I really appreciated it. He was kind and respectful . His staff was courteous and efficient. Being with the Genesis group is a plus. I found the office calm and pleasant. I was taken to see my doctor shortly after arriving. Jackie did my vitals and asked me questions …she was kind and professional. My doctor came into my room right after Dr. Laura Durling was attentive and gave me a physical and made a list of appointments I need to get her all my data. I liked her right off. Very good Listener and was intelligent and supportive. I found the whole experience satisfying.

Fast, efficient, prepared. Listens to what the patient conveys and makes suggestions accordingly. Always willing to change something when a patient conveys a special allergy or knows what has not worked in the past. Could not love a doctors office more. This is the first time in 20 years I’ve been willing to see a western doctor consistently and it’s because they are on time and they listen.

The staff are very sweet and make you feel comfortable. I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time, and once in the exam room, the nurse and doctor see me right away. I’m terribly afraid of needles but the phlebotomist is very good; I didn’t pass out for my well visit blood draw which is a first for me in 10 years. Everyone is excellent and terrific bedside manner!

Dr. Robertson, I fellow veteran, took as much time as he needed to fully understand my medical history. What a refreshing change from the conveyor belt processing most of us experience at today’s doctors offices who churn as many patients as they can in a day. Dr. Robertson is also not quick to prescribe medication’s to simply treat symptoms. He’s more interested in sourcing and reversing the core issues. Truly enjoyed our time together, and truly enjoyed his commitment to the Hippocratic oath. Good on you Dr. Robertson.

Genesis Medical Group is Amazing!! The entire staff is world class! They greet you with smiles and patience. The nurses and lab technicians are kind, personable and very professional. Dr. Lance Pickard is the first doctor out of the last 4 that I have used that would actually listen to me about my symptoms and what medications that I can’t take. This was my first visit to Genesis Medical Group and Dr Lance Pickard as a new PCP for me. I found it easy to make an appointment right on the phone and actually be able to speak to a person and not have to use an automated service. Very nice facility and a lot of parking. Front desk receptionists were all very welcoming, Friendly and professional. They all made me feel like I’d been one of their patients for years rather than it being my first visit. Dr Pickard was very prompt seeing me, listened to all my questions and answered professionally and in a personable and approachable manner. The nurse who took all of my vitals was also very easy to speak with and professional. I’m grateful to be made to feel very welcome. Overall, I feel very comfortable here with everyone and would recommended this group.

Dr. Pickard and his nurse were great! Like a lot of people, doctors offices make me very anxious. When I arrived at this office I immediately noticed everything was very clean, and the front staff was very nice. I only waited in the waiting area for about 5min (if that) to be called back by the nurse. The nurse was very kind and understanding and while giving me my shot (I’m a big baby) she distracted me and I didn’t even feel the needle go in! Most importantly, during the appointment Dr. Pickard made me feel understood with all of my concerns and that I was also being taken seriously. I never felt rushed or pushed off. He really took the time to get to know me, my history, and my family history. He explained every test that he was going to order and why and was upfront about when my results will be in and how I can receive them. I’m really glad I found this office. I definitely feel like this is the place for me.

I had intermittent back pain for 11 years. I went to several doctors but none of them cared enough to find a solution. Dr. Pickard ordered an ultrasound on my gallbladder. And that was the issue. I had it removed and have been without pain ever since. He’s a very caring doctor and a great listener. I highly recommend him.

Dr Robertson is the best doctor I've ever had. For 17-18 yrs I've been blessed to have him. Five stars is not good enough for this person. He is caring, empathic, warm, patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, cool (yes, I write, cool because he is) and i hope he will always be there as my doctor. I travel over an hour now (one way) as I relocated and will continue to do so, Lord willing. Super blessed! This is a phychian who will care for you and your loved ones long-term. Dr. Pickard was very attentive and thorough listening/evaluating me. He gave some great insights and very helpful recommendations. Far more than my previous doctor of over 10 years (coming from CA). Also the staff for check in and appointments was friendly and professional. I couldn’t find a reason to give anything other than 5 stars.

I became a new patient of Dr. Laura Durling. Changing doctors, due to a move, is always a royal pain, and the uncertainty of selecting the right doctor makes the search all the more important. I saw my original PCP for over 12 years and loved her. Today I met Dr. Durling for the first time, and after just a few minutes I realized that I won the lottery. She has become my "partner in health" and I look forward to many years of excellent care. She spent plenty of time with me, reviewed my history in detail, and proposed a few things to try in my war with diabetes T2. Her nurse, Jackie, was also very friendly and efficient. Having an on-site lab is also a huge convenience, since I have had bad experiences with Quest Diagnostics and don't want to go to them again. Genesis Medical Group seems to have just what I need and I am so happy to have found them.

