier date and took quite some time even though I had an appointment. There was no sense of urgency from the admittance staff what so ever. There was a lady there before me that waited over an hour and a half to be seen by the nurse. Pre-registration shouldn’t be so time consuming and such a hassle.
On the actual day of surgery, admittance didn’t take that long bcs they just needed to put a wristband on me. All the staff were friendly. My ob surgeon had back up of a general surgeon so I was quite confident in their abilities. All the staff in recovery was also very friendly and accommodating; making sure my pain levels were controlled, I had my tv and call remote, they ordered me food and even got a menu for me. All in all, I felt like I was being heard, I had a voice in my care and the hospital itself wasn’t overly crowded like what I’m used to at Mountainview. Also the hospital just seemed brighter, full of new light and energy.
Ed Brooks
Awesome experience! Could not have improved on anything, that I can think of!!! Very efficient, which means i was in and out quickly. About an hour, and I had bloodwork, X-ray, and Ultrasound performed....
Dina Lomagno
This was my first and I hope, last visit to the ER but the entire team was absolutely amazing. From Greg who oversaw my visit to my nurse Milton to my xray tech Kendra (I hope all the names were right as I was in some pain), everyone I came in contact with was just so comforting and made me feel at ease. They also go me in, diagnosed and comfortable in a small time frame. Would highly recommend!!!
Tricia M-M
I was very pleased by the care I received from ever staff member at this hospital what an amazing team thank you 🙏😊 …
Debbie green
Awesome Doctor and nurses. Wait time was shorter than I thought. Dr Houston took the time to listen to my concerns. Treatment helped.
Angel Contreras
My baby was born here. All the nurses are very nice
Sara
I was sent to the ER by my Primary and it was a very interesting experience. I found this ER to be so clean, well prepared for patients, great attention with great communication skills and friendliness by the Team on Staff. I was very happy walking out of there with my answers and service I received at Centennial Hill Hospital. Thank you.
Leticia Falla
For someone who needs to stay the night there, the noise level at the nurses station is intolerable. I checked myself out and left. I wasn't the only person that ended up leaving that night. The talking and laughing was too much.
HOWEVER, The staff was very accommodating in letting my husband stay with me as long as we wanted. I was surprised that they let him stay as long as he did, and I'm grateful to them for that.
Thank you.
denise yount
Couldn’t have imaged a better experience for my very surgery. Extremely impressed with all staff start to finish.
Sandra J Washington
Very polite, professional and sensitive to the needs of patients.
I observed great team work amongst all levels of the staff.
The staff's method of starting the process for incoming patients was down to a science.
Opportunity:
When there's a huge backup, create a private room in/near the lobby for patients who want to discuss private matters.
Davida Butler
The doctors and nurses were very nice...I was seen upon arrival and things seemed to be going at a consistent pace. After a few hours I felt forgotten about as nurses stopped checking on me...after 3 1/2- 4 hours someone finally came in and spoke with me. They apologized for the long delay. Other than that they appeared very efficient when treating me. The nurses and the attending physician were very nice as this was my 1st ER visit for myself.
Kitty Fuentes
I went in with really bad pain that I thought surely was a kidney stone. The intake process was quick. The first nurse that took my blood was quick also and the one that put my iv in was very nice. The doctor I saw was very attentive and amazingly actually cared which is pretty rare in an er. I was there for roughly 7 hours during which time I had a ct scan, 2 ultra sounds and was given meds. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and kind. They were able to figure out what was causing my pain and gave me excellent instructions on next steps. If you need to go to an er Centennial hills is the best I've been in, and since childhood.... I've been in a lot.
Chuck Acree
I've had very little hospital experience and most of it military. During my unexpected stay at Centennial Hills, the nursing staff was stellar in their professionalism and care. They went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible and to help me understand what was going on. I had 5 different nurses and ALL of them were fantastic but Lauren and Brian were especially noteworthy in their care. Dietary was very helpful and caring, too.
Reasons for four stars (instead of five) - there were some equipment issues: the call button failed twice; and the IV alarmed every time I moved my arm. Also, the doctors were excellent when I saw them, and their work was great but they were seldom seen and seemed to lack communication with each other.
Still, given that is was one of the worst experiences of my life from a pain perspective, I am glad I chose Centennial Hills.
Mike Martinez
This is my 2nd time being at this hospital and every time the staff have been great, from the ER to the floor staff. At the moment times are slow due to new construction and the influx of new covid cases, so bare with them. This time I was placed in the pre-op rooms due to the shortage of rooms; but the doctors, nurses, cna’s down to housekeeping were great.
Please cut them some slack, they are rocking 12-14 patients, but they do get the job done
Sammy Smith
So awesome! This past Sunday I went in there for the 1st time and had to stay the night. I'm not a big fan of hospitals, but every aspect of Centennial Hills Hospital was perfect. They are attentive, professional, caring and clean. It's good to know a hospital like this is just down the road from me in case I ever need them in the future. Put your trust in them. Seriously, they're great!!
Gina T
Nurse Faith was awesome! She was able to make my mom feel relaxed and not worry about my procedure. The last time I was there it was like a drive through restaurant. This time I felt more like a patient. People took their time in getting me ready to go home.
Hannah Farrior
My Labor and Delivery was amazing over at Centennial Hills Hospital. The staff was amazing, my nurses were amazing and tentative. I felt very well taken care of my whole stay and will definitely be going back for any hospital needs.
linghigi
the staff is extremely attentive. The doctors are very understanding, and they take every step possible to find solutions to the symptoms you're experiencing.
Nothing but thanks to all that helped me while I was in their care!
Claire Wilson
The doctor and staff were great. The only complaint I had was it took a long time for the whole process. I know they had to run a lot of tests but for being in the ER for over 6 hrs was too long. In the end I was referred to two other doctors to seek treatment for my conditions.

