Efficient and thorough service. Came here when my husband suspected a broken ankle after an accident. We were taken care of and were in and out in less than an hour. Space was clean, comfortable and rooms were spacious. Thank you all for your care.

As far as ER visits go, this was the best I’ve had in the Houston area. Little wait time to be seen, test results arrived quickly, and all staff were friendly and personable. Compared to my 5 hour wait and diagnosis of “why are you here” from a previous ER visit at a hospital, this was wonderful. I will never go back to the hospital ER if I have urgent needs.

The way I was treated was unlike any other urgent care or doctor’s office I’ve ever been to before. The staff was extremely comforting and accommodating and made me feel at ease and like I was in good hands. They kept me updated on where we were in the process and I was in and out in no time. Sacred heart was a blessing! We had to go in an emergency situation, and received amazing care and attentiveness. John was particularly kind, with a very calm and patient bedside manner. We had another nurse as well who went the extra mile, and our doctor was thorough; each nurse/doctor seemed personally invested in our care. Sacred heart saved the day and as we all know, there are plenty of 24 hour ER’s, but it’s the staff who make the difference and they have it.

I had an incident that needed immediate medical care. I chose Sacred Heart because it had been recommended to me by a specialist in the event I ever needed emergency care. I did not have a long wait, everyone was very professional and I was treated by a doctor, not just a physician’s assistant. The doctor was very thorough, resolved my problem and followed up the next day to make sure I was doing well.

I live in the area but if I didn’t I would still make the trip here. I’ve seen Dr. I’m twice as well as others. They all listen. They are all very thorough and compassionate. That includes the front desk and medical staff. I’ve come here at least 4 times for myself and have brought my daughters as well. Not once have we ever waited more than 5-7 minutes to be seen. That included peak times during Covid. Additionally this facility is beyond clean and sanitary. Outside of my primary care physician this is the only place I prefer and will go! Outstanding care and outstanding staff!

This is my 2nd time to visit. I was extremely pleased with the service and care I received. Everyone working there was polite, professional and concerned about my health issue. All my questions were answered. My health issue was diagnosed and explain very well to me by Dr. Szema. Unfortunately they no longer accepted Medicare but I gladly paid for the great service and fast attention that I received. I will definitely visit Sacred Heart ER in the future!

I had been to 2 ER’s before I found Sacred Heart , they accept Medicare & BCBSTX. From the moment I walked in everyone was so caring and positive. They ran CT with and without contrast scan on my Abdomen and found Diverticulitis. They did an X-RAY If my spine which showed a possible fracture. They gave me 3 RX’s and the reports & CD to give to my Neurosurgeon & Gastroenterologist. They gave me IV fluids and a shot for pain. Marilyn RN did the scans she gave me warm blankets to make sure I was comfortable. I didn’t get all the names but All the Gentlemen were awesome. Dr. Su was thorough in explaining everything. I’d give them 10 Stars if possible. The entire experience was so positive. I highly recommend Sacred Heart! Thank you for taking such great care of me. God Bless Sacred Heart.

I came in and the people there were great. From the check-in process- the young lady was very nice and quickly admitted me The nurse was a great resource. He explained everything to me and had me at ease The other nurses/techs that came in, were all personable and easy to deal with. Even during the CT/MRI process. Doctor came in and sealed a great experience. Amazing Staff , very friendly and respectful. They understand and care for you and your health! Dr M. Is great at his work, as he is very detailed and professional with his patients. Nevertheless you will never be waiting long for hours on end like other emergency rooms! Definitely recommend 10/10.

The staff here are very attentive and make sure you fully understand your diagnosis. Came in with gout in my left foot, took two shots and few hours later I am feeling much better. The process was quick and the facility was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have a toddler and we were placed in a room that had quite a few activities to keep her entertained while we waited. The wait time wasn’t long, and the nurse was excellent as well and gave her some stickers and a ring pop after her visit. Doctors offices aren’t my toddler’s favorite, but the staff and the room we were placed in helped my little one feel comfortable instead of anxious and fussy. That being said, I thought it was an urgent care based on the reviews, etc but it’s actually an emergency room, so just be aware of that (for insurance purposes).

