Was admitted for labor and delivery and could not give more praise to the doctors and nurses in the birth center. I felt heard and helped! The nurses always doing everything they could to help me and baby and honestly felt truly blessed to be a patient here. 10 ⭐️ stars hands down!

I was in on Sat morning 12/10/22 and it was just bad. Like I never should have went. And the P.A on staff that day was awful. Rude, asked too many questions, just not pleasant at all. Then I went back late sun night,and my visit was superb. Staff was nice and nurses were nice and caring and cool.

Things went better for us this time, than when my niece had a heart cath and they dropped her off of the operating table! Not a good scene!

My friends visiting this area had to use the emergency room this morning. Walked right in, got seen right away. Nurses, doctors, lab techs, radiologist were outstanding. Very clean and professional thanks so much, we appreciate the quality of care.

I loooveeee this place! my mom recently has a surgery here and all the staff we met were awesome, I don't remember all of the names but Dr. Badman and nurse Amanda were awesome, they exceeded our expectations and provided excellent service, they were very communicative, made sure we understood everything, answered all of our questions and were super attentive to my mom pre and post operation. I am extremely grateful for the service we received. THANK YOU ALL WHO HELPED US

I had previously given them 2 stars, and right after being horribly sick, but have been needing to amend this for a while. ONE nurse shouldn't affect an entire hospitals rating. The staff here are amazing, probably over worked as many in the health care field are these days. Give these doctors and nurses a chance, they do care and are doing the best they can in today's world of bs.

They Are normally really good but, I have had a couple of doctors be rude and treat me like I am stupid which btw is highly unprofessional especially when your patient is worried about something and just wants to ease their mind. I am not happy with a certain doctor I really would like to get ahold of someone higher up and complain bc this lady imparticular was extremely rude. & didn't act concerned at all. I'm not one to normally complain but yeah let's just say I am not a very happy patient.

We recently had our daughter there and the staff in the childbirth center was amazing. The nurses were very friendly and helpful and made our experience much easier. We just wanted to thank them for everything they did while we were there.

Good hospital. Things are never perfect in the medical world these days, but Hendricks Regional really tries their best. They were always professional and kind. The billing was more straight forward and was more fair than some other places.

I started out at HRH's Brownsburg Hospital with nausea, vomiting and terrible back and abdomen pain. Nursing staff and MD were very efficient, did not delay getting me meds to control my nausea & vomiting and my pain. After it was determined that I had a kidney stone, I was transferred to HRH Danville for surgery. Staff there was just as efficient and friendly. The whole process between the two hospitals and taking time out for pre-op, surgery and post-op was less than 12 hours total. I would highly recommend all of their locations for your healthcare needs.

The staff and Dr.s give their complete attention to my health needs when I am there. They spend as much time as needed to answer any questions I have. Each Dr. takes time to explain all treatment options.

This is the best Hospital I’ve gone to! From the moment we walked in for my dads simple surgery the staff was so sweet. His surgery ended up having complications and we had to stay over night. I was having a hard time but Donna at the NorthWest center made sure I was calm and relaxed. When we got to his room on the second floor Nurse Kyle was super friendly and made us laugh! We loved everything about the hospital except the food from the cafeteria and when we left the discharge nurse didn’t offer to help my dad get dressed or anything and wasn’t the most kind! Other than that we had a great experience and decided to schedule his next appointments with the doctors at this location

This is a wonderful Hosptial that truly supports the community. Special kudos to the Nutrition staff! They took my phone call, listened carefully and got me in touch with the proper person. They went above and beyond to help out a community member who needed a nutritional supplement over a weekend when it was too late to receive a shipment. A wonderful gift to the family. God Bless.

I just delivered my baby boy here last week, and it was a wonderful experience. The doctors and nurses are all so caring and attentive, and try to make sure that you understand everything that's being done. It's difficult to put into words how great everything was. The icing on the cake was receiving a card in the mail signed by several of the nurses congratulating us again and telling us how much they enjoyed our baby. I love Hendricks!

I just delivered my daughter here two days ago and had the best experience I could possibly imagine. The facility is so nice and accommodating and every single member of the staff was so sweet and approachable. The two postpartum days we were hospitalized, it never felt like time was dragging while we waited to go home. There were always staff members around making sure we were doing well, helping us when we needed it, explaining things that I didn't know I didn't know, and making sure we knew all of the programs/assistance/classes available to us. They all were so loving toward my new daughter and it made my heart swell to have everyone be so enamored by her. They were also so attentive to my postpartum needs and they treated me with just as much importance as they treated my baby. I cannot possibly explain how thankful I am for this hospital, it's staff, and the experience they have given me.

