I had a bobo early last week found Bellaire ER quick and professional. Dr Q fixed me up with the assistant of nurse Stephanie. Christal at the front desk was able to check me in even tho I lack all the info she needed. I hate shoots and any kind of pain. The team was able to close the wound and comfort me. I am leery of hospitals and was advised to go to Bellaire ER, due to my pinky finger get hurting because of a fall. I only had my insurance info from my job wrote out. The intake was able to gather my info to see the doc. The nurse and doc were beyond nice and made my intake the best, the pain went away mentally and because both were humorous before the shot! They gave me a pain shot and I was fine 20 mins later. Ty please stay in business and don't leave area.

Hands down the BEST medical care I have ever received. I hate going to the ER I've been to several ERs and have always been dismissed. All the nurses and doctors at this location are heaven sent. They took the time to listen to my symptoms and provided me with the best solutions to help me. I cannot thank them enough for the superior care I received during my overnight stay. My visit with Bellaire ER was surprising due to the capabilities they have onsite, including a Radiology room. Very short wait (almost immediate admission to a room), and very polite sevice. The nurse, Melissa was very professional, and caring. My doctor was Dr. Rajan, and I was also impressed that such a highly qualified doctor would attend to emergency room patients locally. He was very knowledgeable, and even located a potential problem that other doctors before him did not. I walked out of there wondering why I have used hospital ER's in the past with as much as 6 hour wait times just to get a room on some days. And Bellaire ER is only minutes away from my home. What a relief that was, and will be in the future. I will certainly use their services in the future, and recommend to my friends.

Went in for a gum abscess and was able to get treated with antibiotics and pain relief within 20 min of entering the location. Melissa, my nurse, was polite and very lovely to talk with. The doctor was very thorough and helpful in explaining. Would bring future family members here for the exceptional care that I recieved.

Stephanie, the nurse at Bellaire ER, treated me last night for a dysfunctional catheter that my urologist had attached for prostate problems, Stephanie immediately put my wife and I at ease with her professionalism, kindness, competence, experience, and expertise. She fixed the catheter issue quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend Bellaire ER more highly.

The level of attention I received by the staff of Bellaire ER was outstanding. From the moment we arrived their full attention was on us. I was afraid we would have to wait a long time to be tended too. On the contrary, we were immediately taken care off. Dr. St Jean was our tending doctor and she was making sure throughout our stay we were well taken care off. The nurses Alma and Daniel were amazing. If I could give then 100 stars I would. They were constantly checking on us and you could see they genuinely cared for our well being. I know that going to an ER is not an exciting thing; howerer, with the level of attention we received I felt better as soon as we walked in.

I was in distress and went to a different ER a mile from here. After waiting an hour and being in pain, I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try a different place. I’m so grateful I did! Bellaire ER saw me right away. Myles at the front desk was compassionate and quick to get me in. Denita, has a sweet and compassionate bedside manor. But I was most surprised with Dr. Quintanilla. Being the middle of the night and a seemingly easy solution, he will still very thorough in his time and diagnosing. Very smart, has seen a lot. I am so very grateful! No one wants to need an ER in the middle of the night. But if you do…. Go to Bellaire ER!

I had the MOST amazing experience at Bellaire ER. The front desk assistant Elizabe took me in less than 5 minutes. I came in with severe Covid symptoms, and I could barely walk. Doctor Phi and his nurses Alma & Daniel administered a plasma treatment (which is very rare to find). The process was smooth and painless. They checked all of my vitals every 20-30 minutes and made me feel very comfortable. I was also provided snacks and water during the treatment. Afterwards, I walked out in a few hours feeling 10x better! I strongly recommend coming for your next emergency visit. They are the best!

My mom is currently battling covid. I cannot believe how awesome this place is and has been. They definitely went above and beyond to take care of her when she had to go in yesterday. My mother was having some health concerns and I called before she went in and spoke to nurse Alma. She was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. My mother went in to get checked and Alma was her nurse. My mother expressed how Dr.Burger and Shane were very nice and made her feel comfortable. She could not stop expressing how awesome Alma was. I would definitely recommend this ER. Not only did they help my mother feel better physically but they made her feel at ease.