Doctor Mark Im and his team were extremely helpful and concerned about my son’s well being. This is the first time that I felt completely secure with my choice of business and care for my family. I arrived at Sacred Heart hospital last night doubled over in pain and vomiting. I was seen immediately, examined and treated for my symptoms and was then promptly taken down the hall for CT which confirmed the examining doctors initial impression that I had a kidney stone. The doctor explained everything in careful detail including my options and the likely courses I could follow. Everyone who participated in my care did so with kindness and an efficiency that exceeded anything I have ever experienced at any emergency facility, either when I was the patient or when I was accompanying the patient. Let me again say thank you to everyone involved!

This location is great! The were incredibly sweet to my 2.5 year old and even gave her a cute little teddy bear at the end. It was so clean. Her nurse, Sheila, was kind and explained everything thoroughly. Her doctor had two kids and was very reassuring. The receptionist was very kind and clearly remembered us when we were leaving, as well!

I felt I'm comfortable and relaxed to ask questions, while staff explained every procedure fairly well. I am nothing sure if they take my insurance so not sure about the costs, but that was a risk I was willing to take. Now, I am just waiting for my stitches to be removed. I cannot say better things about this center. I was sent to a nearby ER and was told the wait would be 5 hours + and there was hardly room to sit down. I called Sacred Heart and spoke with the friendliest receptionist who confirmed they had all the CT scan and blood work abilities I required, accepted my insurance, and confirmed there was no wait at that time. I promptly drove over there and was in a room in less than 5 minutes. The staff, nurses, and doctors were beyond friendly and helpful. They brought in warm blankets, everything was very clean, and my dad who came to join me appreciated the snacks and tea in the waiting area. I can’t say enough great things about this facility and level of care. I highly recommend them. Dr Nahm is incredible.

The entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, & provided great bedside manner. Very pleasant to see these days. Dr Mark might be the coolest & nicest doctor I’ve ever met. Great experience, everyone was safe, courteous and efficient, from check in with Kelly to an amazingly doctor and nurse! They handled my questions and concerns perfectly. Sadly I've been in the ER for heart issues many times this was an exceptional experience. What turned out to be a malfunctioning blood pressure cuff at home was treated with professional care and by the numbers elimination of problems. I left knowing there wasn't a problem and had the information and tools to follow up with my primary care physician. Excellent from start to finish.

I had to take my husband here twice, once for an appendicitis and another time for a bad allergic reaction. The doctors are so helpful and were quick to help him. The front desk got him in quick and helped us with the paperwork if we had questions. The nurses kept checking in how him to make sure she was comfortable and when they had to transfer him, Monica the nurse was so helpful with making sure everything would go over okay because, due to Covid restrictions, i wasn’t aloud at the hospital. Such an amazing place to go when you are in time of need.

This is a well crafted, and welcoming facility. The interior is accommodating for any adult looking for care. The prices of a visit are fair for the service provided and keeps no illusion for what’s being paid for. You pay for the staffs expertise and the facilities hardware. This means fair prices on getting an X ray, without having medical insurance. This is a practice I highly support, and plan to rely on for emergency care. Continuing in my experience here I was treated by a number of staff members. Tricia and Stanley introduced me to a more than spacious room. Giving me notice of time and procedures that lay ahead of me. No waiting seemed to long or unreasonable. Shannon and Dr szema stood tall with valuable medical information and were willing to sit discussing personal past experiences with their own medical conditions. I found the staff personable and motivated to get their jobs done. Which is a great work ethic when treating others in pain. I’d say sacred heart is on a path to becoming valued healers of west side Houston.

I have visited Sacred Heart a few times. When I got Flu, and my daughter was sick , and when my daughter was injured. Nightmare situations! When we went to Sacred Heart I immediately felt better - the facility looks very clean, and the lobby was inviting and warm. My husband and I went to Sacred Heart Emergency Center due to flu like symptoms. At first I was nervous about going to a new facility, but the staff at Sacred Heart were attentive, quick and compassionate. We’d heard horror stories of other testing sites, and I can honestly say this one is wonderful. We would highly recommend going here for any healthcare needs. Kellie helped us with all our insurance questions and took time to explain the entire process to us both. Dr. Mark Im is extremely knowledgeable with great bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone! The nurse who administered the test was gentle, fast and sweet. Although we are ere both feeling ill, we had a great experience. Forget the other places. Go here!!!!