They never tell you where to go. You walk in and just have to kinda guess which building you need to be in. If you haven’t been here take a look at the directory, if you have been here take a look. Also don’t ask anyone at the front desk, I was told to go to a completely different building, the opposite side of this big place. The nurses also always treat you like you’re stupid, always.

My wife and I had our baby over the weekend. Marie, Courtney and a few others did an excellent job! The playground in the first floor was very nice to play with my 3 year old; there was even some music playing and it was a pleasant experience. The meal that my wife received and the one meal that I received was good. Although the cheesecake was just ok; still thankful for the place and the professionals that work here.

My wife and I have had two babies at Hendricks and both experiences were wonderful. Very attentive staff and pretty good food. Most nurses try to go above and beyond for the moms and babies. Nurses are awesome during labor. Pediatric hospitalists are excellent as well. We look forward to having our next baby there as well when the time comes.

We just had to admit our 8yo daughter to the pediatrics unit for the second time in two weeks. She broke both bones in her lower right leg. Earlier this week, she had a plate and 4 pins inserted into her tibia to hold it together. Unfortunately, the out-patient surgery center did a horrible job managing her pain after the surgery. Once we arrived at the Hendricks Regional pediatrics unit my daughter showered with smiling friendly faces. The staff immediately started doing everything they could to make her comfortable. Within 90 minutes of arriving, she was resting peacefully. The peds staff is absolutely wonderful! They are a very cohesive group and all of them work very hard to make both the patients and their parents comfortable! Thank you!

Second time they came to the rescue, in 2016 I was misdiagnosed from another health facility, the doctors and technicians at Hendricks really came through and properly treated me, last Tuesday after fighting infection after infection being treated at the same facility that misdiagnosed me in 2016 (I guess I didn't learn) these doctors admitted me and provided the treatment I urgently needed. You don't have to be the largest hospital in the the state, just the best and twice they proved they're better (my opinion based solely on personal experience).

Went to emergency room this Tuesday and doctor treated allergic reaction and with labs found critical results. Admitted and spent 3 nights here. Best hospital experience I ever had. Nurses, techs, housekeeping and dietary very patient focused, caring and professional. Excellent hospital food. Very modern and clean hospital. Thank you Nurses especially Jessica, Libby, Rachel and Kayleigh. Nurse tech Deanna W. gave me exceptional care. Highly recommend this hospital!

I used to go go to IU WEST until my doctor started going to Hendricks Regional. Boy am I glad he switched. I have never had better care anywhere! The nurses there are wonderful. The best! I have a serious chronic illness and the longest I've ever had to wait was 20 minutes. Now, mind you I was very sick. Damned near died on several occasions, but btwn my team of docs, nurses and techs, I'm alive today.. I can't say enough about this hospital and the kind, caring and dedicated staff. I won't go anywhere else. Oh and I can't forget the top notch state if the art equipment.

I have been very pleased with all of my visits to Hendricks Regional Health. Over the last 2 months, I've had 1 ER visit, 3 stays in the Childbirth Center, and 2 outpatient visits with the lactation consultants. Through all of these experiences, I have received prompt and professional care, and have been treated as a partner in medical decisions related to my treatment. My questions were always answered thoroughly and respectfully. Keep up the great work, HRH!

I love this hospital!! They actually listened to me!! I have known of my daughters problem ever since she was a baby. The doctors and hospitals would just keep giving her the same stuff over and over and over. They would not do anything about it or listen to me that it wasn't working. This hospital actually listened, checked the issue out after they narrowed down a few things to make sure there wasn't anything else going on as well. So now they are treating it the way it should have been a long time ago, so hopefully, it will be taken care of and she won't have any more problems!! Thank you Hendricks Regional ER!! You guys are awesome!! The Dr was fun and the RN we had was really sweet. Thank you again for actually taking time to listen!!

Fantastic experience with labor/delivery and recovery teams at the childbirth center! Nursing staff and pediatric hospitalists were top notch from admission to discharge. My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our birth experience at Hendricks!

I had a couple surgical procedures done and delivered two babies at HRH. The doctors were WONDERFUL! They went out of their way to care for me and my sons. The pediatricians that were on rotation during my sons' births went above and beyond especially with my second son who had a heart issue. I've also had great experiences with the nursing staff in the surgical and recovery units, and with the staff in the labs. Dr. Anita Mazdai was my OBGYN and I couldn't have asked for a better physician. I am extremely thankful for everything she has done for my family and I.