If I could give zero stars I showed up there because there’s a piece of glass still stuck in my foot and the doctor rejected to see me before even examining me. Come to find out this is a total for-profit type of emergency room. The staff at the Bellaire ER are all amazing. Nurse Daniel took care of me and what a gem hew was. He was extremely efficient in his job and knowledgeable. He was a rock star. This place has been great, especially with my situation right now. I am a hurricane Ida evacuee and basically just took a shot in the dark, but this ER was very good and efficient with suggestions, procedures and personality. The staff was polite and professional, the doctor was understanding and worked with me, and the tests were efficient and detailed. The wait times were slightly long, but I understood that many people were coming in for many different reasons, including COVID-19, serious incidents and etc.... I had an overall great experience and would suggest this ER if you are staying in the area.

This is the second time I have been treated at Bellaire ER and both experiences were outstanding. There was only a minimal wait time for each visit, which of course, is nice alone, but went far behind the wait time. The staff is very professional and friendly. It really doesn’t feel like the typical health care experience. It’s like being with family members. Particularly on this visit, Dr. Zaidi, the nurse Stephanie, Technician Cris and Front Desk Attendant Betsy, were outstanding. They made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves. I cannot recommend this facility and team highly enough!

I've taken my daughter here for various kid reasons... a spider bite, an allergic reaction, a high fever... It costs me $150 to see her pediatrician in the Woodlands or $250 to go here, and it never fails she gets sick or hurt on a weekend! It's worth it to go here -- she gets in literally immediately. Great care. Experienced nurses. Great with kids. Definitely go here instead of a hospital if you have a non life threatening emergency or something that just can't wait until Monday. Or if, as often happens nowadays, your Doc won't see you in person. They can do just about everything a hospital ER can do, except: 1) cheaper 2) quicker 3) more politely (in my experience) Highly recommended!

From the courteous front desk staff, quick check in process, clean rooms, and excellent care we received - we are 100% satisfied with this ER Clinic! Bellaire ER This place is one of a kind. A combination Urgent care and Emergency Room. When I arrived I was greeted by the Front Desk people, Liz and Betsy. They accepted my insurance and They got the details of my symptoms. I was in a treatment room in minutes. The nurses took my vitals and I was tested for the covid as a precaution. They had all the equipment to do x-rays and EKG and more to do complete diagnostics. Then Dr. Quintanilla came in and did and in-depth interview. He got to the root of my problem and made his diagnosis. They gave me a prescription and even had the medicine in stock to give me some before I left. The whole thing took less than an hour. They also gave me copies of all my Tests and X-rays Two days later I am feeling very much better. BellaireER is wonderful. Kamron

Also done some research on Google to see how the visit were and a young lady by the name of Mrs. T was on there numerous times for good service. I went here late Thursday night and asked about the services. I was greeted by the nurse Stephanie, she listened to my concerns for my girlfriend and offered her a rapid COVID test even though they were full. She showed compassion for my girlfriend before she knew who she was. I’ve been calling around Houston and have not received the kindness that I experienced at this Urgent care or testing site ... Went in the middle of the night on a Saturday. I was expecting to wait forever. The really sweet guy at the front desk greeted me and helped me to fill out the very minimal paperwork. The place felt cozy and put me at ease. It didn’t feel too clinical. I was soooo anxious and in pain they took my right back to a room. The nurse came in quickly and did vitals, she was really cool and helped me to feel relaxed. Adriana I believe was her name. Dr.phi spent time... lots of time talking to me and helping me understand the medications he was prescribing (I’m a nursing mom) he even helped me to understand more about the medication my PCP had prescribed. Highly recommend this place. This morning I got a call with them checking up on me this personal touch was awesome!

Professional, efficient, and friendly! I went in for chest pains, and the ER Nurse (Stephanie) and Dr. Phi conducted several tests, including blood work, an EKG, and a chest X-Ray to rule out any serious issues. Thankfully, the tests confirmed everything was fine. The staff (including the front desk) were friendly, outlined the costs associated with my treatment, explained my options, and only ordered the necessary tests. They were all professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Last night was my 2nd trip to this ER (last time was 2016). I am so grateful for them. Vivianna was the 1st person I saw when I stumbled in (vertigo). She was so helpful knowing I was not in a position to fill out paperwork. My nurse Adriana was amazing. I am usually a tough stick for IVs but I didn't even feel a thing. Her bedside manner was so kind. She made me feel so comfortable and like she was an old friend who really cares. The RAD tech, Chrisanta, was like that too. She was so gentle and sweet. Dr. Weinberg had his hands full but still was very thorough and made sure I understood everything going on every step of the way and before I left. As much as I could go on about how great they are, I hope I don't have to see them again any time soon (at least not in that setting) 😊