My husband and I have gone here several times. Our visits there are always great. The receptions is always so nice and greets you with kindness. The nurses and doctors are very thorough and know exactly what they are doing. I also go to sacred heart for emergencies because you don’t have to deal with a long wait time or wait for test results for very long like you would in hospital emergency rooms. I have never left this place feeling like they misdiagnosed me. Again I would recommend this place for anyone who has an emergency!!

Sacred Heart is the only ER I will ever go to after two fantastic experiences there and an absolutely horrendous one at the Memorial Hermann ER at Memorial City. The staff is very courteous and kind and we have been seen immediately both in the middle of the night and during the day. Today, I had to take my son for stitches. He is 21 months old and the wound is in the middle of his forehead. The entire staff was so caring with my son and so patient and helpful. He was seen by Dr. Mark Im and he was extremely competent. He put topical lidocaine on the wound so it would be partially numb before injecting it with more. I found that to be so considerate of his age. The nurse and office manager (I’ve forgotten her name but she was so lovely!) swaddled him in a sheet so that he was bound and then showed us how to best help to hold and soothe him while she held his head in place. The wound was bleeding quite profusely and she was able to hold him still and periodically dab the blood for Dr. Im. It was very impressive. Iain was wailing in the beginning and Dr. Im remained so calm and stitched the wound with very careful exactness and was so proficient that it did not take him long at all. Iain even stopped crying and was furiously sucking his pacifier and a few grunts of protest. It was amazing. I was very grateful that Dr. Im was there today! Thank you again to everyone at Sacred Heart for your kindness and for taking such good care of my precious baby.

My experience at Sacred Heart was one of genuine care and professionalism. I came in with a simple corn on my foot, but everyone from the front desk to the technicians to the nurses and the doctors treated me thoroughly and efficiently. Many times have I walked into an office and the environment gave off a dull feeling, but at Sacred Heart, the clean, modern interior design and friendly employees gave me a freshness that ensured that the care that I would be receiving was more than satisfactory. As for the emergency aspect of Sacred Heart, you would expect them to be quick with their treatment and they do not disappoint. The wait to be treated was not long at all and the time in between my vitals being checked by the nurses and the actual meeting with the doctor was minimal. I would definitely recommend Sacred Heart and I am for sure coming back to them for any of my future health needs!!

Dr. Nahm and all of the Sacred Heart staff are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this clinic. I was triaged, treated, and released in an hour and a half when the local ER gave me a 3.5 hour estimate just to be triaged. It was very obvious that the staff was well educated in their fields and new what they were doing and they did it with precision. Dr. Im was very intelligent, friendly but true to what you need to hear about what needs to get done to improve your health. There is a true caring staff that gave advise the entire time they were working with me ..they offered warm blankets, would you like the lights off, tv..etc They also knew when to just leave you alone as well.... I get skeptical about the ER because of the wait time but I came here because it was close to my school & the whole experience was great! Amazing, amazing, amazing. We left the ER at Memorial Hermann after waiting 6 hours and not being seen. Sacred Heart took us right in, no wait. And the care is phenomenal—it was as if we were the only patient. Don’t waste your time at a hospital ER—go to Sacred Heart Emergency Center. Plus, the cost is significantly less!

This place is heaven sent. Our boy fell and split his lip with his tooth. My heart dropped when I saw the blood and knew we needed to take him to an emergency center to get stitches. We looked them up and saw they were highly rated and decided to make the drive here. We are so glad we did. Dr. M, the nurse, and staff were so caring and helpful. They made us and our little guy feel safe. They had the procedure down to a science and we were all able to work together to get the stitches done quickly for our son. We were very afraid of how our boy would take the shot but they made sure it was done quickly and accurately to numb the pain. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

Myself and my family has been seen on more then several occasions and almost every time the staff has surpassed our expectations. We did no have to wait in a waiting room with a bunch of other sick people, they saw us very shortly after arriving. They are thorough and cover all bases, including a follow up call to make sure we were doing fine. The doctors are so nice, seriously, I have seen probably all of them at some point and the only issue I ever had was with a fI'll in type doctor, the ones that are on staff regularly are super and if they had a private practice they would be my primary care doctor. You would think that all of they staff have degrees in childcare because they really great with kids. If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would, they are great!!