The front desk staff is very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. I got there early on accident not looking at the time and they called me back anyways within 10 minutes. My son was a bit nervous regarding the treatment he would be receiving however the PA Andrew Norato made him feel comfortable. Very convenient that there is a lab there with no wait time . I've had very few good experiences dealing with the medical industry in the past. This was a GREAT experience. From the receptionists to the Dr., it was all great. Almost no waiting and everyone treated me kindly and like an actual person. I've been looking for a primary care doctor for the first time in my life because I am getting older (41) and know I need to do that (and I also haven't been feeling well lately), but haven't because I've been so turned off by doctors in the past. I saw Dr. Pickard and I was absolutely blown away! He treated me like a human being and actually took time to talk to me and answer my questions and explain things to me. He even took time to show me things that he didn't have to but did because he thought it would help me. Get this, as I was leaving and about to go out the door (because I thought we were done), he ran me down to show me my test results. Maybe this isn't that big of a thing to others, but I've never had an experience like that when going to the Dr, not even close. I will rest so much easier now knowing I have a Dr. who will listen to me and guide me to be as healthy as I can be. I know I have someone who will monitor my general health for the coming years and also be there when I have a health problem I'm concerned about or when I'm sick or not feeling right. I think eating, sleeping, exercise, spirituality, and helping others is the best way to consistently feel good and be healthy, and that nature can heal most things, but it feels good knowing you have a Dr. that will listen and help when you really need it. I signed in and asked for my referral to get my blood work done that I requested when I made my appointment. The front desk greeted me and gave me the referral. All of the offices are always neat and clean I went to have my blood work done. I signed in and had a seat! I was told there was one person ahead of me. Sarah came and told me Kristine Kirtley was ready for me. I was told that I could come back for my blood work! Sarah took me to weigh and she did my blood pressure, temperature which was good and confirmed what prescription I needed and where I would pick them up. She told me Kristine would be right in. Kristine came in and she checked my breathing and blood pressure which was good . Kristine always answers any questions or concerns I may have! After my visit I went back to get my blood work done! The person who did my blood work was very good and professional! I stopped by the front desk to get my referral for my Mammogram. I got to my 10:30 appointment at 10:20 and I left the office at 11:10.

I received the info late in the day, around 5pmish on Thursday, was able to get through to someone on the phone the first time to set up an appointment for two people at 12:45 the very next day at the six pines location, less than 10 miles from my house. We had our results by 9:00 a.m. TODAY and we had a call back from the office manager around 7:30 p.m. this evening making sure that we had our results. I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Imran Khan, who examined me and scheduled an x-ray as a first step, rather than suggesting a battery of testing initially. It was a positive experience and helped calm the anxiety I was experiencing during this crazy Covid-19 time. I went for a Rapid Covid test and that is exactly what I received- RAPID. I went with my dad and sister and had the tests around 10a.m and we all recieved our results by 4 p.m. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED EITHER.. I had a Deep, impacted wax blockage in one ear and was mostly deaf in that ear. I had new hearing aids coming in within days and needed that side to hear again. The Dr and nurses had to go through the whole process of cleaning my impacted ear twice with a lot of detailed cleaning techniques in between to resolve the problem but as soon as they finished the second cleaning, it was like someone turned my hearing on and I felt the blockage open and I was hearing again! I'm African American, and as such have not seen nor read of the level of treatment Genesis Medical Group granted to me.I've studied the medical field at university and lived in this country for 65+ years. Google this area. The office staff is diverse, effective, efficient and kind. A couple of ladies might watch their volume when talking about personal matters outside of the office, yet they too were warm and welcoming. Intake was Erica. After taking my vitols she calmly and curteously (language and demeanour) led me to "my room". The emphases on "mine" rather tham "a" gave the office a second level of welcoming feel. Enter Dr. Laura Durling. Confident. Scholarly. Thorough. Detailed. Informative. Caring. Patient (was she ever that one). Probably the best listener I've encountered in the medical field par non. She took all of my concerns directly to the drawing board and retorted with understanding; even when it was NOT what i wanted to hear. I'm going to stop there because one might feel I think she is perfect. No one is. ALBEIT Durling sure gets close. Thank you doctor. Check out did not disappoint. A new girl saw me .She wasn't smiling like ALL of the others. When I asked if everything was ok. She saw my cincern and her face lit up. Being new isn't easy. I know she will do well. Thank you office personnel. To conclud; the office has their own lab. So if you go to your appointment without haven eaten for 8+ hours, you might have all of your blood workup during the same visit. THAT PART!! All in all I'm impressed BEYOND. If you are queasy about physicians and doctor's offices like I am; try them out. When I wxited I saw a lot of elderly people waiting to be seen. Such happy faces for a doctors visit. 10 stars! Here's to your health!