The physician who treated me Dr. Azahid has the best bedside manners and explains your care to wear you understand exactly what he is doing and why. Most ER's they forget about you and your not that important but not the case here. If you need urgent care this is the place to be. I had to come back and add the night nurse Denita. She was wonderful and very caring. Such amazing staff.

Recently I suffered from chest pains and as much as I hated the idea of going to ER, I knew it could be too serious to ignore, so I chose Bellaire ER. On arrival, I told the Bianca the receptionist I had chest pains and within seconds I was being attended to without a mention of paperwork which told me they cared more about the patient than the associated revenue. Within 5 minutes Justin & Kristina asked all of the preliminary questions and followed up with an EKG and blood analysis. They also decided to take x-rays of the heart and lungs to ensure there was no visual damage or clogs. All the results were handed to Dr Quintanilla who explained the results and suggested I stay through the night for monitoring, which i did. The staff made me feel at home and every 3 or 4 hours checked on me to ensure I was comfortable. At 6 am Adriana ran a second sets of tests to compare with the first set and Dr Phi walked me through the results. Luckily there was nothing wrong with my heart and I went home for breakfast. The experience was 1st class and it is so encouraging to have this type of facility and staff within 5 minutes of my house. At 11:00am Dr Quintanilla called to say they he was still concerned and wanted me to get a second opinion, just to be sure. He then called a cardiologist and made an appointment for me for 12:00. This level of service really surprised me. I cannot thank the team of Bellaire ER enough for making so much effort to ensure was comfortable at all times and had the best possible medical treatment available. Thank you all.

Fernando was very helpful in checking us in and making sure the paperwork was filled out. Nurse Stephanie took us on right away, took vitals and did an eye exam in no time. Crystal at the Front Desk gets one star. Honestly, she needs to find a new job where she doesn't have to interact with the public. Not only was Crystal unfriendly, rude and condescending, she seemed to be frowning from the moment I got there until the moment I left. This is not the way anyone ever wants to be treated, especially when they're going to an ER facility and not feeling well late at night.

All things considered, this was a great experience. My concern with going to an ER in my condition was having to wait. Not the case, they saw the condition I was in and had an IV in my arm within minutes. Dr. Eskandari was fantastic, but I was really impressed with the rest of the team. I was seen here for a bad cough and chest pain, I got there around midnight and was sent back to see the doctor within 10 minutes ! Cris was so sweet when checking me in and offered me a drink or a snack while I was waiting. She also gave me my X-rays very efficiently and quickly. Al was my nurse and he was also so nice and helpful while helping me get diagnosed. Dr. Q was also super thorough and cared deeply about my health which I appreciated due to it being so late and me being in so much pain. I was impressed by how quickly everything went and how much equipment they had in house. I will definitely be returning if I need urgent care in the future.

Bellaire ER is a great Community Partner with excellent services. They sponsor many Bellaire and local events. We've even had out Cub scout den visit. They got the full ER tour, visited with a doctor, toured an ambulance and visited with the with ambulance staff, who even took the kid's EKG's. We've taken our kids here on several different occasions. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. We have been here for a peanut reaction, broken arm, and most recently stitches in a knee. We have never had to wait, which is great when you have 3 busy children. They have on-sight Xray & CT Scans and snacks a-plenty for hungry kids. Nancy and Ronnie were great, and nurse Rachel kept my youngest distracted while Dr. Weinberg made the stitches. Rachel and Dr. Weinberg kept things lighthearted yet factual while explaining things to my little guy. Then today Fernando was very helpful when I needed to update my insurance information. I would like to take time out of my super busy schedule to share my AMAZING experience at Bellaire ER. I have never written a review for anywhere before, but my experience was so fantastic that I feel that I need to share it with others. I walked into the ER and was immediately greeted by the receptionist. I was in A LOT of pain, and she helped me expedite the paperwork. I also had a coupon so my copay was normally $75 and I only had to pay $25. I was taken to my room and within minutes was greeted by my doctor and amazing nurse Lydia. They were so friendly and helpful. I was in a lot of pain and in tears and they did everything they could do to make me feel comfortable. Lydia and the doctor checked on me multiple times and even stayed to chat with me. The doctor (I forgot his name.. but he was amazing) took the time to explain what was wrong with me. He didn't just quickly explain it, he explained it in detail. He listened to me and my concerns and answered all of my questions. I even had a follow up question a few days later. I called and they answered the phone immediately. I was transferred to Lydia who greeted me by name and remembered who I was. She spoke with the doctor regarding my concerns and gave me the medical advice. BellaireER is about 45 minutes from my house, but it is worth the drive. The staff and amazing medical care that I received was above and beyond my expectations. I wish there were more doctors and nurses like the ones at Bellaire ER.