I love sacred heart emergency center. We have visited several times over the years, starting with severe headaches that our daughter suffered from repeated concussions. It’s our go-to place when our doctors are unavailable or the offices are closed. The staff is AMAZING from the minute you walk in. I visited around 8:30 am on New Year’s Day 2020 because of flu. They had already had five patients in before me but I never had to wait. They are just so nice, thorough, efficient, and CARING They give you copies of all your test results when you leave and medicine if proscribed so you don’t have to stop at the pharmacy. I’ve been to a few other clinics and emergency centers for both myself and my children. The staff is never as professional and nice as the staff at sacred heart. And they never make you feel like your complaint is unimportant. They treat you for everything your doctors office would, including UTIs. To date, my Cigna insurance has paid all my bills. I can't brag enough about these guys. I ended up developing very painful cellulitis on my leg, and dealt with it all day at work. By the time my shift finished I was just looking for somewhere - anywhere - to get seen and treated so I could go home and get off my feet. I came across Sacred Heart mostly by chance, since they were close to work, and I'm gad I did. The clinic itself is clean, they got me into a room quickly and the nurse was quick, but thorough and professional. Dr. Im had me in and out in just an hour, which is night and day compared to other ER experiences I've had. Hopefully I never HAVE to go back, but if I do get sick or something they'll be my first choice.

Came here for my husband. It was not busy so we got in very quickly. Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurses, to the Doctor were so nice and accommodating. Very professional and took really good care of us. They have snacks and refreshments in the lobby. Very amazing experience. Trisha and the rest of staff was incredible! I paid a little more than an urgent care clinic but I got 10xs the value! Whole experience was less than 30 mins. I’ve been out less than 18hrs and am back at work feeling great. They gave me a Zpack and some steroid shots and I started feeling progressively better almost immediately after. I've visited this Emergency Center twice; first with Dr. Schulze and then with Dr. Im, and both times I felt that they were not only empathetic, but also great at listening to my concerns/answering questions, and treating me in thoughtful manner. Alright, so I’ve been here like 3 times.. plus.. I have to pay out of pocket bc I have Community Health Choice 🙄, so it’s a pretty steep 2 hundo for a visit, but wow, this place is amazing. How convenient. I have never spent more than 15 mins in the waiting room, I am always taken care of and treated nicely, I have been treated at 4am in the middle of the night, 7pm, and 9pm and it’s always a great experience from the service perspective. My 5 year old daughter hit her head on a table at school. She had a big goose egg on her forehead and was complaining of headache. Her school recommended taking her to an Emergency Room. My husband and I have been to TCH Emergency Room couple times between our 2 kids and the wait were hours each time. One of the teacher recommended going to Sacred Heart because she had been a patient there. We were checked in within minutes after we got there and the doctor examined my daughter right away. He was soft spoken, gentle and took great care with my daughter which took away her apprehension quickly. After a thorough examination, the doctor talked to us about the good and bad of cat scan to rule out broken skull and bleeding in the head. He recommended not doing cat scan at the time but asked us, if we were comfortable, to watch her closely at home. He spoke to us about how to treat my daughter's symptoms and gave us in writing things to look out for, medicine to avoid and told us when to take her back to the ER if needed. After the visit, we felt assured that she would be ok and that not doing cat scan was the right choice. My daughter had mild headache that night and we called and spoke to the nurse who again assured us and gave us instructions about what to watch out for. She was fine the next day and never had any problem after that. We are very happy about the care we received at Sacred heart.

Everyone from an ER tech, to nurse practitioner, to the doctor and the front desk was so professional and showed genuine care. Best ER I have ever been in. Great Staff and attention to detail. Also more equipment and services than your average walk in Urgent care center and minute clinics. I was cold and asked for a blanket. Would you believe the Nurse brought me a blanket that had been freshly warmed up and was very relaxing! Five Starts. Plus their billing practice is very convenient, no third party billing like as with a regular hospital ER. They took my insurance and all was included in the cost.

What a wonderful clinic! Everything is so comfortable like a nice home, not like a sterile hospital. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kelly at the front desk. I would highly recommend this clinic over the others in the area. Concentra is just down the road and their clinic is packed with 2.5 hour wait times. At sacred heart you’ll be seen almost instantly.