This is where my mother passed away. Unexpectedly and it was very difficult to deal with this situation and to keep having problems with the staff at the beginning of this and including the nurse's that I had to get on for the words of discouragement to say to my mom who just wanted to use the bedside commode and she was able to without any problems with the CNA on dayshift. One person could do it but it was 3 nurses who could not find a way to do anything other than the one who was telling my mom she was getting weaker and she was not able to use the bedside commode. Well for one thing nobody tells anyone something like that and I am a nurse and I would never talk to anyone like that. It's supposed to be caring about people in your actions and words and not just saying I will be right back but you don't care enough to make sure that you keep your word and go back. Heartless people who had to quit coming in my mom's room. Then trying to make her say that she is hurting when she was not so they can give her morphine and then she said herself she didn't want any morphine until it was more towards the end. But it was just continually being pushed on her. After weeding out all the people who were not true to the profession in which they decided to take a part of and then we had to get something done about the rest of the staff that had ATTITUDE and then when everything and everyone was finally on the same page everything else went smoothly. But anyway thank you to all the ones that made a difference in the way things happened before and after my mom passing. It was just so unexpected. She was just supposed to get out and go to rehab. But anyway she's in a much better place now and we will see each other again someday. I love you Mommy! 🙏❤️

I love this place and my doctors. I had my last child here and my hysterectomy. Both were wonderful and I felt like the nurse and staff, even the food staff, went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and taken care of.

Clean, great Dr's, great friendly staff. I've been here in the E.D. a couple times and have had outpatient and inpatient surgery 5 times. I came in once with horrible pain in my shoulder blade and the E.D. doc did tests and a CT scan, "just to make sure" and found a blood clot in my lung. Who knows if another hospital would have just sent me home with muscle relaxers and pain medication. All I know is, this hospital saved my life from a potentially fatal pulmonary embolism. THANKS H.R.H.!!!!

ICU team was so wonderful & kind 2 my father & I! Stay 4 over a week.moved 2 the 2nd floor & the nurses were not so friendly nor professional.Thank u Dr.Jackson.respiratory Alan&Sherri.And all the ladies in ICU u all ROCK!!Security team very rude&racist 2wards me😠.I have plenty of names of the staff that were good & terrible 2 my father&I.So my 3 stars go 2 the ICU team👍

I love this hospital. Stayed here for pneumonia when I was a teenager, and the pediatric center was amazing! Also had both my children here, and we had such a wonderful experience with the labor and delivery center. HIGHLY recommend!

On July 15th, I underwent a Total Hip Replacement with the Hendricks Regional Ortho Team. Dr. Prather leads an incredible program with his up-to-date expertise in the best outcomes for his patients in regaining a more normal lifestyle. The Pre-Op program insures his patients are informed properly to prepare for this surgery from being cleared for surgery, and understanding best outcomes to decrease risk for any infections. My inpatient stay was incredible. The nursing staff was excellent in assuring my pain was under control and all antibiotics and medications were administered as ordered and that I understood everything that was going on. Therapy was also excellent in getting me out of bed for the first time and ambulating that first day after surgery. The following day, my therapist reviewed all the necessary exercises I needed to do at discharge, had me walking the halls and ambulating up and down stairs. All precautions in the prevention of infection, and DVT's were thoroughly explained. I can't commend Dr. Prather enough in his leadership in an excellent program with limited pain post-op, and the ability to rehab with no limitations in movement. His anterior approach to THA is far superior than any I have been exposed to in my career in nursing and I would recommend him to anyone facing a total hip replacement in the future. It is now 6 days post-op and I have been off of all narcotics for 4 days now, walking up and down stairs without difficulty, progressed in my ambulation from a walker to a cane now and continue to have increased range of motion and strength in my leg. I'm confident as I progress in my post-op rehab that I will get back to my active lifestyle that I am accustomed to. Kudo's to an excellent team.

My grandmother had a stroke and complications led to hemoraging of the brain.... She has been in ICU all weekend .. the staff throughout the hospital is absolutely wonderful to not only her but also my family. Thank you to all of you ... You go above and beyond the call of duty. God bless.

I loved this place as the staff were so approachable. They were attentive and very caring. Clean and organized location with a warm and friendly atmosphere. My dad had bilateral knee surgery and I stayed with him day / night. Brilliant place.

Hendricks regional child care section is amazing. I recently went threw a hard time and all my nurses and everyone i was in contact was absolutely amazing