Update: Mrs. T. Is the greatest! Did our Covid testing too. Very convenient as we live in Meyerland. I was experiencing severe on-going pain on my left lower back. Dr. Tran determined quickly what I had and after the CT scan it was confirmed. Within an hour I was given an IV for mild dehydration and pain relief by nurse Phuong. Sent home with prescriptions and next steps. Thank you.

This place is amazing!! The waiting area is comfortable and even has snacks. But, by far the biggest difference makers are the staff. From the moment I walked in until I left they were friendly, attentive and efficient. I have been in a few times now for various reasons and this is my favorite ER. Initially I went in early in the morning and due to the recommendations for treatment was not able to stay. When I returned in the evening the paperwork I filled out earlier was was still quickly accessible so my treatment began almost immediately. Needless to say I had no wait time. The entire staff were very professional, very friendly and in every way provided the best experience one could have while in a medical facility. The two nurses I spent much of my time with, Cindy and Brandy, went above and beyond in their help. I simply cannot say enough about Bellaire ER, except that if needed I will not hesitate to go back and I encourage anyone who needs it to do the same.

This is an amazing you are! I recently started suffering from migraines and couldn’t get an appointment with a neurologist for over a week. I had heard that this ER had a migraine protocol and therefore decided to visit. Boy was that a life changer! My nurses Melissa and Selena made my painful circumstances as comfortable as possible They were as gentle as could be when they swabbed me for COVID-19. They dimmed my lights and talked and low voices when checking on meThey also brought me a warm blanket so I could try and rest. They even offered a warm blanket and water to my mom who was there with me. Another staff member Justin (who was the radiologist I believe) also checked on us a couple of times and made sure that we had everything we needed.If I ever need to go to ER again this is where I will be going! Great staff and great care!

They have taken very good care of me on several occasions. the staff is magnificent: Melissa, Danita, Adriana, Stephanie and Ali are amazing nurses and have cared for me like a family member during my stay. I had Mrs. T and she was super helpful and straightforward with all of the COVID-19 testing questions I asked her. Very friendly and am planning to continue going here to get tested. The general process is you park, go into the office closest to the street to register for testing(walk-ins). After filling in paperwork, you go to the urgent care side, get the swab and wait in your car for less than an hour to get results. Time is dependent on how busy it is

Excellent service! There was a long line before the holidays but they got my COVID results back within 20 minutes of the appt. I also had recently had sinus surgery and asked them to be careful with the swab, and Ms. T took great care with collecting my sample. I’d recommend anyone needing a rapid Covid test to come here.

I have been to Bellaire ER on several occasions, both for myself and my daughters. It has always been a pleasant experience in our treatment. In the cases for my daughters, both of them had injuries from dance and it was great to know that Dr. Quintanilla has extended experience with sports medicine and at times has worked with Houston Ballet dancers in the past. We were very pleased with the outcome of our visits with the facility.