Came in with back pain, shortness of breath and really really bad headaches. YES I did test positive for Covid. I went to 3 doctors offices and all of them but this facility accepted to see me. I was desperate for anything because of covid. Dr. Naham, Kim Rn and Tucin Ert (probably spelled that last name wrong so I apologize, but wanted to say this place deserves a 10/10 an award or something. These beautifully, happy sweet people helped me the entire stay there. I was extremely satisfied, and I highly recommend this place to friends and family. When I Arrived my son was helped immediately, the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The medical staff was amazing and knowledgeable. I originally came in to get a pcr test via the curbside service, but since I was there I checked in as a patient to have the doctor take a look at a growth on my thumb, literally no wait time to be seen; in and out in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Im had me diagnosed and referred to a specialist in a blink of an eye. Anthony was very knowledgeable, explaining every little detail to me about every question I had, and Sam was very nice, making sure I was seen almost immediately, the staff here is truly amazing! If it wasn't for Trinh I would probably still be waiting in a room somewhere.

Dr. Su and his staff are exceptional, and the facility is meticulous. We went in after realizing we couldn't get symptoms under control at home and needed to rule out an emergent situation. We walked in and as soon as we signed in they had us roomed, the doctor was in there within minutes. Everyone was professional and thorough, and the plan was explained to us without delaying care. CT and US were done and I was surprised at how quickly we had the tests done, and results back. It was a relief to have answers because of all the things we were concerned could be wrong. Once we knew what was wrong, they had all of our imaging and prescriptions ready quickly, and they answered all of our questions so we could get home and rest while we recovered. I highly recommended Sacred Heart and their professional staff.

I have been here a few times for various ailments. They are always welcoming as soon as i walk in the door. The Nursing staff and Physicians were very caring and competent along every step of my treatment, and thorough in their diagnosis. I needed a chest X-ray once to rule out pneumonia, and a throat culture and a flu culture. They did it all! Once I went in with something on my skin which had become infected and they surgically removed the problem right there that night. They are the most amazing group I have ever met! Almost makes me want to get sick so I can have their candy and coffee while I wait. Seriously, A+ all the way! I cannot believe I can speak so highly of an emergency room!

Sacred Heart Emergency Center gave me first class service early this morning around 2:00 am. My tonsils were very swollen, cold symptoms too and I was greeted as soon as I entered the building. I was referred to Sacred Heart by HEB because they could not see me right away. I’m so glad this happened. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left I felt as if I were the only patient there but I know their were others. The staff was so attentive and kind and helpful. I was in a lot of pain when I arrived and within 15 minutes they had performed a scan and put me on an IV which gave me immediate relief from my pain. They explained everything in detail and did not seem rushed at all. I definitely recommend them!

Great service, very professional! I brought my wife here with a severe allergic reaction. Walked right in, no waiting and they took care of her far better than the emergency room did. Reaction continued after it subsided initially, we came back, and they waived the fee the second time. Also came for other issues, had different doctors but all were extremely friendly and professional. I definitely am, and will continue to be, a repeat customer. We actually left a Memorial Hermann emergency room to come here because the wait was going to be hours. Don’t go to the emergency room, come here!

I would give this place 100 stars if possible, because 5 doesn’t convey how great this place is compared to other ERs. I’ve been a patient amd I’ve taken my young children. The entire staff is incredibly nice and customer oriented—totally unlike most hospitals. Very comfortable amenities, super fast wait times (within 10 minutes of walking in the door every time we’ve been, and 8 of those 10 minutes were spent filling out the forms), and competent nurses and doctors with great bedside manners. Fair prices with no huge surprise and ridiculously exbortitant post-visit bills.

Went in for back problem. Extreme pain. Staff was very nice and fairly fast. Doctor was great as he listens to my problem and did the most he could for my pain. Gave me shots and meds. Many doctors I have encountered seem to give a very generic regimen plan or remedy. I feel the doctor listened and customized my pain plan based upon my needs. I would recommend!

The nurses and doctors were very understanding of my symptoms. They were quick to start me on an IV. They ran a variety of tests and scans to find I was in the early stages of appendicitis. Antibiotics were immediately given and no surgery was required. On top of all that the facility was clean and pretty comfy given it’s an ER. While on fluids I was given warm blankets and they turned the lights down to make us more comfortable until results came back. My fiancé was able to have an Izze and a grandma cookie which he was pretty happy about. So overall I’d recommend Sacred Heart. I appreciate all they did for me!