5 Star performances from the Nurses, post-operation staff Nurse Natalie , Phillip, and many others that I can't remember from the slight foggy state I was still. Dr Craig Tingey and ARNP Dallon McKee are absolute professionals at what they do in the operating room as well in the office appointments. After awaking in the post-op room and shaking off the fog, I was up using a walker with little pain due to the nerve blocks given by the Block Nurses and the nurse anesthesiologist.
3 Start performance for communication breakdowns that were happening with some other people around us as well regarding when patients were to be wheeled into operating rooms without the love ones having a chance to say goodbyes and I Love You's. I believe and it was confirmed by many of the staff that it was very, very busy, as my own wait time from changing into my hospital gown to getting the I.V. started was about 45 mins. There needed to be more staff or less patients to be successful at communication.
All in All, I would never want to go to any other hospital for elective surgery.
Ira Reynolds
On this occasion I needed medical attention. Tho not a speedy experience, my wife and I were amazing at the work ethic of most nurses and other personnel, with the exception of, an evidently head nurse, basically not listening to other nurses and proceeding with furniture moving at the expense of waiting on patients. It appeared she did not care about patients suffering from medical issues. She just kept telling the nurses “ okay hun, everything will be alright “, with an obvious commandeering smirk on her face.
Despite the above I was finally diagnosed and sent home after quite a wait to be released.
Marina Boutina
Great new postpartum rooms. We were Very happy with hospital staff and nurses who helped us after the delivery.
Celebration lunch for two were amazing and tasty!
Thank you so much.
Wendy Risdon
I gave a five star purely on my experience with the nurses and staff once taken back to prep for my procedure and following my procedure. I felt confident that I will be taken care of, and the professionalism and genuine care I received was amazing. What was not so pleasant was the woman who did my admission. She was curt and not friendly at all. I felt like she hated her job and I was ruining her day by coming in. Not a great way to start my experience, I was already very nervous and worried about my procedure. Thank God, the rest of my visit was very pleasant.
Sher Melott
Centennial Hills Hospital is absolutely a 5 STAR Hospital. This is the second time in the past five years I have dealt with either being in the hospital or having a loved one in this hospital and both times they have shown they are superb at helping you either live or get better. This time it was an even more difficult time because of the COVID virus and not being able to see my 89 yr old Aunt. I was given updates and doctor's called me back and the ICU staff and nurses made me feel SO informed. They are just the best hospital in the valley. I can't say enough good things about them. God bless all of them.

Nobody wants to go to the emergency room at any hospital. That’s how I felt. But since the nurse on the appointment line. Said, I’m instructing you to go to the hospital. All I wanted was a doctors appointment with my primary doctor. I went to the hospital that I’ve never gone to before. I went under the orders from Southern Nev Health of Nv.
The staff was extremely polite and professional how they took care of me and their other guest in the waiting room.
Not one staff member made me uncomfortable.
As a matter of fact I will make it a point to tell my family and friends about my wonderful experience there.

I have had to be a patient at Centennial three times during this pandemic.
I have felt completely safe and know that I will receive quality care.
The Doctors and nurses have been very kind and caring.
Thank you all for everything you do to protect us and show such compassion.