Went in and was seen very quickly (essentially immediately). They ran all the necessary tests right away and even did the needed diagnostic imaging onsite. They arranged everything else needed for follow up treatment, so we didn’t need to worry. To top it all off, everyone was very congenial and professional. We felt secure in their very capable hands. Bellaire ER has very attentive and friendly medical staff and admin staff, it's not the typical ER that you image in the big hospital, where you wait several (or even more) hours and then later receive bills that give you heart attacks. My daughter was injured in her gym practice during a weekend and we sent her to Bellaire ER for check, she was treated very quickly and professionally, plus, they looked through details of our insurance plan and assured us about our own out of pocket payment, we're very happy that we don't need worry about surprising high amount bills after the ER visit (which we had after a previous big hospital ER visit)

This facility is awesome. It was very clean, and didn't have the odd emergency room smell. RAD Tech Justin greeted us, and made friends with my very sick toddler who had been throwing up on and off over the last 4 days. I knew he was warming up to the staff when on Justin's way out- my son wanted to fist bump him :) (after a throat swab!?!) our nurse Adriana was super sweet and just as great!! Dr. Eskadari was thorough and very patient, and answered all of our questions and concerns. This is a really great place. I'm a little nervous about what the bill will look like, but I think that I would be more comfortable there than at a traditional urgent care. I highly recommend this place and staff.

Very fast, efficient covid testing. Even though the swab makes you tear up, it wasn't nearly as painful as everyone says. It might have been because Hector did a great job though. Very nice, helpful, friendly. And Shawarna (please excuse the spelling) gave me my results quickly, right there in the parking lot for the rapid test ($175 without insurance). Would recommend and come back.

I'm so grateful for the excellent care I received at Bellaire ER! Everyone was so kind. I will definitely go back (though I hope it's not any time soon ;) My nurse, Phuong, and RAD Tech, Ronnie, were great. They kept checking in on me and offering me water. I'm not the best patient and I really appreciated that they kept me distracted during some of the tests. Dr. Eskandari ordered all kinds of tests but her initial hunch was correct. All of the tests were performed so quickly and I barely had to wait for my results. The place was very clean, the staff was excellent, I barely had to wait... you can't ask for a better experience when you're not feeling well and not sure what's going on. I actually had an appointment for Thursday 7/8/20...but they called me today at 6:15pm asking if I would be willing to bring my youngest in for testing...I agreed and they then asked did anyone else need to be tested....they ultimately tested me and both boys!! That was the quickest, most painless test for me and both boys! Rapid results was amazing!!! In total I think we waited an hour!! Thank you guys for everything!!

Everyone was great the first night we got our Covid tests. Fast, efficient, nice offered Gatorade , however the front desk had no idea where the results were the next morning when we called for a copy. I was visiting Houston with my 3 children. One of my kids fell and needed stitches. I didn't want to go to an ER in one of the hospitals. I figured that it would be a long wait and my son was hurting. I found Bellaire ER. One of the staff members saw me in the parking lot trying to carry in my son and ran out to help me. We went directly into a kid friendly exam room. Dr. Quintanilla came right into the room and took care of my son. He had such a wonderful way with my son. He relaxed him and made him laugh. He even played with him for a bit. As a mother, I highly recommend Bellaire ER. Great staff that truly cares about their patients. Dr. has the best bed side manner. Clean and beautiful atmosphere too. I wish Dallas had Bellaire ER.

Monday afternoon November 6th my world was spinning out of control. I could not stand and coughing also vomiting . The staff at Bellaire ER was so wonderful and understanding. All stuffs, the front desk guy, his nurse Ms. Phuong, and Doctor Tran, are very nice people. They took actions quickly. The doctor and the nurse gave my son medication and watched for a while. Bellaire ER was recommended to me by a friend who had attended the free CPR class. I live in the area and had no idea that this little gem was in my neighborhood. It is a lovely place and the service is top notch. The staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival for the CPR class I was offered fresh coffee or tea! The office is very clean and well organized. It is a real comfort to know that such a place is very near should the need arise for urgent care. I am also very impressed that Bellaire ER has such a high regard for the community at large by offering a free CPR class. The CPR trainer was OUTSTANDING! Wonderful ER experience and caring staff .When I played tennis with my kids in the afternoon of 11/17/2017, I sprained my right leg terribly. So, my wife drove me to the Bellair ER for treatment. My family and myself have been to Bellaire ER quite few times. Bellaire ER was actually recommend to my mother by some lady that was very much satisfied by Bellaire ER service. Hospital has a very big private parking which is a big plus. Once i walked in i was greeted with a smile and they got right on it. Receptionist made sure to sign me in and get me in as soon as possible. What i noticed was that they are very, VERY CLEAN and extremely beautiful ! Anyhow once i was taken to my room nurse has immediately taken care of her part and made sure she checked up on me until the doctor got to see me. Once Dr. Mario has came in to my room he took his time with me. He listened to what i was saying, he asked all the right questions and he took measurements right away. He treated me like i am the only one in line. Dr. Mario also took extra exams just to make sure that he was sure what is going on! It felt like i was in and out of the ER (which lets be realistic most of the ER's are not like that). Once i was sent home not even 2 days later Bellaire ER took time to call me back and check up on me. That really made me feel not just special but i knew they were a REAL HOSPITAL THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT MY HEALTH ! I must say that i am very satisfied and happy with everything that Bellaire ER has offered and they seem to be improving each and every day. I would recommend and will recommend Bellaire ER to everyone....BELLAIRE ER BIG THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