This past weekend I slipped and fell hard on my shoulder. I knew something was immediately wrong when I couldn't move my arm. My wife suggested going to Sacred Heart Emergency Center, and I am grateful we did. We were seen very quickly and the staff from admission, nursing and physician were awesome. Sacred heart is a full service center and I was able to have my X-rays done during the visit. Dr. Szema was knowledgeable and professional. I was outfitted with a sling and copies of my visit and X-rays which were helpful for my appointment with the orthopedic specialist.

I have used Sacred Heart for myself and family several times. They are always very professional and take care of our medical emergencies. They even found cancer on my husband's pancreas two years ago and thank God for them because my husband was able to catch what he thought was diverticulitis but they saw a lesion on his pancreas and we were able to get the cancer in time flying to California at City of Hope and remove the cancer as it was still contained and he has been cancer clear for a year 1/2! I want to thank Dr I M , Amber , Danielle ,Liz and Trica . I know we are Always in the Very Best Care when we go here and have to say they do have the best staff and so grateful they are close to us. I accidentally slammed my trunk on my son’s left hand, his four fingers were caught in the door. So I drove to Sacred Heart, this I was our second visit this year. I thought about going to Memorial Hermman, but I remembered the quickness and kindness of the staff in Sacred Heart so I decided to go back and see Dr. Im. There was no wait as I anticipated and the accommodating staff was ready to help. Filled up some paperwork and saw Dr. Su in such a short time. We took some X-rays. Dr. Su was very friendly and approachable. The facility is very clean and conveniently located with easy parking. Such a great experience. I highly recommend for any emergency needs. My sons X-rays were normal.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this ER Center is and how much we appreciated the INCREDIBLE service we received from Trish and Sam. Our son (an active duty soldier) was in town for the holidays and was informed at the last minute that a Covid-19 test was required before he could board the flight back to the country where he is currently based (due to new restrictions that went into effect literally the day he was scheduled to travel). Needless to say...we were thrown into a bit of a panic with no prior warning and very little time to react. Luckily we found Sacred Heart. Trish and Sam were so welcoming, helpful and professional, and they literally went above and beyond to do whatever they could to assist. The pricing was extremely affordable as well. Houston is a big city with lots of options when it comes to health care (and even Covid-19 testing). We were so thankful that we chose Sacred Heart and you will be too! If/when you are in need of ER care and/or Covid-19 testing, we highly recommend Sacred Heart Emergency Center.

Having zero wait time and also having most lab tests capable of being checked in-house meant that I had a diagnosis for how miserable I was feeling very quickly. I cut my finger open with a pretty deep cut, so I went to Sacred Heart for stitches and a tetanus shot. The facility was top notch, clean, welcoming, comfortable. The people were very friendly and helpful, but maybe a little too laid back. I wasn't worried about my finger too much, but they didn't do a lot in their bedside manner to act like they were in a hurry either. Small complaint though. I still highly recommend the place and will go again if I need to.

My husband was having a massive headache in conjunction with severe sinus pressure to the point he felt like his eyeball was going pop out. He was in so much pain, and I knew we needed to get him seen by a doctor immediately. We were at H-Mart on Blalock so we headed over to Sacred Heart ER just a few minutes away. The woman at the front desk was welcoming and courteous, and the wait time was minimal. When we got to the room the nurse was very friendly while taking all my husband’s vitals. Shortly after, Dr. Su came in to greet us. He was extremely attentive and took his time to listen to all my husband’s concerns. This was an on-going issue for my husband for the past two months, so Dr. Su was careful to make sure he was covering all the bases as far as previous medications taken. My husband ended up getting a few shots for the pain and inflammation, and he was feeling relief within the hour. We are so glad that we came to Sacred Heart ER. We highly recommend them!

Excellent ER care for a great price. Came in for kidney stones. Dr Su took excellent care of me. I Needed a pain needle, a CAT scan (to find the stones), blood test, urine test, and a complete evaluation. Dr Su really knew his stuff. And I got out of there for $600. Who needs a family doctor? This guy works just fine for me. BIG PLUS- They give you pretty accurate prices UP FRONT. Other emergency care places refused. I passed them on the way here. I highly recommend them.

