I feel like as a nurse/paramedic I have high expectations for the care of myself and my family. Mr. Brinkley meets and exceeds those expectations. His level of care is always thorough, well thought out and current. Treatments and conditions are explained well with no rushing. The staff is friendly and efficient. The building is clean and comfortable. Appointments are made in a timely manner. All of this comes with a personal touch that is hard to find in a fast paced world.

Have tried other doctors closer to where I moved fourteen years ago, but no place compares to care and service I receive there. Before he came back the NP's were wonderful but as soon as you got comfortable with one they would leave to another place. Since he has been back it has been much more stable I think.

I have been with this office since 2014 and love it! The staff are always friendly and kind. They never make you feel like they are looking down on you and I love that. I have seen a few of the docs but I enjoy Dr. Banks the most. He is always calm and is a little bit of a jokester so that's enjoyable. Oh and lastly, I am usually in and out, unlike most places where you wait for an hour and then are in the room for 2. Keep up the good work!

I've been coming to Oliver Family Healthcare for my medical needs for at least 10 years. I've overall had good experiences, but things have changed in the past few years. There has been a lot of turnover in staff. I'm on my third nurse practitioner. I feel like the office is often short staffed. The last few times that I visited it was hard to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. The last time that I had an appointment, they were 30 minutes late calling me into a room and I was the first appointment of the day. The main reason that I will be looking for another provider is that the office starting using a service called HealthLab. This service comes with a bill in the mail with zero details about the services performed or when your visit was. The bill is WAY more than bills prior to the service (was $7 and is now $140, for example), but if you call a number you can get the charges dropped. It just feels dishonest and like they are trying to cheat people out of money. I don't want to go through the hassle of having charges removed each time I have blood drawn.

I went to for a physical and blood work due to the medicines I am taking. I was told I could get a shingles vaccine booster and also a pneumonia vaccine. I had both of these years ago but due to medical research a new one has been developed. I was glad to learn this information about these vaccines that may prevent me from contacting the disease in the future.

They also offer "online-appointments" at an even further discounted rate when the situation permits. I did have quite a wait on my second visit, but all-in-all I'll great service and Doc seems like a good guy.