My 7 year old landed on a rock giving him a big gash on his lower knee, requiring stiches, we couldn't be more thankful that the place is near, and that the staff reacted quickly as we walk into the front door. Doctor Tran did a well job on the stitching, Chris worked fast in our paperwork and Kerri the nurse gave us a demonstration of wound care as she dressed the wound after the stitching, she also provided the instructions on paper. All staff worked fast and we were out in less than 1hr. Definitely, a recommended place to go for minor Emergency's.

Everything about this place made me feel at ease, from the receptionist, the nurses, and doctor and to the fact that it was the only urgent care I was able to find open late at night and close to home. They showed true kindness and devotion into taking care of me and checking up on my health status while I was admitted into the hospital. I went to Bellaire ER last Saturday for pelvic pain. I was hurting really bad and the receptionist had a little bit of an attitude but everyone was else was wonderful. I got seen right away and I was comfortable. Nurse PHUONG kept checking on me and making sure I was ok. So did Rad Tech Cris! I went in the Bellaire ER on Saturday 9/23/2017, I am here from Dallas, Texas, so I had no doctor in the area, and all the Urgent Care Clinics here in Houston are close on Saturdays. So this ER is right down the street from my sisters house, which is were we are staying. They took every test they could take to make sure that they got down to the bottom of why I was not feeling good. My doctor that I seem that day was Dr. Husson, very nice and good bedside manners for a doctor, he's not a pusher, or quick doctor because he wants to get down to the real reason that you are there. The other staff that was working with him that day was Jessica, who was the nurse. and Sebli who was the RAD Tech. The who staff that I came in contact with was great, and I have no complaints. I was feeling better when I left than I was when I got there. So, I was happy with everything that day, that they did to me. I would go again if I ever get sick in Houston. They are the best.

I was seen within a few minutes, given fluids, EKG ran, Chest X-Ray performed, and Dr. Q and I talked for a good while. I am so glad I found this place! On a Saturday night, with an emergent need for a doctor, I did NOT want to go to a hospital. Urgent care clinics were closed. I found Bellaire ER with a Google search and called to ask about insurance. They checked it over the phone. My daughter was seen quickly and everyone was caring and professional. I recommend that you call ahead to make sure your visit is covered so there are no surprises. Hopefully, I won't need them again. But, will return if necessary.

I was sent to the ER from urgent care. This was my first time at a stand alone facility so I was a little nervous. They answered all my questions and were very attentive. This was the fastest I have been seen in a ER. I was checked on frequently by my nurse Jessica and RAD Tech Seble. They explained each test and process in detail. They had a great bedside manner. Dr. Quintanilla was very friendly, he explained their concerns in language I could understand , and then walked me through each step (medication, CT, monitoring). I don't think I have ever seen an ER doc this much during on visit. Hopefully, I wont have to go back, but if I ever need emergency care or someone in my family does, this will be our first Choice.