GREAT! I came in with a stomach bug, signed in and was given a room within minutes, nurse came in took vitals, started IV and said Dr. would be in shortly. No kidding, he was in within less than 15 minutes since I was given the room. He explained what I would be given, they would blood work, it was all done so fast, I was truly impressed. I started to get some color in my face within minutes. I was so dehydrated they ran the urine and blood work tests so fast that Dr. came in and gave me results within 45 minutes. Told me what I needed next, and I was given antibiotics, nausea medication, and pain killers. I was in and out 2 hours after I went in. For an emergency room, it was truly an awesome experience. I'm never going to a hospital to wait hours before being seeing while I agonize in pain. Love this service, 5 stars!!! Thank You, Sacred Heart ER team!

So I just moved to Houston 2 weeks ago, unfortunately I pop my shoulder out of place. Sacred Heart was the nearest emergency center to me. I walked inside in major pain and I couldn’t move at all. 15min later I walked out with a smile and a new shoulder as well. Would definitely recommend! Went in around 7:30pm. The place was empty(my kind of ER). Anyway the lady behind the desk greeted me friendly and helped me with the paper work. They brought me to an exam room that was very nice, not clinicly bright white and impersonal. It had nicer furnishing than my house. The nurse was very friendly and helped me with lying down on the exam table as i was in much pain. She also helped me with the backwards gown and removing my levis. The Dr came in asked me if it would be alright to bring in a student to observe, and i agreed, as i have several times in the past. I'm not one to stand in the way of an education, and checked me out and decided to take some xrays. The xray tech had a little trouble getting a good shot and had to redo them several times, put he was very apologetic and friendly. The place was very clean, it doesn't look like an ER, it was just nicer and put you at ease. everyone was very professional. And i will definitely use them again if the need arises. Plus they had several large bowls of candy for anyone to enjoy.

Came here after waiting forever in the Memorial Hermann ER. Soon as we got here, the front desk lady was about as nice as could be and got checked in right away. Stepped out for a moment to take a call and when I got back in my girlfriend had already been taken back. There was no twisting arms about it, they ran every test applicable in about 20 minutes, and came back and let us know the results real time. Gave us a copy of every test they ran so that we have them for the specialist she’s seeing to follow up. Just can’t say enough about how great these people treat you. It’s refreshing, to say the least.

My 5 year old son had high fever and was actually diagnosed with mono A few nights ago. He was super sick and very scared because we were going to an emergency room. He thought for sure he was getting shots etc. he's scared of doctors. The staff was very helpful and immediately calmed him down. The room they put us in was very well decorated for children. They re-warded my son candy and toys for such good behavior during his strep and mono test. Dr. Im was very patient, kind and informative the entire time... as well as his wonderful staff. Overall visit was great. The doctors at sacred Heart found something that my primary doctor missed. Would rate them 5/5 if it wasn't for one encounter I had with a male nurse. Upon coming in the first nurse I had was a guy with white hair/beard. He was very rude and didn't belive me about the chest pain/tightness I was having. He was the first person I met other the the receptionists at the front desk and it almost caused me to leave sacred heart. I am glad I didnt let 1 individual ruin my visit and I was able to get the answers I needed from the staff. The guy nurse with the white hair needs to work on bedside manners for sure.

LOVE LOVE LOVED This place. Husband was so ill and they got him right in, immediately began the process of “what’s going on” and therefore was able to quickly identify what was happening, Flu and congestion! I went in on a Saturday evening after hours that most pharmacies are closed. The staff helped me find a pharmacy that was open and the Dr called in my prescriptions to that location so I wouldn't have to wait until tomorrow. Great service!