EVERYONE here was AMAZING, start to finish! Incredibly friendly and efficient...really couldn't ask for better care than they provide!

Everyone I encountered at the hospital were exceptional professionals. They made sure I understood everything about my surgery and what I needed to know about the recovery process. They made a stressful situation almost a pleasant experience, just a truly great staff.

Everyone was amazing, i just had my first baby and despite all the nervousness that comes with ones first childbirth my experience was 100/10, all the nurses were extremely loving and gentle towards me and baby. To all the nurses who cared for me during my time i will forever be grateful for the positive and heartwarming journey i had during my stay.

On April 19, 2022, I went into Centennial Hills Hospital ER room with Chest pains. The only reason I have not given a five star rating, is the wait time for almost everything. That aside, the personnel and staff were absolutely wonderful. I had a three night stay at the hospital, which included a stress test. Then when that revealed probable blockage in an artery to the heart, I had angioplasty surgery with Dr. Lally and staff which resulted in finding one artery with 95% blockage and a stint put in. The entire staff were beyond exemplary as well as Dr. Lally. My admitting Dr. was Dr. Hampton. He must be recognized for his outstanding persistence and his caring attitude. All the ER nurses and floor nurses were outstanding and should be individually saluted, but I do not have all of their names. Just let it be said, they all deserve my Thanks and are a credit to their profession.

Thanks for taking care of me as always! All of the nurses and Dr's are caring and nice. The front lady when I arrived this time was nice but previous times a different lady has been rude upon arrival and thats not cool when people are arriving to the ER. We're already in pain and to deal with someone mean when you arrive is not comforting. Everyone else is amazing!

Went in emergency for chestpain/ covid symptoms. Had several tests and was out within 2 and a half hours during a packed emergency lobby. Staff were kind, helpful , and energetic for what was middle of the night. Made it easier having to be there.

Centennial Hills Hospital did the very best they could do under these dire circumstances. Being the flu season, and a horrible spike in Covid cases, the ER was packed. I had a chest X-ray and a Covid test which were performed as quickly as possible. The only drawback to my experience is the wait time for my Covid test results. It’s been two days, and I haven’t heard back from the hospital nor the lab as to what my results of the swab are! I’m fairly sick, and I’m dying to know how I faired on the Covid test.

The ED staff was amazing from the time I was wheeled in to the point of discharge. The nursing staff as well as the Doc were attentive and let me ramble on incoherently when I was having a really bad morning. I'm grateful for their patience and hard work.

Every single person who works here treated me with compassion and excellence. There was not a single person that I came across that was not genuinely kind. The food service staff was friendly and quick, the food was nice. The house keeping staff members were polite and made lovely conversation. I required to go to lots of test and every member of the transport team was helpful, chatty, and friendly. The staff members in CT, MRI, Xray, and IR were wonderfully compassionate. All of them expertly explained each procedure thoughtfully and thoroughly and took their time helping me. The ER staff was super patient and listened to all of my concerns. They treated me promptly and kindly. My CNAs were sweet and quick. They made sure I never needed a single thing and also sneakily collected my vitals without hardly waking me, which I greatly appreciated. My PT and OTs were very thorough and came to make sure I would be able to safely go home. They helped me ambulate and evaluated my home situation so that I could be safely be discharged home. My nurses were top-notch. They checked on me often and made sure I was never in pain, never thirsty, and always taken care of. They explained my mediocre and upcoming procedures, developed and maintained a plan for me each day, and helped me understand every step in the process. I’d also like to add they the student nurse and student OT were also very helpful, competent, and kind. The doctors were also great. The ER doctors took their time and made sure to quickly start testing to rule out more serious problems, the hospitalist checked on me daily and explained my treatment plans and referrals. The neurology team(neurologist, neurosurgeon, and neuro PA) were wonderful. They took their time to come properly evaluate me and listen to all of my concerns. They quickly developed a plan to address my issues and find out what was going on. I appreciate their patiences and their time. I never once felt like I was being rushed or that I was not important.
My entire visit at centennial hills was very pleasant considering the circumstances. Every person I encountered had a smile on their face and was friendly without effort. Even while in the elevator, different staff members took their time acknowledging me and kindly saying hello. I feel like I received above and beyond care from the moment I stepped into the ER until the moment I was discharged home and I really just wanted to write this review to let all of those involved in my care that their efforts, compassion, and abilities did not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything.