Visited Bellaire ER after feeling a little "under the weather". Arrived and was greeted by "erick" who was working the front desk. Erick was professional and hospitable during the quick check in process. I was then transferred to a room where I was taken care by RN Mandala who was caring and extremely nice. (She was hot too. If you're reading this, call me ;) Doctor Phi took a look at me and I learned that I actually had a fever and needed medication. Following medication and rest I was fixed up and released. All in all, great experience. The establishment is clean and the rooms are comfortable. (Room I was in had a TV and amazon fire stick ) The staff was professional and friendly. Excellent concept and execution... 9:45 on a Wed night I walk into Memorial Hermann Southwest hospital emergency room with deeply cut finger. The ER waiting room is full, one empty seat. I fill out the triage form and sit down. Frustrated people are all around; many of them obviously sick, coughing, ... After 15 minutes of this I'm searching google for other options and see the Bellaire ER ; looks too good. Right then the Triage tech calls me in, looks me over, tells me it's a 4 hours or more wait. The next thing is a call to Bellaire ER; they say they can see me immediately. After a quick drive over I walk into a beautiful friendly facility. They see me immediately. Vital signs are taken, the wound is cleaned and the doc stitches. Half an hour later I walked out completely satisfied; actually surprised at the excellent experience. Did I mention the free snacks and drinks one could partake in IF you had to wait :) Next time in case of emergency - Bellaire ER is my solution!

I came in with about 4-5 friends all trying to calm me down after scraping up my entire face and losing a tooth (almost 2). Dr. Q and my incredible (understatement) nurse Patrick Platter were so patient and so kind so talk me through every step and assure me I was in the best of hands. Dr. Eskandari and Dr.Phi are experts at what they do and know exactly what to do in all types of emergencies. I wanted to like this place but a couple of issues prevent me from giving a higher review. I took my 7 year old daughter here when she fell down the stairs and hurt her back. There was absolutely no wait which was great. They were able to do x-rays and rule out fracture which was also great. The things that I found less desirable: 1. Nurse recorded my daughter's height incorrectly which resulted in dosing error. 2. Doctor wasn't onsite but arrived driving a very expensive looking Lamborghini. 3. The doctor seemed very interested in giving my daughter a dose of medication while she was there. First he offered pain meds which she didn't need. Then he wanted to give her an antibiotic for a urinary infection which was incidentally diagnosed. She has a drug allergy to a similar medication and was given a dose of the oral antibiotic without asking about her allergy. Fortunately, she didn't have a reaction. I just got the feeling that he wanted to be able to bill for the medication 4. We got a $300 bill after the fact. Our ER visit co-pay is $100 so I'm not sure why we also got a bill. My overall impression is that this clinic will do everything possible to run up the bill. Treating patients is secondary. I will not be returning.

Bellaire was by far the fastest and most pleasant ER experience I have ever had. I am glad I happened upon this place at 1 in the morning. I was in great pain and was attended to immediately by nurse Kerry,RN and doctor Eskandari. Kerry administered a couple of injections and Dr Eskandari gave me a physical exam and took a history. They even did an X-ray and a CAT scan and made a CD of them to take to my follow up doctor. They provided compassionate and professional care and had me going home in 2 hours. I would give them 6 Stars for their great ER services.

I came to the ER for the second time, as my symptoms did not get better after being discharged the first time. The staff are really friendly, and having gone in for a second time, I was there until 4am. One of the nurses, I believe her name is Susan, and Dr. Quintanilla, took very good care of me. After seeing my blood pressure very low, Susan ensured that I was eating snacks and drinking fluids, as well as having the IV. I had my fiancé and one of my friends in my room for moral support, and she made sure they were supplied with snacks and drinks, so they wouldn't get hungry. I will definitely recommend Bellaire ER, as they know what service is, and attending to patients to a high level of satisfaction when you're in desperate need for treatment. Thank you !!

As a teacher who did get a flu shot, I began showing symptoms of flu that worsened (of course on the weekend). My husband took me to the Bellaire ER, and Nurse Phuong, Dr. Tran, and RAD Tech Erik were incredibly nice and thorough. While I questioned the necessity of a chest Xray, I do understand the need given the severity of flu this year. Fortunately, it wasn't flu, and they sent me on my way with prescriptions to make my symptoms better. Care was great, and I had the whole place to myself.

When I visited Bellaire ER I was welcomed and treated like family by the staff. They are very hospitable and extremely skilled in the work they do. The clinic may look small from the outside, but it packs a punch with all its state of the art equipment. The halls are pristine and the décor of the rooms and even bathrooms remind you of an Italian villa. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into making this clinic a top-notch health facility. I was very impressed by Dr. Quintanilla, he is very knowledgeable and he even speaks Spanish! He told me that I could contact him up via webcam if I get sick while I’m out of town. This is good to know because my new job requires a lot of traveling and having Bellaire ER at the touch of my fingertips is comforting. I am recommending all of my friends and family to go here because they really showed me outstanding service and a commitment to my health. They are even equipped with a laboratory and a General Electric CT scan machine if you need it. Seriously, this place is awesome!