I would pay extra for a service experience like that, anyday I'm sure I'm gonna pay, but I have an HSA for that purpose. Got bloodwork, a CT & an ultrasound, with results, all within 4 hours. I was taken to a private room almost immediately. The facility was clean, the staff was awesome. The doctor was fantastic. Sacred Heart ER truly embodies the definition of what it means to give care with heart. I have been to many big name ERs and even worked in some. This ER really gets it right in every sense. The staff (Amber, Tricia, RN Monica & Dr. Nahm) are some of the most professional and kindest of individuals that are knowledgeable, caring & just amazing. When I got there, I was seen immediately (beats waiting 4-8 hours in the bigger ERs) and within minutes got results back and a treatment plan in motion. The best thing is the staff here actually listens and cares about your specific needs for your health. No two patients are the same in the care they need. So it is very refreshing to be treated as a human being rather than a page in a medical textbook. Hopefully you don’t find yourself in need of an ER, but if for that rare chance you do come to Sacred Heart! You will not regret it.

I had a sudden calf cramp just before a scheduled 9 hour flight. Being 6 months pregnant at the time, I wanted to make sure the cramp was not caused by a blood clot in the leg. I walked in on a Fri. afternoon and was greeted by the courteous and friendly front desk staff. I was immediately impressed by the clean and modern facility. I was seen by the nurse and then Dr. Im within 15 minutes of arrival. Dr. Im was personal, patient and most importantly, very thorough. He even cracked a few jokes in between to assure me everything was looking positive since I was getting anxious and explained different ways to prevent leg cramps in the future. Dr. Im went on and ordered an ultrasound for me. I received the negative result shortly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of patient care and almost non existent wait time I received. Needless to say, I left for vacation the day after feeling very assured and relaxed =)

Friendly and fast service, the reason I am only giving 4 stars is because their security procedures need improvement. They lock the front door with a bolt lock after dark. The door clearly says "Door must remain unlocked while building is occupied" as per fire code. When I wanted to exit the building, I was told I had to wait for the door to be unlocked for me. This might seem insignificant to some, but i do not like being told I can not exit a building at will. A simple solution would be to have a magnetic lock that can be operated by the receptionist from behind the front desk and/or getting night time security.

First off, this is an ER not an urgent care. If you're looking for an urgent care and not an ER "Entrust urgent care" (a couple stores down, on the other side of beaudrox, in the same shipping center) is good for minor things. Where do I even begin with how wonderful this ER is? First off, the office is pristine and they have snacks and drinks- lol! The doctors and medical staff are TOP NOTCH. They are well equipped for an ER. Extremely helpful. They will bill you or offer you partial pay if you want to. Been here for all kinds of things with my whole family. Just outstanding service. Wish they would open up a family practice! One day, please!!! We have been here for anything from a venomous spider bite to a ruptured appendix, we got outstanding service every time! It's quite possible with my appendix the doctor could've saved my life! They recognized it immediately and I was taken by ambulance to memorial Herman for surgery that night. They arranged it all for me. A year later I was having bleeding and pain from my pregnancy, they even offered an ultrasound. They told me everything was fine- and it was! The staff was even able to tell me I was having a girl before my obgyn told me!!! I'm an anxious person and they always deal with me in the nicest way- poor people lol! I tend to get really worried and worked up over even the littlest things and they never make me feel stupid for coming in!! This is especially when dealing with my kids, I demand the best care for them. Luckily we have great insurance, but if you don't know you have the luxury of being billed and paying on a payment plan. My friend went here for a broken arm, couldn't pay right away. They worked with her flawlessly! I have moved to tomball now and travel from tomball to this ER whenever possible because I love it so much. Drove 40 mins and would do it all over again. Just left last night with my 3 month old who had loose stool. Again, I got great service. I always leave feeling I have gotten the best possible care! If I am willing to bring my kids here (with my massive worrying disorder- haha) I think most anyone would be satisfied! Side note: I always pay exactly what they say I will. I've never been overcharged or manipulated in the billing department. Prices aren't THAT high for an ER! I wouldn't go to a traditional ER because it's just too much. You get seen here right away and the doctors are amazing. Why go to a hospital and not a free standing ER? If you have a life threatening problem, like I did with my appendix, you will still be transferred immediately to a hospital for surgery. They do all the footwork for you. My spider bite they were able to drain and do themselves. It was "minor surgery."

Staff and facility were great. But we handed them our insurance card and asked them if they took BCBS and they said "yes". They didn't say a word about being out of network. Memorial Hermann ER was just across the street and in network. So BCBS paid (underpaid) and we got hit with the remainder of the bill. This wouldn't have happened if we were in network. So if you are planning to go here, make sure you check that they take your insurance and even if they do take it... make sure you are in network.