To begin, the first contact person was KIM. She is your best asset, you should give her a raise. She is efficient, positive, and is pleasant to be around. Nurse RAY was upbeat and professional in every way. Everyone I interacted with made my experience a positive one.I also want to mention FAITH, the recovery nurse, who took care of me very well.

The surgical nursing staff was great; very attentive & caring. The anesthesia doctor made sure I understood what precautions he would be taking to ensure my safety under anesthesia.

Great friendly staff. The nurses are all so sweet and so helpful. The pain management was on point. I had very minimal pain for my labor delivery. I just love Centennial Hills Hospital.

My mentally and physically challenged sister just spent a few days at Centennial hospital for appendicitis. The hospital staff were ALL wonderful. They were very attentive and treated my sister with kindness and compassion. This could have been highly traumatic for her because of her lack of understanding, but it wasn’t traumatic at all. They took great care of her and I don’t have enough nice things to say about her stay at Centennial. 👍🏻 ❤️

This is an excellent stand alone ER. The medical staff are all very personable and efficient. I would go here again.

I had out patient surgery at Centennial Hills in August 2020. Everyone I encountered was professional and knew how to do their job. If I had any questions, they were answered right away. The admitting staff, including Mario, went above and beyond what they had to do. The pre-op and post-op team of nurses, again, went above and beyond what they had to do.
What a pleasure to have been an out patient at this hospital. Would I say I got 5 star service? Yes, I most certainly did.

I went in to the ER on Friday for my asthma but the doctors informed me it was something else so I had to stay. My nurses were great answered all my questions made time for me even when they were busy. I stayed 4 days and was glad to go home but the staff was awesome. Nurses and doctors.

My experience is with the labor and delivery section, (although my appointment getting induced was pushed back, I understood why) I honestly was very nervous due to the pandemic and everything. With my first I was able to have my mom , sisters and significant other , so I had a good support group there . This time around it was just my significant other- which isn’t bad either but you know everyone wants their mom around , hehe. I got into triage quick, got checked and admitted just like that. Getting the epidural the first time I had to wait hours , this time he was there within 15 mins to get it done for me. The nurses during those times were phenomenal (even tho everything moved pretty quickly) she was super nice , and made sure I was comfortable. Got my dr in to check me quick as well. After I delivered and everything was good we got moved to postpartum & the nurses there during the night were great as well, she checked on me and brought me snacks , which is important to a breastfeeding hungry mommy but the nurse in the day Melba was amazing, she made sure everything was done in a timely manner and got us discharged before the main doors were shut. I’m glad everything was so smooth and that it wasn’t bad like I thought it would be during the pandemic

The staff was nice just a long wait for outpatient surgery

I had the most impressive stay at Centennial Hills Hospital. The staff, nurses, everyone who came into my room from the medical staff to the lady who changed out the dirty linens and trash were so incredibly wonderful. They made what was unintentionally a complicated surgery into a safe and comfortable stay. Sincerely the best people I have ever had the pleasure of of being administered to from any other hospital stay I have ever experienced. Erica from the night shift and the morning shift nurse who releaved her were so wonderful and sweet. Thank you all for being so awesome.

Very efficient and professional. Everyone was very kind and supportive. Not that I enjoy going to the hospital but if I had a choice it would be Centennial Hills. I thank the entire staff for their excellent service.

I was intubated for 2 days. When I awoke I was,of course, in terrible pain and scared to death. The nurse was named Shelley. She was the most uncaring person in the world. She refused to put humidity on the tube until I was choking and literally flopping around on the bed. Every time I tried to get her attention she made the restraints tighter to punish me. Finally after 5 hours I managed to pull the tube out to save my own life! This woman should never be around patients ever again.
On the other hand, when I was in ICU I had a wonderful CNA named Edgar. He was very caring and attentive.
Everyone else in the hospital was very kind.

The service is great. The facility is clean and sanitized. The wait is within 5 minutes. Great Staff and Doctor. This is now my ER place to go if ever I will need another ER but hopefully not.

The Centennial Hills staff are truly professional and my experience there was great considering my reason for being there in the first place!

I had my baby here 2 yrs ago and I would have to say, I wish I had all my kids at this hospital. This facility not only is beautiful and clean, but the staff is awesome. My baby was born prematurely and the level of care provided to the both of us was incredible. I was treated like a queen and they also provide a meal for the new parents. It was like a date at the hospital with my husband.... awesome hospital.

The staff was professional, prompt and caring. I had a stress test using the most advanced technology available. My room was immaculate and comfortable.