Today was the second time in the past month I have been to Bellaire ER. I could not have made a better decision! Dr. Quintanilla treated me both times and he made feel very comfortable. The work he did was outstanding. He treated a nose injury once and a back problem once. Both times I was seen immediately. The nurses and attendants that took care of me were the best. My experience was very good. No wait time but they are a fairly recent start up so not surprising they are not busy yet. There are also several within a three mile radius of my house. I went to this clinic with a significant knife cut to the finger. Yes, they were prompt and nice and I got in and out in less time than I would have at a regular acute care ER facility which was important during the holidays. The doctor was very professional and interested in my care. My only recommendation is to check on your medical insurance if you have a few minutes before choosing a free standing clinic that the one closest to you or the one you choose is part of your insurance network.

My experience could not have been any better! The only thing that could have made it better would have been to NOT cut my finger on a broken glass while washing dishes! I did not call ahead, but just showed up and they admitted me RIGHT away after filling out my paperwork. Then the nurse came in and explained everything to me before the doctor came in to stitch up my cut. I was especially surprised at the equipment they had in their ER. I did not expect an ER to have such up to date Medical x-rays and equipment. Everyone in the office seems like they are family, not just co workers, which made me feel very relaxed and comfortable while I was there. I would recommend this place to anyone who does not like big hospitals, but prefers to have a one on one care from the medical staff. I was a person, not a paycheck. Of course I hope to not have a reason to return, but if I ever am in a medical emergency then I will definitely be returning to them.

After my visit last night I received a call this morning from Michelle -Bellaire ER - asking " how was I feeling", my PCP has never called me! Michelle called me later after Dr. Q recommended a necessary medication for me. Thank you Dr. Q., this is more than dedication, They actually care about my well being. I haven't felt this good in years! March 7, 2015 In the ER again, Dr. Q you are the best! I really do appreciate all of the time you took, and the wonderful care I received from you and MiMi was outstanding! I can recognize the dedication in all of you which makes my choice so easy. Walked in at 3 AM because I had terrible seasonal allergies and was getting to the point of wheezing. I rang the bell and Adriana the nurse got me checked in and was assisted by her and Ezequeil too. My pressure and temperature was taken then Dr. Weinberg came and asked me a few questions, checked my throat and chest breathing; realized I had a sinus infection due to bad allergies. He suggested a steroid and antibiotic shot followed by steroid and antibiotic pack to followup. Adriana came into the room, gave me the shots and RX's and I was on my way out and feeling better in an 1hr. I'm so glad I walked in, in time to start treating before it was full blown. I'm thrilled to have Bellaire ER nearby and open 24 hrs., it's the best place to walk in at any time for quick medical attention.

This place is legit!! After being bounced around from 3 other places for the same medical problem, I found this place through its reviews and went for it. Reviews are very helpful. Yesterday I had to take in my husband to the nearest hospital, since he had experienced a possible concussion. I was hesitant to come here since I had never heard of this place before but we gave it a shot. My husband was in bad condition. We were seen in less than 15 minutes and the nurse Zedeeka as well as Dr. Quintanilla were extremely helpful, friendly and best of all thorough with my husband's possible condition. They were able to perform a CT scan and give us good news. I highly recommend this Emergency Room!

I recently brought my daughter to this ER. And this is so convient and fast for me. The Dr Q. he is so professional and informatic and helpful. Plus for the kid they deal with the situation so nicely. My daughter was being taking good care by the nurse, front desk etc. She loved the snack and drink since I grabbed her directly from school to the ER. I brought my daughter in for fever last week and she was treated by Dr. Cheuk. He was excellent from start to finish. He came in the room almost immediately after we got there, excellent bedside manner, he listened attentively and performed a thorough exam on her. He ordered some tests and determined that she has bladder infection. Dr. Cheuk answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. He gave her antibiotics and she has been back to her own self ever since. My daughter, who does not like going to the doctors, even asked me if he can be her doctor from now on! We will definitely return to see Dr. Cheuk in the future for our medical needs.
